Abstract

The invention is an insert tracking and analysis system that ensures that enables the storage of the inserts used in the grocery stoes to the electronic medium and the analysis of the inserts in the electronic medium which is followed by the reporting of the analyses to the required pointsand its feature is as follows; transmission (100) of the insert date to the database of the application (U) and analyses (101) of the transmitted inserts are conducted, procedural steps of the reporting of the analyses are included and the invention is characterized by those features.

Description

Inserts Tracking and Analysis System
Technological Area:
The invention relates to an insert tracking and analysis system capable of analyzing inserts in hypergrocery storess, supergrocery storess, discount stores, local chain and cosmetics grocery storess by archiving, inserting and tracking inserts on an online platform.
Recognized State of the Technique:
Today, many stores and manufacturers announce discounted products to their customers on a weekly or monthly basis through discount magazines called inserts and are aiming to increase their sales by doing so. The biggest problem in store insert applications is lack of irregularity, lack of review and analysis. Because of these reasons, inserts can consist of products of the same companies and brands constantly, there might be the non-existence of the products with higher sales potential in the inserts due to lack of analysis.
Nowadays, it is not possible to measure the performances of inserts because there is no tracking and analysis system. By performing the performance measurement and analysis of inserts, products to be included in inserts will consist of goods that draw high levels of attraction and thus will increase the sales of the goods contained in the grocery stores.
Today, the main producers, who provide products to the grocery storess, do not have information about the campaigns and discounts applied in the sales of goods in the grocery storess. A product may be good, however it may be badly marketed by the selling grocery stores. To overcome this situation, producers need to have system which will allow producer companies to inspect martkets and inserts which grocery stores use to market the products rather than the grocery stores. In addition, there is no system in which the manufacturers are able to see their portions in the inserts included in the grocery stores of other manufacturers included in the inserts and to inspect and analyze the number of their involvements in the inserts included in the grocery stores. The lack of such a system prevents producers from comparing themselves with other competing companies and does not allow them to follow their competitors.
In the recognized state of the technique, there are electronic archives that allow the storage of documents. These systems only serve as repositories and provide storage of documents and files in an electronic environment.
In the patent document with the application number of TR 2016/01862 which is mentioned in the records of the Turkish Patent Institute: "Our invention is related tot he following; structure supervision system with a mobile application in the mobile devices (cell phones and/ or tablet computers) which can be used by the building audit companies during the audit/ supervision of the worksite and it ensures the appropriate guidance of the employees, gathering the statistical data belonging to the building audit companies, transmission of such date to the owner of the building and/ or the contractors when requested and gathering all the tasks of the checking element in the worksite under a single heading and checking when such tasks are accomplished. The invention which is the subject of the aforesaid patent is the Building Audit System and Management with a Mobile Application and consists of the following; mobile device (cell phones and/ or tablet computers)(l) which allows the implementation of our invention through the download of the software (10), software main menu (3)that allows the entering of the Construction YiBF number(2) in the section of the screen of the mobile device (cell phones and/ or tablet computer) (1); central computer in which the information (16) is recorded via software(lO) through the approval (after getting signed) after the checking and approval (5) of the list and architectural control lists(4) and the central server to which the recorded information is sent as a report(l l); owner of the building or the contractor to whom the control and approval(5) of the lists are sent by SMS(6); the worksite(15) to which the relevant control element (14) is directed after getting checked by a software(lO) included in the mobile device( cell phones and/ or a tablet computer); GPS positioning system(13) which provides the positioning of the worksite(15) and the control element(14) withi the worksite; archice(8) which allows the electronic storage of all kinds of data flows by the software". The aforementioned invention is an archiving system which enables the storage of building audit transactions within the electronic medium. In terms of content and use, it is different from the invention mentioned in this instruction book.
Above mentioned disadvantages are included in the electronic archiving systems used in the recognized state of the technique. The inserts used in the grocery storess do not have a special electronic archive facility for tracking, they can only be stored on computers for storage purposes. There is a need for a new archive system that will be used for tracking, analyzing and storing inserts that will be appreciated. Description of the invention:
The present invention relates to a tracking and analysis system that allows storage of the inserts used in the stores within the electronic medium and that allows the actualization of analyses of the inserts in the electronic medium where they were stored and by doing so the aforesaid system allows the reporting of such analyses to the required points.
The object of the invention is to increase the sales of the products in the grocery stores and to enable a system that enables the archiving of the used inserts in the electronic medium.
Another object of the invention is to provide a system that performs analyzes that allow comparison of the products contained in the inserts with similar products in other similar firms showing the numbers contained in the inserts. Another object of the invention is to enable a system that allows the sales numbers of the products in the inserts to be recorded and analyzes related to the recorded data can be made. Another object of the invention is to enable a system that allows groceries to prepare their own inserts magazines.
Another object of the invention is to increase the sales in the stores and to provide a new system which increases the efficiency of the inserts used.
Another object of the invention is to enable a new system which allows the comparison of the grocery stores with other competing grocery stores and the manufacturers with other manufacturers.
Another object of the invetnon is to provide a new system which allows the analysis results to be displayed as monthly, annual and weekly graphs.
Another object of the invention is to provide a new system which enables the sale price of the product to be recorded in the system and to be compared with the product sales numbers so that the optimum sales price can be found.
Another object of the invention is to provide a new system that provides immediate reporting service against analyses which take time days or sometimes weeks.
Another object of the invention is to enable a new system which increases the business network of the grocery store and the manufacturer company.
Another object of the invention is to enable a new system which shows how much investment the manufacturer company has invested in which market.
Another object of the invention is to view the inserts on which the product based search and the desired product are included, and to enable a new system that finds the best prices and enables the opportunity of comparison. Another object of the invention is to allow for a new system allowing the companies involved in the inserts to check whether the cost they have paid for the insert has been fulfilled.

There is a company comparison area (6) where the manufacturers can compare the publishing rates of the inserts with each other. It is possible to perform a comparison of the competition for the grocery stores no only for the manufacturers included in the insert. The user screen(7) included in the invention is an area where the transactions made are displayed. In addition, it is also possible to transfer all the product pictures and company information included in the inserts to the application (U) database (100), analyze the inserts and the products and manufacturers in the database (101), regularly report the analyzes to the companies and markets (102) process steps.
Users can change the parameters they want and create their own analysis with the existing information in the database.

1- The present invention relates to a tracking and analysis system that allows storage of the inserts used in the stores within the electronic medium and that allows the actualization of analyses of the inserts in the electronic medium where they were stored and by doing so the aforesaid system allows the reporting of such analyses to the required points, its feature is as follows;

- reporting of the analyzes (102), the invention is characterized by the above specified features.
2- It is the insert tracking and analysis system mentioned in the Request 1 and its feature is as follows; It contains search area (1) which allows access to the insert, product, brand and company data within the database of the application(U) within the device (A).
3- It is the insert tracking and analysis system mentioned in the Request 1 and its feature is as follows; It contains the analysis area (2) included in the database of the application (U) which is performed through the use of all data included in the database as a parameter.
4- It is the insert tracking and analysis system mentioned in the Request 1 and tis feature is as follows; It contains the magazine generation area (3) which enables the application's (U) users to generate their inserts.
5- It is the insert tracking and analysis system mentioned in the Request 1 and tis feature is as follows; It contains the sales inspection area (4) within the application (U) in which the instant sales data of the products included in the inserts are added to the database of the application (U).
6- It is the insert tracking and analysis system mentioned in the Request 1 and its feature is as follows; It contains the accounting area (5) in the application (5) in which the tracing of the annual insert agreement made between the manufacturers and the grocery stores could be tracked and the financial influences of the inserts can be inspected.
