Abstract

This is a product that pertains to the field of motorcycles and mopeds. The present subject matter relates to a dynamic device for protecting motorcycles and mopeds in general which acts as a bumper, affording protection for the rider in situations when there has been a minor collision, in which the vehicle wheel tends to continue turning and thereby becomes dangerously out of control, also affording protection for pedestrians in the event of their being knocked down, preventing contact between the pedestrian's body and the wheel. The present model is intended to lend a bolder design to the vehicles for which it is intended and at the same time to provide enhanced protection for the rider and pedestrians.

Refere-se o presente objeto a um protetor dinâmico para motocicletas e veículos ciclomotor em geral, que atua como para- choque, oferecendo proteção ao piloto em situações de colisão dianteira leve, onde a roda do veículo tende a prosseguir em seu movimento giratório, podendo tomar direções inesperadas, oferecendo inclusive proteção aos pedestres em caso de abalroamento, evitando o contato do corpo com a roda. 1.
