在电梯发生故障或者需要进行维保时,电梯维保人员经常需要使用电梯钥匙打开电梯厅门,打开厅门时若电梯维保人员疏忽,没有注意到电梯不在本层,由厅门踏入时容易失去重心发生堕落事故。经统计该类电梯门区的伤害事故占整个电梯事故的80%以上。
为更好地保护使用者的安全,亟需设计一种智能钥匙,以减少电梯安全事故发生率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能钥匙,可在电梯厅门开启前发出警示信号。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供一种智能钥匙,包括钥匙头和与所述钥匙头连接的钥匙本体,还包括:
电源模块,安装于所述钥匙本体内;
警示发生模块,安装于所述钥匙本体内,所述警示发生模块与所述电源模块连接;
触发模块,安装于所述钥匙头内,所述触发模块与所述警示发生模块连接,当智能钥匙插入至锁孔时,所述触发模块触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端设置 有开口背离所述钥匙本体的凹槽,所述凹槽的槽底开设有一延伸至所述钥匙本体内的安装孔;
所述触发模块为弹性组件,所述弹性组件的一端穿过所述安装孔与所述警示发生模块连接,另一端朝向所述凹槽的开口方向延伸至所述凹槽内,当智能钥匙插入锁孔且所述弹性组件被抵压时,所述弹性组件触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,当智能钥匙插入锁孔且所述弹性组件被抵压至非凸出于所述槽底时,所述弹性组件触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述弹性组件包括金属材质的针套、顶针及弹簧,所述针套沿其长度方向具有一针孔,所述弹簧固定安装于所述针孔内,所述顶针一端位于所述针孔内与所述弹簧固定连接,另一端位于所述凹槽内;所述针套与所述警示发生模块连接;
当智能钥匙插入锁孔且所述顶针被抵压时,所述顶针触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述钥匙头为金属材质,所述顶针与所述钥匙头之间设置有绝缘层。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述弹性组件包括弹性磁杆和磁阻传感器,所述弹性磁杆一端穿过所述安装孔与所述磁阻传感器间隔设置,另一端位于所述凹槽内,所述磁阻传感器与所述警示发生模块连接;
当所述弹性磁杆被锁孔抵压时,所述弹性磁杆的磁场覆盖所述磁阻传感器的检测范围,以触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述弹性磁杆包括磁杆和弹簧,所述弹簧一端固定于所述钥匙本体内,另一端与所述磁杆连接,所述磁杆远离所述弹簧 的一端位于所述凹槽内。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述磁杆包括顶杆和永磁体,所述顶杆具有与所述弹簧连接的第一端和位于所述凹槽内的第二端,所述永磁体设置在所述第一端。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述触发模块为测距模块,所述测距模块安装于所述钥匙头上,用于检测锁孔的距离h,当检测值h≤设定值H阈值时,所述测距模块触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体的凹槽,所述测距模块安装于凹槽内,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端面与所述凹槽的槽底之间的距离为h′,所述设定值H阈值≤h′。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体的凹槽;
所述触发模块为按键开关,所述按键开关的按压端凸设于所述凹槽的槽底,所述按键开关通过导线与所述电源模块和所述警示发生模块连接;
当所述钥匙头插入锁孔且所述按压端被抵压时,触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述凹槽的槽底开设有一安装孔,所述按键开关安装于所述安装孔内,当所述按压端被锁孔抵压至与所述槽底平齐时,触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述警示发生模块包括电路板、设置于所述电路板上的语音播报模块和与所述语音播报模块的驱动端连接的喇叭,所述语音播报模块的电源端与所述电源模块连接,所述语音播报模块的触发端与所 述触发模块连接,所述语音播报模块可选择性驱动所述喇叭发出警示信号。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述电源模块包括可充电的电池和与所述电池连接的充电接口,所述充电接口设置在所述钥匙本体上。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,还包括设置于所述电路板上的电量提示模块,所述电量提示模块与所述电源模块连接。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述钥匙本体上设置有与所述电量提示模块连接的充电提示灯、充电饱和提示灯和低电量提示灯,所述充电提示灯、所述充电饱和提示灯以及所述低电量提示灯均为LED灯。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,还包括用于安装所述电路板的支架,所述支架与所述电路板通过螺钉与所述钥匙本体的盖体可拆卸连接。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述支架包括与所述电路板连接的支架本体,以及位于所述支架本体靠近所述钥匙头的一端的连接板,所述连接板与所述支架本体垂直连接,所述连接板通过中间连接件与所述钥匙头可拆卸连接,所述连接板和所述中间连接件上分别设置有供所述触发模块的导线穿过的通孔。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述连接板与所述中间连接件固定连接,所述中间连接件为非圆形结构,所述钥匙头靠近所述盖体的一侧设置有与所述中间连接件的尺寸相匹配的连接凹槽,所述连接板和所述中间连接件通过螺钉与所述钥匙头可拆卸连接。
作为智能钥匙的一种优选方案,所述连接板和所述中间连接件的外周开设有贯穿两者厚度方向的U型槽,所述连接凹槽的槽底开设有与所述U型槽的位置相对应的螺纹孔,所述螺钉可由所述U型槽的开口处插入所述U型槽内并与所述螺纹孔旋接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在钥匙头设置触发模块,在智能钥匙的钥匙头插入电梯厅门的锁孔中时,且在打开电梯厅门之前,触发模块即可触发警示发生模块发出警示信号,提醒操作人员电梯厅门即将打开,警示操作人员注意安全,相对于现有的厅门开启时发出的警示信号,更加有效和及时,从而可以减少电梯安全事故。与现有技术中的在厅门或者厅门的门锁上安装触发装置和警示装置相比,本发明无需改装现有的电梯厅门结构,且更容易实现警示作用,方便使用,更加经济有效。

如图3所示,本发明的实施例提供一种智能钥匙,包括钥匙头1和与所述钥匙头1连接的钥匙本体2,如图1所示,本实施例的智能钥匙还包括:电源模块,安装于所述钥匙本体2内;警示发生模块,安装于所述钥匙本体2内,所述警示发生模块与所述电源模块连接;触发模块,安装于所述钥匙头1内,所述触发模块与所述警示发生模块连接,当智能钥匙插入至锁孔时,所述触发模块触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。本实施例通过在钥匙头1设置触发模块,在智能钥匙的钥匙头1插入电梯厅门的锁孔中时,且在打开电梯厅门之前,触发模块即可触发警示发生模块发出警示信号,提醒操作人员电梯厅门即将打开,警示操作人员注意安全,相对于现有的厅门开启时发出的警示信号,更加有效和及时,从而可以减少电梯安全事故。本实施例在智能钥匙的钥匙头1上设置可触发警示发生模块的触发模块,相对于在厅门或者厅门的门锁上安装触发装置和警示装置,无需改装现有的电梯厅门结构,且更容易实现警示作用,方便使用,更加经济有效。
本实施例的智能钥匙不限于开启电梯厅门,任何与电梯厅门的门锁结构类似的锁均适用于本发明的智能钥匙。
所述钥匙头1远离所述钥匙本体2的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体2的凹槽11,所述凹槽11的槽底开设有一延伸至所述钥匙本体2内的安装孔;所述触发模块为弹性组件,所述弹性组件的一端穿过所述安装孔与所述警示发生模块连接,另一端朝向所述凹槽11的开口方向延伸至所述凹槽11内,当智能钥匙插入锁孔且所述弹性组件被抵压时,所述弹性组件触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
优选地,当所述弹性组件被锁孔抵压至非凸出于所述槽底时,所述弹性组件触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
在一个具体的实施方式中,如图4所示,所述弹性组件包括金属材质的针套31、顶针32及弹簧33,所述针套31沿其长度方向具有一针孔,所述弹簧33固定安装于所述针孔内,所述顶针32一端位于所述针孔内与所述弹簧33固定连接,另一端位于所述凹槽11内;所述针套31与警示发生模块连接。其中,弹簧33位于针套31内,当智能钥匙插入锁孔且所述弹性组件被抵压时,所述弹性组件触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
其中,所述针孔靠近所述凹槽11的一端开口,另一端封闭,以防止弹簧33穿过由针套31的另一端穿过。
所述钥匙头1为金属材质,所述顶针32与所述钥匙头1之间设置有绝缘层,以防止顶针32误触发警示发生模块。
本实施方式中,所述警示发生模块还包括设置于所述电路板上的语音播报模块和与所述语音播报模块的驱动端连接的喇叭,所述语音播报模块的电源端与所述电源模块连接,其中,语音播报模块和喇叭分别与电路板连接,所述语音播报模块可选择性驱动所述喇叭发出警示信号。当顶针32受到锁孔的挤压时,触发语音播报模块驱动喇叭发出警示信号,所述的警示信号为语音信号,例如:厅门将打开,请注意安全。
具体地,如图9所示,还包括上拉电阻,所述语音播报模块的触发端和所述顶针32分别通过所述上拉电阻与所述电池连接,当所述顶针32与所述锁孔非接触时,所述触发端的电平为高电平,由于厅门的门锁与大地连接,当所述顶针32被电梯厅门的锁孔抵压至非凸出于所述槽底时,所述触发端的高电平转换为低电平,以触发所述语音播报模块驱动所述喇叭发出设定的警示信号。
如图2所示,所述电源模块包括可充电的电池和与所述电池连接的充电接口,所述充电接口设置在所述钥匙本体2上。所述充电接口为USB接口,无需 专用电源适配器和充电线,方便对钥匙本体2内的电池进行充电。本实施例中,所述电池为锂离子电池,其正极或者负极设置有保护板,防止过流或短路。
还包括设置于所述电路板上的电量提示模块,所述电量提示模块与所述电源模块连接,用于提醒使用者及时对智能钥匙充电。
其中,所述钥匙本体2上设置有与所述电量提示模块连接的充电提示灯、充电饱和提示灯和低电量提示灯,所述充电提示灯、所述充电饱和提示灯以及所述低电量提示灯均为LED灯。
如图3所示,所述钥匙本体2靠近钥匙头1的一端设置有出声孔22,操作人员握住该钥匙时,此处的出声孔22不容易被手掌遮挡,保证声音无阻碍地发出。
本实施方式中,如图5所示,还包括用于安装所述电路板的支架5,所述支架5与所述电路板通过螺钉与所述钥匙本体2的盖体可拆卸连接,以方便电路板的安装。本实施例中,支架5均为金属钣金件,电路板3和支架5通过螺钉与钥匙本体2的盖体可拆卸连接。
如图6所示,所述支架5包括与所述电路板连接的支架本体51,以及位于所述支架本体51靠近所述钥匙头1的一端的连接板52,所述连接板52与所述支架本体51垂直连接,所述连接板52通过中间连接件6与所述钥匙头1可拆卸连接,所述连接板52和所述中间连接件6上分别设置有供所述顶针32穿过的通孔。本实施例中,钥匙头1通过中间连接件6与固定于容纳空间内的支架5连接,对于可拆卸连接的盖体而言,提高了钥匙头1和钥匙本体2的连接稳定性。
如图7所示,所述连接板52与所述中间连接件6固定连接,所述中间连接件6为非圆形结构,所述钥匙头1靠近所述钥匙本体2的一侧设置有与所述中 间连接件6的尺寸相匹配的连接凹槽12,所述连接板52和所述中间连接件6通过螺钉与所述钥匙头1可拆卸连接。具体地,如图8所示,中间连接件6的外周具有两段依次连接的圆弧边和直边,对应地,连接凹槽12的内周也具有两段依次连接的圆弧边和直边,中间连接件6插入至连接凹槽12内,再通过螺钉与所述钥匙头1可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述连接板52和所述中间连接件6的外周开设有贯穿两者厚度方向的U型槽53,所述连接凹槽12的槽底开设有与所述U型槽53的位置相对应的螺纹孔13,所述螺钉可由所述U型槽53的开口处插入所述U型槽53内并与所述螺纹孔13旋接。U型槽53的设计可以方便钥匙头1与支架5的安装,提升智能钥匙的生产效率。
钥匙本体2的盖体包括上盖和下盖,上盖和下盖的内侧分别设置有加强筋,上盖正对下盖的一侧凸设有限位凸部21,对应地,所述支架5和所述电路板上开设有贯穿两者厚度方向的限位孔54,所述限位凸部21与所述限位孔54插接配合。加强筋包括沿盖体长度方向的若干筋板和沿盖体宽度方向的若干筋板,二者交叉垂直连接,用以加强盖体的强度。限位孔54和限位凸部21相配合,可以对支架5和电路板进行初步定位,方便后续通过螺钉与下盖螺纹旋接。而且,限位凸部21还对支架5和电路板具有一定的支撑作用。
本实施方式中,钥匙本体2的盖体包括上盖和下盖,上盖和下盖可拆卸连接,例如卡接、铰接等。
在另一个具体的实施方式中,本实施方式与上一实施方式的区别在于,所述弹性组件包括弹性磁杆和磁阻传感器,所述弹性磁杆一端穿过所述安装孔与所述磁阻传感器间隔设置,另一端位于所述凹槽11内,所述磁阻传感器与所述警示发生模块连接;当所述弹性磁杆被锁孔抵压时,所述弹性磁杆的磁场覆盖 所述磁阻传感器的检测范围,以触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
具体地,如图10所示,所述弹性磁杆包括磁杆41和弹簧42,所述弹簧42一端固定于所述钥匙本体2内,另一端与所述磁杆41连接,所述磁杆41远离所述弹簧42的一端位于所述凹槽11内。本实施例中的弹簧42对磁杆41的作用原理与上一实施例中的弹簧33对顶针32的作用原理类似,在此不再赘述。
进一步地,所述磁杆41包括顶杆和永磁体,所述顶杆具有与所述弹簧42连接的第一端和位于所述凹槽11内的第二端,所述永磁体设置在所述第一端。具体地,顶杆位于电路板的上方,顶杆靠近电路板的一侧设置有该永磁体,永磁体的磁场方向与顶杆的运行方向相同。当永磁体的磁场覆盖磁阻传感器的检测范围时,磁阻传感器触发警示发生模块发出警示信号。
本实施方式中,如图11所示,所述警示发生模块包括电路板和设置于所述电路板上的语音播报模块以及与所述语音播报模块的驱动端连接的喇叭,所述语音播报模块的电源端与所述电源模块连接,所述语音播报模块可选择性驱动所述喇叭发出警示信号。
所述语音播报模块的触发端与所述磁阻传感器的输出端连接,所述输出端的初始电平为高电平,当所述磁杆被电梯厅门的锁孔抵压时,所述磁杆覆盖于所述磁阻传感器的传感范围内,所述触发端的高电平转换为低电平,以触发所述语音播报模块驱动所述喇叭发出警示信号。
在本发明的第二实施例中,其与上一实施例的任一实施方式的区别在于,所述触发模块为测距模块,所述测距模块安装于所述钥匙头1上,用于检测锁孔的距离h,当检测值h≤设定值H阈值时,所述测距模块触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。具体地,测距模块为红外测距模块或者微波测距模块。在智能钥匙的钥匙头1插入电梯厅门的锁孔的过程中,当将测距模块检测到检测值h≤ 设定值H阈值时,即在厅门开启之前,测距模块就能触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号,提醒操作人员电梯厅门即将打开,警示操作人员注意安全,相对于现有的厅门开启时发出的警示信号,更加有效和及时,从而可以减少电梯安全事故。本实施例在智能钥匙中加入由钥匙头1上的测距模块触发的警示发生模块,相对于在厅门或者厅门的门锁上安装警示装置,无需改装现有的电梯厅门结构,且更容易实现警示作用,方便使用,更加经济有效。
具体地,智能钥匙的钥匙头1远离所述钥匙本体2的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体2的凹槽11,所述钥匙头1远离所述钥匙本体2的一端面与所述凹槽11的槽底之间的距离为h′,所述设定值H阈值≤h′。凹槽11的形状为非圆形结构,可以为三角形,或者矩形等。电梯厅门的锁孔的形状与凹槽11的形状相同。
本实施例中,所述警示发生模块包括电路板、设置于所述电路板上的语音播报模块和与所述语音播报模块的驱动端连接的喇叭,所述语音播报模块的电源端与所述电源模块连接,所述语音播报模块可选择性驱动所述喇叭发出所述警示信号。检测值h≤设定值H阈值时,触发语音播报模块驱动喇叭发出警示信号,所述的警示信号为语音信号,例如:厅门将打开,请注意安全。
如图12所示,所述语音播报模块的触发端与所述测距模块的输出端连接,当检测值h>设定值H阈值时,所述输出端输出高电平;当检测值h≤设定值H阈值时,所述输出端输出低电平,以触发所述语音播报模块驱动所述喇叭发出所述警示信号。
在本发明的第三实施例中,其与上一实施例的区别在于,所述钥匙头1远离所述钥匙本体2的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体2的凹槽11;所述触发模块为按键开关,所述按键开关的按压端凸设于所述凹槽11的槽底,所述按键 开关通过导线与所述电源模块和所述警示发生模块连接;当所述钥匙头1插入锁孔且所述按压端被锁孔抵压时,触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
优选地,所述凹槽11的槽底开设有一安装孔,所述按键开关安装于所述安装孔内,所述按压端被锁孔抵压时,触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号,按压端与所述槽底平齐,可以避免锁孔压坏该按键开关。
本实施例中,所述警示发生模块包括语音播报模块和与所述语音播报模块的驱动端连接的喇叭,所述语音播报模块的电源端与所述电池连接,所述语音播报模块可选择性驱动所述喇叭发出所述警示信号。
如图13所示,还包括上拉电阻,所述语音播报模块的触发端和所述按键开关的一个触点分别通过所述上拉电阻与所述电源模块连接,所述触发端的初始电平为高电平,当所述按压端被电梯厅门的锁头抵压触发时,所述触发端的高电平转换为低电平,以触发所述语音播报模块驱动所述喇叭发出设定的警示语音。

  1. 一种智能钥匙,包括钥匙头和与所述钥匙头连接的钥匙本体,其特征在于,还包括:
    电源模块,安装于所述钥匙本体内;
    警示发生模块,安装于所述钥匙本体内,所述警示发生模块与所述电源模块连接;
    触发模块,安装于所述钥匙头内,所述触发模块与所述警示发生模块连接,当智能钥匙插入至锁孔时,所述触发模块触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体的凹槽,所述凹槽的槽底开设有一延伸至所述钥匙本体内的安装孔;
    所述触发模块为弹性组件,所述弹性组件的一端穿过所述安装孔与所述警示发生模块连接,另一端朝向所述凹槽的开口方向延伸至所述凹槽内,当智能钥匙插入锁孔且所述弹性组件被抵压时,所述弹性组件触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述弹性组件包括金属材质的针套、顶针及弹簧,所述针套沿其长度方向具有一针孔,所述弹簧固定安装于所述针孔内,所述顶针一端位于所述针孔内与所述弹簧固定连接,另一端位于所述凹槽内;所述针套与所述警示发生模块连接;
    当智能钥匙插入锁孔且所述顶针被抵压时,所述顶针触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述钥匙头为金属材质,所述顶针与所述钥匙头之间设置有绝缘层。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述弹性组件包括弹性 磁杆和磁阻传感器,所述弹性磁杆一端穿过所述安装孔与所述磁阻传感器间隔设置,另一端位于所述凹槽内,所述磁阻传感器与所述警示发生模块连接;
    当所述弹性磁杆被锁孔抵压时,所述弹性磁杆的磁场覆盖所述磁阻传感器的检测范围,以触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述弹性磁杆包括磁杆和弹簧,所述弹簧一端固定于所述钥匙本体内,另一端与所述磁杆连接,所述磁杆远离所述弹簧的一端位于所述凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述磁杆包括顶杆和永磁体,所述顶杆具有与所述弹簧连接的第一端和位于所述凹槽内的第二端,所述永磁体设置在所述第一端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述触发模块为测距模块,所述测距模块安装于所述钥匙头上,用于检测锁孔的距离h,当检测值h≤设定值H阈值时,所述测距模块触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体的凹槽,所述测距模块安装于凹槽内,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端面与所述凹槽的槽底之间的距离为h′,所述设定值H阈值≤h′。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述钥匙头远离所述钥匙本体的一端设置有开口背离所述钥匙本体的凹槽;
    所述触发模块为按键开关,所述按键开关的按压端凸设于所述凹槽的槽底,所述按键开关通过导线与所述电源模块和所述警示发生模块连接;
    当所述钥匙头插入锁孔且所述按压端被锁孔抵压时,触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述凹槽的槽底开设有一安装孔,所述按键开关安装于所述安装孔内,当所述按压端被锁孔抵压至与所述槽底平齐时,触发所述警示发生模块发出警示信号。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述警示发生模块包括电路板、设置于所述电路板上的语音播报模块和与所述语音播报模块的驱动端连接的喇叭,所述语音播报模块的电源端与所述电源模块连接,所述语音播报模块的触发端与所述触发模块连接,所述语音播报模块可选择性驱动所述喇叭发出警示信号。
  13. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括可充电的电池和与所述电池连接的充电接口,所述充电接口设置在所述钥匙本体上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述电路板上的电量提示模块,所述电量提示模块与所述电源模块连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述钥匙本体上设置有与所述电量提示模块连接的充电提示灯、充电饱和提示灯和低电量提示灯,所述充电提示灯、所述充电饱和提示灯以及所述低电量提示灯均为LED灯。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,还包括用于安装所述电路板的支架,所述支架与所述电路板通过螺钉与所述钥匙本体的盖体可拆卸连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述支架包括与所述电路板连接的支架本体,以及位于所述支架本体靠近所述钥匙头的一端的连接板,所述连接板与所述支架本体垂直连接,所述连接板通过中间连接件与所述钥匙头可拆卸连接,所述连接板和所述中间连接件上分别设置有供所述触发模 块的导线穿过的通孔。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述连接板与所述中间连接件固定连接,所述中间连接件为非圆形结构,所述钥匙头靠近所述盖体的一侧设置有与所述中间连接件的尺寸相匹配的连接凹槽,所述连接板和所述中间连接件通过螺钉与所述钥匙头可拆卸连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的智能钥匙,其特征在于,所述连接板和所述中间连接件的外周开设有贯穿两者厚度方向的U型槽,所述连接凹槽的槽底开设有与所述U型槽的位置相对应的螺纹孔,所述螺钉可由所述U型槽的开口处插入所述U型槽内并与所述螺纹孔旋接。
