Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de production d'énergie avec des ventilateurs non alimentés et un ventilateur utilisant de l'énergie éolienne induite par gouvernail. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un système de production d'énergie avec des ventilateurs non alimentés et un ventilateur utilisant une énergie éolienne induite par gouvernail, qui à l'aide des pales de stator, divise de manière constante et uniforme des vents externes irréguliers et multidirectionnels, tout en augmentant la vitesse de ceux-ci et en les guidant vers des pales de rotor afin d'obtenir une énergie éolienne stable et hautement efficace, et qui, comprend en outre un élément de commande de volume d'air, diminue le volume d'air entrant dans un turbo-ventilateur pour empêcher des dommages aux pales de rotor et permettre un mouvement stable du turbo-ventilateur, lorsqu'une typhose ou des vents forts se produisent, et, d'autre part, augmente le volume d'air entrant dans le turbo-ventilateur pour permettre au turbo-ventilateur de fonctionner de façon stable, lorsque des vents forts (ou des vents faibles) se produisent.
