本发明涉及一种蹲式复合训练器材及制造方法。
背景技术:
蹲式复合训练器材主要训练的是我们股四头肌、股二头肌、臀大肌。目前,一般的蹲式复合训练器材要求外形简洁、工艺简单、使用安全,大多使用直线轴承结构进行上下的推力运动,运动轨迹必须按照直线导轨方向运动,亦无极限位置力量的保护,在训练开始及结束的极限位置时力量过大容易受伤。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供了一种功能全面、工艺简单、使用安全、外形简洁、节省空间、安装和维修方便的蹲式复合训练器材及制造方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种蹲式复合训练器材,包括底座,底座四角设有稳定脚套,底座最上端支撑部位设有两个缓冲块,底座前部设有蹬脚板及调节架,调节架通过底座顶端的调节辅助轮及拉销调节,底座的后部连接两组转动部件和一组力量支撑部件,转动部件和力量支撑部件的另一端连接背板固定架,背板固定架上端两侧设有肩部泡棉及长把手泡棉,背板固定架前部设有背板,背板固定架后部设有不锈钢铃片架,背板固定架下端设有与力量支撑部件接触的缓冲块,力量支撑部件下端设有气弹簧与底座连接,力量支撑部件的运动轨迹受限位挡圈限制。
本发明的进一步改进在于:两组转动部件和一组力量支撑部件的两端及两侧转动部件内均设有转轴、转套、轴承、铝隔圈。
本发明的进一步改进在于:力量支撑部件上设有与限位挡圈配合的弧形腰槽。
本发明的进一步改进在于:力量支撑部件的把手位置设有短把手泡棉及小铝端盖。
本发明的进一步改进在于:背板固定架两侧均设有负重用的不锈钢铃片架、铃片铝端盖、铃片铝后盖。

C、准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径

使用者首先要选择适合自己训练的重量,如果不知道自己该用多重的重量,就从最轻的重量开始试起,选择好适合自己的重量后,根据自身的身高调整适合自己的蹬脚板的角度,然后站上蹬脚板,两脚与肩同宽,头和躯干(整个背面)都要贴紧背板,腰不可悬空,双肩微顶起肩部泡棉,双腿发力,右手慢慢扳动力量支撑部件上的把手,这时双腿开始承受所有负重,双手握住肩部泡棉两侧的固定把手;用肩部顶起重量,吸气,屈腿,慢慢下蹲,膝关节不要超过脚尖,大腿和小腿保持90°,呼气,慢慢站起…….。训练结束时,右手扳动力量支撑部件上的把手,回到初始位置,确认无误后方可离开。
