本实用新型涉及检测设备,特别涉及PIN柱检测设备。
背景技术
产品上都设置有多个PIN柱,PIN柱在安装运输过程中容易出现柱断裂的情况,在产品出库前需要对PIN柱进行检测,防止不良品流出。现在采取人工对PIN柱进行检测,检测速度慢,且易出现视觉疲劳,容易出现错检,漏检等问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种提高检测效率的PIN柱检测设备。
一种PIN柱检测设备,包括定位件,定位件用于将具有至少一PIN柱的待测产品定位,所述PIN柱检测设备还包括至少一接近传感器、控制器及显示装置,所述接近传感器固定于定位件上并在所述待测产品定位于定位件时与所述PIN柱一一正对,所述接近传感器感测对应的PIN柱与正对的接近传感器之间的距离是否在一预设距离内并将感测结果传送至所述控制器,所述控制器根据感测结果控制显示装置显示检测结果。
上述PIN柱检测设备在待测产品定位于定位件时通过接近传感器对PIN柱的距离的检测就可知晓待测产品的PIN柱是否断裂,较现 有人工检测,无需人眼观看每个PIN柱的状况,提高了检测效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4,一种PIN柱检测设备100包括操作台20、定位件30、固定件40、多个接近传感器50、控制器(图未示)及显示装置60。所述固定件40固定于所述操作台20上。所述定位件30固定于固定件40上。所述定位件30用于将待测产品70定位。所述待测产品70包括多个PIN柱72。部分所述接近传感器50固定于所述定位件30上,部分所述接近传感器50固定于所述固定件40上。在所述待测产品70定位于定位件30时,所述接近传感器50与所述PIN柱72一一正对。所述接近传感器50感测对应的PIN柱72与正对的接近传感器50之间的距离是否在一预设距离内并将感测结果传送至所述控制器,所述控制器根据感测结果控制显示装置60显示检测结果。所述接近传感器50可为光电式接近传感器。所述控制器可为可编程控制器。
所述显示装置60垂直固定于所述操作台20上且面向所述定位件30,在检测者在操作台20前对待测产品70进行检测时,可方便地看到待测产品70的检测结果。所述操作台20上还固定一形成开口的保护壳22,所述固定件40、接近传感器50、定位件30及待测产品70都置于所述保护壳22内。所述定位件30及固定件40上形成多个通孔80,所述接近传感器50容置于所述通孔80内,使接近传感器50与所述PIN柱72正对。
所述控制器在所有PIN柱72与正对的接近传感器50之间的距离都在所述预设距离时控制显示装置60显示待测产品70检测通过的检 测结果。控制器在有PIN柱72与正对的接近传感器50之间的距离不在所述预设距离时控制显示装置60显示待测产品70检测不通过的检测结果。
具体地,所述显示装置60包括第一指示灯62,所述待测检测产品检测通过的检测结果是开启所述第一指示灯62,所述第一指示灯62在开启时发射绿色的光。所述显示装置60还包括第二指示灯64,所述待测检测产品检测不通过的检测结果是开启所述第二指示灯64,所述第二指示灯64在开启时发射红色的光。所述显示装置60还包括多个第三指示灯66,所述第三指示灯66在显示装置60上分布的位置与与待测产品70的PIN柱72的位置相对应,所述第三指示灯66与所述接近传感器50之间的对应关系存储于控制器。在一PIN柱72与正对的接近传感器50之间的距离不在所述预设距离时,控制器根据所述接近传感器50的感测结果控制与所述接近传感器50对应的第三指示灯66开启。
在另一实施方式中,所述PIN柱检测设备100还包括蜂鸣器(图未示),控制器在有PIN柱72与正对的接近传感器50之间的距离不在所述预设距离时控制蜂鸣器发出警示音。
通过所述PIN柱检测设备100对待测产品70进行检测前,将一无缺陷的标准产品放置于所述定位件30上,并将所述各个接近传感器50调整至与各个PIN柱72的距离在一标准距离,如0.8毫米。再将对 待测产品70定位于所述定位件30上,通过感测距离为0.8毫米的接近传感器50对PIN柱72进行检测。如检测结果为不通过,说明接近传感器50在0.8毫米的距离内没有检测到PIN柱72,表示所述PIN柱72断裂使所述PIN柱72与接近传感器50的距离超过0.8毫米。
上述PIN柱检测设备100在待测产品70定位于定位件30时通过接近传感器50对PIN柱72的距离的检测就可知晓待测产品70的PIN柱72是否断裂,较现有人工检测,无需人眼观看每个PIN柱72的状况,提高了检测效率。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本实用新型,而并非用作为对本实用新型的限定,只要在本实用新型的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本实用新型所公开的范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种PIN柱检测设备,包括定位件,定位件用于将具有至少一PIN柱的待测产品定位,其特征在于:所述PIN柱检测设备还包括至少一接近传感器、控制器及显示装置,所述接近传感器固定于定位件上并在所述待测产品定位于定位件时与所述PIN柱一一正对,所述接近传感器感测对应的PIN柱与正对的接近传感器之间的距离是否在一预设距离内并将感测结果传送至所述控制器,所述控制器根据感测结果控制显示装置显示检测结果。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,所述控制器在所有PIN柱与正对的接近传感器之间的距离都在所述预设距离时控制显示装置显示待测产品检测通过的检测结果。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括第一指示灯,所述待测检测产品检测通过的检测结果是开启所述第一指示灯,所述第一指示灯在开启时发射绿色的光。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,控制器在有PIN柱与正对的接近传感器之间的距离不在所述预设距离时控制显示装置显示待测产品检测不通过的检测结果。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括第二指示灯,所述待测检测产品检测不通过的检测结果是开启所述第二指示灯,所述第二指示灯在开启时发射红色的光。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,所述显示装 置还包括至少一第三指示灯,所述第三指示灯在显示装置上分布的位置与与待测产品的PIN柱的位置相对应,所述第三指示灯与所述接近传感器之间的对应关系存储于控制器,在一PIN柱与正对的接近传感器之间的距离不在所述预设距离时,控制器根据所述接近传感器的感测结果控制与所述接近传感器对应的第三指示灯开启。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,所述PIN柱检测设备还包括蜂鸣器,控制器在有PIN柱与正对的接近传感器之间的距离不在所述预设距离时控制蜂鸣器发出警示音。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,所述定位件形成容置孔,所述接近传感器固定于所述容置孔内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,所述接近传感器为光电式接近传感器。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的PIN柱检测设备,其特征在于,控制器为可编程控制器。
