本公开属于智能输入技术领域,具体涉及一种信息输入方法及电子设备、非易失性存储介质。
输入法是一种输入编辑工具,例如搜狗(Sogou)输入法。用户可以利用输入法进行信息的编辑,从而实现人与人或者人与机器之间的交互,例如:使用聊天客户端进行对话的场景;再例如:使用浏览器输入信息的场景。
在使用输入法进行信息编辑时,无论与人与人的交互还是人与机器的交互,传统的输入方式较为低效。此外,传统的输入法仅局限于对于输入内容的联想,并没有感知整体的对话上下文,对于描述性问题用户需要去思考回忆相关的信息,从而增加了用户使用输入法的认知负荷。

本公开实施例的技术方案,通过前摄性的内容预测减少用户对于描述性内容输入的认知负担;基于点选的操作减少用户基于键盘输入的负担;基于对话上下文的预测使得预测输入的内容与整体对话内容更加匹配;该输入编辑界面可扩展集成更多基于任务的输入操作,例如在导购对话中,该输入编辑界面可提供购买产品的选项。

上述方案中,虽然是以智能客户为应用场景,但其他应用场景也同样适用于本公开实施例的技术方案。例如网页浏览场景:当用户打开一个网页在网页上输入某个信息时,网站服务器分析该信息,确定出用户想要浏览的备选内容有哪些,然后通过输入编辑界面展示这些备选信息。例如:用户在某视频网站输入“科幻片视频”,输入工具会自动分析该用户的个人信息,为该用户推荐匹配的科幻视频,并将推荐的科幻视频展示在输入编辑界面,这样,用户可以直接选择想要观看的科幻视频。
