所述控制器104用于从所述患者文字信息中提取关键字,并将提出的关键字与所述医疗信息数据库152进行比对,当所述关键字与所述医疗信息数据库匹配时,确认所述关键字中包含的患者症状关键字,所述控制器104依据所述症状关键字从所述医疗信息数据库152中查询患者就诊科室信息,并将查询到的患者就诊科室信息发送至语音文字转换模块103。所述控制器104可以为一种微处理器、微控制单元(MCU)、信号处理芯片、或者具有数据计算功能的数据处理单元。所述关键字可以是依据预先设置的提取规则从所述患者文字信息中所提取出来的词语集合。所述医疗信息数据库152可以包括症状关键字集合和就诊科室信息,以及症状关键字集合和就诊科室的对应关系,所述症状关键字集合可以包含多组症状关键字,每一组症状关键字与一个就诊科室对应,所述每一组症状关键字包含多个症状描述词汇。所述控制器104从所述患者文字信息中提取关键字,并将提取的关键字与所述医疗信息数据库152进行比对具体可以是:所述控制器104依据预先设置的词语提取规则提取关键字,并将提取出来的所述关键字与所述医疗信息数据库152的症状关键字集合进行比对,当所述关键字中包含所述症状关键字集合中的任一症状描述词汇时,认为所述关键字与所述医疗信息数据库152匹配。所述关键字中所包含的所有所述症状关键字集合中的症状描述词汇为患者症状关键字。当所述关键字不能与所述医疗信息数据库152匹配时,所述控制器104控制所述语音输出模块105输出礼貌用语,所述礼貌用语可以是打招呼用语,例如“请再次输入症状”等。当所述关键字可以与所述医疗信息数据库152匹配时,所述控制器104依据所述患者症状关键字从所述医疗信息数据库中查询患者就诊科室信息,具体可以是所述控制器104将所述患者症状关键字与所述医疗信息数据库152的症状关键字集合进行比对,与所述患者症状关键字重合度最高的症状关键字组所对应的就诊科室即为患者就诊科室信息。所述控制器104将查询到的患者就诊科室信息发送至语音文字转换模块103。
所述语音文字转换模块103还用于将接收的患者就诊科室信息转换为患者就诊科室语音信息后,并发送给语音输出模块105。所述语音输出模块105用于将患者就诊科室语音信息播出。所述语音输出模块105可以是扬声器。所述挂号辅助装置1还包括显示模块108,所述控制器104还用于将患者就诊科室信息发送给所述显示模块108,所述显示模块108用于显示所述患者就诊科室信息。所述显示模块108可以是液晶显示屏。
所述语音输入模块102持续采集患者的语音信息,所述语音文字转换模块103持续将所述语音输入模块102采集的患者的语音信息转换成患者文字信息,并发送至控制器104。所述控制器104还用于当从所述患者文字信息中包含确认患者就诊科室关键字时,控制所述语音输出模块105输出请患者将身份证件放置于读卡器上的信息。所述确认患者就诊科室关键字可以是依据预先设置的某些词语或词语组合。所述控制器104将所述患者文字信息与所述确认患者就诊科室关键字进行比对,当所述患者文字信息中包含所述确认患者就诊科室关键字时,所述控制器104控制所述语音输出模块105输出请患者将身份证件放置于读卡器上的信息以及控制读卡器106从患者的身份证件读取患者的身份信息。
所述读卡器106用于读取患者的身份证件获得患者的身份信息,并将所述患者的身份信息发送至所述控制器104。所述患者的身份信息可以包括患者的社保信息、患者的身份证信息。
所述控制器104还用于将患者的身份信息、患者就诊科室信息作为患者挂号请求发送至通过通信模块107发送至与所述挂号辅助装置1连接的医院服务器3。所述医院服务器3中的医院挂号系统可以在接收到所述挂号辅助装置1发送的为患者挂号请求后给患者挂号,并依据所述患者的身份信息从社保系统中扣缴挂号费用后返回挂号成功消息。所述通信模块107还用于接收到所述医院服务器3发送的挂号成功消息并传输给所述控制器104。所述控制器104还用于控制所述语音文字转换模块103将所述挂号成功消息转换为语音信息后通过所述语音输出模块105输出,以及通过所述显示模块108显示所述挂号成功消息。所述通信模块107为一种具有远程无线通讯功能的无线通讯接口,例如,支持GSM、GPRS、WCDMA、CDMA、TD-SCDMA、WiMAX、TD-LTE、FDD-LTE等通讯技术的通讯接口。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述挂号辅助装置1还包括扫码器109,所述扫码器109用于当所述挂号辅助装置1接收到所述医院服务器3发送的付款请求消息时读取患者的付款码获得患者的付款信息并发送至所述控制器104。所述患者的付款码可以是二维码,患者可通过微信、支付宝等网络支付平台支付挂号费用。当所述医院服务器3中的医院挂号系统依据患者的身份信息不能从社保系统中扣除患者的挂号费时,所述医院服务器3发送付款请求消息给所述挂号辅助装置1,所述通信模块107还用于接收到所述医院服务器3发送的付款请求消息并传输给所述控制器104。所述控制器104还用于控制所述语音文字转换模块103将付款请求消息转换为语音信息后通过所述语音输出模块105输出,以及通过所述显示模块108显示付款请求消息。所述控制器104还用于接收到付款请求消息时控制所述扫码器109读取患者的付款码。所述扫码器109读取患者的付款码获得患者的付款信息并发送至所述控制器104。所述控制器104还用于控制所述通信模块107将所述患者的付款信息发送至与所述挂号辅助装置1连接的医院服务器3,所述医院服务器3的医院挂号系统依据所述患者的付款信息为患者扣缴挂号费用。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述挂号辅助装置1还包括打印模块110,所述打印模块110可以是打印机。所述通信模块107还用于接收医院服务器3发送的患者挂号单并将所述患者挂号单发送至所述控制器104,所述控制器104还用于控制所述打印模块110打印所述患者挂号单。所述医院服务器3的医院挂号系统在发送挂号成功消息后发送患者挂号单给所述挂号辅助装置1。所述通信模块107接收医院服务器3发送的挂号成功消息和患者挂号单并将所述挂号成功消息和患者挂号单发送至所述控制器104,所述控制器104还用于控制所述打印模块110打印所述患者挂号单。
相较于现有技术,本发明用于医院的挂号辅助装置通过采集患者的语音信息并从中提取关键字,将提取的关键字与医疗信息数据库进行比对,当所述关键字与所述医疗信息数据库匹配时,确认所述关键字中包含的患者症状关键字,依据所述患者症状关键字从所述医疗信息数据库中查询患者就诊科室信息,采集患者的身份信息,将所述患者的身份信息、患者就诊科室信息以及为患者挂号请求发送至医院服务器,为患者挂号。提高挂号的效率,提升用户体验。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效功能变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
工业实用性
相较于现有技术,本发明用于医院的挂号辅助装置通过采集患者的语音信息并从中提取关键字,将提取的关键字与医疗信息数据库进行比对,当所述关键字与所述医疗信息数据库匹配时,确认所述关键字中包含的患者症状关键字,依据所述患者症状关键字从所述医疗信息数据库中查询患者就诊科室信息,采集患者的身份信息,将所述患者的身份信息、患者就诊科室信息以及为患者挂号请求发送至医院服务器,为患者挂号。本发明提高了医院挂号的效率,提升用户体验。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于医院的挂号辅助装置,所述挂号辅助装置上安装有医疗信息数据库,所述挂号辅助装置通过通信网络与医院服务器连接,所述医院服务器上运行有医院挂号系统,其特征在于,所述挂号辅助装置包括语音输入模块、语音文字转换模块、控制器、显示模块、语音输出模块以及通信模块,其中:所述语音输入模块用于采集患者的语音信息,并将患者的语音信息发送至语音文字转换模块;所述语音文字转换模块用于将所述语音输入模块采集的患者的语音信息转换成患者文字信息,并发送至控制器;所述控制器用于从所述患者文字信息中提取关键字,并将提取的关键字与所述医疗信息数据库中的症状关键字集合进行比对,当所述关键字与所述医疗信息数据库中的症状关键字集合匹配时,确认所述关键字中包含的患者症状关键字;所述控制器依据所述患者症状关键字从所述医疗信息数据库中查询患者就诊科室信息,并将查询到的患者就诊科室信息发送至语音文字转换模块和显示模块;所述显示模块用于显示所述患者就诊科室信息;所述语音文字转换模块还用于将患者就诊科室信息转换为患者就诊科室语音信息,并发送给语音输出模块;所述语音输出模块用于将患者就诊科室语音信息播出;所述控制器还用于当所述患者文字信息中包含确认患者就诊科室关键字时,控制所述语音输出模块输出请患者将身份证件放置于读卡器上的信息;所述读卡器用于读取患者的身份证件获得患者的身份信息,并将所述患者的身份信息发送至所述控制器;所述控制器还用于将患者的身份信息和患者就诊科室信息作为患者挂号请求通过通信网络发送至医院服务器;所述通信模块还用于接收到所述医院服务器发送的挂号成功消息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述用于医院的挂号辅助装置,其特征在于,所述挂号辅助装置还包括扫码器,所述扫码器用于当所述挂号辅助装置接收到所述医院服务器发送的付款请求时读取患者的付款码获得患者的付款信息并发送至所述控制器,所述控制器还用于控制所述通信模块将所述患者的付款信息通信网络发送至医院服务器。
  3. 权利要求2所述的用于医院的挂号辅助装置,其特征在于,所述挂号辅助装置还包括打印模块;所述通信模块还用于接收医院服务器发送的患者挂号单并将所述患者挂号单发送至所述控制器,所述控制器还用于控制所述打印模块打印所述患者挂号单。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于医院的挂号辅助装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块还用于显示所述挂号成功消息和患者挂号单。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的用于医院的挂号辅助装置,其特征在于,所述挂号辅助装置还包括电源模块,所述电源模块为所述挂号辅助装置提供工作电能。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于医院的挂号辅助装置,其特征在于,所述患者的身份信息包括患者的社保信息。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的用于医院的挂号辅助装置,其特征在于,所述关键字是依据预先设置的提取规则从所述患者文字信息中所提取出来的词语集合。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的用于医院的挂号辅助装置,其特征在于,所述医疗信息数据库包括症状关键字集合和就诊科室信息,以及症状关键字集合和就诊科室的对应关系。
