具体实施方式
图1-图6为本发明第一个实施例的结构示意图,其中图1-图3为剖面图,图4-图6为立体结构示意图,图1、图4为整体结构示意图,图2、图3、图5、图6为局部结构示意图。
图中显示,本例中,一种滚压按摩头1,主要由滚动球1.1、壳座1.2、壳盖1.3构成,壳座1.2内部具有承载滚动球1.1的承托面,壳盖1.3具有禁闭冠盖1.31,冠盖具有圆形缺口1.31A,圆形缺口1.31A的直径小于滚动球1.1的直径,滚动球1.1置于壳座1.2的承托面上,滚动球1.1从圆形缺口1.31A中露出球冠,滚动球1.1被禁闭在壳座1.2中并且可以在壳座1.2中作无轴滚动,其特征是,壳座为圆管状结构,壳盖为圆管状结构,壳座的圆管段1.22与壳盖的圆管段1.32互相套接固定使按摩头1呈圆柱状结构。
图1中显示,壳座1.2的管壁外径与壳盖1.3的管壁内径互相匹配并且以滚动球1.1的球径为基准,壳盖1.3套接在壳座1.2外面并且通过紧配合互相固定。
图3显示,壳座1.2内部为碗状结构,壳座1.2内部具有第一球体承托面1.23,滚动球1.1置于第一球体承托面1.23上,滚动球1.1可以在第一球体承托面1.23上滚动。(承托面可以是球面、也可以为倒锥面或平面)。本例中,承托面为球面,本发明提示,在其它实施例中,承托面也可以为倒锥面或平面。
图7-图9为本发明第二个实施例的结构示意图。图中显示,与第一实施例不同的是,本例中,壳座1.2的下部设置有第一止位台阶1.24,壳盖1.3套接在壳座1.2外面并且通过第一止位台阶1.24定位。
图10-图12为本发明第三个实施例的结构示意图。图中显示,与第二实施例不同的是,本例中,第一球体承托面1.23为底部中空结构,图11显示,壳座1.2具有中空底部1.27。
图13-图20为本发明第四个实施例的结构示意图,其中图13-图16为剖面图,图17-图20为立体结构示意图,图13、图17为整体结构示意图,图14-图16、图18-图20为局部结构示意图。图中显示,与第一实施例不同的是,本例中,还设置一个球承1.4,球承1.4为碗状结构,球承1.4设置在壳座1.2中,球承1.4上具有第二球体承托面1.41,滚动球1.1置于第二球体承托面1.41上,滚动球1.1在第二球体承托面1.41上滚动,球承1.4上还具有第二止位台阶1.42,球承1.4通过第二止位台阶1.42置于壳座圆管段1.22的端口上。
图21-图22为本发明第五个实施例的结构示意图。图中显示,与第三实施例不同的是,本例中,在壳座1.2上还设置水平面上环形布置的球窝1.25,在各个球窝中设置钢珠1.5使各个钢珠呈水平面环形布置,各个钢珠在球窝1.25中自由滚动,滚动球1.1放置在环形布置的钢珠1.5上并在上面自由滚动。
图23-图25为本发明第六个实施例的结构示意图。图中显示,与第三实施例不同的是,本例中,壳座1.2与壳盖1.3上还设置卡扣装置,壳座1.2与壳盖1.3互相套接并且通过卡扣装置卡合固定。图23显示,壳座1.2上设置有卡钩1.26,壳盖1.3上设置有卡孔1.33。当卡钩1.26置于卡孔1.33里面时,壳座1.2与壳盖1.3卡合固定。
图26-图29为本发明第七个实施例的结构示意图(保健垫的结构示意图)。其中图28为整体结构示意 图,图26、图27、图29为局部结构示意图。图29为局部结构放大示意图。图中显示,本例中,一种保健垫,其特征是,包括垫体2和垫体面层2.1上阵列布置的圆柱状滚压按摩头1。图26、图27显示,本例采用第三实施例的按摩头,壳座1.2还具有安装底板1.21,安装底板1.21上设置有安装孔1.21A,圆柱状按摩头1的安装底板1.21采用铆钉铆接或缝线方式贴合固定在垫体面层2.1上。本例中,垫体1为布或皮革面料。本发明提示,在其它实施例中,垫体还可以包括中间软质层。
图30-图33为本发明第八个实施例的结构示意图(保健垫的结构示意图)。图中显示,与第六实施例不同的是,本例采用第四实施例的按摩头,图33中显示,壳座1.2还具有安装底板1.21,安装底板1.21上设置有安装孔1.21A。圆柱状按摩头1的安装底板1.21采用铆钉铆接或缝线方式贴合固定在垫体面层2.1上。
图34-图38为本发明第九个实施例的局部结构示意图,其中图34、图35为内部结构剖视图,图35为弹簧压缩之后的结构示意图,图36-图38为立体结构示意图。图中显示,与第七个实施例不同的是,本例中,滚压按摩头竖直安装在一个弹性组件3上,弹性组件3包括压缩弹簧3.1和基座3.2,压缩弹簧3.1设置在壳座1.2与基座3.2之间,滚压按摩头通过基座3.2阵列固定在垫体面层上。图34、图35显示,壳座1.2具有壳座弹簧安装位1.28,基座3.2具有基座弹簧安装位3.22,压缩弹簧3.1的两端分别箍紧在壳座1.2与基座3.2的弹簧安装位上。图中显示,基座3.2具有安装孔3.21,弹性组件3的基座3.2采用铆钉铆接或缝线方式贴合固定在垫体面层2.1上。
本发明提示,本发明提出的保健垫,在垫体上阵列布置圆柱状滚压按摩头,圆柱状按摩头是采用铆钉铆接或缝线方式贴合固定在垫体面层上。因此,圆柱状滚压按摩头必须具有与垫体面层贴合的底板并在底板上设置安装孔。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚压按摩头,主要由滚动球、壳座、壳盖构成,所述壳座内部具有承载滚动球的承托面,所述壳盖具有禁闭冠盖,所述冠盖具有圆形缺口,所述圆形缺口的直径小于所述滚动球的直径,所述滚动球置于所述壳座的承托面上,所述滚动球从所述圆形缺口中露出球冠,所述滚动球被禁闭在所述壳座中并且可以在壳座中作无轴滚动,其特征是,所述壳座为圆管状结构,所述壳盖为圆管状结构,所述壳座的圆管段与所述壳盖的圆管段互相套接固定使按摩头呈圆柱状结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压按摩头,其特征是,所述壳座的管壁外径与所述壳盖的管壁内径互相匹配并且以所述滚动球的球径为基准,所述壳盖套接在所述壳座外面并且通过紧配合互相固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压按摩头,其特征是,所述壳座内部为碗状结构,所述壳座内部具有第一球体承托面,所述滚动球置于所述第一球体承托面上,所述滚动球可以在所述第一球体承托面上滚动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的滚压按摩头,其特征是,所述壳座的下部设置有第一止位台阶,所述壳盖套接在所述壳座外面并且通过所述第一止位台阶定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压按摩头,其特征是,还设置一个球承,所述球承为碗状结构,所述球承设置在所述壳座中,所述球承上具有第二球体承托面,所述滚动球置于所述第二球体承托面上,所述滚动球在所述第二球体承托面上滚动,所述球承上还具有第二止位台阶,所述球承通过所述第二止位台阶置于所述壳座圆管段的端口上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压按摩头,其特征是,在所述壳座上还设置水平面上环形布置的球窝,在各个球窝中设置钢珠使各个钢珠呈水平面环形布置,各个钢珠在所述球窝中自由滚动,所述滚动球放置在环形布置的钢珠上并在上面自由滚动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压按摩头,其特征是,所述壳座与壳盖上还设置卡扣装置,所述壳座与壳盖互相套接并且通过卡扣装置卡合固定。
  8. 一种根据上述滚压按摩头制成的保健垫,其特征是,包括垫体和垫体面层上阵列布置的圆柱状滚压按摩头。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的保健垫,其特征是,所述壳座还具有安装底板,所述安装底板上设置有安装孔,所述圆柱状按摩头的安装底板采用铆钉铆接或缝线方式贴合固定在所述垫体面层上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的保健垫,其特征是,所述滚压按摩头竖直安装在一个弹性组件上,所述弹性组件包括压缩弹簧和基座,所述压缩弹簧设置在所述壳座与所述基座之间,所述弹性组件通过所述基座阵列固定在垫体面层上。
