本申请涉及数据处理技术领域,尤其涉及业务员行为风险甄别管理方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质。
业务员在日常工作过程中,可能存在违规行为,这些违规行为会给公司带来风险和损失。尤其是寿险行业,寿险业务员的违规行为会给公司带来很高的风险及高额的损失。且目前业内尚没有比较好的对寿险业务员违规行为进行自动收集、甄别、管理的机制。如今,主要靠管理人员人为关注业务员日常行为,或者风险已发生造成损失,才能发现风险点。因此必然存在如下问题:1、风险识别管理人力投入大;2、风险识别不及时。现缺少一种自动收集寿险业务员的行为数据,并进行准确风险识别的系统。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提出一种业务员行为风险甄别管理方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质可以通过对寿险业务员的行为风险点划分,并在多个行为风险点对所述业务员进行多方面分析,最终综合多个行为风险点的分析结果,提高违规行为识别的正确率。通过对业务员行为进行自动收集、识别,能尽快发现风险业务员。对风险业务员进行流程化调查、管理、处理,能及时对风险业务员进行处理,防止风险行为的扩散,降低公司损失。
首先,为实现上述目的,本申请提出一种应用服务器,所述应用服务器包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的业务员行为风险甄别管理程序,所述业务员行为风险甄别管理程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
划分业务员的行为风险点;
收集所述业务员的行为数据;
基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数;
设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单;
将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果;
若判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上 级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见;及
根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种业务员行为风险甄别管理方法,该方法应用于应用服务器,所述方法包括:
划分业务员的行为风险点;
收集所述业务员的行为数据;
基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数;
设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单;
将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果;
若判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见;及
根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。
进一步地,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有业务员行为风险甄别管理程序,所述业务员行为风险甄别管理程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的业务员行为风险甄别管理方法的步骤。
相较于现有技术,本申请所提出的应用服务器、业务员行为风险甄别管理方法及计算机可读存储介质,首先,划分业务员的行为风险点;其次收集所述业务员的行为数据;再次基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数;然后设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单;然后将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果;若判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见;最后根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。这样,可以通过对寿险业务员的行为风险点划分,并在多个行为风险点对所述业务员进行多方面分析,最终综合多个行为风险点的分析结果,提高违规行为识别的正确率。通过对业务员行为进行自动收集、识别,能尽快发现风险业务员。对风险业务员进行流程化调查、管理、处理,能及时对风险业务员进行处理,防止风险行为的扩散,降低公司损失。

本实施例中,所述应用服务器2可包括,但不仅限于,可通过系统总线相互通信连接存储器11、处理器12、网络接口13。需要指出的是,图2仅示出了具有组件11-13的应用服务器2,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,所述应用服务器2可以是机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器等计算设备,该应用服务器2可以是独立的服务器,也可以是多个服务器所组成的服务器集群。
所述存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,所述存储器11可以是所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元,例如该应用服务器2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器11也可以是所述应用服务器2的外部存储设备,例如该应用服务器2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器11通常用于存储安装于所述应用服务器2的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如IP地址风险监测系统200的程序代码等。此外,所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器12通常用于控制所述应用服务器2的总体操作。本实施例中,所述处理器12用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行所述的IP地址风险监测系统200等。
所述网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口13通常用于在所述应用服务器2与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。
本实施例中,当所述应用服务器2内安装并运行有业务员行为风险甄别管理程序200时,划分业务员的行为风险点;收集所述业务员的行为数据;基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数;设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单;将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果;若判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见;根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。这样,可以通过对寿 险业务员的行为风险点划分,并在多个行为风险点对所述业务员进行多方面分析,最终综合多个行为风险点的分析结果,提高违规行为识别的正确率。通过对业务员行为进行自动收集、识别,能尽快发现风险业务员。对风险业务员进行流程化调查、管理、处理,能及时对风险业务员进行处理,防止风险行为的扩散,降低公司损失。
至此,己经详细介绍了本申请相关设备的硬件结构和功能。下面,将基于上述介绍提出本申请的各个实施例。
首先,本申请提出一种业务员行为风险甄别管理程序200。
参阅图2所示,是本申请业务员行为风险甄别管理程序200第一实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述的业务员行为风险甄别管理程序200包括一系列的存储于存储器11上的计算机程序指令,当该计算机程序指令被处理器12执行时,可以实现本申请各实施例的业务员行为风险甄别管理操作。在一些实施例中,基于该计算机程序指令各部分所实现的特定的操作,业务员行为风险甄别管理程序200可以被划分为一个或多个模块。例如,在图3中,所述业务员行为风险甄别管理程序200可以被分割成划分模块201、收集模块202、评估模块203、灰名单模块204、稽查模块205、审批模块206及处理模块207。其中:
所述划分模块201,用于划分业务员的行为风险点。
在本实施例中,所述划分模块201会根据业务员日常工作过程中可能出现的风险,预先划分出若干行为风险点;并根据所述若干行为风险点中每一个行为风险点制定相应的识别逻辑、处理流程等。
在一优选实施例中,所述划分模块201将所述行为风险点划分为:第一行为风险点,即所述业务员日常行为管理方面;第二行为风险点,即所述业务员招募及考核管理方面;第三行为风险点,即所述业务员销售行为管理方面;第四行为风险点,即所述业务员售后服务管理方面。根据不同的行为风险点设置相对应的识别逻辑、处理流程。
在另一优选实施例中,所述划分模块201将对所述第一行为风险点,即所述业务员日常行为管理方面设置第一识别逻辑及第一处理流程;对所述第二行为风险点,即所述业务员招募及考核管理方面设置第二识别逻辑及第二处理流程;对所述第三行为风险点,即所述业务员销售行为管理方面设置第三识别逻辑及第三处理流程;对所述第四行为风险点,即所述业务员售后服务管理方面设置第四识别逻辑及第四处理流程。
所述收集模块202,用于收集所述业务员的行为数据。
在本实施例中,所述收集模块202根据所述若干行为风险点对应的识别逻辑,自动到相关系统收集业务员行为数据。所述行为数据包括但不限于:业务员个人的微博、微信,寿险核保系统数据,寿险理赔系统数据等。
所述评估模块203,用于基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数。
在本实施例中,所述评估模块203具体用于:
获取所述业务员的行为数据;
分别在每一个所述行为风险点对所述业务员进行风险评估,得到若干初级风险评估分数,所述若干初级风险评估分数包括所述业务员在每一所述行为风险点中的初级风险评估分数;
对所述初级风险评估分数进行综合计算,得到综合风险评估分数。
在一优选实施例中,所述评估模块203获取所述业务员的行为数据,并将所述行为数据按照所述第一识别逻辑及第一处理流程至所述第四识别逻辑及第四处理流程分别进行分析。以得到在所述第一行为风险点下的第一初级风险评估分数、在所述第二行为风险点下的第二初级风险评估分数、在所述第三行为风险点下的第三初级风险评估分数及在所述第四行为风险点下的第四初级风险评估分数。
所述评估模块203对每一所述行为风险点进行权值设置,并对所述若干初级风险评估分数进行综合计算,以得到综合风险评估分数。
在一实施例中,若设置所述第一初级风险评估分数至所述第四初级风险评估分数的权值为2:1:4:3。所述综合风险评估分数=0.2*第一初级风险评估分数+0.1*第二初级风险评估分数+0.4*第三初级风险评估分数+0.3*第四初级风险评估分数。
所述灰名单模块204,用于设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单。
在一实施例中,所述风险分数阈值可以设置为60,当所述业务员的综合风险评估分数高于所述风险分数阈值时,评估所述业务员行为风险较高并将该业务员列入灰名单。
在一实施例中,所述灰名单可以包括所述业务员的姓名,工号,部门,上级主管、所述第一初级风险评估分数至所述第四初级风险评估分数及所述综合风险评估分数。
所述稽查模块205,用于将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果。
在一实施例中,所述稽查模块205具体用于:
判断是否满足预设发送条件;
在一实施例中,所述预设发送条件可以设置为达到一预设时间点,比如每周一03:00或者每天的03:00。
在另一实施例中,所述预设发送条件可以设置为,所述灰名单内的业务员数目达到一预设人数阈值,所述人数阈值可以设置为5人。
在另一实施例中,所述预设发送条件可以设置为,所述灰名单内存在一个业务员的综合风险评估分数高于一预设分数阈值,所述预设分数阈值可以设置为85。
当满足所述预设发送条件时,发送所述灰名单至所述管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,所述稽查方式包括约谈和/或调查;
获取所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员的稽查结果。
在一实施例中,所述稽查结果可以包括所述业务员存在违规行为、所述业务员可能存在违规行为及所述业务员不存在违规行为。进一步的,所述稽查结果还可以包括约谈数据和/或调查结果。
在本实施例中,所述稽查模块205会发送灰名单至所述管理人员,并同时发送稽查结果填写邮件至所述管理人员。其中,所述稽查结果填写邮件可以包括约谈数据及调查结果的填写区域。
所述审批模块206,用于当判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见。
在一实施例中,所述审批意见可以设置为多个审批意见选项并由上层机构进行选择,所述审批意见选项可以包括:通报批评;警告处分;记过处分;撤职处分。其中,上层机构可以选择多个所述审批意见选项但至少选择一个所述审批意见选项。
所述处理模块207,用于根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。
在一实施例中,若所述处理意见为通报批评,则在邮件系统中编辑对所述业务员的通报批评邮件并发送至各机构。
在一实施例中,若所述处理意见为警告、处分、撤职等行政处罚,则在相关行政系统对所述业务员进行相关处罚并通过邮件系统将处罚结果发送至各机构。

参阅图3所示,是本申请业务员行为风险甄别管理方法第一实施例的实施流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图3所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
S401,划分业务员的行为风险点。
在本实施例中,根据业务员日常工作过程中可能出现的风险,预先划分出若干行为风险点;并根据所述若干行为风险点中每一个行为风险点制定相应的识别逻辑、处理流程等。
在一优选实施例中,所述行为风险点划分为:第一行为风险点,即所述业务员日常行为管理方面;第二行为风险点,即所述业务员招募及考核管理方面;第三行为风险点,即所述业务员销售行为管理方面;第四行为风险点,即所述业务员售后服务管理方面。根据不同的行为风险点设置相对应的识别逻辑、处理流程。
在另一优选实施例中,对所述第一行为风险点,即所述业务员日常行为管理方面设置第一识别逻辑及第一处理流程;对所述第二行为风险点,即所述业务员招募及考核管理方面设置第二识别逻辑及第二处理流程;对所述第三行为风险点,即所述业务员销售行为管理方面设置第三识别逻辑及第三处理流程;对所述第四行为风险点,即所述业务员售后服务管理方面设置第四识别逻辑及第四处理流程。
步骤S402,收集所述业务员的行为数据。
在本实施例中,根据所述若干行为风险点对应的识别逻辑,自动到相关系统收集业务员行为数据。所述行为数据包括但不限于:业务员个人的微博、微信,寿险核保系统数据,寿险理赔系统数据等。
步骤S403,基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数。
具体地,所述得到综合风险评估分数的具体步骤将在本申请业务员行为风险甄别管理方法第二实施例(图5)进行详述。
步骤S404,设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单。
在一实施例中,所述风险分数阈值可以设置为60,当所述业务员的综合风险评估分数高于所述风险分数阈值时,评估所述业务员行为风险较高并将该业务员列入灰名单。
在一实施例中,所述灰名单可以包括所述业务员的姓名,工号,部门,上级主管、所述第一初级风险评估分数至所述第四初级风险评估分数及所述综合风险评估分数。
步骤S405,用于将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果。
具体地,所述将所述灰名单发送至管理人员并获取稽查结果的具体步骤将在本申请业务员行为风险甄别管理方法第三实施例(图6)进行详述
步骤S406,当判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见。
在一实施例中,所述审批意见可以设置为多个审批意见选项并由上层机构进行选择,所述审批意见选项可以包括:通报批评;警告处分;记过处分; 撤职处分。其中,上层机构可以选择多个所述审批意见选项但至少选择一个所述审批意见选项。
步骤S407,用于根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。
在一实施例中,若所述处理意见为通报批评,则在邮件系统中编辑对所述业务员的通报批评邮件并发送至各机构。
在一实施例中,若所述处理意见为警告、处分、撤职等行政处罚,则在相关行政系统对所述业务员进行相关处罚并通过邮件系统将处罚结果发送至各机构。

参阅图4所示,是本申请业务员行为风险甄别管理方法第二实施例的实施流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图4所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
在本实施例中,所述得到综合风险评估分数的具体步骤,具体包括:
步骤S501,获取所述业务员的行为数据;
步骤S502,分别在每一个所述行为风险点对所述业务员进行风险评估,得到若干初级风险评估分数,所述若干初级风险评估分数包括所述业务员在每一所述行为风险点中的初级风险评估分数;
步骤S503,对所述初级风险评估分数进行综合计算,得到综合风险评估分数。
在一优选实施例中,先获取所述业务员的行为数据,并将所述行为数据按照所述第一识别逻辑及第一处理流程至所述第四识别逻辑及第四处理流程分别进行分析。以得到在所述第一行为风险点下的第一初级风险评估分数、在所述第二行为风险点下的第二初级风险评估分数、在所述第三行为风险点下的第三初级风险评估分数及在所述第四行为风险点下的第四初级风险评估分数。
对每一所述行为风险点进行权值设置,并对所述若干初级风险评估分数进行综合计算,以得到综合风险评估分数。
在一实施例中,若设置所述第一初级风险评估分数至所述第四初级风险评估分数的权值为2:1:4:3。所述综合风险评估分数=0.2*第一初级风险评估分数+0.1*第二初级风险评估分数+0.4*第三初级风险评估分数+0.3*第四初级风险评估分数。
参阅图5所示,是本申请业务员行为风险甄别管理方法第三实施例的实施流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图5所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
在本实施例中,所述将所述灰名单发送至管理人员并获取稽查结果的具体步骤,具体包括:
步骤S601,判断是否满足预设发送条件;
在一实施例中,所述预设发送条件可以设置为达到一预设时间点,比如每周一03:00或者每天的03:00。

步骤S603,获取所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员的稽查结果。
在一实施例中,所述稽查结果可以包括所述业务员存在违规行为、所述业务员可能存在违规行为及所述业务员不存在违规行为。进一步的,所述稽查结果还可以包括约谈数据和/或调查结果。
在本实施例中,发送灰名单至所述管理人员,并同时发送稽查结果填写邮件至所述管理人员。其中,所述稽查结果填写邮件可以包括约谈数据及调查结果的填写区域。

- 如权利要求1所述的业务员行为风险甄别管理方法,其特征在于,所述划分业务员行为风险点的步骤还包括:根据业务员日常工作过程中可能出现的风险,预先划分出若干行为风险点;根据所述若干行为风险点中每一个行为风险点制定相应的识别逻辑、处理流程。
- 如权利要求1所述的业务员行为风险甄别管理方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数的步骤还包括:获取所述业务员的行为数据;分别在每一个所述行为风险点对所述业务员进行风险评估,得到若干初级风险评估分数,所述若干初级风险评估分数包括所述业务员在每一所述行为风险点中的初级风险评估分数;对所述初级风险评估分数进行综合计算,得到综合风险评估分数。
- 如权利要求2所述的业务员行为风险甄别管理方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数的步骤还包括:获取所述业务员的行为数据;分别在每一个所述行为风险点对所述业务员进行风险评估,得到若干初级风险评估分数,所述若干初级风险评估分数包括所述业务员在每一所述行为风险点中的初级风险评估分数;对所述初级风险评估分数进行综合计算,得到综合风险评估分数。
- 如权利要求1所述的业务员行为风险甄别管理方法,其特征在于,所述将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果的步骤还包括:判断是否满足预设发送条件;当满足所述预设发送条件时,发送所述灰名单至所述管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,所述稽查方式包括约谈和/或调查;获取所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员的稽查结果,所述稽查结果包括约谈数据和/或调查结果。
- 如权利要求2-4任一项所述的业务员行为风险甄别管理方法,其特征在于,所述将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果的步骤还包括:判断是否满足预设发送条件;当满足所述预设发送条件时,发送所述灰名单至所述管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,所述稽查方式包括约谈和/或调查;获取所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员的稽查结果,所述稽查结果包括约谈数据和/或调查结果。
- 根据权利要求2所述的业务员行为风险甄别管理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理的步骤还包括:若所述处理意见为通报批评,则在邮件系统中编辑对所述业务员的通报批评邮件并发送至各机构;若所述处理意见为警告、处分、撤职等行政处罚,则在相关行政系统对所述业务员进行相关处罚并通过邮件系统将处罚结果发送至各机构。
- 一种应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的业务员行为风险甄别管理程序,所述业务员行为风险甄别管理程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:划分业务员的行为风险点;收集所述业务员的行为数据;基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数;设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单;将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果;若判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见;及根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。

- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有业务员行为风险甄别管理程序,所述业务员行为风险甄别管理程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如下步骤:划分业务员的行为风险点;收集所述业务员的行为数据;基于所述行为数据,对所述业务员进行风险评估,以得到综合风险评估分数;设置风险分数阈值,将高于所述风险分数阈值的业务员列入灰名单;将所述灰名单发送至管理人员,以使所述管理人员对所述灰名单内人员进行稽查,并获取稽查结果;若判断所述业务员存在违规行为,将所述业务员列入黑名单并提交至上级机构,以得到上级机构对所述黑名单内人员的审批意见;及根据所述审批意见,在相关系统中对所述业务员进行处理。
