综上,当前所有的油烟机的油气脱除均存在烦人的”尾巴”,因此,对已有技术所存在的缺陷进行改进以割除这些”尾巴”,使其在正常使用及维护能够发挥更为有效的作用至关重要。

如图2所示,作为本实施例另一个优选实施例,一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机还包括设置于排风管道30出口处的静电过滤器40,该静电过滤器40可拆卸安装于排风管道30的出口处的卡槽31内;静电过滤器40为涂抹具有一定介电常数的塑料的金属滤网41,其金属滤网41里侧的表面上设有塑料毛42,金属滤网41呈一块插板形式,可从排风管道30的出口端部侧面插入槽中并在出口端部定位,或从缝中抽出清洗;此外,还在金属滤网41下方的排风管道30上设有储油槽32。塑料毛42的作用在于当金属滤网41获得合适的静电位后,除网上会吸附油烟外,更会在适当的远处因电荷极化将具有合适介电常数的塑料毛42尖端获得最佳静电力,可增强静电引力以吸油、烟微粒;优选地,静电过滤器倾斜设置于排风管道的出口处,静电过滤器40倾斜安装的目的在于由微粒组成的油液体可以从塑料毛42顺势流至金属滤网41上再下滑到网上,再沿金属滤网41下延至底部流向储油槽32并进入排油孔33,平时可以塞子塞住该排油孔33。
在本实施例的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机上,金属滤网41连接静电发生器,静电发生器以电容储电方式电路进行工作,如图3所示,为电容充电式静电器电路示意图静电发生器的电路示意图,若接金属滤网41的二对角则效果会更佳,使电荷分布均匀而不易出现单侧效果差些情况。静电发生器,通常都以不断电方式进行保持负极或正极有高电压,在民用方面有一定危险,因单极接金属滤网而另一单极接地有困难,无地线或地线电阻值超标,并 有通过火花放电,引起燃气爆炸等。本实施例采用静电发生器以电容储电方式电路进行工作,即电容储电法代替之,装入绝缘盒内且接线永远连接,不存在任何分离而高压放电,因小电流及无接地也不存在对地电压故不存在触电危险,即安全又节省费用。本实施例的风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机只需开机时充电几分钟自动关闭电源即可将一餐饭菜做完而保持静电吸油烟无碍,一则油不导电,它滴落下来会自动将因静电力产生的滴液两端正负电荷自动中和,原则上并不耗电,仅空气中会散漏小部分电荷微放电反应的一丝消耗。
此外,本发明实现免清洗功能所采用的技术方案是:将排风管道30的塑料制件按电热毯原理进行制作,将电热线均匀密布埋入该排风管道30的壳体板夹层内,作成固体电路通电即能使之整体发热。研究发现油烟常因冷凝而凝结在排风管道30的壳体内腔上,若壳体内腔发热到某种合适程度则将油烟不会产生冷凝,也即不结到内腔壁上了,故其也不用清洗了,合适的壳体温度会使排风管道30的壳体内腔几乎百分百不积油烟,以上使用的电热线均为小功率,费电少。
本发明的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机的使用方法为:
当放置在风屏框架20内下方的灶具点火炒菜时,因风屏10经整流后的急流体具一定或较强刚性,它隔离了内外空气的交流,于是空气就从微高脚21两侧的腾空处进入向上助燃火,该火顺势火焰更长还可覆盖锅底更大面积,风屏框架20因已工作,鼓风机管接进气口24吹风,通过主气管22传遍整个风屏框架20内腔,该气流同时又分别向上各自进入每个长孔23,经其整流作用,及各个长孔23紧挨,便形成密集的风屏效应,它与外界产生一种动态的隔离。
当油烟产生时,甚至爆出的油滴将都易被该风屏阻挡而随具强有力的整流风上升至排风管道30腔内,经合适的导流片34导向后风从左侧出风口排出,加热排风管道30壳体夹层内的电热线而使腔内升温,电热线升温至在排风管道30壳体不产生冷凝油,该温度较高于烟气温度,且温度越高越不粘油烟,故使得排风管道30的腔内始终保持干净,同时又因整流风的规则与高速度,亦使油气仅易限于整流风屏的内侧而不到外侧的排风管道30内腔壁上,故油烟气也不易附于内腔壁上,这样双管齐下可免擦洗内腔。
当油烟气冲击排风管道30出口处的静电过滤器40时,因接入静电发生器而使金属滤网41带负或正电,它通过具一定介电常数的塑料涂抹产生静电力将吸附油烟气,以及设置在金属滤网41上合适长度的塑料毛42,由塑料毛42产生极性最强的静电力而吸附油烟气,当其上吸附的油烟气过多时,成滴的油烟混和物将因重力而顺倾斜的塑料毛42下延及顺着金属滤网41的的斜面下延流入到储油槽32内,最后通过排油孔33下漏排出。
综上,本发明的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,采用以上多管齐下的方法,使得现有 油烟机的性能得到全面提升,油烟排出率可达到九成九以上,且可免清洗,省力省事省钱,所采用的鼓风机噪音与油烟机不产生共鸣,鼓风机被设置在幽闭的下方灶柜内(柜内装吸音材料,柜底开进气洞以补空气),从而减弱降低了噪音污染,该风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机结构极简,外形简洁美观,生产成本或接近传统机,具有相当好的推广应用价值。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对该发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,包括锥形风屏(10)、与所述锥形风屏(10)顶端对应与风屏连通的排风管道(30),所述锥形风屏(10)其底部设置有封闭形的风屏框架(20),且沿所述风屏框架(20)上侧水平设置有主气管(22),所述主气管(22)上方设有若干连通的长孔(23),其特征在于:若干所述长孔(23)所形成的连续排列的轴线方向夹缝宽大于0.5毫米小于3毫米,各缝不定横向(或纵向)长度中所夹薄壁厚度小于等于4毫米,所述长孔(23)其长孔其长缝比或长径比大于20,又所述风锥指向所述排风管道(30)的罩内,且由下而上吹风。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述排风管道(30)的壳体或夹层内设有电热线,所述电热线可通电加热所述排风管道(30)的壳体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述排风管道(30)出口处的静电过滤器(40)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述静电过滤器(40)为涂抹具有一定介电常数的塑料的金属滤网(41)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述金属滤网(41)里侧的表面上设有塑料毛(42)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述金属滤网(41)连接静电发生器,所述静电发生器以电容储电方式电路进行工作。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述金属滤网(41)的下方的排风管道(30)上,设有储油槽(32)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述储油槽(32)底部设置有排油孔(33)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述排风管道(30)的入口处设置有附壁的导流片(34)。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种风屏静电免清洗脱排油烟机,其特征在于,所述的静电过滤器(40)可拆御安装于出口处的卡槽(31)内。
