一种剥皮机用废料下料机构 技术领域
本发明涉及合金型材加工领域,具体涉及一种剥皮机用废料下料机构。
背景技术
剥皮机在对型材剥皮时,剥下的皮料会出现挂载在剥皮刀具上的现象,当皮料没有被取下时,下一个型材则无法进行剥皮,一般需要人工操作,导致需要人员看守,不利于剥皮机的有序生产,也提高生产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,能够代替人工快速将皮料从剥皮刀具上去除,不影响生产。
为解决上述技术问题,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,包括推料环,所述推料环套设在剥皮刀具的外表面上,所述推料环与推料动力部连接。
进一步的,所述推料环表面设置有避让锥形凹环。
进一步的,所述推料动力部包括至少两个液压缸,所述液压缸均匀分布设置在推料环周边上。
进一步的,所述推料环的外壁上还设置有吊装环。
进一步的,所述剥皮刀具包括刀体,所述刀体一侧面设置为剥离面,所述刀体的剥离面上设置有多个刀齿,所述刀体的剥离面上还设置有一个或者多个导向凸块,所述导向凸块表面设置有导向面。
进一步的,所述导向凸块设置在相邻两个刀齿之间的刀体的剥离面上,且位于相邻两个刀齿的中间位置上。
进一步的,还包括挤压部,所述挤压部与剥皮刀具配合剥皮,所述挤压部包括动力缸以及与动力缸伸出端连接的挤压安装板,所述挤压安装板上设置有推头,所述推头上位于剥皮刀具一侧的端面上设置有定位凸部。
进一步的,所述定位凸部的中心与剥皮刀具的中心位于剥皮方向的轴线上。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用推料环套设在剥皮刀具外表面后,当剥皮结束,皮料能够被推料环从剥皮刀具外表面位置推出,使得皮料不会粘连在剥皮刀具表面或者挂设在剥皮刀具上,从而无需人工拨除,设备不会因该问题而暂停生产,提高生产能力。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,本发明的剥皮机用废料下料机构的一实施例,包括推料环1,推料环1套设在剥皮刀具2的外表面上,推料环1与推料动力部3连接,通过推料动力部3提供移动动力,推料环1能够将皮料从剥皮刀具2上推出,实现剥皮刀具2与皮料的有序分离,生产连续性好。
上述的推料环1表面还设置有避让锥形凹环4,避让锥形凹环4的小端设置在剥皮刀具2外表面一侧,在皮料被剥离时,避让锥形凹环4提供皮料伸展路径的避让,或者避让和导向,使得皮料卷曲效果更佳,便于收集。
而推料动力部3包括至少两个液压缸,液压缸能够提供足够的顶升动力,当然也可以使用气缸等机构;液压缸均匀分布设置在推料环1周边上,提供稳定的轴向伸出动力,推料环1沿轴向伸出,不会与剥皮刀具2造成摩擦或者卡滞等问题。
其中,推料环1的外壁上还设置有吊装环5,在安装时,能够借助吊装机构将推料环1安装套设在剥皮刀具2表面上,组装方便,且安全可靠。
参照图2所示,剥皮刀具2包括刀体6,刀体6一侧面设置为剥离面,该面朝向待剥皮的型材,其中刀体6结构一般为环形,当然根据实际剥皮情况也可以做出调整,也可以与型材外表面形状一致;刀体6的剥离面上设置有多个刀齿7,刀齿7用以将合金型材表面分割并起到环抱定位作用;刀体6的剥离面上还设置有一个或者多个导向凸块8,导向凸块8表面设置有导向面,待剥离下来的皮料被导向面引导与剥离面分离,起到减少皮料与剥离面接触面积的效果,以降低皮料与刀具接触面之间存在的粘连面积,便于推料环1推出;并且当皮料被导向凸块8导向与剥离面分离后,皮料与刀齿7之间的接触面也随之减小,进一步提高推料环1的推动效果; 上述导向凸块8在起到导向作用的同时还能够使得皮料远离推料环1,避免皮料端部抵接在推料环1上影响剥皮效果。
导向凸块8设置在相邻两个刀齿7之间的刀体6的剥离面上,以对相邻两个刀齿7之间的皮料进行分离,提高分离效果,且位于相邻两个刀齿7的中间位置上,在分离时,皮料受力均匀,对于为分离的皮料不造成牵扯,提高剥皮效果。
参照图3所示,还包括挤压部9,挤压部9与剥皮刀具2配合剥皮,挤压部9包括动力缸10以及与动力缸10伸出端连接的挤压安装板11,挤压安装板11上设置有推头12,推头12上位于剥皮刀具2一侧的端面上设置有定位凸部,动力缸10作用挤压动力来源,安装板用于固定推头12,推头12与型材端面抵接,挤压力释放稳定,提供可靠的剥皮效果。
定位凸部的中心与剥皮刀具2的中心位于剥皮方向的轴线上,在定位凸部与型材端面进行抵接,抵接后定位凸部能够压入型材内,使型材端面具有定位凹部,当然对于一些较为硬质的合金型材,也可以采用预先设置定位凹部,最终定位凸部与定位凹部配合,使得型材在被挤压推送时,能够始终保持轴向位置不偏移的效果,挤压部9的挤压力始终释放在型材中心处,其使用对于型材端面的平行度要求大大降低。

  1. 一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:包括推料环,所述推料环套设在剥皮刀具的外表面上,所述推料环与推料动力部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:所述推料环表面设置有避让锥形凹环。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:所述推料动力部包括至少两个液压缸,所述液压缸均匀分布设置在推料环周边上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:所述推料环的外壁上还设置有吊装环。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:所述剥皮刀具包括刀体,所述刀体一侧面设置为剥离面,所述刀体的剥离面上设置有多个刀齿,所述刀体的剥离面上还设置有一个或者多个导向凸块,所述导向凸块表面设置有导向面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:所述导向凸块设置在相邻两个刀齿之间的刀体的剥离面上,且位于相邻两个刀齿的中间位置上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:还包括挤压部,所述挤压部与剥皮刀具配合剥皮,所述挤压部包括动力缸以及与动力缸伸出端连接的挤压安装板,所述挤压安装板上设置有推头,所述推头上位于剥皮刀具一侧的端面上设置有定位凸部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种剥皮机用废料下料机构,其特征在于:所述定位凸部的中心与剥皮刀具的中心位于剥皮方向的轴线上。
