本发明涉及打芒机领域,具体是一种打芒机。
背景技术
打芒机,利用旋转的辊筒在圆柱形筒体内的转动,使稻粒相互翻转以及摩擦,从而使稻芒折断、脱落的机械,早期人们都是人工进行脱粒,效率低下,随着社会的发展,在农业生产中,打芒机的应用越来越广泛,然而现有的打芒机,在使用过程中,对稻芒折断、脱落不彻底,效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种打芒机,具有效率高和脱落效果好的优点,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种打芒机,包括支架,所述支架的顶部设有狼牙棒支架,狼牙棒支架的一侧设置有轴承座,轴承座的一侧设有弹性套柱销联轴器,弹性套柱销联轴器的一侧设置有电动机,弹性套柱销联轴器位于电动机的输出轴上,所述支架上设置有正旋绞叶装置和反旋绞叶装置,反旋绞叶装置上设有圆形筛片,正旋绞叶装置的一端设有下料口,正旋绞叶装置上设有第一长条孔筛片和第二长条孔筛片,所述第一长条孔筛片位于第二长条孔筛片的一侧,所述正旋绞叶装置上设有筛筒支架支杆,筛筒支架支杆上设有筛筒支架轴套,所述正旋绞叶装置的一侧设置有链条连轴器,链条连轴器的一侧设置有双排链条连轴器,双排链条连轴器的一侧设有双轴摆线针,双轴摆线针的一侧设有皮带轮。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述狼牙棒支架的数量为四个,狼牙棒支架平行分布在支架的顶部。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第一长条孔筛片和第二长条孔筛片的大小形状不同,第一长条孔筛片的数量为两个,第二长条孔筛片的数量为四个。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述链条连轴器、双排链条连轴器、双轴摆线针和皮带轮 的中心线位于同一条直线上。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果:
本发明打芒机,电动机带动弹性套柱销联轴器从而使得狼牙棒支架转动,之后稻粒进入正旋绞叶装置中,在正旋绞叶装置中翻转,从而使得稻粒成为碎米,灰尘经过下灰设备去除,之后碎米进入反旋绞叶装置中,在反旋绞叶装置中翻转,摩擦,从而生成水稻,杂物从出杂设备去除,生产效率高,脱落效果好。

请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种打芒机,包括支架15,支架15的顶部设有狼牙棒支架1,狼牙棒支架1的数量为四个,狼牙棒支架1平行分布在支架15的顶部,狼牙棒支架1的一侧设置有轴承座10,轴承座10的一侧设有弹性套柱销联轴器9,弹性套柱销联轴器9的一侧设置有电动机8,电动机8带动弹性套柱销联轴器9从而使得狼牙棒支架1转动,弹性套柱销联轴器9位于电动机8的输出轴上,支架15上设置有正旋绞叶装置 16和反旋绞叶装置17,反旋绞叶装置17上设有圆形筛片6,碎米进入反旋绞叶装置17中,在反旋绞叶装置17中翻转,摩擦,从而生成水稻,杂物从出杂设备去除,正旋绞叶装置16的一端设有下料口4,稻粒进入正旋绞叶装置16中,在正旋绞叶装置16中翻转,从而使得稻粒成为碎米,灰尘经过下灰设备去除,正旋绞叶装置16上设有第一长条孔筛片5和第二长条孔筛片7,第一长条孔筛片5位于第二长条孔筛片7的一侧,第一长条孔筛片5和第二长条孔筛片7的大小形状不同,第一长条孔筛片5的数量为两个,第二长条孔筛片7的数量为四个,正旋绞叶装置16上设有筛筒支架支杆2,筛筒支架支杆2上设有筛筒支架轴套3,正旋绞叶装置16的一侧设置有链条连轴器11,链条连轴器11的一侧设置有双排链条连轴器12,双排链条连轴器12的一侧设有双轴摆线针13,双轴摆线针13的一侧设有皮带轮14,链条连轴器11、双排链条连轴器12、双轴摆线针13和皮带轮14的中心线位于同一条直线上,本发明打芒机,电动机8带动弹性套柱销联轴器9从而使得狼牙棒支架1转动,之后稻粒进入正旋绞叶装置16中,在正旋绞叶装置16中翻转,从而使得稻粒成为碎米,灰尘经过下灰设备去除,之后碎米进入反旋绞叶装置17中,在反旋绞叶装置17中翻转,摩擦,从而生成水稻,杂物从出杂设备去除,生产效率高,脱落效果好。
综上所述:本发明打芒机,电动机8带动弹性套柱销联轴器9从而使得狼牙棒支架1转动,之后稻粒进入正旋绞叶装置16中,在正旋绞叶装置16中翻转,从而使得稻粒成为碎米,灰尘经过下灰设备去除,之后碎米进入反旋绞叶装置17中,在反旋绞叶装置17中翻转,摩擦,从而生成水稻,杂物从出杂设备去除,生产效率高,脱落效果好。

  1. 一种打芒机,包括支架(15),其特征在于:所述支架(15)的顶部设有狼牙棒支架(1),狼牙棒支架(1)的一侧设置有轴承座(10),轴承座(10)的一侧设有弹性套柱销联轴器(9),弹性套柱销联轴器(9)的一侧设置有电动机(8),弹性套柱销联轴器(9)位于电动机(8)的输出轴上,所述支架(15)上设置有正旋绞叶装置(16)和反旋绞叶装置(17),反旋绞叶装置(17)上设有圆形筛片(6),正旋绞叶装置(16)的一端设有下料口(4),正旋绞叶装置(16)上设有第一长条孔筛片(5)和第二长条孔筛片(7),所述第一长条孔筛片(5)位于第二长条孔筛片(7)的一侧,所述正旋绞叶装置(16)上设有筛筒支架支杆(2),筛筒支架支杆(2)上设有筛筒支架轴套(3),所述正旋绞叶装置(16)的一侧设置有链条连轴器(11),链条连轴器(11)的一侧设置有双排链条连轴器(12),双排链条连轴器(12)的一侧设有双轴摆线针(13),双轴摆线针(13)的一侧设有皮带轮(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种打芒机,其特征在于:所述狼牙棒支架(1)的数量为四个,狼牙棒支架(1)平行分布在支架(15)的顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种打芒机,其特征在于:所述第一长条孔筛片(5)和第二长条孔筛片(7)的大小形状不同,第一长条孔筛片(5)的数量为两个,第二长条孔筛片(7)的数量为四个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种打芒机,其特征在于:所述链条连轴器(11)、双排链条连轴器(12)、双轴摆线针(13)和皮带轮(14)的中心线位于同一条直线上。
