Description

一种耳机线的固定方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子行业技术领域。更具体地,涉及一种耳机线的固定方法。
背景技术
目前,耳机线材多使用空心管型线材,此种线材芯线与线皮摩擦力较小,在耳机组装过程中,为了增强线材的拉力,通常采用线皮打结或者打端子的方式:
1、线皮打结
该方式主要利用工人手工对耳机线进行打结,并通过线结将耳机线阻挡在耳机壳内,防止其脱落。其中,图1示出了现有耳机线的打结过程。如图1所示,在耳机线2穿入耳机壳1后,进行手工打结;然后,在手工打结完成后,将形成的线结3拉入耳机壳1内,完成耳机线2的固定。
2、打端子方式
该方式主要通过端子或注塑件将耳机线固定在耳机壳内,防止耳机线的脱出。其中,图2示出了现有耳机线的打端子装置结构;图3示出了耳机线打端子后的结构。如图2和图3共同所示,端子料带4放置在端子机5上方,送料机构7设置在端子机5的一侧,耳机线收纳盒6在Z轴方向上前后移动推入端子机压接头51下方,并在打完端子后沿Z轴方向退回线材,使耳机线通过塑胶件11固定在耳机外壳内。
这两种方式通常存在以下缺点:
一、占用空间大
对于线皮打结这种方式,局限性较大,通常线材直径2.0mm,线结直径会在5mm以上,对于耳机内部空间较小的产品则无法应用。
二、拉力无法达到目标值
对于线芯与线皮之间结合不紧密的线材,尤其是空心管类线材,由于线材的特殊性,端子难以做到对线芯的有效固定定位,在实际使用时,线芯极易在线皮中抽动,不易做到与线皮起到同时受力的作用,进而减小了耳机线材的整体承受力,吊重拉力一般3kg左右,且当线芯受力时,端部线芯的焊点部位极易受力脱落,导致产品出现性能不良;对于拉力要求更大的产品可行性较小。
因此,需要提供一种占用耳机内部空间小,且吊重拉力在4kg以上的耳机线的固定方法。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种耳机线的固定方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种耳机线的固定方法,所述耳机线包括耳机线表皮和若干根芯线,所述耳机线表皮附着并包裹所述芯线,所述芯线包括芯线表皮和芯线内芯,所述芯线表皮附着并包裹所述芯线内芯,所述耳机线的固定方法包括如下步骤:
对耳机线进行打端子;
在打完端子的耳机线的芯线表皮与耳机线表皮的交界处进行芯线打结,其中至少两根芯线相互之间打结固定,且相互之间打结固定的芯线表皮之间交叉缠绕;
在芯线打结后的耳机线的端子位置和芯线的打结位置进行点胶或注塑。
此外,优选地方案是,在打完端子的耳机线的芯线表皮与耳机线表皮的交界处进行芯线打结过程中:所述芯线打结为将芯线分组后进行打结,所述芯线分为至少两组,每组包括至少一根芯线;其中至少两组芯线相互之间打结固定,且相互之间打结固定的芯线表皮之间交叉缠绕。

为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例和附图对本发明做进一步的说明。附图中相似的部件以相同的附图标记进行表示。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
针对上述耳机线采用线皮打结方式造成占用耳机内部空间大,无法适用于耳机内部空间较小的产品;采用打端子方式固定质量差、易造成产品性能不良等问题,本发明采用芯线打结、打端子、点胶或注塑结合的耳机线固定方法,不仅节省了空间,而且固定效果好,提高了耳机线整体承受挂力的能力。
为详细描述本发明的耳机线固定方法,以下将结合附图对本发明的具体 实施方式进行详细描述。
具体的,图4示出本发明的耳机线的结构示意图,所述耳机线41包括耳机线表皮411和若干根芯线412,所述耳机线表皮411附着并包裹所述芯线412,所述芯线412包括芯线表皮4121和芯线内芯4122,所述芯线表皮4121附着并包裹所述芯线内芯4122。
图5示出本发明的耳机线固定方法示意图,如图5所示,固定方法主要包括以下步骤:
S01:对耳机线41进行打端子;该步骤通过端子对耳机线表皮411和芯线412进行固定定位,且所述端子可防止耳机线从耳机壳内脱落;
S02:在打完端子的耳机线41的芯线表皮4121与耳机线表皮411的交界处进行芯线打结,其中至少两根芯线相互之间打结固定,且相互之间打结固定的芯线表皮之间交叉缠绕;该步骤一方面通过线结进一步将耳机线阻挡在耳机壳内,防止其脱落;另一方面通过线结阻挡芯线在耳机线表皮中的抽动,防止芯线从耳机线表皮中脱离,使芯线和耳机线表皮起到同时受力的作用,进而增加耳机线材的整体承受力;再一方面,芯线打结直径远小于耳机线表皮打结直径,对于耳机内部空间占用小,适用范围更广;此外,至少两根芯线相互之间打结固定的打结方式更牢固,进一步提高耳机线材的整体承受力;
S03:在芯线打结后的耳机线41的端子位置和芯线的打结位置进行点胶或注塑,该步骤使得芯线和耳机线表皮、耳机线表皮和端子紧密的结合在一起,进一步增大了端子和芯线的稳定度,有效防止端子受力时芯线移位或耳机线表皮拉伸变形,对耳机的整体承受能力的提高也起着十分重要的作用,使得线材的拉力达到4kg以上。

在本发明的另一具体实施方式中,S03中可通过点胶机或者注塑机在芯线打结后的耳机线的端子位置和芯线的打结位置进行点胶或注塑,不仅生产效率高,而且固定效果好。
为进一步提高耳机线的固定质量,确保其在外力的作用不会从外壳脱出或产生芯线与耳机线表皮的脱离,在本发明的另一个具体实施方式中,在芯线打结后的耳机线的端子位置和芯线的打结位置进行点胶或注塑的过程中,扩大点胶或注塑的范围,使得端子处的胶水和芯线打结处的胶水相连,即使所述端子、所述芯线和所述耳机线表皮通过胶水或注塑形成一个整体,以增加耳机线的固定强度及使用寿命。

本发明改善了现有技术中打端子或者打结的耳机线固定方式对芯线固定存在的缺陷,不仅增大了端子的稳定度,防止端子受力时产生移位,能够有效防止耳机线表皮的拉伸变形,提高耳机的整体承受能力,而且在耳机壳中占用空间小,适用于不同形状的耳机壳。

    在芯线打结后的耳机线的端子位置和芯线的打结位置进行点胶或注塑。

    通过点胶机或者注塑机进行点胶或注塑。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的耳机线的固定方法,其特征在于,在芯线打结后的耳机线的端子位置和芯线的打结位置进行点胶或注塑的过程中:
    通过所述点胶或注塑将所述端子、所述芯线和所述耳机线表皮连接为一个整体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机线的固定方法,其特征在于,在芯线打结后的耳机线的端子位置和芯线的打结位置进行点胶或注塑后,将所述耳机 线设置有端子的一端固定在耳机壳内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机线的固定方法,其特征在于,在打完端子的耳机线的芯线表皮与耳机线表皮的交界处进行芯线打结后,将所述耳机线设置有端子的一端固定在耳机壳内。
