Description

一种用于清洁口腔的清洁套 技术领域
本发明涉及一种口腔清洁器具,尤其涉及一种可以对口腔内部的舌苔、牙床、嘴唇内侧、上下颚等部分进行清洁的清洁套。
背景技术
很多人会因为在公共场合和别人进行交流的时候出现口臭而出现尴尬的情况。口腔是消化道的起始端,并且与呼吸道相通,所以消化系统和呼吸系统的一些疾病同样可以造成口臭,如消化功能紊乱、肠胃炎、腹泻、便秘的病人可有不同程度的口臭。支气管扩张、肺部感染的病人也可产生口臭。另外,一些患有内分泌疾病如糖尿病的患者口腔内可有一种烂苹果的气味。口臭有可能是疾病的信号;另外,用餐时食用辛辣食物或饮酒、咖啡等,都会引起口臭。口臭不仅会影响自身食欲,而且会影响自身心情和社会交往。使用漱口水对防止口臭虽然有一定的效果,但只在短期有效,况且,含酒精的漱口水反而会使口臭加重。
研究发现,口臭大部分由口腔内的细菌所引起,口腔内除了舌根部、舌下、牙床、嘴唇内侧、上下颚等部分容易隐藏细菌之外,舌苔里也存在许多细菌,有些还是致病菌,除了会引起口臭外,也会引发口腔或牙周炎。
通常人们每天都会刷牙,通过牙刷和漱口可以将口腔内大部分细菌清除,保持口气清新。然而大多数人并未意识到口腔内隐蔽的细菌的问题,例如基本上很少有人定期清洁舌苔、嘴唇内侧等部位。有些人刷牙的同时会用牙刷清洁舌苔、舌下部分以及上下颚等,但是一般牙刷的刷毛相对口腔内部的柔软部分例如舌苔等来说都过于坚硬,通常还会施力过大,容易伤及这些部位,有些还会出现恶心干呕的状况,令人感觉非常不适。
现有技术有一些用于婴儿的清洁指套,通常由塑料或者硅胶制成,成本高,不适于一次性清洁口腔使用。例如,CN 103598722 A公开了一种硅胶指套式结构的婴儿用牙刷,指套的一侧面设有刷毛,另一侧面设有硅胶凸粒。另外,CN 206062509 U公开了一种口腔刷,包括一软质硅胶制成的筒形刷套本体,刷套本体设有用于匹配成人食指的指腔,刷套本体由一体成型的刷套主体、位于刷套主体尾端的固定部以及位于刷套主体前段的圆弧部构成。固定部的外表面设有防咬套,刷套主体的外表面设有刷牙齿的刷毛和按摩舌苔的舌苔按摩点。上述这些现有的清洁指套本质上仍然是牙刷,只是附带设置有复杂的舌苔清洁的结构,生成成本很高,难以推广至普通公众日常使用。
CN 206214218 U公开了一种婴儿用指套牙刷,包括医用纱布制成的指套本体,使用时套于手指上蘸少许清水伸入口腔进行清洁。该现有技术的指套,包括指套本体,使用时套于手指上,指套本体采用医用纱布所制,还可以采用棉布及无纺布材料,指套本体的底部边缘设置有能够弹性收紧的收边结构,用于紧束于手指根部,指套本体的内侧还设置有硅胶层,该硅胶层能够起到隔绝密封的作用,所述的指套本体的底部一侧设置有指环,所述指环用于穿过与指套本体套设手指所相邻的手指,所述的 指环采用松紧带所制。在使用之前,将指套本体套于食指上,对应的指环套于中指上固定,使用时将指套蘸少许清水,硅胶套的设置能够避免水进入到指套本体内部,伸入婴儿的口中,可以轻松方便的通过指套本体对婴儿的舌苔、牙龈及乳牙进行清洗,指环能够防止在清洗的过程中,指套本体从中指上脱落,同时在清洗完毕后,指环能够用于悬挂存放。
通过上述现有技术的描述可见,该现有技术的指套牙刷需要通过缝纫等加工环节制备其结构形状,难以机械化规模生产,成本很高,因此还需要存放再次使用,家用环境下很难灭菌消毒,安全隐患很大,无法做到一次性快速消费使用,且其采用的材料包含难以降解的硅胶和弹性体,一次性使用对环境的危害较大,因而结构复杂、加工困难、成本高昂乃至无法降解,不适合于公众日常安全使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于清洁口腔的清洁套,以减少或避免前面所提到的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种用于清洁口腔的清洁套,适用于套在手指或器具外侧对口腔内部进行清洁,其中,所述清洁套为扁平的层状结构,包括一个由层叠的片状织物构成的套部和一个由单层片状织物构成的握持部,所述层叠的片状织物构成的套部包括一个工作层和一个套层,所述工作层和套层在所述清洁套的顶端形成了头部;所述握持部从所述工作层一体延伸而成。
优选地,在包装状态下,所述握持部可折叠覆盖所述工作层对其表面进行保护;在使用状态下,所述握持部可从覆盖所述工作层的状态展开以便于固定所述清洁套防止其脱开手指或器具。
优选地,所述工作层和套层由同一片织物折叠形成;其中所述工作层和套层在所述清洁套的顶端形成无接缝的头部;所述工作层和套层在所述清洁套的两侧形成具有结合缝的第一侧边和第二侧边。
优选地,所述清洁套由一整块可降解无纺布折叠后两侧经超声波粘合形成,所述可降解无纺布由聚乳酸纤维和粘胶纤维混纺形成无纺布。

本发明的清洁套的握持部可以从工作层一体延伸而成,握持部和工作层由同一块片状织物构成, 二者不需要额外的缝纫、连接等加工过程,易于批量加工制造,成本低廉,适用于公众日常中低价购买一次性使用。
另外,本发明的清洁套可以由一整块可降解无纺布折叠后两侧经超声波粘合形成,不需要额外的缝纫、连接等加工过程,易于批量加工制造,成本低廉,适用于公众日常中低价购买一次性使用。
另外,本发明的清洁套可以采用一整块无纺布折叠后分别形成套部的两层结构,去掉了单独形成两层布的步骤,一层无纺布简单折叠就形成了两层布,同时还避免了头部结合部位模切浪费材料,工艺简单可靠,可以大大提高产能和生产效率,另外采用中间折叠的这种方式使得清洁套的头部不需要用超声波粘合来定型,既减少了加工损耗,而且顶端巧妙的避开了因用超声波热粘合工艺导致的边角较硬的情况,用户的使用体验更好。
另外,本发明的清洁套的握持部不但具备握持固定功能,而且还可以折叠起来覆盖工作层对其表面进行保护,一个结构兼具两种不同的功能,可以省掉保护膜或者离层纸,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,产品的安全卫生性得到了极大的提高。

基于前述现有技术所存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种可用于清洁口腔的清洁套,其基本设计构思和工作原理详细体现在图1-3中,其中,图1显示的是根据本发明的一个具体实施例的用于清洁口腔的清洁套的正面示意图;图2显示的是图1所示用于清洁口腔的清洁套预备使用状态示意图;图3显 示的是图1所示用于清洁口腔的清洁套使用状态示意图。
参见图1-3,本发明的用于清洁口腔的清洁套,适用于套在手指或器具外侧对口腔内部进行清洁,例如,如图2-3所示,本发明的清洁套可以直接套在使用者惯用的手指(例如右手食指)上进行使用,或者也可以借助器具使用,例如套在牙刷头上进行使用(图中未示出)。从基本结构来看,本发明的清洁套可以称作清洁指套(因为可以套在手指上使用),但是由于其也可以套在器具(例如牙刷头)外侧进行使用,因此本发明的清洁套包含清洁指套的概念,其涵盖的保护范围比清洁指套要大。另外,本发明的清洁套可以对口腔内部的舌苔、牙床、嘴唇内侧、上下颚、舌根部、舌下等等部分进行清洁,并不仅限于对牙齿或者舌苔进行清洁。
图中可以看出,本发明的清洁套大体结构是很直观的,其为扁平的层状结构,包括一个由层叠的片状织物构成的套部1和一个由单层片状织物构成的握持部2,层叠的片状织物构成的套部1包括一个工作层11和一个套层12,图1因为是平面图,正面面向观看者的为套部1的套层12,背面为套部1的工作层11。层叠的工作层11和套层12在清洁套的顶端形成头部13,在清洁套的两侧形成第一侧边14和第二侧边15。其中,工作层11和套层12分别在头部13以及第一侧边14和第二侧边15连接形成具有插入口20的套子状结构,例如,工作层11和套层12层叠后,在第一侧边14和第二侧边15的位置可以通过诸如超声波粘合的方式形成结合缝30(图中虚线所示),从而将第一侧边14和第二侧边15连接在一起。套层12具有一个与清洁套的头部13相对的插入边121,该插入边121构成了插入口20的口部边缘。具体结构从图2-3可以看得很清楚。

从本发明的上述结构可以看出,本发明的清洁套的结构相对现有技术非常简单,可以用片状织物直接加工制备,例如,从图2-3可以看出,本发明的清洁套的握持部2可以从工作层11一体延伸而成,也就是握持部2和工作层11是由同一块片状织物构成的,二者不需要额外的缝纫、连接等加工过程,易于批量加工制造,成本低廉,适用于公众日常中低价购买一次性使用。或者,握持部2也可以采用额外的与握持部2形状一致的片状织物连接到工作层11上,也就是本实施例中的套部1和握持部2可以独立制备,然后将握持部2通过超声波粘合或其它固定方式连接在套部1的工作层11上。亦即从上述两种实施例的结构中可以看出,握持部2可以是从工作层11一体延伸而成的,也可以是独立的结构然后连接到工作层11上的,本申请中限定握持部2从工作层11一体延伸而成,是其中的一个优选的方案,其保护范围与握持部2没有限定的情况二者保护范围不同,不存在保护范围相同重复的问题。
在一个优选实施例中,本发明的清洁套可以由可降解无纺布制成,所述可降解无纺布可以由聚乳酸纤维之类的材料形成无纺布。所述清洁套还可以浸润液体销售使用,浸润液体后的清洁套摩擦力更大,清洁效果更好。本发明中用于浸润清洁套的液体可以是纯净水,也可以是具有杀菌、除臭、消炎效果的其它液体。当然,本发明的清洁套也不排除可以以干燥状态销售使用,消费者购买后可以蘸少 许清水然后进行清洁操作。浸润液体的清洁套使用起来相对方便一些,且其中的液体可以确保安全卫生,因为在某些情况下消费者可能无法获得清洁的可以浸润清洁套的清水。另外本发明采用可降解无纺布制作清洁套,可以自然降解,对环境友好,因而同样适用于公众一次性使用。
本发明的上述清洁套可以通过片状的无纺布模切为所需的形状,然后可以通过边缘超声波粘合之类的方式形成套部1,不需要人工缝纫的过程,可以全流程批量化生产,并且生成过程中杜绝了外界环境的介入,可以无菌化生产,产品的卫生安全性高,而无纺布的用料小,成本可以做得很低,特别适用于批量化生产和销售,现有技术的类似功能的产品均无法做到易于生产、成本低、生产安全方便、适于一次性使用。
另外,本发明之所以考虑采用超声波粘合技术而不是采用缝纫的方式进行结合,是因为现有的超声波粘合技术可以更快速的批量化生产,可以降低加工成本,产能高,产品精度高,全自动化生产容易实现,而且质量问题容易控制;并且可以杜绝人工操作的参与,避免带入细菌,可以大大提高产品的卫生安全性。而缝纫缝合的方式,人工成本高,产能相对较小,而且全自动化生产非常困难。
图1-3中所示虚线表示的结合缝30从外侧是看不见的,其通过超声波的方式使层叠的无纺布之间发热然后融合在一起,外侧表面看不出什么变化,只是融合在一起的结合缝30比别的地方要硬一些。超声波粘合是一种现有公知的粘合技术,可以通过选用适于超声波粘合的无纺布进行加工,其要求材料是热塑性材料,因此PP(聚丙烯),PE(聚乙烯),涤纶等热塑性材料成为了首选。当然,由于环境监管日益严格,涤纶等热塑性材料的运用导致了大量的不可降解的垃圾的产生,因此可降解材料成为了首选。发明人起初是在可降解材料里面寻求可以进行超声波粘合的无纺布来进行加工,例如选用聚乳酸纤维进行加工,其既能满足超声波粘合的需要,又能自然降解,而且其本身还具有抗菌抑菌的成分。然而,虽然聚乳酸纤维具有以上的优点,但是其本身也有一定的缺陷,主要是聚乳酸纤维吸水性能较差,无法锁住水分,然而由于本发明的清洁套需要在浸润液体的湿态条件下使用,必须要求锁液性能较好,因此单纯采用聚乳酸纤维来制备本发明的清洁套,无法满足本发明的清洁套的使用要求。
因此,在一个优选实施例中,本发明的清洁套是由一整块可降解无纺布折叠后两侧经超声波粘合形成,所述可降解无纺布由聚乳酸纤维和粘胶纤维混纺形成无纺布,所述清洁套可浸润液体销售使用。
进一步地,构成所述可降解无纺布的聚乳酸纤维和粘胶纤维的质量比范围为:(80~20):(20~80)。
亦即,为了满足本发明的清洁套需要在湿态条件下使用的要求,同时满足可降解、可杀菌、可超声波粘合的要求,本发明提供了一种特定的解决方案,其没有采用单一成分的可降解纤维制备本发明的清洁套的无纺布,而是采用了两种不同成份的纤维以半交叉的铺网方式来制备无纺布。构成本发明的可降解无纺布的聚乳酸纤维在织物中的比例升高,热粘合效果会更好,但是织物的锁水性变差;粘胶纤维在织物中的比例升高,织物的锁水性更优异,但是热粘合效果变差。经过反复额的验证,在本发明的上述实施例的配比下,本发明的可降解无纺布的热粘合效果和锁水性达到一个完美的平衡。
在一个具体实施例中,本发明的无纺布所采用的聚乳酸纤维可以采购浙江海正生物材料股份有限公司的PLA02牌号的聚乳酸纤维,粘胶纤维可以采购唐山三友集团兴达化纤有限公司的1.67dtex*38mm、高白、半消光规格的粘胶纤维。当然,本领域技术人员也可以从市场上采购同类型的聚乳酸纤维和粘胶来制备本发明的用于清洁套的无纺布。另外,由于本发明的无纺布中采用了聚乳酸 纤维,可以无需添加防腐剂提高产品的抗菌抑菌效果并延长产品的保质期,可以消除消费者对防腐剂的担忧,提高产品的销量。
在又一个具体实施例中,本发明进一步对于无纺布的制备工艺进行了优化,以获得更好的使用体验,提高产品的摩擦性能,去除粘着物和细菌的效果更佳。具体来说,由于不同的成网方式,使得材料具有不同的物理性能;不同的克重,产品的使用体验感不一样;无纺布不同的目数,使得材料的摩擦性能不同,因而本发明的无纺布优选每平米重量为40-150克,优选所述无纺布的目数为10-30目,优选所述无纺布的成网方式采用半交叉或者全交叉的铺网方式。
另外,图中所示虚线表示的结合缝30是通过超声波的方式使层叠的无纺布之间发热然后融合在一起,外侧表面看不出什么变化,只是融合在一起的结合缝30比别的地方要硬一些,因此为了避免超声波粘合后边角较硬,口腔中摩擦使用时造成不适感,优选所述结合缝30与所述织物的边缘之间具有一个未粘合区域,所述未粘合区域的宽度B为0.1~4毫米(如图1所示)。也就是超声波粘合时,粘合区域并不位于织物的边缘,而是靠近边缘内侧一点,因而较硬的结合缝30的外侧留有一点柔软的部分,使用的时候感觉不会太过坚硬刺激。当然,图1仅仅是简单的示意图,结合缝30本身是具有一定的宽度的,例如其宽度为0.5~5毫米之间,以保证超声波粘合的可靠性。
进一步的,本发明还提供了一些符合人体工程学的改进,以使本发明的清洁套具备更好的使用体验,如图4所示,其显示的是根据本发明的另一个实施例的用于清洁口腔的清洁套的正面结构示意图,图中显示,本发明的清洁套的工作层11和套层12在清洁套的顶端形成了头部13,清洁套的头部13的两侧拐角均形成有圆弧角,从而减少了原先为直角的拐角部分对口腔的刺激,用户使用体验会更好。进一步的,握持部2的末端的两侧拐角也可以形成末端圆弧角22,其可以获得视觉美感的曲线形的拐角外形。
图5显示了又一个实施例的用于清洁口腔的清洁套的正面结构示意图,图中显示,本发明的清洁套还可以适用于两根手指或更宽大的器物操作使用,图6显示的是图5所示用于清洁口腔的清洁套预备使用状态示意图。图5-6可以看出,由于清洁套的宽度变大,当插入两根手指的时候,由于手指长度不同会形成褶皱区域,为了避免褶皱区域造成尖角刺激口腔,本实施例的清洁套中,基于人体工程学的设计思路,所述清洁套的头部13对应于便于操作的工作位置一侧的圆弧角大于另一侧的圆弧角,从而使得清洁套的套部1能够更贴合手指或者器具的表面,提升了产品的使用体验感。例如,假设使用者用其右手的食指和中指插入图5-6所示的清洁套中,则图中清洁套的头部13的左侧即为便于操作的工作位置一侧,该侧进行摩擦清洁操作的时候更容易受力,操作也更灵活一些。由于一般人的食指比中指短,因此将便于操作的工作位置一侧的清洁套的头部13的圆弧角设置得更大一些可以更加贴合食指,相应的食指一侧的拐角褶皱区域就会消失,不会因为褶皱区域集聚形成坚硬的尖角对口腔造成刺激,用户使用更加方便,使用体验会更好。当然,本领域技术人员应当理解,基于不同消费群体的需要,例如对于左撇子,本发明的清洁套的头部13的便于操作的工作位置一侧的圆弧角也可以与图5-6所示的方向相反。
进一步的,图7显示了再一个实施例的用于清洁口腔的清洁套的结构示意图,图8为图7所示的用于清洁口腔的清洁套预备使用状态示意图,图9为图7所示的用于清洁口腔的清洁套使用状态示意 图,如图所示,在本实施例的清洁套的握持部2上设置有便于插入手指辅助固定的开口21,使用时通过大拇指插入开口21中将握持部2固定住,避免清洁套滑脱。其中,所述开口21可以如图所示那样设置得平行于清洁套的头部边缘。或者开口21也可以设置垂直于清洁套的头部边缘(图中未示出)。或者根据使用体验,开口21也可以设置成其它形状的孔洞,其方向也可以任意设置,只要方便插入手指或其它固定物加以固定即可。
另外,由于清洁套使用时是浸润了水分的,因此清洁套的套部1的工作层11和套层12很容易在液体的表面张力作用下贴合在一起,不太容易打开套部1,使手指或器具从插入口20插入套部1中去,为了解决这个问题,本发明提供了一系列用于便于插入手指或器具的技术解决方案,分别如图10-15所示,其依次表示的是本发明的清洁套的各种类型的便于插入的结构示意图。
具体来说,图10-15中,本发明在清洁套的套层12进行了多种改进,其中,套层12具有与清洁套的头部13相对的插入边121,插入边121构成了插入口20的口部边缘,插入边121设置有便于插入的插入结构。
其中,图10和11中分别显示,所述插入结构为插入边121朝向或者背离头部13的弧形边,弧形边的长度相对直边更长,更容易弯折,因而操作时弧形边相对于直边更容易打开,也就更容易插入。
图12中显示,所述插入结构为从插入边121伸出的拉边130,使用时便于将套层12拉开。其中,图12所示的拉边130可以仅仅是一个相对较窄的拉边(如图12所示),也可以是沿插入边121的整个长度方向延伸的较宽的拉边(图中未示出)。该拉边130可以是套层12的整体延展,也可以是粘贴在插入边121上的一个便于拉起的拉边。或者该拉边130还可以进一步简化为一根细线,其可以是套层12的整体延展形成的细线,也可以是粘贴在插入边121上的一个便于拉起的细线。
图13中显示,所述插入结构为形成在插入边121的中部的切口140,切口140形式破坏了插入边121的线性结构的表面张力,降低了贴合力,使得插入操作更加顺畅。
图14-15中显示,所述插入结构为朝向或者背离头部13的弧形边,同时所述弧形边的中部具有切口140。即,图14和15分别显示的实施例是在图10和11的基础上加入了图13的切口140的一种改进结构,使得插入效果更加顺畅。
进一步地,本发明还提供了基于前述各种实施例基础上的清洁套的进一步优化的变形方案,可以进一步提高产品的舒适性和易用性,进一步降低产品的成本。
例如,图16显示了根据本发明的另外一个具体实施例的用于清洁口腔的清洁套的加工示意图。从图16中可见,本实施例的清洁套可以完全由一整块织物折叠后裁切构成(握持部2从工作层11一体延伸而成的情况下),即,本实施例的清洁套的工作层11和套层12由同一片织物折叠形成(此时握持部2和工作层11可以由同一块片状织物构成,也可以是独立的结构然后连接在一起);其中工作层11和套层12在清洁套的顶端形成无接缝的头部13;工作层11和套层12在清洁套的两侧形成具有结合缝30的第一侧边14和第二侧边15。其中,第一侧边14和第二侧边15由工作层11和套层12层叠后形成,层叠之后通过诸如超声波粘合的方式形成结合缝30(图中虚线所示)。
即图16中所示清洁套的套部1是两层结构,分别是工作层11和套层12,普通的复合方式是将两层单独的无纺布上下放置,然后用超声波粘合,再模切。而本实施例的清洁套的加工方式可以是采用 一整块无纺布折叠后分别形成套部1的两层结构,去掉了单独形成两层布的步骤,一层无纺布可以简单折叠形成两层布,同时还避免了头部结合部位模切浪费材料(本实施例中头部没有接缝因而不需要切除多余的部分,不需要模切操作,也不会因此浪费材料),工艺简单可靠,可以大大提高产能和生产效率,另外采用中间折叠的这种方式使得清洁套的头部13不需要用超声波粘合来定型,既减少了加工损耗,而且顶端巧妙的避开了因用超声波热粘合工艺导致的边角较硬的情况,减少了边角与口腔各部位的刺激,用户的使用体验更好。
图17显示了根据本发明的另外又一个具体实施例的用于清洁口腔的清洁套的包装状态示意图,图中可见,本发明的清洁套在包装状态下,握持部2可折叠后覆盖工作层11对其表面进行保护。因为清洁套的工作层11需要与口腔器官接触,运输存储的时候应当对其表面进行保护,以避免沾染细菌。通常情况是采用额外的保护膜、离层纸之类的进行保护,这当然会额外增加成本,生产效率也会因此而降低。本实施例中,生产后包装的时候,直接将握持部2翻转折叠起来将工作层11覆盖起来进行保护,可以省掉保护膜或者离层纸,产品的安全卫生性得到了极大的提高。当用户购买本发明的清洁套后,在使用状态下,可以操作握持部2从覆盖工作层11的状态展开以便于固定清洁套防止其脱开手指或器具。而且,打开的过程中,工作层11不会与手指及其他外界接触,降低了染菌的几率。
本实施例的产品设定中,握持部2不但具备前述的握持固定功能,而且还可以折叠起来覆盖工作层11对其表面进行保护,一个结构兼具两种不同的功能,这在现有技术中是没有任何体现的,对本领域技术人员来说是非显而易见的,是本发明具备创造性的一个突出的特征。
另外,在前述有关握持部2的末端的两侧拐角形成末端圆弧角22的实施例基础上,由于在清洁套的头部13的两侧拐角形成了圆弧角,因此如果握持部2的末端的两侧拐角形成有与对应的清洁套的头部13的对应侧的圆弧角完全相同的末端圆弧角22,则当需要将握持部2折叠覆盖工作层11的时候(参见图18,其显示的是根据本申请的另一种清洁套的结构示意图),末端圆弧角22可以与头部13的两侧的圆弧角重叠,包装的时候不会形成突出部位,从而可以避免突出部位发生褶皱影响用户的正常使用的情况发生,因而除了可以获得视觉美感之外,还可以进一步提高用户的使用体验。
本领域技术人员应当理解,虽然本发明是按照多个实施例的方式进行描述的,但是并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案。说明书中如此叙述仅仅是为了清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体加以理解,并将各实施例中所涉及的技术方案看作是可以相互组合成不同实施例的方式来理解本发明的保护范围。
以上所述仅为本发明示意性的具体实施方式,并非用以限定本发明的范围。任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和原则的前提下所作的等同变化、修改与结合,均应属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于清洁口腔的清洁套,适用于套在手指或器具外侧对口腔内部进行清洁,其特征在于,所述清洁套为扁平的层状结构,包括一个由层叠的片状织物构成的套部(1)和一个由单层片状织物构成的握持部(2),所述层叠的片状织物构成的套部(1)包括一个工作层(11)和一个套层(12),所述工作层(11)和套层(12)在所述清洁套的顶端形成了头部(13),在所述清洁套的两侧形成第一侧边(14)和第二侧边(15);所述工作层(11)和套层(12)分别在所述头部(13)以及所述第一侧边(14)和第二侧边(15)连接形成具有插入口(20)的套子状结构;所述握持部(2)从所述工作层(11)一体延伸而成。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁套,其特征在于,在包装状态下,所述握持部(2)可折叠覆盖所述工作层(11)对其表面进行保护;在使用状态下,所述握持部(2)可从覆盖所述工作层(11)的状态展开以便于固定所述清洁套防止其脱开手指或器具。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的清洁套,其特征在于,所述工作层(11)和套层(12)由同一片织物折叠形成;其中所述工作层(11)和套层(12)在所述清洁套的顶端形成无接缝的头部(13);所述工作层(11)和套层(12)在所述清洁套的两侧形成具有结合缝(30)的第一侧边(14)和第二侧边(15)。
  4. 如权利要求1-3之一所述的清洁套,其特征在于,所述清洁套由一整块可降解无纺布折叠后两侧经超声波粘合形成,所述可降解无纺布由聚乳酸纤维和粘胶纤维混纺形成无纺布。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁套,其特征在于,构成所述可降解无纺布的聚乳酸纤维和粘胶纤维的质量比范围为:(80~20):(20~80)。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的清洁套,其特征在于,所述可降解无纺布优选每平米重量为40-150克,优选所述无纺布的目数为10-30目,优选所述无纺布的成网方式采用半交叉或全交叉的铺网方式。
  7. 如权利要求1-6之一所述的清洁套,其特征在于,所述握持部(2)上设置有便于固定的开口(21)。
  8. 如权利要求1-7之一所述的清洁套,其特征在于,所述套层(12)具有一个与所述清洁套的头部(13)相对的插入边(121),所述插入边(121)设置有便于插入的插入结构。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的清洁套,其特征在于,所述清洁套的头部(13)的两侧拐角均形成有圆弧角,所述清洁套的头部(13)对应于便于操作的工作位置一侧的圆弧角大于另一侧的圆弧角。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的清洁套,其特征在于,所述握持部(2)的末端的两侧拐角形成有与对应的所述清洁套的头部(13)的对应侧的圆弧角完全相同的末端圆弧角(22)。
