本发明涉及一种音圈马达,具体是涉及一种手机摄像头音圈马达。
背景技术
随着无线通信技术的发展,手机渐渐成为了人们生活所不可缺少的部分。并且,越来越多的功能被整合到手机中,例如摄像功能、影视功能、MP3功能等。而随着手机摄像头的像素越来越高,手机摄像渐渐成为主流。而为了让手机摄像头正常工作,手机摄像头马达则必不可少。现有载体绕线方式为两极留线头进行电阻焊接,缺点是参数会出现问题造成载体焊接点爆肉形成脏污,污染产品;容易造成绕线松脱形成不良。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种手机摄像头音圈马达,直接绕着载体上,不会出现脏污及绕线松脱问题,并很好的解决了载体焊接问题,更改焊接方式为锡焊不会形成爆肉问题并制程简单方便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种手机摄像头音圈马达,其特征是,包括载体和底座,所述载体上设有引线头,所述引线头上设有绕线;所述底座设置在所述载体下方,所述底座上设有凸起,所述载体上设有与所述凸起相配合的孔,所述载体卡合在所述底座上。
前述的一种手机摄像头音圈马达,其特征是,所述底座两侧设有延伸部。
前述的一种手机摄像头音圈马达,其特征是,所述延伸部边沿设有十字形孔。
前述的一种手机摄像头音圈马达,其特征是,所述底座中心设 有轴承。
前述的一种手机摄像头音圈马达,其特征是,所述凸起为圆柱体。
前述的一种手机摄像头音圈马达,其特征是,所述孔为圆孔。
本发明所达到的有益效果:采用直绕方式,直接绕着载体上,不会出现脏污及绕线松脱问题,并很好的解决了载体焊接问题,更改焊接方式为锡焊不会形成爆肉问题并制程简单方便。在清洗后不会造成线头散乱,提高制程速度,有效的提高了效率;并更改焊接方式有效的改善了焊接爆肉问题,改善脏污问题,满足客户需求提高产品可靠度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种手机摄像头音圈马达,包括载体1和底座2,所述载体1上设有引线头3,所述引线头3上设有绕线4。
所述底座2设置在所述载体1下方,所述底座2上设有凸起5,所述凸起5为圆柱体,所述载体1上设有与所述凸起5相配合的圆孔6,所述载体1卡合在所述底座2上。
所述底座2两侧设有延伸部7,所述延伸部7边沿设有十字形孔8。所述底座2中心设有轴承9。
本发明采用直绕方式,直接绕着载体1上,不会出现脏污及绕线松脱问题,并很好的解决了载体1焊接问题,更改焊接方式为锡焊不会形成爆肉问题并制程简单方便。在清洗后不会造成线头散乱,提高制程速度,有效的提高了效率;并更改焊接方式有效的改善了焊接爆 肉问题,改善脏污问题,满足客户需求提高产品可靠度。

  1. 一种手机摄像头音圈马达,其特征是,包括载体(1)和底座(2),所述载体(1)上设有引线头(3),所述引线头(3)上设有绕线(4);所述底座(2)设置在所述载体(1)下方,所述底座(2)上设有凸起(5),所述载体(1)上设有与所述凸起(5)相配合的孔,所述载体(1)卡合在所述底座(2)上。
