DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0041] Referring initially to FIGS. 1-5, a bottle, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, is generally designated bottle 100. In accordance with the present disclosure, bottle 100 has been designed to maximize durability and reduce potential for failing, breaking or cracking during repeated tossing and flipping of a bottle assembly 200 (e.g., bottle 100 including a cap 150), see FIGS. 12 and 13, for landing on hard surfaces and the like. Specifically, a base portion 110 of bottle 100 and a cap 150 have been designed to better withstand impacts thereto, due to a landing of the bottle assembly 200 on hard surfaces following a tossing and flipping of bottle assembly 200 during play of the AMAZING FLIP IT BOTTLE GAME™.
[0042] Bottle 100 has a substantially tubular and circular profiled elongate central body portion 102 defining a cavity or reservoir 102c for retaining a volume of fluid (e.g., water) therein, a reinforced base portion 110 integral with central body portion 102, and a tapering neck portion 120 integral with central body portion 102 and located opposite base portion 110. Bottle 100 may be provided with at least one annular groove 102c formed in an outer surface of central body portion 102. Bottle 11 has an overall height of about 193.44mm. [0043] Central body portion 102 includes a bottom portion 102a having a first diameter "Dl" (of about 64.72mm), and a top portion 102b having a second diameter "D2", which is smaller than first diameter "Dl" of bottom portion 102a.
[0044] Bottle 100 may also be provided with indicia 115 formed on or in central body portion 102 or inked or printed in or on central body portion 102. Indicia 115 may provide the end user or player with a suggestion of the level of water to add into bottle 100 to maximize the flipping and landing dynamics of bottle 100, and to maximize playability of AMAZING FLIP IT BOTTLE GAME™. Additionally, in accordance with the present disclosure, indicia 115 may be located along central body portion 102 so as to indicate a level which is equal to or less than one- half of the total volume of the cavity or reservoir 102c of bottle 100.
[0045] With reference to FIGS. 1-6, base portion 110 of bottle 100 is connected to bottom portion 102a of body 102 of bottle 100 via an annular recess 106.
