Abstract
반도체소자 패키지는 몸체 위에 배치된 발광소자와 몸체와 발광소자 사이에 배치된 적어도 하나의 수지를 포함한다. 몸체는 몸체의 상면에서 몸체를 관통하는 제1 및 제2 개구부와, 몸체의 상면에서 몸체의 하면으로 오목한 적어도 하나의 리세스를 포함할 수 있다. 발광소자는 제1 개구부 위에 배치되는 제1 본딩부와, 제2 개구부 위에 배치되는 제2 본딩부를 포함할 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 리세스는 제1 및 제2 개구부 사이 및 제1 및 제2 개구부의 둘레를 따라 배치될 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 수지는 적어도 하나의 리세스에 배치될 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 수지는 반사물질을 포함할 수 있다.
