Description
本发明涉及连接器,特别涉及一种弹片连接器。
随着电子技术的不断发展,出现了各式各样的电子设备,而连接器是电子设备中不可缺少的部件。连接器在电路内被阻断处或孤立不通的电路之间架起沟通的桥梁使电流流通,从而使电路实现预定的功能。随着应用对象、频率、功率、应用环境等不同,连接器形式和结构也是千变万化。
目前的弹片连接器,一方面体积较大,另一方面在压缩后弹力小,且弹臂在压缩后容易发生塑性形变,影响弹片的接触,不利于信号的传递。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种体积小、弹性好且抗塑性形变能力强的弹片连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种弹片连接器,包括盒体和设置于盒体内的弹片,
所述盒体为中空结构,所述盒体的顶部设有开口,所述盒体内设有支撑面;
所述弹片包括依次连接的底板、第一弹臂、第一接触部和第二弹臂,所述底板设于所述支撑面上,所述第一接触部由所述开口伸出,所述第二弹臂与底板倾斜设置并朝所述第一弹臂延伸。
本发明的有益效果在于:整体结构设计紧凑小巧,当弹片被产品下压时,第一接触部与产品、第二弹臂与底板、底板和支撑面形成三点式接触,产生较大的弹力,抗塑性形变能力较强。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图予以说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:弹片被压缩后设计了三个接触点,代替了传统弹片连接器两个接触点的结构,弹力好且抗塑性形变能力强。
请参照图1-4,一种弹片连接器,包括盒体1和设置于盒体1内的弹片2,
所述盒体1为中空结构,所述盒体1的顶部设有开口,所述盒体1内设有支撑面7;
所述弹片2包括依次连接的底板21、第一弹臂22、第一接触部23和第二弹臂24,所述底板21设于所述支撑面7上,所述第一接触部23由所述开口伸出,所述第二弹臂24与底板21倾斜设置并朝所述第一弹臂22延伸。
本发明的工作原理为:当弹片被下压时,第一接触部接触产品并在产品的作用力下向下运动,直至第二弹臂挤压底板,底板同时挤压支撑面并受到支撑面的反作用力,三个接触点使得弹片在压缩状态仍能保持形状的稳定。当移开产品时,第一弹臂要回复原位,并且带动第一接触部与第二弹臂一并回到原位。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:整体结构设计紧凑小巧,当弹片被产品下压时,第一接触部与产品、第二弹臂与底板、底板和支撑面形成三点式接触,产生较大的弹力,抗塑性形变能力较强。
进一步地,所述支撑面7设于盒体1的两个相对的侧面之间,设有支撑面7的两个所述侧面上分别设有限位孔6,所述支撑面7的两侧分别与所述限位孔6连接,所述第二弹臂24的两侧分别设有限位凸起26,所述限位孔6与限位凸起26对应设置。
由上述描述可知,当弹片2被外力钩住提起时,限位凸起26与限位孔6卡住以防止被钩起。
进一步地,所述弹片2还包括第二接触部25,所述第二接触部25设置于所述第二弹臂24的末端并朝向所述第一弹臂22。
由上述描述可知,通过设置第二接触部25,在弹片下压时,第二U接触部25向下移动并挤压底板21,结构的接触部分弹力更好,抗塑性形变能力更强。
进一步地,所述盒体1的底部设有焊接面,所述焊接面上设有凹槽5。
由上述描述可知,盒体1的整个底部设有焊接面,因此SMT焊接部面积会增大很多,通过设置凹槽5利于锡熔融后进入,焊板后产品贴板力明显提升。
进一步地,所述盒体1的顶部设有标记区3。
由上述描述可知,标记区3可用于进行SMT时通过SMT吸取定位标记从而将产品放置在焊接位置上,
进一步地,所述盒体1的另外两侧开放设置,所述底板21的一端与所述盒体1的开放设置的一侧的顶部相连。
由上述描述可知,开放设置的盒体1形成了两端具有开口的中空结构,盒体1的两侧开放设置节约原材料,并可节约生产成本。
进一步地,所述第一接触部23的顶部设有第一凸起部4。
由上述描述可知,通过第一凸起部4使第一接触部23与外物接触。
进一步地,所述支撑面7的上表面设有第二凸起部8,所述底板21抵设于所述第二凸起部8。
由上述描述可知,底板21被与第二凸起部8之间为点接触,点接触的受力利于底板21撤去外部力后回复原状。
进一步地,由上述描述可知,U形结构的第一弹臂22、第一接触部23和第二接触部25具有更强的弹力。
请参照图1-4,本发明的实施例一为:
一种弹片连接器,包括盒体1和设置于盒体1内的弹片2,
所述盒体1为中空结构,所述盒体1的顶部设有开口,所述盒体1内设有支撑面7,所述支撑面7设于盒体1的两个相对的侧面之间,设有支撑面7的两个所述侧面上分别设有限位孔6,所述支撑面7的两侧分别与所述限位孔6连接。所述支撑面7的上表面设有第二凸起部8。
所述盒体1的底部设有焊接面,所述焊接面上设有凹槽5,所述盒体1的顶部设有标记区3,所述盒体1的另外两侧开放设置。
所述弹片2包括依次连接的底板21、第一弹臂22、第一接触部23、第二弹臂24和第二接触部25,所述底板21抵设于所述第二凸起部8,所述底板21的一端与所述盒体1的开放设置的一侧的顶部相连。所述第一弹臂22、第一接触部23和第二接触部25分别为U形结构。所述第一接触部23由所述开口伸出,所述第一接触部23的顶部设有第一凸起部4。所述第二弹臂24与底板21倾斜设置并朝所述第一弹臂22延伸。所述第二接触部25设置于所述第二弹臂24的末端并朝向所述第一弹臂22。所述第二弹臂24的两侧分别设有限位凸起26,所述限位孔6与限位凸起26对应设置。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种体积小,弹性好、抗塑性形变能力强的弹片连接器。本发明的整体结构设计紧凑小巧,当弹片被产品下压时,第一接触部与产品、第二接触部与底板、底板和支撑面形成三点式接触,产生较大的弹力,抗塑性形变能力较强,弹片不易被勾起。同时,本发明具有较大的焊接面,可以准确放置产品。

Claims (9)
- 一种弹片连接器,包括盒体和设置于盒体内的弹片,其特征在于,所述盒体为中空结构,所述盒体的顶部设有开口,所述盒体内设有支撑面;所述弹片包括依次连接的底板、第一弹臂、第一接触部和第二弹臂,所述底板设于所述支撑面上,所述第一接触部由所述开口伸出,所述第二弹臂与底板倾斜设置并朝所述第一弹臂延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述支撑面设于盒体的两个相对的侧面之间,设有支撑面的两个所述侧面上分别设有限位孔,所述支撑面的两侧分别与所述限位孔连接,所述第二弹臂的两侧分别设有限位凸起,所述限位孔与限位凸起对应设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述弹片还包括第二接触部,所述第二接触部设置于所述第二弹臂的末端并朝向所述第一弹臂。
- 根据权利要求1~3任意所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述盒体的底部设有焊接面,所述焊接面上设有凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1~3任意所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述盒体的顶部设有标记区。
- 根据权利要求1~3任意所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述盒体的另外两侧开放设置,所述底板的一端与所述盒体的开放设置的一侧的顶部相连。
- 根据权利要求1~3任意所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述第一接触部的顶部设有第一凸起部。
- 根据权利要求1~3任意所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述支撑面的上表面设有第二凸起部,所述底板抵设于所述第二凸起部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的弹片连接器,其特征在于,所述第一弹臂、第一接触部和第二接触部分别为U形结构。
