按照预设的规则向与所述车牌号码对应的用户发送所述推送信息。

按照预设的规则将所述推送信息发送至用户所在的客户端, 以使所述 客户端可向用户显示输出推送信息。
如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当检测到与所述车牌信息对应的用户通过所述推送信息成功执行推送 内容吋, 更改与所述车牌号码对应的用户的余额数据或优惠数据, 以 向用户返利。
一种信息推送装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
信息获取单元, 用于获取与用户的车牌号码对应的车辆信息和车辆行 为信息;
推送信息获取单元, 用于根据所述车辆信息和所述车辆行为信息, 获 取与所述车辆信息和所述车辆行为信息对应的推送信息;
推送信息发送单元, 用于按照预设的规则向与所述车牌号码对应的用 户发送所述推送信息。
