Description

一种引导用户使用电子产品姿势的方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域,特别涉及一种引导用户使用电子产品姿势的方法和系统。
背景技术
电子产品,特别是手机、平板电脑等可视化电子产品在人们的日常生活中越来越普及。但是,很多用户在使用电子产品时,由于没有采取正确的使用姿势,引发了一系列的健康问题,尤其是对于正在生长发育过程中的青少年儿童而言,不正确的使用姿势很容易造成不良的后果,例如近视、驼背、斜肩等等,这些问题正在逐渐引起电子产品用户们的重视。
现在市场上流行的电子产品对于用户使用健康的改善,大多数是通过调整屏幕的亮度来保护用户视力,或者通过用户使用时间提示用户休息,这些方法仅能产生提醒用户的效果,很难实际上影响用户的使用姿势,缺乏给用户正确使用姿势的引导。用户如果已经采取了不正确的使用姿势,自身是难以察觉的,长此以往,仍旧会造成对用户健康的伤害。
中国专利申请号为CN201410225601.2的发明公开了一种基于手持电子设备的健康阅读监测方法及装置,能够根据设备的空间姿态信息分析用户当前的阅读姿势,并在判断用户不符合与预设的健康姿势不符时执行预设指令。这种方法在一定程度上能够提示用户改变不正确的使用姿势,但是这种方法根据电子产品的姿态进行判断,使用时并不方便,而且用户在姿势不正确时也可以使电子产品保持正确姿态,这样容易达不到引导用户采取正确的使用姿势的目的。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种引导用户使用电子产品姿势的方 法及系统,能够提醒用户使用姿势存在的问题并引导用户纠正错误的使用姿势,为此采取的技术方案如下:
一种引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,包括以下步骤:
捕捉用户的面部特征数据;
根据所述面部特征数据,获取本设备与用户面部之间的位置参数;
实时监测所述位置参数中的各参数值是否符合所述各参数值对应的预设范围,若否,则执行相应的预设引导指令。
进一步,所述捕捉用户的面部特征数据前,还包括步骤:
判断本设备的屏幕方向是否向上,若否,提示用户改变设备的朝向,并重复此步骤;反之,则结束此步骤。
进一步,所述捕捉用户的面部特征数据包括步骤:
捕捉用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形;
根据所述用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形确定所述用户的面部特征。
进一步,所述用户面部特征数据包括用户面部中心点、两个水平轮廓特征点以及两个竖直轮廓特征点;
其中,所述用户面部中心点为所述用户双眼位置确定的横轴与所述用户面部轮廓外接矩形的垂直中轴线确定的竖轴的交点;
所述水平轮廓特征点为所述横轴与用户面部轮廓外接矩形的交点;
所述竖直轮廓特征点为所述竖轴与用户面部轮廓外接矩形的交点。
进一步,所述“执行系统设置的引导命令”包括:
根据位置参数,通过声音或屏幕弹窗等提示方式,引导用户调整使用姿势,记录姿势错误次数;
判断所述姿势错误次数是否超出预设的阈值,若是,执行预设的惩罚指令;所述惩罚指令包括:改变屏幕亮度或锁定本设备。
本发明提供了一种基于电子设备的用户正确使用姿势引导装置,包括捕捉模块、测算模块、监测模块与引导模块:
所述捕捉模块用于捕捉用户的面部特征数据;
所述测算模块用于根据所述面部特征数据,获取本设备与用户面部之间的位置参数;
所述监测模块用于实时监测所述位置参数中的各参数值是否符合所述各参数值对应的预设范围,如否,由所述引导模块执行相应的预设引导指令。
进一步,还包括方向判断模块:
所述方向判断模块用于断本设备的屏幕方向是否向上,若否,提示用户改变设备的朝向,并重新判断;反之,则结束判断。
进一步,所述捕捉模块还包括:
实时识别子模块,用于实时识别用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形;
特征确定子模块,用于根据所述用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形确定所述用户的面部特征。
进一步,所述引导模块包括:
提示子模块,用于根据位置参数,通过声音或屏幕弹窗等提示方式,引导用户调整使用姿势,并记录姿势错误次数;

与现有技术相比,本发明能够感知用户与使用的电子设备的相对位置参数,更精确、更灵敏地实时判断用户在使用电子设备时姿势是否正确,并实时地对用户进行提示与引导,纠正错误的使用姿势,培养正确、健康的使用习惯,并能在用户多次使用姿势不正确时,实行一定的惩罚措施,提高用户采取健康、正确的使用姿势的意识。

步骤1042:判断所述姿势错误次数是否超出预设的阈值,若是,进行步骤1043:执行预设的惩罚指令;所述惩罚指令包括:一定时间内改变屏幕亮度或锁定本设备。
在本发明的一项可选的实施例中,引导系统可以每隔一定时间,例如每隔30秒进行一次用户使用姿势的判断,当发现用户的使用距离小于预设的正常距离,或者使用姿势的水平角度或者竖直角度偏离了预设的正常角度范围,引导系统可以通过语音提示或屏幕弹窗提示的方式,引导用户调整使用姿势,例如提示用户增加使用距离,或者调整使用角度等,使用户恢复健康的使用姿势。
优选地,引导系统可以记录用户使用姿势错误的次数,并进行判断,当所述姿势错误的次数超出预先设定的阈值时,可以执行预设的惩罚指令。在本实施例一项可选的典型实施方式中,引导系统会记录用户使用姿势错误的次数,当在10分钟内错误次数超过10次时,系统会锁定电子设备的操作5分钟作为惩罚,以此督促用户经常保持健康正确的使用姿势。
基于此方法,可以根据用户及电子设备两者的相对位置关系,更加灵活地判断用户使用姿势是否正确,避免了现有方法中,仅根据电子设备的空间姿态判断的缺陷,能够有效地督促用户,尤其是少年儿童用户在使用电子设备时采用正确的使用姿势,预防近视、颈椎病等健康问题,培养健康的生活方式。
另外,躺卧时使用电子设备是常见的错误使用姿势之一,因此,优选地,在本发明的另一典型的实施例中,本发明中公开的一种引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,在开启引导系统之后,进行步骤101捕捉用户的面部特征数据前,如图6所示,还包括如下的步骤:
步骤100:判断本设备的屏幕方向是否向上,若否,进行步骤1001:提示用户改变设备的朝向,并重复此步骤;反之,则结束此步骤。
这样,可以在用户躺卧、斜靠等不正确的使用姿势的情况下,对用户进行提示,提示的方式包括但不限于语音、震动、屏幕弹窗等,引导用户正确地使用电子设备。
另外,在本发明的另一典型的实施例中,公布了一种基于电子设备的用户正确使用姿势引导系统,如图7所示,至少包括捕捉模块601、测算模块602、监测模块603与引导模块604。
其中,所述捕捉模块601,用于捕捉用户的面部特征数据;
所述测算模块602,用于根据所述面部特征数据,获取本设备与用户面部之间的位置参数;
所述监测模块603,用于实时监测所述位置参数中的各参数值是否符合所述各参数值对应的预设范围;
执行模块604,用于当监测模块603监测到所述位置参数中的各参数值不符合所述各参数值对应的预设范围时,执行相应的预设引导指令。
优选地,所述捕捉模块601包括:
实时识别子模块6011:用于实时识别用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形;
特征确定子模块6012:用于根据所述用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形确定所述用户的面部特征。
优选地,在本实施例的一个可选实施方式中,捕捉模块601可以利用超声波传感器识别用户面部区域,例如利用超声波传感器识别用户的面部轮廓或者双眼位置等,优选地,超声波传感器可以位于电子设备的四角;
优选地,超声波传感器还可以应用于测算模块获取电子设备与用户面部之间的位置参数,例如,利用超声波传感器获取用户的使用距离等;
优选地,所述引导模块604还包括:
提示子模块6041,用于根据位置参数,通过声音或屏幕弹窗等提示方式,引导用户调整使用姿势,并记录姿势错误次数;
惩罚子模块6042,用于判断所述姿势错误次数是否超出预设的阈值,若是,执行预设的惩罚指令;所述惩罚指令包括:改变屏幕亮度或锁定本设备操作;
优选地,在本实施例的一个可选实施方式中,引导模块每隔一定时间,例如每隔30秒对用户使用姿势进行一次判断。在本实施例一项可选的实施方式中,引导模块会记录用户使用姿势错误的次数,当所述姿势错误的次数超出预先设定的阈值时,可以执行预设的惩罚指令。例如,当在10分钟内错误次数超过10次时,系统会锁定电子设备的操作5分钟作为惩罚,以此督促用户经常保持健康正确的使用姿势。
在本发明的另一项典型的实施例中,优选地,如图8所示,引导系统还包括方向判断模605。所述方向判断模块605用于断本设备的屏幕方向是否向上,若否,提示用户改变设备的朝向,并重新判断;反之,则结束判断。
这样,可以在用户躺卧、斜靠等不正确的使用姿势的情况下,对用户进行提示,提示的方式包括但不限于语音、震动、屏幕弹窗等,引导用户正确地使用电子设备。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    捕捉用户的面部特征数据;
    根据所述面部特征数据,获取本设备与用户面部之间的位置参数;
    实时监测所述位置参数中的各参数值是否符合所述各参数值对应的预设范围,若否,则执行相应的预设引导指令。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,其特征在于,所述捕捉用户的面部特征数据前包括如下步骤:
    判断本设备的屏幕方向是否向上,若否,提示用户改变设备的朝向,并重复此步骤;反之,则结束此步骤。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,其特征在于,所述捕捉用户的面部特征数据包括:
    捕捉用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形;
    根据所述用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形确定所述用户的面部特征。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,其特征在于,所述用户面部特征数据包括用户面部中心点、两个水平轮廓特征点以及两个竖直轮廓特征点;
    其中,所述用户面部中心点为所述用户双眼位置确定的横轴与所述用户面部轮廓外接矩形的垂直中轴线确定的竖轴的交点;
    所述水平轮廓特征点为所述横轴与用户面部轮廓外接矩形的交点;
    所述竖直轮廓特征点为所述竖轴与用户面部轮廓外接矩形的交点。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,其特征在于,所述位置参数包括:
    所述用户面中心点与电子设备中心点确定的使用距离,
    所述两个水平轮廓特征点与电子设备中心点确定的水平角度,和/或,
    所述两个竖直轮廓特征点与电子设备中心点确定的竖直角度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的引导用户使用电子设备姿势的方法,其特征在于,所述“执行相应的预设引导命令”包括:
    根据位置参数,通过声音或屏幕弹窗等提示方式,引导用户调整使用姿势,记录姿势错误次数;
    判断所述姿势错误次数是否超出预设的阈值,若是,执行预设的惩罚指令;所述惩罚指令包括:一定时间内改变屏幕亮度或锁定本设备。
  7. 一种基于电子设备的用户正确使用姿势引导系统,其特征在于,包括捕捉模块、测算模块、监测模块与引导模块,其中:
    所述捕捉模块用于捕捉用户的面部特征数据;
    所述测算模块用于根据所述面部特征数据,获取本设备与用户面部之间的位置参数;
    所述监测模块用于实时监测所述位置参数中的各参数值是否符合所述各参数值对应的预设范围,如否,由所述引导模块执行相应的预设引导指令。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的正确使用姿势引导系统,其特征在于,还包括方向判断模块:
    所述方向判断模块用于断本设备的屏幕方向是否向上,若否,提示用户改变设备的朝向,并重新判断;反之,则结束判断。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的正确使用姿势引导系统,其特征在于,所述捕捉模块,包括:
    实时识别子模块,用于实时识别用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形;
    特征确定子模块,用于根据所述用户双眼位置与用户面部轮廓外接矩形确定所述用户的面部特征。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的正确使用姿势引导系统,其特征在于,所述引导模块包括:
    提示子模块,用于根据位置参数,通过声音或屏幕弹窗等提示方式,提示用户调整使用姿势,并记录姿势错误次数;
    惩罚子模块,用于判断所述姿势错误次数是否超出预设的阈值,若是,执行预设的惩罚指令;所述惩罚指令包括:改变屏幕亮度或锁定本设备操作。
