本实用新型改进之后,所述松瓣系统具有松瓣偏心动力滚筒10、松瓣偏心助力滚筒11、松瓣偏心副滚筒12、以及多个松瓣辅助滚筒;在外部动力带动下,可以获得很好的松瓣动力和松瓣程度,解决了现有设别在松瓣过程中松瓣程度需要提高的问题,使其适用于不同规格及大小的松瓣。
本实用新型所述一种大蒜松瓣分选机,分瓣系统包括多个分选滚筒22、分选分类档板23、分选分类装袋口24;每个分选分类档板23形成一个分选腔体,每个分选腔体内具有多个分选滚筒22,每个分选腔体下放对应有分选分类装袋口24;分选分类装袋口24下方对应为振动装袋系统位25。同时还具有独立的分瓣系统,其由分选分类档板23形成了不同的分选腔体,用于对松瓣后进行分选分类。
本实用新型所述一种大蒜松瓣分选机,同时还在松瓣机总承档板21构成的壳体内还设置有风槽19、鼓风机20、松瓣机出尘口18;风槽19与鼓风机20连通,同时松瓣机出尘口18分别与风槽19和松瓣机出料槽17连通,松瓣机出尘口18另一端伸出由松瓣机总承档板21构成的壳体外侧。在此由风槽19、鼓风机20、松瓣机出尘口18组成松瓣过程的出尘系统,解决了现有设备内部缺乏排风除尘的难题。
本实用新型所述的大蒜松瓣分选机从整体功能来分具有以下系统,一、提升机系统,采用提升将用于将待松瓣的大蒜提升。二,松辦、脱粒系统,该部分如图2所示,里间隙共分5步间隙,其中脱落间隙设计在动力偏心滚筒与偏心助滚筒中间为中间直线松辦间隙,大蒜松辦落到助力滚筒A,B,C辅助滚筒的4部间隙称为曲线脱离调整间隙起分离作用。三,鼓风除尘系统,在此由风槽19、鼓风机20、松瓣机出尘口18组成松瓣过程的出尘系统,解决了现有设备内部缺乏排风除尘的难题。四,分选分类系统,在松瓣后可将大蒜按不同规格大小分类分选出。五,装袋系统,分选分类装袋口24下方对应为振动装袋系统位25,在分选后通过振动实现辅助装袋。还可以包括第六,振动机系统,用于起到辅助振动效果。

  1. 一种大蒜松瓣分选机,其特征在于:包括进料提升系统、松瓣系统、分瓣系统;其中松瓣系统和分瓣系统形成一个整体位于松瓣机总承档板(21)构成的壳体内;两者之间通过松瓣机出料槽(17)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种大蒜松瓣分选机,其特征在于:所述进料提升系统包括进料口(1)、进料梭槽(2)、提升料斗(3)、链条(4)、链轮A(5)、链轮B(6)、出料口(7)、出料管道(8);进料口(1)通过进料梭槽(2)与位于链条(4)上的提升料斗(3)连通,链条(4)分别与链轮A(5)和链轮B(6)连接,出料口(7)通过出料管道(8)连通至松瓣系统。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种大蒜松瓣分选机,其特征在于:松瓣系统包括松瓣进料口(9)、松瓣偏心动力滚筒(10)、松瓣偏心助力滚筒(11)、松瓣偏心副滚筒(12)、松瓣辅助滚筒A(13)、松瓣辅助滚筒B(14)、松瓣辅助滚筒C(15)、松瓣机档板(16);松瓣偏心助力滚筒(11)、松瓣偏心副滚筒(12)、松瓣辅助滚筒A(13)、松瓣辅助滚筒B(14)、松瓣辅助滚筒C(15)分别位于由松瓣机档板(16)构成的腔体内;松瓣进料口(9)位于由松瓣机档板(16)构成的腔体上方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种大蒜松瓣分选机,其特征在于:分瓣系统包括多个分选滚筒(22)、分选分类档板(23)、分选分类装袋口(24);每个分选分类档板(23)形成一个分选腔体,每个分选腔体内具有多个分选滚筒(22),每个分选腔体下放对应有分选分类装袋口(24);分选分类装袋口(24)下方对应为振动装袋系统位(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种大蒜松瓣分选机,其特征在于:在松瓣机总承档板(21)构成的壳体内还设置有风槽(19)、鼓风机(20)、松瓣机出尘口(18);风槽(19)与鼓风机(20)连通,同时松瓣机出尘口(18)分别与风槽(19)和松瓣机出料槽(17)连通,松瓣机出尘口(18)另一端伸出由松瓣机总承档板(21)构成的壳体外侧。
