本发明属于钢筋加工设备领域,尤其是一种结构简单、使用方便、能够降低加工噪音、提高安全效果和工作效率的安全低噪声的钢筋下料设备。
背景技术
目前,市场上常用的钢筋下料设备是采用钢筋冲裁切断机或钢筋砂轮锯,存在的问题是:锯片从钢筋夹钳外部切断钢筋,下料钢筋在没有任何约束的情况下加工,切断瞬间钢筋会被刀片挤偏,钢筋两头自由端会迅速、较大幅度的摆动,对于操作者存在严重安全隐患。砂轮锯下料是砂轮片与钢筋高速摩擦完成切断工作的,因此钢筋在切断时会产生很大的噪声污染;另外,因有钢筋部分外露,还经常会出现砂轮片断裂飞出的恶性伤人事故,而且加工效率很低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、能够降低加工噪音、提高安全效果和工作效率的安全低噪声的钢筋下料设备。

机壳与废料卸料板通过合页相连,使废料卸料板可以在切削动力装置的上升和下降影响下,完成钢筋废料切断后的延倾斜板滑入废料仓。
机壳与切削动力装置利用滑轨、滑块的滑动完成切削动力装置的上升和下降动作。
冷锯锯片通过减速机、电动机、主轴旋头配合完成稳定低噪声的 高速旋转动作。
冷锯锯片安装在冷锯锯片防护罩内,冷锯锯片防护罩将冷锯锯片的外侧面罩住,阻止异物进入切割区域,防止人身伤害。

  5. 根据权利要求3所述的安全低噪声的钢筋下料设备,其特征是所述机壳(4)为由四个侧板相互连接而成的中空结构,所述钢筋夹紧定钳(1)、钢筋夹紧动钳(2)、夹紧油缸(3)安装在机壳(4)一个侧板的上端,与该侧板相邻的一个侧板上端设置有废料卸料板卡板(11),与所述废料卸料板卡板(11)相对的机壳侧板与废料卸料板(6)通过合页连接,所述卡板(9)的高度高于合页的高度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安全低噪声的钢筋下料设备,其特征是所述钢筋夹紧装置(9)和钢筋切削装置(5)由PLC控制装置控制,动力形式为气动、液压或电动形式。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安全低噪声的钢筋下料设备,其特征是 所述设备能够多台同时使用,共同完成对钢筋多段的下料工作。
