Claims (7)
- 一种曝气管路冷凝水或泄漏水自动排水装置,其特征在于,包括水槽、排水排气立管和浮筒阀门,其中,所述水槽上方设置有溢流槽,下方设置有放空阀门,在一侧的中下部设置有限位挡板;所述排水排气立管的顶部与水槽连通并在顶部设置有排水排气管出口,所述排水排气管出口在靠近集气罩的一侧有一个微小缺口,使浮筒阀门始终保持关闭状态,曝气管的气体只从微小缺口处漏出,所述排水排气立管的底部与曝气支干管底部连通;在水槽的内部靠近底部、排水排气管出口的下方设置有止回阀;所述浮筒阀门设置于所述水槽的内部,所述浮筒阀门包括浮筒、集气装置和阀门塞杠杆,所述集气装置与浮筒的下部相连通用于将水槽内的空气收集进入浮筒;所述阀门塞杠杆底部设置有阀门塞,当浮筒内的气体含量最大时,浮筒漂起,浮筒带动杠杆将阀门塞逐渐移近排水排气立管上方并与排水排气立管顶部的排水排气管出口闭合;当浮筒内没有气体,由于重力浮筒的一侧边缘落在限位挡板上,浮筒通过杠杆牵引阀门塞远离排水排气管出口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曝气管路冷凝水或泄漏水自动排水装置,其特征在于,所述浮筒为圆锥形,在浮筒的圆锥形顶部设置有可调节微漏气阀门,所述微漏气阀门为一竖向管道,其设置有横向一螺丝可调节竖向管道口的通气面积,调试时使进入的气体与微漏气阀门释放出的气体相等即可。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曝气管路冷凝水或泄漏水自动排水装置,其特征在于,所述集气装置包括依次相连的导气管和集气罩,所述导气管设置于浮筒的外壁中下部并与浮筒连通。
- 根据权利要求3所述的曝气管路冷凝水或泄漏水自动排水装置,其特征在于,所述导气管与水平方向成10°~25°角,所述集气罩为圆锥形集气罩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曝气管路冷凝水或泄漏水自动排水装置,其特征在于,所述阀门塞杠杆包括依次相连的水平杆和倾斜杆,所述倾斜杆斜向下倾斜并在底部设置垂直向下的阀门塞。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曝气管路冷凝水或泄漏水自动排水装置,其特征在于,所述水槽内设置有浮筒支架,所述阀门塞杠杆在远离浮筒处有一浮筒支架 的支点,所述阀门塞杠杆通过该支点与浮筒支架铰链活动连接,在浮筒支架一侧设有导气管固定杆;浮筒支架旁边开有排水排气立管通过孔,浮筒底部平面设置在液面以下,侧面由膨胀螺钉固定在池壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曝气管路冷凝水或泄漏水自动排水装置,其特征在于,所述水槽底部设置有活接头。
