请参阅图1,本申请提供一种功能组件100,所述功能组件100包括底座10、功能器件20和驱动组件30。所述底座10设有收容腔11,所述功能器件20滑动伸缩于所述收容腔11。请参阅图2,所述驱动组件30包括第一驱动件31、与所述第一驱动件31相对的第二驱动件32和弹性作用于所述第一驱动件31和第二驱动件32之间的弹性件33。所述第一驱动件31固定于所述底座10,所述第二驱动件32固定于所述功能器件20。请参阅图3,所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32通过磁力相互吸引或排斥,以带动所述功能器件20伸出所述收容腔11。请参阅图4,所述弹性件33用于提供使所述第一驱动件31远离或靠近所述第二驱 动件32的回复力,以带动所述功能器件20缩回至所述收容腔11。可以理解的是,所述功能组件100可以应用于移动终端。所述功能器件20伸出所述底座10,保证了所述功能器件20与用户交互。所述功能器件20缩回至所述底座10,减小了移动终端使用体积,便于用户携带移动终端,增加用户体验。该移动终端可以是手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等。
通过所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32在磁力作用下相互吸引或排斥,推动所述功能器件20伸出所述底座10,而所述弹性件33在弹性力作用下,带动所述功能器件20缩回至所述底座10,实现所述功能器件20可相对所述底座10伸缩,方便用户携带,减小使用体积,提高用户体验。
本实施方式中,请参阅图1,所述底座10包括背板12和固定于所述背板12的侧板13。所述收容腔11形成于所述背板12和所述侧板13之间。所述收容腔11具有与所述背板12相对的收容口11a。所述收容腔11内安装所述驱动组件30,对所述驱动组件30形成保护。所述驱动组件30经所述收容口11a安装于所述收容腔11内。在所述功能器件20缩回至所述底座10时,所述功能器件20经所述侧板13收容于所述收容腔11内,从而实现对所述功能器件20隐藏,减小所述功能组件100的整体使用体积。在所述功能器件20伸出所述底座10时,所述功能器件20经过所述侧板13至少部分露出所述收容腔11。所述底座10的背板12承载所述功能器件20和所述驱动组件30,以保证所述驱动组件30可以驱动所述功能器件20相对所述底座10伸缩。所述侧板13对所述功能器件20和所述驱动组件30遮盖隐藏,以提高所述功能组件100的外观性能和安全性能。
请参阅图2和图3,本实施方式中,所述功能器件20可以是摄像头模组、虹膜识别模组、人脸识别模组、闪光灯、送话器、受话器、光传感器、指纹模组、按键等功能器件的任意一种或多种组合。所述功能器件20的滑动方向平行所述背板12。所述功能件20在所述驱动组件30的推动作用下伸出所述底座10,以实现与用户进行功能交互。所述功能器件20在所述驱动组件20的带动作用下缩回至所述底座10,即所述功能器件20隐藏于所述底座10,使得所述功能组件100整体体积减小,方便用户携带,并且用户无法观察所述功能器件20,使得所述功能组件100外观简洁,提高用户体验。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3,所述第一驱动件31为永磁体。所述第二驱 动件32为电磁线圈32。所述第二驱动件32套设于所述第一驱动件31的外周面。所述第二驱动件32在接收电信号后,可以呈现与所述第一驱动件31相同的磁性,使得所述第一驱动件31与所述第二驱动件32相互产生排斥作用力。所述第一驱动件31与所述第二驱动件32的相互排斥作用力大于所述弹性件33的弹性作用力,所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32在磁力排斥作用下相互远离,所述弹性件33处于拉伸状态。所述第二驱动件32在所述第一驱动件31的排斥力作用下,推动所述功能器件20朝所述收容腔11外侧(收容腔11外侧即底座10外)伸出,以使所述功能器件20伸出所述底座10。在所述第二驱动件32停止接收电信号后,所述第二驱动件32没有呈现磁性,而所述弹性件33的弹性作用力拉动所述第二驱动件32靠近所述第一驱动件31,即带动所述功能器件20缩回至所述底座10。在所述功能器件20伸出所述底座10的状态下,所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32相互排斥而在第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32之间产生间隙。若所述功能器件20受到朝向所述底座10的冲击力,功能器件20在冲击力下带动所述第一驱动件31向所述第二驱动件32运动,而所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32之间的间隙为所述第一驱动件31与所述第二驱动件32相互靠拢提供了缓冲空间,从而对所述功能器件20起到缓冲作用,避免了所述功能器件20收到刚性冲击而损毁。当然,在其他实施例中,所述第一驱动件31也可以是电磁线圈,所述第二驱动件32可以是永磁体。
请参阅图5,在另一个实施例中,所述第一驱动件31为永磁体。所述第二驱动件32为电磁线圈。所述第一驱动件31固定于所述背板12靠近所述侧板13处,所述第二驱动件32固定于所述功能器件20插接于所述底座10一端。所述第二驱动件32接收电信号后,所述第二驱动件32呈现与所述第一驱动件31相同的磁性。所述第二驱动件32与所述第一驱动件31相互产生吸引作用力。所述第一驱动件31与所述第二驱动件32的相互吸引作用力大于所述弹性件33的弹性作用力,所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32在磁力吸引作用下相互靠拢,弹性件33处于被压缩状态。所述第二驱动件32在所述第一驱动件31的吸引力作用下,带动所述功能器件20朝所述收容腔11外侧(即底座10外)伸出,以带动所述功能器件20伸出所述底座10。在所述第二驱动件32停止接收电信号后,所述第二驱动件32不再呈现磁性,而所述弹性件33的弹性作用力推动所述第一驱动 件31与所述第二驱动件32相互远离,即带动所述功能器件20缩回至所述底座10。
进一步地,请参阅图2,所述功能组件100还包括导滑组件40,所述导滑组件40包括固定于所述收容腔11内的固定座41。请参阅图6至图8,所述固定座41设有平行所述功能器件20滑动方向的第一滑槽411。所述第一驱动件31固定连接所述固定座41并位于所述第一滑槽411内,所述第二驱动件32滑动连接于所述第一滑槽411。
请参阅图9及图10,所述收容腔11在所述底座10的外表面上形成伸缩口112。所述伸缩口112连通所述第一滑槽411。所述功能器件20经所述伸缩口112伸出或缩回至所述收容腔11内。
本实施方式中,请参阅图8,所述固定座41呈矩形块状。所述固定座41包括与所述侧板13相对的第一固定侧板412和两个相对的第二固定侧板413。第一固定侧板412于所述伸缩口112相对设置。两个所述第二固定侧板413分别连接在所述第一固定侧板412的两侧。所述第一固定侧板412和两个所述第二固定侧板413固定于所述背板12上。所述第一滑槽411形成于两个所述第二固定侧板413之间。所述第一滑槽411平行所述第二固定侧板413延伸,所述第一固定侧板412位于所述第一滑槽411远离所述功能器件20一端。所述第一驱动件31位于所述第一滑槽411内,并贴合于所述第一固定侧板412并朝向所述伸缩口112延伸。所述第二驱动件32位于所述第一驱动件31与所述伸缩口112之间。所述功能器件20位于所述第二驱动件32靠近所述伸缩口112的一侧。所述第二驱动件32沿所述第一滑槽411滑动。两个所述第二固定侧板413的侧壁为所述第二驱动件32进行滑动导向。所述功能器件20在所述第二驱动件32的带动下经所述第一滑槽411远离所述第一固定侧板412一端的开口滑出或滑入所述收容腔11。所述第一滑槽411的延伸方向大致垂直所述侧板13。所述固定座41上与所述第一固定侧板412相对的一端固定于所述侧板13的内侧壁。所述功能器件20在所述第二驱动件32的带动下滑出所述第一滑槽411,即所述功能器件20滑出所述收容腔11,所述功能器件20伸出所述底座10。所述功能器件20在所述第二驱动件32的带动下收容于所述第一滑槽411内,即所述功能器件20收容于所述收容腔11,所述功能器件20缩回至所述底座10。
进一步地,请参阅图6,所述导滑组件40还包括滑动座42。所述滑动座42滑动连接所述第一滑槽411的内壁,且所述滑动座42上设有所述功能器件20,以使所述功能器件20随着所述滑动座42伸出或缩进所述收容腔11。
请参阅图8,所述滑动座42包括插接于所述第一滑槽411的滑动端421和相对所述滑动端421设置的安装端422。所述滑动座42设有由所述滑动端421朝所述安装端422延伸的第二滑槽423。所述第二滑槽423平行所述第一滑槽411。所述第二滑槽423靠近所述滑动端421的一端与所述第一滑槽411相导通。当所述滑动座42沿所述第一滑槽411滑动时,所述第一驱动件31可伸缩于所述第二滑槽423内。所述第二驱动件32固定于所述滑动端421。所述第一驱动件31与所述第二驱动件32相斥或相吸时,所述第二驱动件32带动所述滑动座42移出或移入所述收容腔11。
请参阅图8,所述第二驱动件32套设于所述滑动端42的外周面。当所述第二驱动件32远离所述第一驱动件31直至第二驱动件32抵接所述底座10的内壁时,所述功能器件20完全伸出所述收容腔11。
具体的,所述第一驱动件31为永磁体,所述第二驱动件32为环绕所述滑动端421周侧的电磁线圈。当所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32相互靠拢时,所述第一驱动件31至少部分伸入所述第二滑槽423内。当然,在其他实施方式中,所述第一驱动件31为电磁线圈,所述第二驱动件32为环绕所述滑动端421周侧的永磁体。
本实施方式中,所述滑动座42包覆所述功能器件20,对所述功能器件20进行保护。所述滑动座42呈矩形块状。所述第二滑槽423在所述第一端421设置开口。所述第一驱动件31呈矩形杆状。所述第二驱动件32缠绕于所述第一端421外周侧壁。在所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32相互靠拢时,所述功能器件20缩回至所述底座10,所述第一驱动件31插入所述第二滑槽423内,以增大所述功能器件20相对所述底座10的滑动行程。所述滑动座42可随所述第二驱动件32部分滑入所述第一滑槽411内,使得所述滑动座42与所述固定座41滑动配合,为所述功能器件20相对所述底座10滑动导向。所述滑动座42随所述功能器件20相对所述底座10展开,对所述功能器件20进行保护。所述滑动座42随所述功能器件20相对所述底座10收缩,对所述功能器件20进行滑动导向。
进一步地,请参阅图9及图10,所述安装端422设有安装槽424。所述功能器件20固定于所述安装槽424内。所述导滑组件40包括封盖所述安装槽424的盖板43。所述盖板43遮盖所述功能器件20。所述盖板43设有与所述功能器件20相对的信号穿透部431。
本实施方式中,请参阅图9及图10,所述安装槽424与所述第二滑槽423相贯通,以方便所述第二驱动件32经所述第二滑槽423与所述功能器件20电连接。所述安装槽424的开口方向与所述背板12相背离。所述盖板43固定于所述滑动座42远离所述背板12一侧。所述盖板43大致平行所述背板12。所述功能器件20可以是前置摄像头模组。所述功能器件20在朝背离所述背板12的方向上获取拍摄景物的图像。所述盖板43的信号穿透部431为透光孔。所述盖板43对所述功能器件20进行保护,并且为所述功能器件20提供暗室环境,方便所述功能器件20拍摄。
进一步地,请参阅图9,所述收容腔11具有伸缩口112,所述功能器20件经所述伸缩口112缩回至所述收容腔11内,所述安装端422封盖所述伸缩口112。
本实施方式中,所述伸缩口112开设于所述侧板13上。所述伸缩口112的内周侧壁与所述滑动座42的外周侧壁间隙配合,以保证所述滑动座42可以相对所述底座10顺利滑动。所述侧板13在所述伸缩口112的周向设有凹槽113。所述滑动座42的安装端422周侧设有凸缘425。在所述滑动座42随所述功能器件20滑动至与所述底座10收缩状态时,所述凸缘425与所述凹槽113相配合,所述滑动座42的安装端422封盖所述伸缩口112。所述滑动座42的安装端422端面与所述侧板13的外侧面相平齐,从而保证了所述功能组件100的外观简洁,也防止了外部杂质经所述伸缩口112进入所述收容腔11内。
进一步地,所述弹性件33为扭矩弹簧。所述弹性件33包括第一连接端331和相对所述第一连接端331设置的第二连接端332,以及固定连接于所述第一连接端331和第二连接端332之间的弹性臂333。所述第一连接端331转动连接于所述第一驱动件31。所述第二连接端332转动连接于所述第二驱动件32。所述第一连接端331和所述第二连接端332在所述功能器件20的滑动方向上相互错开。
本实施方式中,所述第一驱动件31上设有大致垂直所述背板12的第一转轴311。所述第一连接端331转动连接于所述第一转轴311。所述第二驱动件32上 设有大致垂直所述背板12的第二转轴321。所述第二连接端332转动连接所述第二转轴321。所述弹性臂333大致呈“U”型,使得所述第一连接端331与所述第二连接端332持续保持相互拉紧作用力。所述第一转轴311和所述第二转轴321在所述功能器件20的滑动方向上相互错开,使得所述弹性件33可以将所述第一驱动件31和所述第二驱动件32相互更加靠拢,增大所述功能器件20的滑动行程。进一步地,所述功能组件20还包括柔性电路板50,所述柔性电路板50一端固定连接所述底座10,另一端固定连接所述功能器件20。
本实施方式中,所述柔性电路板50包括第一端51和与所述第一端51相对设置的第二端52。所述第一端51固定连接所述固定座41上。所述第一端51设置连接端口511,所述连接端口511用于电连接主板。所述第一端51固定于所述固定座41与所述背板12相对的一侧。所述第二端52穿过所述第一固定侧板412并延伸至所述第一滑槽411内,所述第二滑槽423固定连接所述功能器件20。所述柔性电路板50还电连接所述第二驱动件32。所述柔性电路板50将电信号传递至所述第二驱动件32,使得所述第二驱动件32可以呈现磁性进行控制。
请参阅图11,本申请还提供一种移动终端200,所述移动终端200包括所述功能组件100。所述移动终端200还包括显示屏60,所述显示屏60与所述底座10相盖合,并遮盖所述收容口11a,所述功能器件20在所述驱动组件30的驱动作用下,相对所述显示屏60层叠或展开。
本实施方式中,所述收容口11a的朝向大致垂直所述功能器件20的滑动方向。所述显示屏60遮盖所述收容口11a,与所述底座10形成所述移动终端200的外壳。所述显示屏60由玻璃板件和与玻璃板件层叠的显示面板构成。所述显示屏11为全面屏。所述显示屏60的非显示区无需与功能器件相对,使得所述显示屏60的非显示区极窄。所述显示屏60呈矩形板状。所述显示屏60具有两个相对设置的短边61和连接于两个所述短边61之间两个相对设置长边62。所述短边61靠近所述功能器件20。所述显示屏60在靠近所述短边61处设置极窄的非显示区,该非显示区仅用于为所述显示屏60提供驱动线缆,以实现所述显示屏60显示画面。所述功能器件20在与所述底座10收缩状态时,所述显示屏60的显示区部分覆盖或完全覆盖所述功能器件20,使得所述移动终端200可以提供较大面积的显示区,即提高显示区的屏占比,提高用户体验。而在所述功能器件20 伸出所述底座10时,所述功能器件20可以与用户实现信息交互,保证了所述移动终端200的智能功能。所述显示屏60可以是液晶显示屏(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD),也可以是有机电致发光显示屏(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)。所述移动终端200还包括固定于所述显示屏60和所述背板12之间的电子组件70。所述电阻组件70由主板和电连接所述主板的电池构成。所述电子组件70固定于所述收容腔11内,电连接所述驱动组件30和所述功能器件20。
本申请提供的功能组件及移动终端,通过所述第一驱动件和所述第二驱动件在磁力作用下相互吸引或排斥,推动所述功能器件伸出所述底座,而所述弹性件在弹性力作用下,带动所述功能器件缩回至所述底座,实现所述功能器件可相对所述底座伸缩,方便用户携带,减小使用体积,提高用户体验。。
以上是本申请实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种功能组件,其特征在于,所述功能组件包括底座、功能器件和驱动组件,所述底座设有收容腔,所述功能器件滑动伸缩于所述收容腔,所述驱动组件包括第一驱动件、与所述第一驱动件相对的第二驱动件和弹性作用于所述第一驱动件和所述第二驱动件之间的弹性件,所述第一驱动件固定于所述底座,所述第二驱动件固定于所述功能器件,所述第一驱动件和所述第二驱动件通过磁力相互吸引或排斥,以带动所述功能器件伸出所述收容腔,所述弹性件用于提供使所述第一驱动件远离或靠近所述第二驱动件的回复力,以带动所述功能器件缩回至所述收容腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述功能组件还包括导滑组件,所述导滑组件包括固定于所述收容腔内的固定座,所述固定座设有平行所述功能器件滑动方向的第一滑槽,所述第一驱动件固定连接所述固定座并位于所述第一滑槽内,所述第二驱动件滑动连接于所述第一滑槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述收容腔在所述底座的外表面上形成伸缩口,所述伸缩口连通所述第一滑槽,所述功能器件经所述伸缩口伸出或缩回至所述收容腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述固定座包括第一固定侧板及两个相对设置的第二固定侧板,所述第一固定侧板与所述伸缩口相对设置,两个所述第二固定侧板分别连接在所述第一固定侧板的两侧,两个所述第二固定侧板之间形成所述第一滑槽,所述第一驱动件贴合于所述第一固定侧板并朝向所述伸缩口延伸,所述第二驱动件位于所述第一驱动件与所述伸缩口之间,所述功能器件位于所述第二驱动件靠近所述伸缩口的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述导滑组件还包括滑动座,所述滑动座滑动连接所述第一滑槽的内壁,且所述滑动座上设有所述功能器件,以使所述功能器件随着所述滑动座伸出或缩进所述收容腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述滑动座包括位于所述第一滑槽的滑动端和相对所述滑动端设置的安装端,所述滑动座设有由所述滑动端朝所述安装端延伸的第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽平行所述第一滑槽,所 述第二滑槽靠近所述滑动端的一端与所述第一滑槽相导通,当所述滑动座沿所述第一滑槽滑动时,所述第一驱动件可伸缩于所述第二滑槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述第二驱动件固定于所述滑动端,所述第一驱动件与所述第二驱动件相斥或相吸时,所述第二驱动件带动所述滑动座移出或移入所述收容腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述第二驱动件套设于所述滑动端的外周面,当所述第二驱动件远离所述第一驱动件直至第二驱动件抵接所述底座的内壁时,所述功能器件完全伸出所述收容腔。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8任意一项所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述第一驱动件为永磁体,所述第二驱动件为环绕所述滑动端周侧的电磁线圈,当所述第一驱动件和所述第二驱动件相互靠拢时,所述第一驱动件至少部分伸入所述第二滑槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求6至8任意一项所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述第一驱动件为电磁线圈,所述第二驱动件为环绕所述滑动端周侧的永磁体。
  11. 根据权利要求6至9任意一项所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述安装端设有安装槽,所述功能器件固定于所述安装槽内,所述导滑组件还包括封盖所述安装槽的盖板,所述盖板遮盖所述功能器件,所述盖板设有与所述功能器件相对的信号穿透部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述安装槽与所述第二滑槽相贯通。
  13. 根据权利要求6至12任意一项所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述安装端封盖所述伸缩口。
  14. 根据权利要求5至13任意一项所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述滑动座的外周侧壁与所述伸缩口的内周侧壁间隙配合。
  15. 根据权利要求1至14任意一项所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件为扭矩弹簧,所述弹性件包括第一连接端和相对所述第一连接端设置的第二连接端,以及固定连接于所述第一连接端和第二连接端之间的弹性臂,所述第一连接端转动连接于所述第一驱动件,所述第二连接端转动连接于所述第二驱动件,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端在所述功能器件的滑动方向上相 互错开。
  16. 根据权利要求1至15任意一项所述的功能组件,其特征在于,所述功能组件还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板一端固定连接所述底座,另一端固定连接所述功能器件。
  17. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括权利要求1至16任意一项所述功能组件。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述收容腔具有与所述功能器件滑动方向相垂直的收容口,所述移动终端还包括显示屏,所述显示屏与所述底座相盖合,并遮盖所述收容口,所述功能器件在所述驱动组件的驱动作用下,相对所述显示屏层叠或展开。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述显示屏具有显示区,所述功能器件滑动至与所述显示屏相层叠状态,所述显示区部分覆盖或完全覆盖所述功能器件。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述底座包括与所述显示屏相对的背板和固定于所述背板周缘的侧板,所述收容腔形成于所述背板和所述侧板之间。
