本发明涉及音响设备,更具体涉及一种蓝牙耳机。
背景技术
目前市场上的对耳无线立体声蓝牙耳机有如下问题:
1:耳机体积越来越小,导致耳机天线信号很难达到理想效果;
2:目前市场上的部分对耳无线立体声蓝牙耳机天线置于耳机柄上,因此增加了耳机体积,并且工艺难度更复杂,增加制造成本;
3:目前市场上的大多数对耳无线立体声蓝牙耳机分为直插式与斜插式,直插式单单靠耳道固定,佩戴不稳固,易掉落,且长时间佩戴造成耳道不适等问题,斜插式的则靠耳甲艇与对耳轮卡住耳机达到固定效果,然而耳甲艇与对耳轮是软骨,弹性有限,长时间卡住耳机会造成这两次软骨疼痛、红肿等现象;
4:目前市场上的大多数对耳无线立体声蓝牙耳机天线置于耳机上端,用户带上后天线深陷于耳廓内,且耳舟与耳轮较厚,且这个位置是头围周长最长的部位,影响左右耳机间的信号传输,造成延时,声音不同步等问题,影响体验。
5:目前市场上大部分的蓝牙耳机戴上以后阻止外部声音进入耳道,导致无法听清身边的环境声音,当需要听清楚身边的环境声音时,则需要摘下耳机,操作麻烦,且经常摘下耳机容易导致耳机遗失。
6:目前市场上普通的对耳无线立体声蓝牙耳机使用主耳机操控,然而由于对耳无线立体声耳机的操控面板较小,只能置入一个按键或者是触屏按键,造成操控功能单一,易错误操控等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何提高用户的佩戴舒适度,如何在不牺牲蓝牙接收性能的情况下,将耳机整体结构作小。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种蓝牙耳机,包括耳机前腔、后盖和pcba板,其特征在于所述耳机前腔的外轮廓贴合耳朵的一面上设有与耳朵 的耳屏间切迹和耳屏相吻合的弧面,耳机前腔上设有一个凸部,所述pcba板在耳机前腔内向凸部沿展与凸部相一致,所述pcba板在凸部位置设有板载天线或焊接有天线。

为了达到发明目的,本发明把天线直接焊接在pcba板上,节省耳机内部空间,有效缩小蓝牙耳机的体积;将天线置于耳机下端,外形刚刚与耳朵的耳屏间切迹相吻合且符合人体工程学的结构与外观,能有效的固定耳机与增加佩戴舒适感;将天线置于耳机下端凸出部位,使用时天线微微高出耳朵的耳屏间切迹,能有效的提高天线的信号发射与接收范围,以达到更好的信号传输效果;在pcba板上设计了降噪模块与音频放大模块,进一步使本发明的麦克风有三种功能:①,通话功能;②,降噪功能;③,环境声音放大功能。实现带上耳机既能通话,又能听音乐,还能无需摘除耳机就能清晰听取环境声音;在主机和副机上都分别设有两个操控按钮,不仅可以更多的置入操控指令,且不易导致错误操控,区别于市面上的单按键或触摸操作;内置独立支架,将pcba板与电池分隔于支架两侧,有效降低电池对pcba板上天线的信号传输干扰;采用触点充电,充电时方便快捷,而且有效提高防水性能。

图4是蓝牙耳机与耳朵的佩戴示意图,蓝牙耳机佩戴于耳朵上时,板载天线0103所在位置的下部突出部位刚刚卡入耳朵的耳屏间切迹位置,符合人体工程学设计,且根据三角形稳定定理,图中A/B/C三点起到固定耳机作用,A点为耳 屏间切迹,B点为耳屏,C点为对耳屏。
图5是蓝牙耳机与耳朵的佩戴效果示意图,佩戴蓝牙耳机后,耳机天线0103位于耳朵耳屏间切迹位置,耳机微微高于耳朵耳屏间切迹,能有效的提高扩大天线的信号发射与接收范围。
蓝牙耳机的pcba板0102上搭载麦克风0109,在通话状态下,导入用户声音通过语音解析模块,实现通话功能;在音乐播放状态下,麦克风0109通过pcba板上的降噪模块0111实现降噪功能,提高音质;在开机但无通话、无播放音乐的状态下,麦克风0109接收外界声音,通过pcba板上的音频放大器处理0112,由耳机的喇叭将外界声音传输到用户耳朵。实现带上耳机既能通话,又能听音乐,还能无需摘除耳机就能清晰听取环境声音。

蓝牙耳机内置触点充电系统0106/0206,该充电系统有独立pcba板、充电撞针0114/0214,充电撞针通过前腔外壳0108/0208突出进行接触充电电源,进一步通过触点充电系统的pcba板进行电压电流控制,进一步为电池0105/0205充电;本发明工作时,电池0105/0205通过触点充电系统的pcba板释放电源,进一步通过L型倒钩触点0115/0215为主pcba板0102/0202提供电源。
后盖0101/0201与耳机前腔0108/0208的结合部在后盖0101/0201或耳机前腔0108/0208上设有凹槽0116/0216,在后盖0101/0201与耳机前腔0108/0208装配上后,可在凹槽0116/0216上增加防水胶,进一步提高防水效果。
