Claims (6)
- 이용자가 정면을 볼 수 있도록 하는 광을 발생시켜 이용자가 정면이나 좌우측 시야를 미리 설정된 각도로 유도하고, 이용자의 머리나 얼굴에 착용하는 정면시야 및 좌우측 시야 발생 장치(200);상기 이용자의 좌측발 및 우측발이 각각 위치되면 이용자의 좌측 체중과 우측 체중 및 전체 체중을 측정하고, 좌측발(발바닥)과 우측발(발바닥)의 복수의 위치에서 가해지는 발의 압력에 따른 발의 각도를 센싱하되, 이용자가 초기 위치된 경우의 체중과 발의 각도와, 상기 정면시야 및 좌우측 시야 발생 장치(200)에서 좌측 및 우측으로 유도된 각각의 경우의 좌우측 체중과 좌우측 발 압력 센싱에 따른 직립자세에서의 좌우측 발의 각도를 각각 복수개의 센서로 센싱하는 것에 따라 이용자 체형의 뒤틀림을 체형 뒤틀림 측정 체중장치(100); 및상기 체형 뒤틀림 측정 체중장치(100)에서 센싱된 좌우측 체중과 전체 체중 및 좌우측 발 압력 센싱 데이터를 수신하여 표시하는 외부 표시장치(300)(400);를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 정면시야 및 좌우측 시야 발생 장치는,안경형태로 구성하여 레이저가 전면으로 해당 포인트 각각으로 설정된 시야각 및 시간간격으로 출력되도록 하여 사용자의 시야를 유도하거나, 가상현실을 제공하기 위한 HMD 장비로 구성되고,상기 시야각은 인간의 평균 FOV(110°~120°)에 따른 포인트 지정 약 90 내지 110cm 떨어진 곳에서 시선과 직선인 포인트와 직선 포인트 좌우 각각에 3 내지 5개씩의 포인트를 유도하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템의 상기 외부 표시장치(300)(400)는 통신망(600)을 통해 금융사 서버(700)에 접속되어 이용자의 이용요금 청구 및 결제를 이용건별 또는 설정된 주기별로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템의 서비스 방법으로,이용자가 정면 및 좌우측 시야 발생장치를 착용(장착)하고, 체형 뒤틀림 측정 체중 장치에 위치하는 단계(S100);상기 시야 발생장치에서는 설정된 순서에 따라 이용자 정면 및 좌우측으로 시야 유도를 안내하고, 체형 뒤틀림 측정 체중 장치의 제어부는 압력센서를 통해 이용자의 좌우측 발의 무게 중심점을 측정하는 단계(S110);상기 시야 발생장치의 광출력을 정면 및 설정된 포인트에서 이용자의 시야가 설정된 시간동안 멈추도록 제어하는 단계(S120);상기 광출력에 따라 이용자가 미리 설정된 시간동안 응시하는 시간에 체중장치를 통해서는 이용자의 전체 및/또는 좌우 체중과 복수개의 압력센서를 이용하여 무게 중심점 및 무게 중심점의 이동을 측정하는 단계(S130);좌우 체중 동일 포인트인 체형 중심점에 대하여 상기 외부 표시장치로 해당 포인트 번호 및 그래프를 출력하고(S140), 설정된 어플리케이션을 통해 이용자의 평상 시 체형에 따른 발의 각도에 해당하는 체형 뒤틀림 정도와 체형 중심점 안내에 따른 체형 뒤틀림 정도를 표시하는 단계(S150);상기 외부 표시장치의 어플리케이션은 표준 체중/체형 정보에 따라 이용자의 맞춤자세정보를 생성하여 외부 표시장치로 안내하는 단계(S160); 및미리 설정된 어플리케이션 이용정보를 건별 또는 기간별로 약정된 비용을 외부 표시장치 식별정보에 따라 금융사 서버에서 상기 외부 표시장치로 청구하는 단계(S170);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템의 서비스 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템의 측정 방법으로,측정자가 안경형태로 구성하여 레이저가 전면으로 해당 포인트 각각으로 설정된 시야각 및 시간간격으로 출력되도록 하여 사용자의 시야를 유도하거나, 가상현실을 제공하기 위한 HMD 장비로 구성되고,상기 시야각은 인간의 평균 FOV(110°~120°)에 따라 시선과 직선인 포인트와 직선 포인트 좌우 각각에 3 내지 5개씩의 포인트를 유도하도록 한 정면 및 좌우측 시야 발생장치를 착용하고(S400), 측정자의 좌우측 발이 올라가 측정자의 체중을 측정하는 좌우 측정부에 위치하면(S410), 몸무게 측정장치의 제어부는 상기 정면 및 좌우측 시야 발생 장치가 설정된 순서에 따라 측정자 정면 및 좌우측으로 시야를 유도하는 단계(S420);상기 제어부는 상기 정면 및 좌우측 시야 발생장치가 설정된 시간동안 미리 설정된 각도로 다수의 포인트에 대하여 정면 및 좌우측으로 광이 출력되도록 제어하는 단계(S430);상기 정면 및 좌우측 시야 발생장치에서 발생된 광에 대해 측정자가 미리 설정된 시간동안 응시하는 시간에 측정자의 전체 체중 및 좌우 체중이 좌우 측정부에서 측정되는 단계(S440);상기 제어부는 측정자의 좌우 몸무게 동일 포인트인 체형 중심점에 대하여 외부의 표시부로 해당 포인트 번호 및 그래프를 출력하는 단계(S450); 및상기 제어부는 측정자가 몸무게 측정장치에서 내려오면 몸무게 측정장치의 표시부에 전체 체중 및 좌우 체중을 표시하는 단계(S460);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템의 측정 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 시야를 유도하는 단계(S420)와, 상기 광이 출력되도록 제어하는 단계(S430)는 별도의 스피커를 통해 상기 측정자에게 음성으로 안내하고,상기 외부 표시부는 별도의 포인트 번호 표시 및 그래프와 해당 부분의 포인트를 표시하는 단말기이거나 측정자의 스마트폰의 디스플레이가 이용됨을 특징으로 하는 시야각과 체중측정을 이용한 체중, 체형 중심점 및 체형 뒤틀림 측정 시스템의 측정 방법.
