为实现该技术目的,本发明的方案是:一种自动麻将机,用于磁性麻将牌的自动洗牌发牌,包括设置于桌体上的麻将主机,麻将主机包括设置有洗牌桶的机体、控制单元,还包括安装于机体内由控制单元控制的洗牌机构、取牌输送机构、推升牌机构;其中,推升牌机构设置于机体的中心位置,麻将牌从洗牌机构经由取牌输送机构输送至推升牌机构后,推升牌机构将麻将牌送至桌面中央;取牌输送机构由位于推升牌机构两侧相对而设的两组输送单元构成,输送单元均与推升牌机构对接,将麻将牌从洗牌机构送至推升牌机构中;推升牌机构包括一推牌升降台和驱动该升降台上下往复动作的推升驱动单元,输送单元将麻将牌送上推牌升降台,该升降台台面可分为相邻两侧,每侧均可水平放置一张麻将牌;其中一输送单元对应升降台台面的一侧,另一输送单元对应升降台台面的另一侧;推牌升降台降落时可同时接受来自于两侧输送单元的麻将牌,推牌升降台升起时将位于台面上的麻将牌升出至桌面中央。
作为优选的方案,所述机体内的中央部位设置推升腔,推升牌机构安装于推升腔内,推升腔的上端部开有相对而设的两个入牌孔,该两个入牌孔分别与两输送单元一一对应,输送单元将麻将牌经由入牌孔送至推牌升降台。
作为优选的方案,所述主机还包括一中心出牌面板,该面板可升降的设置于推升牌机构上,中心出牌面板升起时高出桌面;该中心出牌面板上开设有出牌孔,推牌升降台升起时位于推牌升降台的麻将牌从出牌孔送至桌面中央。
作为优选的方案,推升牌机构还包括竖直的导轨,推牌升降台设有与该导轨匹配的滑槽;所述推升驱动单元由推升马达和曲柄连杆组成,推牌升降台通过曲柄连杆由推升马达驱动沿导轨上下移动;所述推升马达由控制单元控制启停以确定推牌升降台的上下位置。
作为优选的方案,所述导轨为左右两根,安装在一底座上;推升马达亦安装于该底座,位于两根导轨之间且于推牌升降台底部。
作为优选的方案,取牌输送机构的输送单元包括吸牌轮、输送驱动模块和由输送驱动模块驱动的前段输送带和后段输送带;前段输送带和后段输送带相互独立且两者之间设有一转接盘,转接盘亦由驱动模块驱动其旋转;前段输送带一端缠绕在吸牌轮上将吸取的麻将牌输送至转接盘,转接盘再将麻将牌送入后段输送带;所述后段输送带对应升降台台面的一侧,麻将牌从后段输送带被传送至该后段输送带所对应的升降台台面的一侧。
作为优选的方案,所述输送驱动模块由一个输送马达和传动齿轮组构成,同步驱动前段输送带、后段输送带和转接盘;所述输送马达由控制单元控制启停。
作为优选的方案,所述洗牌机构包括洗牌大盘和驱动该大盘旋转的大盘驱动电机,以及大盘拨叉和翻牌磁铁;所述洗牌大盘可旋转的 设置在机体中,洗牌大盘的周沿设置有齿牙,所述大盘驱动电机通过啮合齿牙的齿轮驱动洗牌大盘的旋转,所述大盘驱动电机由控制单元控制启停。
作为优选的方案,所述洗牌机构包括洗牌大盘和驱动该大盘旋转的大盘驱动电机,以及大盘拨叉和翻牌磁铁;所述洗牌大盘可旋转的设置在机体中,洗牌大盘的周沿设置有齿牙,所述大盘驱动电机通过啮合齿牙的齿轮驱动洗牌大盘的旋转,所述大盘驱动电机由控制单元控制启停;所述洗牌大盘的中心为圆通孔,所述推升腔为圆柱体结构,洗牌大盘的圆通孔穿过推升腔而设置于机体中。
本发明创新采用麻将机体中部自动推出麻将牌供玩家抓取的方式,并基于此设计出全新麻将机结构,至少具有以下有益效果:仅需一副磁吸麻将牌即可满足玩家的正常使用,因出牌方式的改变故而不会影响发牌效率;进而简化了麻将主机的结构,零配件和占用空间大大减少,麻将机更轻便,可大幅降低制造成本;此外,一副麻将牌不断的随机发出,未打之牌位于桌内,基本全面杜绝了作弊的可能,玩家桌面也整洁清爽;而且可以满足不同玩法对麻将牌数量和或玩家人数的调整。本发明属于行业颠覆性创新,结构设计简洁合理,具有工业化低成本高效量产的优势,市场前景广阔。

下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑, 本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,附图和描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
如图1和图2所示的,本发明是一种自动麻将机,其用于磁性麻将牌的自动洗牌发牌,包括设置于桌体2上的麻将主机1和桌面3,在具体实施时,上述桌体2、麻将主机1和桌面3可以是分体相互拼装关系,也可以是一体化,这些均由具体的加工技术决定,无论是分体还是一体化,均属于本发明的保护范畴。
如图3、图4和图5所示的,本发明的麻将主机1包括设置有洗牌桶的机体、控制单元,还包括安装于机体内由控制单元控制的洗牌机构11、取牌输送机构(由两组输送单元12构成)、推升牌机构13。
在具体优选的实施例中,机体由底座111和上盖115构成,如图12和13所示的,在上盖的内部设置有洗牌桶桶壁1151,该筒壁1151与底座111形成洗牌桶,磁吸麻将牌在该桶内由洗牌机构洗乱并按一定的磁极翻转,供取牌输送机构选送至推升牌机构13;上盖115的盖面开设有用于桌面麻将牌送回洗牌桶的回牌孔117,该通孔在麻将机正常使用时被遮住,牌局结束后可通过一定的动作去除遮盖,供玩家将麻将牌送入洗牌桶内。基于结构紧凑设计理念,在优选的具体实施例中,上盖115的盖面两对角设置有用于安装取牌输送机构的安装槽118,以及用于确保输送带上的麻将牌沿输送带方向有序前进且不掉落的输送槽119,这些结构也会在后面关于取牌输送机构结构的说 明中进一步详细阐述。
在优选的洗牌机构方案中,如图3所示的,洗牌机构11包括洗牌大盘112和驱动该大盘旋转的大盘驱动电机113,以及大盘拨叉114和翻牌磁铁116;洗牌大盘112可旋转的设置在机体洗牌桶中,优选的是通过一轴承圈设置在底座111上,洗牌大盘112的周沿设置有齿牙,所述大盘驱动电机113通过啮合齿牙的齿轮驱动洗牌大盘112的旋转,所述大盘驱动电机113由控制单元控制启停。大盘拨叉114是拨乱磁吸麻将牌,翻牌磁铁116设置在洗牌大盘112的底部,确保磁吸麻将牌按照一定的磁极方向翻转。
推升牌机构13设置于主机机体的中心位置,如图5、8、9、10所示,麻将牌从洗牌机构11经由取牌输送机构的两组输送单元12输送至推升牌机构13后,推升牌机构13将麻将牌送至桌面中央供玩家抓取;在最佳实施方案中,机体内的中央部位设置推升腔1152,也即是在上盖115内的中心位置设置一中空腔体的推升腔1152,推升牌机构13安装于推升腔1152内,这样防止麻将牌进入到推升牌机构的内部,有效避免了推升牌机构的动作部位被麻将牌卡死的情况。推升腔1152的上端部开有相对而设的两个入牌孔(图中未示出),该两个入牌孔分别与两输送单元12一一对应,输送单元12将麻将牌经由入牌孔送至推牌升降台131上。在优选的方案中,推升腔1152为圆柱体结构,如图12所示的,洗牌大盘112的中心为圆通孔,洗牌大盘的圆通孔穿过推升腔1152而设置于机体中。
取牌输送机构由位于推升牌机构13两侧相对而设的两组输送单 元12构成,如图8、9所示的,输送单元12均与推升牌机构13对接,将麻将牌4从洗牌机构送至推升牌机构13中;在具体实施例中,推升牌机构13包括一推牌升降台131和驱动该升降台上下往复动作的推升驱动单元,输送单元12将麻将牌4送上推牌升降台131,该升降台131台面可分为相邻两侧1311和1312,每侧均可水平放置一张麻将牌;其中一输送单元对应升降台台面的一侧,另一输送单元对应升降台台面的另一侧;推牌升降台131降落时可同时接受来自于两侧输送单元12的麻将牌,推牌升降台升起时将位于台面上的麻将牌升出至桌面中央供玩家抓取。这种设计是为了满足玩家按照现有取牌习惯而独创设计的,现有取牌习惯是在牌局开始时,玩家按四张四张的取牌,打到一定张数之后再一张一张的抓取,故而本发明的设计采用相对而设的两组输送单元,即可以使得麻将牌形成两两叠加成四的堆叠效果(如图7所示的),又能获得最快的上牌速度。在实际使用时,推牌升降台131受控制单元的控制,设置有高中低三个台位,当需要四张四张上牌的时候,升降台降到低位,左侧台面叠加两张牌,右侧台面叠加两张牌,就装满四张麻将牌,这之后,升降台再升至高位将麻将牌露出桌面供玩家取用,如图7所示的;当不需要麻将牌层叠的时候(即两张两张上或一张一张上牌的时候),升降台降到中位,由两个输送单元同时供牌或单个输送单元供牌,推牌升降台上平铺了两张或一张牌之后,再升至高位将麻将牌露出桌面供玩家取用。当玩家取完牌之后,设置在升降台的传感器感应到无牌状态时,升降台会再次降落到低位或中位,再次接受来自输送单元的麻将牌,再又上升 到高位将麻将牌送出,如此循环往复,确保玩家畅玩麻将牌局。既不会影响抓牌速度,又能让桌面只有已出麻将牌而保持整洁清爽,提升玩家玩牌体验,尤其是桌面无未出之牌,避免了不诚实玩家的作弊可能。
在最佳的实施例中,为了确保推升牌机构运行的稳定和机构的简约,推升牌机构13还包括竖直的导轨134,如图5所示的,推牌升降台131设有与该导轨134匹配的滑槽135,推牌升降台131在滑槽135与导轨134的配合下,顺畅的上下移动;所述推升驱动单元由推升马达133和曲柄连杆132组成,推牌升降台131通过曲柄连杆132由推升马达133驱动沿导轨134上下移动;所述推升马达133由控制单元控制启停以确定推牌升降台131的上下位置。导轨134为左右两根,安装在一底座上,如图13所示的,底座安装在设置于上盖115的推升腔1152的底部;推升马达133亦安装于该底座,位于两根导轨134之间且于推牌升降台131的底部,这种摆放有效节约了空间,并便于传动连接。
在最佳的实施例中,取牌输送机构的输送单元12包括吸牌轮122、输送驱动模块123和由输送驱动模块123驱动的前段输送带121和后段输送带126,如图4所示的,前段输送带121和后段输送带126相互独立且两者之间设有一转接盘125,转接盘125亦由驱动模块123驱动其旋转,这样的结构有效的利用了麻将主机1的转角空间,如图9所示的,既能确保吸牌轮122沿着洗牌大盘112边沿的切线方向顺畅的吸取麻将牌,又能确保麻将牌沿着径向路径输送到位于主机中心 位置的推牌升降台131,采用转接盘125巧妙的解决了输送路径的弯转问题,麻将牌不至于在转角时卡死;前段输送带121一端缠绕在吸牌轮122上将吸取的麻将牌输送至转接盘125,转接盘125再将麻将牌送入后段输送带126;所述后段输送带对应升降台台面的一侧,麻将牌从后段输送带被传送至该后段输送带所对应的升降台台面的一侧。这种设计确保两个输送带互不干扰,充分利用了主机的空间,可以同时两两上牌,确保了上牌速度和麻将牌的平行紧靠的摆置方式,设计巧妙。
为了进一步的节约制造成本,提升结构的紧凑简约性,在最佳实施例中,所述输送驱动模块由一个输送马达123和传动齿轮组124构成,同步驱动前段输送带121、后段输送带126和转接盘125;传动齿轮组124采用的3个锥度齿轮相互同步啮合的方式构成,所述输送马达由控制单元控制启停。为了进一步确保麻将牌传输时的稳定行进,防止跑偏和掉落等情况的发生,如图14、15所示的,在输送单元12设置一具有轨道槽的槽盖127,对应于前段输送带121的顶部为前段输送带顶轨1211;对应于后段输送带126的顶部为前段输送带顶轨1261;对应于转接盘125的顶部为转接盘顶轨1251,该槽盖127的机构配合着上盖设置的输送槽119,能很好的稳定麻将牌,使之在传送带的输送下,顺畅前行,不会偏移和掉落,也不会发生麻将牌的错位,为麻将机的稳定运行提供了可靠的保障。槽盖127还能巧妙的遮挡住上盖上设置的118安装槽,防止杂物等落入输送单元12中,进一步保障了麻将机的安全运行。
为了更好的玩家体验,在优选的实施例中,麻将主机1还配设有一中心出牌面板14,如图6、7和10、11所示的,该中心出牌面板14可升降的设置于推升牌机构13上,桌面3上设置有与该中心出牌面板14大小相匹配的中心通孔,当中心出牌面板14升起时高出桌面,露出中心通孔,该中心通孔的面积内涵盖了上盖的回牌孔117,此时玩家可以将麻将牌推入桌面的中心通孔,进而麻将牌从回牌孔回到洗牌桶内;当中心出牌面板14回落锁定时,其刚好遮覆了中心通孔,使得整个桌面上没有空位回落麻将牌。中心出牌面板14上开设有出牌孔141,推牌升降台131升起时位于推牌升降台131的麻将牌从出牌孔141送至桌面中央。
中心出牌面板14最佳的实施方案是如图10和11所示的,采用机械手动结构而非电动自动化结构,这种设计让玩家游戏时或小孩玩耍时不会被夹伤,使得麻将机更安全;其具体结构是通过张力大弹簧143来实现面板的升起,面板的底部固定安装有导杆142,导杆的作用是保持面板上下动作的垂直稳定,同时也起到锁定面板的连接作用;导杆的底部设置有卡帽1421;此外,在安装推升牌机构13的底座上设置有可以将卡帽锁住的锁件145,该锁件的顶部设置有锁夹1451,锁夹的底部设有内置于锁件腔内的机械开关结构,该开关结构被按压时可合拢锁夹,再被按压时则张开锁夹,这类开关结构属于现有技术,在本文中不做具体阐述;当锁夹在合拢的状态下可抱住卡帽,进而卡帽被锁件锁住;锁夹张开时,卡帽即可脱离锁件。在具体实施时,所述锁件145可以是如图10和11所示的左右两个,也可以是单 侧的一个,也可以是多个,这些均可以依据具体的结构设计由技术人员进行设计确定。
中心出牌面板14的具体使用是:当面板处于升起状态时,玩家用力将面板下压,面板即克服张力大弹簧143的张力而随导杆142下向下行进,当导轨下行至卡帽1421穿过张开的锁夹1451时,卡帽会触碰到开关结构并对开关结构施加压力,开关结构即联动锁夹1451合拢,此时玩家停止对面板施压,锁夹1451抱住卡帽1421锁定面板;当玩家再次施加压力于面板时,卡帽1421会再次触碰到开关结构并对开关结构施加压力,开关结构即联动锁夹1451张开,此时玩家停止对面板施压,卡帽1421即脱离锁夹1451,面板在张力大弹簧143的张力作用下升起。
特别需要强调的是,张力大弹簧143的另外一个至关重要的作用是围栏作用,其有效的防止了麻将牌在回落洗牌桶的时候掉入推升腔1152中的可能,也即是避免了回落的麻将牌进入推升牌机构13;在优选的实施例中,张力大弹簧143外套设有弹簧布套使得围栏效果更好,张力大弹簧143采用上宽下窄的倒锥形弹簧,有效解决了弹簧被压缩后占用空间高度的问题。
此外,在面板处于升起状态时,为了防止麻将牌误从出牌孔141处跌入张力大弹簧143内而导致面板下行被麻将牌卡死的情况,面板的出牌孔141下面设置有一方框弹簧144,该弹簧的方框规格大小与出牌孔141的规格大小差不多,有效的防止了麻将牌跌入后卡死面板下行的可能,即便是有麻将牌跌落,也会在方框弹簧144的限制下落 入升降台台面上,不至于落入其他位置卡死面板下行。在优选的实施例中,方框弹簧144外套设有弹簧布套使得围栏效果更好。
本发明的麻将机与现有使用两副牌的自动麻将机相比,至少有以下明显的优点:
1、机构简单,整机一体化,零配件大大减少,重量只有现有机器的1/3,甚至更轻便;
2、仅需一幅磁吸麻将牌,重量和功耗均降低,节约材料和资源,且因为出牌方式的改变,不会影响出牌效率;
3、因仅需一副磁吸麻将牌,不会出现现有麻将机经常两副牌互混而导致清理分辨很麻烦和造成游戏者扫兴的情况;
4、完全模拟现有麻将牌玩法,通过控制单元和传感器可精准实现,玩家抓牌时两对两对叠起来上推至桌面中心,每个人抓完牌后正式打牌时只一张一张依次上推,相对于将一副牌全部码好整体推出的方式,可以将所有暂时不需要用的牌全隐藏在机器内看不到,桌面干净敞亮,不再拥挤;
5、因采用中心独口上牌,游戏者取牌都是等距离,更符合人体工学,更人性化,具有更佳的舒适性和方便性;
6、因为没有推上桌面的牌是看不到的,所以有做记号辨牌或偷梁换柱等作弊企图者无法实现了,使游戏更公平;
7、由于是按需取牌,开始发牌的数量可以在控制程序上改变,因此可两个或三个或四个人参与游戏,比现有麻将机的参与人数适应性强;
8、由于是按需取牌,只要改变系统默认牌的总数量就可以适应全国各地不同的打法,简单易调,适应性强;
9、由于麻将主机部分的尺寸大为缩小,桌体周边的边框空间就可以留出更多,用于做出更大的储物空间,让玩家的随身挎包、手包等物品轻易存放,使娱乐更舒心;
10、由于麻将主机部分的尺寸大为缩小,重量又轻,因此可以做出折叠的便携式或车载式麻将机,使娱乐更方便;
11、由于只有中心一个出牌口,周边没有现有麻将机的四个长条出牌口,中心出牌面板也由手动操作,机械自动活动裸露大为减少,玩家游戏时或小孩玩耍时被夹伤的可能性变得很小,产品更安全;
12、由于结构巧妙、紧凑,可靠性高,不容易出故障,维护保养容易;
13、由于一体化设计,结构简单,非常容易实现大批量规模化生产,整体成本比现有麻将机大为降低,是物美价廉的产品。
