서로 마주하는 애노드와 캐소드, 상기 애노드와상기 캐소드 사이에 위치하는 발광층, 상기 애노드와 상기 발광층 사이에 위치하는 정공수송층, 그리고 상기 발광층과 상기 정공수송층 사이에 위치하는 정공수송보조층을 포함하고, 상기 발광층은 화학식 1로 표현되는 제 1 화합물 및 화학식 2와 화학식 3의 조합으로 표현되는 게 2 화합물을 포함하며, 상기 정공수송보조층은 화학식 4로 표현되는 제 3 화합물을 포함하는 유기 광전자 소자 및 이를 포함하는 표시 장치를 제공한다. 화학식 1 내지 4는 명세서에 기재한 바와 같다.
