在本文中提及“实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或特性可以包含在本发明的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中的各个位置出现该短语并不一定均是指相同的实施例,也不是与其它实施例互斥的独立的或备选的实施例。本领域技术人员显式地和隐式地理解的是,本文所描述的实施例可以与其它实施例相结合。
请参照图1,图1为本发明实施例提供的柔性显示装置的结构示意图。该柔性显示装置1000包括中框100、柔性支撑片200、壳体300和柔性显示器400。
柔性显示器400可以是柔性有机发光显示器、柔性液晶显示器、柔性电泳显示器等,在此不做具体限定。柔性显示器400包括柔性显示面板410和柔性盖板420,该柔性显示面板410和柔性盖板420通过光学胶粘贴在一起。柔性显示器400还包括柔性触控层。为了提高显示效果,还可以在柔性显示器400上贴附或涂布偏光膜层。
如图2所示,壳体300包括第一壳体310、第二壳体320和设置在第一壳体310、第二壳体320之间的弯折部330。第一壳体310和第二壳体320采用硬质材料制成,比如铝合金、硬质塑料、不锈钢等材料。第一壳体310、第二壳体320分别用于放置电池、电路板、摄像头以及其他电子或机械零件。
弯折部330包括支架331和弹性蒙皮构件332,该支架331和弹性蒙皮构件332一体化注塑成型。其中,弹性蒙皮构件332具有弹性,可以实现壳体300弯折。
支架331为硬质支架,其组成材料可以与第一壳体310、第二壳体320相同,也可以不同,在此不作具体限定。如图3所示,当柔性显示装置1000弯折时,支架331可以支撑柔性显示装置1000的弯折部分,从而避免柔性显示装置1000褶皱。
弯折部330还包括多个倒扣结构,设置在第一壳体310、第二壳体320、支架331和弹性蒙皮构件332之间,以提高这些结构之间的结合力。
进一步的,可以在对第一壳体310、第二壳体320和支架331进行粗糙化处理,以防止弹性蒙皮构件332与之发生剥离。
如图1所示,壳体300上还设有限位槽,柔性盖板420上设有台阶421,该限位槽与台阶421匹配。台阶421嵌入该限位槽中,可以防止柔性显示装置1000弯折时,柔性盖板420与壳体300分离,同时也可以将中框100、柔性支撑片200和柔性显示面板410封装在壳体300内。
如图1和图4所示,中框100包括第一框架部110、第二框架部120和弯曲组件130。其中第一框架部110与第一壳体310匹配,第二框架部120与第二壳体320匹配,弯曲组件130与弯折部330匹配。
如图4所示,弯曲组件130包括第一链节部131、第二链节部132、第三链节部133、第四链节部134、弯曲部135和多个转轴136。
第一链节部131通过一转轴136与所述第一框架部110转动连接,通过一转轴136与所述第三链节部133滑动连接。
第三链节部133通过一转轴136与所述弯曲部135转动连接。
第二链节部132通过一转轴136与所述第二框架部120转动连接,通过一转轴136与所述第四链节部134滑动连接。
第四链节部134通过一转轴136与所述弯曲部135转动连接。
在一些实施例中,多个转轴136包括多个第一转轴,所述第一转轴包括固定端和移动端,所述第一链节部131和所述第二链节部132上各有一凹槽13。
一第一转轴的固定端固定在所述第三链节部133上,移动端延伸至所述第一链节部131的凹槽13内,沿所述第一链节部131的凹槽13滑动。当柔性显示装置1000弯折时,第三链节部133相对第一链节部131拉伸,可以补偿弯折时的距离差,从而减少柔性显示装置1000的应力。
一第一转轴的固定端固定在第四链节部134上,移动端延伸至第二固定端的凹槽13内,沿所述第二链节部132的凹槽13滑动。当柔性显示装置1000弯折时,第四链节部134相对第二链节部132拉伸,可以补偿弯折时的距离差,从而减少柔性显示装置1000的应力。
多个第一转轴的固定端上设有至少一个固定孔;一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第一框架部上,移动端连接至所述第一链节部131,使第一链节部131与所述第一框架部110转动连接。
一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第二框架部上,移动端连接至所述第二链节部132,使所述第二链节部132与所述第二框架部120转动连接。
在一些实施例中,所述第一链节部131还包括衬垫层14。所述衬垫层14设置在所述凹槽13内壁,可以防止第一转轴在凹槽13内随意滑动。
在一些实施例中,所述多个转轴包括至少两个销轴;所述第三链节部133、所述第四链节部134,分别通过所述至少两个销轴与所述弯曲部135连接。这样,在柔性显示装置1000弯折时,第三链节部133、第四链节部134和弯曲部135之间可以相对滑动。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,所述弯曲部135包括多个链节,如链节1351、链节1352、链节1353等。还包括多个连接件,如连接链节1351和链节1352的连接件1354,连接链节1352、链节1353的连接件1355。链节在连接件的连接下,可以相互转动,从而在柔性显示装置1000弯折时,链节在连接件的配合下弯曲,如图6所示。
如图7所示,柔性支撑片200上设有第一凸部210,第二框架部120上设有与第一凸部匹配的滑槽121,第一凸部210插接在所述滑槽121内,以在柔性显示装置1000弯折时,控制柔性支撑片200滑动。如图8所示,在滑槽121处还设有限位机构122。当柔性显示装置1000弯折时,该限位机构122可以通过限制柔性支撑片200的滑动距离来避免其过度弯折。
如图1所示,柔性支撑片200上还设有第二凸部220,壳体300内壁还设有定位槽340,所述第二凸部220插接在所述定位槽340内。
本发明实施例的中框及柔性显示装置通过设置弯曲组件,在弯曲组件中第一链节部、第二链节部、第三链节部、第四链节部、弯曲部和多个转轴的相互配合下,提高了柔性显示装置耐弯折性能。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种中框,其包括:第一框架部、第二框架部和弯曲组件;
    所述弯曲组件包括第一链节部、第二链节部、第三链节部、第四链节部、弯曲部和多个转轴;
    所述第一链节部通过一转轴与所述第一框架部转动连接,通过一转轴与所述第三链节部滑动连接;
    所述第三链节部通过一转轴与所述弯曲部转动连接;
    所述第二链节部通过一转轴与所述第二框架部转动连接,通过一转轴与所述第四链节部滑动连接;
    所述第四链节部通过一转轴与所述弯曲部转动连接;
    其中所述多个转轴包括:
    多个第一转轴,所述第一转轴包括固定端和移动端,所述第一链节部和所述第二链节部上各有一凹槽;
    一第一转轴的固定端固定在所述第三链节部上,移动端延伸至所述第一链节部的凹槽内,沿所述第一链节部的凹槽滑动;
    一第一转轴的固定端固定在所述第四链节部上,移动端延伸至所述第二固定端的凹槽内,沿所述第二链节部的凹槽滑动;
    其中所述多个转轴包括至少两个销轴;
    所述第三链节部、所述第四链节部,分别通过所述至少两个销轴与所述弯曲部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的中框,其中所述多个第一转轴的固定端上设有至少一个固定孔;
    一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第一框架部上,移动端连接至所述第一链节部,使所述第一链节部与所述第一框架部转动连接;
    一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第二框架部上,移动端连接至所述第二链节部,使所述第二链节部与所述第二框架部转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的中框,其中所述第一链节部还包括衬垫层;
    所述衬垫层设置在所述凹槽内壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的中框,其中所述弯曲部还包括多个链节和多个连接件;
    所述多个链节通过所述多个连接件转动连接。
  5. 一种中框,其包括:第一框架部、第二框架部和弯曲组件;
    所述弯曲组件包括第一链节部、第二链节部、第三链节部、第四链节部、弯曲部和多个转轴;
    所述第一链节部通过一转轴与所述第一框架部转动连接,通过一转轴与所述第三链节部滑动连接;
    所述第三链节部通过一转轴与所述弯曲部转动连接;
    所述第二链节部通过一转轴与所述第二框架部转动连接,通过一转轴与所述第四链节部滑动连接;
    所述第四链节部通过一转轴与所述弯曲部转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的中框,其中所述多个转轴包括:
    多个第一转轴,所述第一转轴包括固定端和移动端,所述第一链节部和所述第二链节部上各有一凹槽;
    一第一转轴的固定端固定在所述第三链节部上,移动端延伸至所述第一链节部的凹槽内,沿所述第一链节部的凹槽滑动;
    一第一转轴的固定端固定在所述第四链节部上,移动端延伸至所述第二固定端的凹槽内,沿所述第二链节部的凹槽滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的中框,其中所述多个第一转轴的固定端上设有至少一个固定孔;
    一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第一框架部上,移动端连接至所述第一链节部,使所述第一链节部与所述第一框架部转动连接;
    一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第二框架部上,移动端连接至所述第二链节部,使所述第二链节部与所述第二框架部转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的中框,其中所述第一链节部还包括衬垫层;
    所述衬垫层设置在所述凹槽内壁。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的中框,其中所述多个转轴包括至少两个销轴;
    所述第三链节部、所述第四链节部,分别通过所述至少两个销轴与所述弯曲部连接。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的中框,其中所述弯曲部还包括多个链节和多个连接件;
    所述多个链节通过所述多个连接件转动连接。
  11. 一种柔性显示装置,其包括:柔性支撑片和中框;
    所述中框包括:第一框架部、第二框架部和弯曲组件;
    所述弯曲组件包括第一链节部、第二链节部、第三链节部、第四链节部、弯曲部和多个转轴;
    所述第一链节部通过一转轴与所述第一框架部转动连接,通过一转轴与所述第三链节部滑动连接;
    所述第三链节部通过一转轴与所述弯曲部转动连接;
    所述第二链节部通过一转轴与所述第二框架部转动连接,通过一转轴与所述第四链节部滑动连接;
    所述第四链节部通过一转轴与所述弯曲部转动连接;
    所述柔性支撑片设有第一凸部;
    所述第二框架部设有与所述第一凸部匹配的滑槽;
    所述第一凸部插接在所述滑槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述多个转轴包括:
    多个第一转轴,所述第一转轴包括固定端和移动端,所述第一链节部和所述第二链节部上各有一凹槽;
    一第一转轴的固定端固定在所述第三链节部上,移动端延伸至所述第一链节部的凹槽内,沿所述第一链节部的凹槽滑动;
    一第一转轴的固定端固定在所述第四链节部上,移动端延伸至所述第二固定端的凹槽内,沿所述第二链节部的凹槽滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述多个第一转轴的固定端上设有至少一个固定孔;
    一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第一框架部上,移动端连接至所述第一链节部,使所述第一链节部与所述第一框架部转动连接;
    一第一转轴的固定端通过所述至少一个固定孔固定在所述第二框架部上,移动端连接至所述第二链节部,使所述第二链节部与所述第二框架部转动连接。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述第一链节部还包括衬垫层;
    所述衬垫层设置在所述凹槽内壁。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述多个转轴包括至少两个销轴;
    所述第三链节部、所述第四链节部,分别通过所述至少两个销轴与所述弯曲部连接。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述弯曲部还包括多个链节和多个连接件;
    所述多个链节通过所述多个连接件转动连接。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述柔性显示装置还包括壳体,所述壳体包括第一壳体、第二壳体和设置在所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体之间的弯折部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述弯折部包括支架和弹性蒙皮构件,所述支架和所述弹性蒙皮构件一体化注塑成型。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述壳体内壁设有定位槽,所述柔性支撑片还设有第二凸部;
    所述第二凸部插接在所述定位槽内。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的柔性显示装置,其中所述柔性显示装置还包括柔性盖板,所述柔性盖板设有台阶,所述壳体上还设有与所述台阶匹配的限位槽;
    所述台阶插接在所述限位槽中。
