在上述方案中,摇块81可做旋转状态和不可旋转状态,当摇块81为旋转状态时,可以在外力推动、拉动机门1或电气门内推动下实现机门1被弹开;当然的,还可以有单独的控制结构来锁定和释放摇块,使之旋转,释放凸轮7达到解锁的目的。
优选的,所述摇块锁定机构包括设置在摇块81上的伸缩限位件,所述的滑块上设置有限位台阶面,所述的伸缩限位件伸出摇块卡接在所述台阶面上,锁定摇块位置防止其转动,所 述伸缩限位件回缩,伸缩限位件与台阶面分离,所述摇块81可自由转动,传动组件的锁定结构失效。
在上述方案中,通过设置该伸缩限位件可以实现洗衣机自动解锁,在需要自动解锁时,洗衣机控制该伸缩限位件回缩释放所述摇块,摇块为自由状态时,传动组件的锁定结构失效,门锁2弹出机门1。
优选的,所述门锁2还包括有底座6,所述底座6上安装所述导柱9、导柱9、第一弹性件86等,所述滑块可滑动的安装在所述的底座6上,所述摇块设在滑块朝向底座6的一面,所述导柱9插接在所述摇块内的导槽811内,所述的摇块具有突出部,所述底座6具有凸起,摇块的突出部和所述底座6的凸起彼此配合,使所述摇块81恢复至为偏转位置。
优选的,所述滑块上设置有凹槽82,所述的摇块设置在该凹槽82内,所述凹槽82限制摇块在一定范围内转动,所述摇块上设置有孔槽,所述伸缩限位件设在所述孔槽内,所述的凹槽82的槽壁与摇块的侧端面留有摇块摆动所需的间隙,所述的凹槽82的槽壁上设置所述的限位台阶面。
在上述方案中,所述的伸缩限位件伸出所述的孔槽,端部限位在所述的台阶面上,从而将摇块的位置锁定,防止摇块转动。
优选的,所述门锁2包括有自解锁装置,所述自解锁装置用于在洗衣机执行自动开锁时,作用于所述的摇块锁定机构,使得摇块锁定机构释放所述摇块以使得传动组件的锁定结构失效。
所述的伸缩限位件包括:滚柱85、弹簧导杆84、弹簧83,所述弹簧83套在所述弹簧导杆84上,所述弹簧83向所述滚柱85提供弹力;所述的弹簧导杆84、弹簧83以及所述滚柱85安装在所述孔槽中。当滚柱85伸出所述摇块接触所述台阶面时,所述台阶面与所述滚柱85卡合,阻止所述摇块的旋转运动。
优选的,所述自解锁装置包括操作杆88和制动器89,所述的操作杆88用于将摇杆上的伸缩限位件压缩到摇块内部,所述的制动器89用于驱动所述的操作杆88压缩所述的伸缩限位件。此外,本发明设有补偿机构能够吸收滑块在外力驱动下不希望的位移,从而防止致动器失效。
实施例二
实施例二在实施例一的基础上进一步限定该滚筒洗衣机,该滚筒洗衣机包括衣物处理筒 和位于衣物处理筒前部的前面板,所述的前面板上设置有衣物投放口,前面板上位于衣物投放口外周表面内凹形成安装空间,滚筒洗衣机的机门安装在所述的安装空间内,所述的安装空间内还设置有洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门可打开/关闭所述的洗涤添加剂投放口。
在上述方案中,通过将洗涤添加剂投放口设置在了衣物投放口处从而可通过衣物处理装置的机门打开/关闭所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,方便了用户投放洗涤添加剂,同时将洗涤添加剂投放口设置在安装空间内,保留了整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,同时有利于增强前面板的结构强度。基于实施例一中洗衣机通过推门的方式实现开门,则可以将洗衣机机门上把手取消,洗衣机的机门与前面板构成洗衣机平整的表面。实施例二中将洗涤添加剂投放口隐藏在机门内,使得洗衣机前面板表面结构平整一体。
优选的,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口设置在安装空间的底壁上或所述的洗涤添加剂投放口设置在安装空间的周壁上。
在上述方案中,安装空间的底壁中心设置所述的衣物投放口,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口也可设置在安装空间的底壁上位于衣物投放口的边沿,如此设置则在关闭机门的时候,机门可同时关闭衣物投放口和洗涤添加剂投放口。另一方面,洗涤添加剂投放口也可设置在安装空间的周壁上,则在关闭机门时,机门的圆周端面关闭洗涤添加剂投放口。
优选的,所述的滚筒洗衣机包括有自动投放装置,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口与所述自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒连通。
在上述方案中,该洗涤添加剂投放口连通至滚筒洗衣机内的洗涤添加剂存放盒,优选的,用户可以通过该洗涤添加剂投放口向洗涤添加剂存放盒添加存放洗涤添加剂,该自动投放装置在洗涤过程中,由该洗涤添加剂存放盒内吸取适量的洗涤添加剂至衣物处理筒内。
另一方面,该洗涤添加投放口也可是用于用户向自动投放装置内安装洗涤添加剂盒,该洗涤添加剂盒为存放洗涤添加剂的盒体,所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒被设计为可以固定洗涤添加剂盒的限位装置,该洗涤添加剂存放盒内部限定有至少一个用于放置洗涤添加剂盒的放置空间,其上还设置有限位结构,用于在洗涤添加剂盒安装在洗涤添加剂存放盒时,限制所述洗涤添加剂盒的活动。
在上述方案中,所述的洗涤添加剂盒为长方体/正方体结构,包括出液口,所述的出液口设置在长方体/正方体结构的底部,所述洗涤添加剂存放盒底壁竖直设置连通结构,用于连通所述的出液口与滚筒洗衣机的投放管路。
优选的,所述的衣物处理筒包括上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的前面板上对应两衣物处理筒上下分别设置有第一安装空间和第二安装空间,至少所述第一安 装空间内设置有洗涤添加剂投放口。
优选的,所述第一安装空间内的洗涤添加剂投放口用于向第一衣物处理筒和/或第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂;
在上述方案中,所述的第一安装空间内设置洗涤添加剂投放口,该洗涤添加剂投放口用于只向第一衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂,也可以是只向第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂,也可以是既给第一衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂,也给第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂。
优选的,所述的第一衣物处理筒为干衣筒,所的第二衣物处理筒为洗衣筒,所述第一安装空间内的洗涤添加剂投放口用于向第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂,而第二安装空间内不设置洗涤添加剂投放口。
优选的,所述的安装空间包括与滚筒洗衣机的机门相配合的圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽的槽底或槽壁上设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门在安装空间内与前面板转动连接以打开/关闭洗涤添加剂投放口。
在上述方案中,滚筒洗衣机的机门嵌在圆形的凹槽内,机门的表面与前面板的表面构成滚筒洗衣机光滑的前表面。
优选的,所述圆形凹槽中心开设衣物投放口,圆形凹槽的槽底位于衣物投放口周侧设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门打开/关闭时,机门的内侧面打开/关闭洗涤添加剂投放口;
在上述方案中,洗涤添加剂投放口朝向机门设置,机门的内侧面封闭所述的洗涤添加剂投放口。
或,所述圆形凹槽的槽壁上设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门打开/关闭时,机门的外周端面打开/关闭洗涤添加剂投放口。
优选的,所述洗涤添加剂投放口包括至少两个投放口,各投放口沿圆形凹槽的槽壁周向分布设备;
优选的,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口包括第一投放口和第二投放口,所述的两个投放口对称的分布设置在圆形凹槽的槽壁上;
优选的,所述的两个投放口设置在圆形凹槽的槽壁的底部位置;
优选的,所述第一投放口连通至自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒的洗涤剂存放盒,所述的第二投放口连通至自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒的柔顺剂存放盒。
在上述方案中,自动投放装置包括洗涤剂存放盒和柔顺剂存放盒,一种结构为第一投放口连通洗涤剂存放盒,而第二投放口连通至柔顺剂存放盒,用户可以直接通过所述的第一投放口和第二投放口向洗涤剂存放盒和柔顺剂存放盒投放相应的洗剂,另一种结构为:该自动投放装置的洗涤剂存放盒和柔顺剂存放盒分别只是用于放置存放有洗涤剂的盒体和存放有柔顺剂的盒体,该存放有洗涤剂的盒体和存放有柔顺剂的盒体底部设置有出液口,所述的洗涤剂存放盒和柔顺剂存放盒内对应设置有连通结构,连通结构用于连通所述的出液口与滚筒洗衣机的投放管路。
优选的,所述圆形凹槽的槽底上衣物投放口的下边沿与圆形凹槽槽壁的距离大于衣物投放口其他位置边沿与圆形凹槽槽壁的距离;
优选的,所述圆形凹槽的槽底上衣物投放口的下边沿水平设置,衣物投放口其他位置边沿呈圆弧线形设置。
优选的,所述第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间还设置有安装台,所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒安装在所述的安装台上。
实施例三
实施例三在上述实施例的基础上进一步公开机门结构,该洗衣机包括上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒(附图中未表示),位于两衣物处理筒前部覆盖两衣物处理筒的前面板,所述的前面板上下设置有第一机门和第二机门,至少其中一个机门上设置有控制板总成。
在上述方案中,根据双子衣物处理设备的特点,将控制板总成设置在较高的机门上,方便了用户视角进行查看控制板总成的屏幕同时也方便了用户由控制面板输入控制指令,该结构设计更加适合于双子衣物处理设备,用户体验佳,该第一机门和第二机门均采用上述实施例一中的门锁结构。
优选的,所述的第一机门或第二机门包括门体和安装在门体上中空位置的观察窗,所述门体上位于观察窗的上方设置安装空间,所述的控制板总成安装在所述的安装空间内,位置高于所述的观察窗。
在上述方案中,控制板总成的安装位置高于所述的观察窗,从而不影响用户查看衣物处理设备内部情况。
优选的,所述的门体包括外框和内框,所述的外框和内框安装一体构成机门的主框架,所述的外框和内框的中心位置开设有用于安装及避让观察窗的避让口,外框和内框上位于避 让口的上方对应开设孔槽形成用于安装控制板总成的安装空间。
优选的,所述门体还包括覆盖在外框表面并遮蔽整个机门外表面的窗屏,所述窗屏上部对应外框上的孔槽设置开口,所述的控制板总成包括控制面板,所述的控制面板安装在该开口上。
在上述方案中,控制板总成的控制面板安装在所述的开口上,与窗屏固定,外观精美,高度适中,方便了用户查看和操作。
优选的,所述控制板总成包括一面开口的壳体、设置在壳体开口端的控制面板以及安装在壳体内的电脑板,所述控制面板由内框上的孔槽伸入所述安装空间并安装固定在窗屏上的开口上。
优选的,所述的壳体与控制面板相对的一端表面向周侧凸出形成固定部,所述内框表面上孔槽周侧表面内陷形成容纳并固定所述固定部的安装部,所述的固定部贴合在所述的安装部内并通过紧固件固定在所述的安装部上;
优选的,所述的固定部为片状结构,所述固定部的厚度与安装部内陷的深度相匹配,构成固定部安装在所述的安装部时,控制板总成外露外框的表面与外框表面平滑过渡。
优选的,所述的前面板为覆盖第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的整块的板状结构,所述第一机门上设置有安装空间,所述的控制板总成嵌在安装空间内并与第一机门固定,所述控制板总成外露第一机门的表面与第一机门表面平滑过渡。
在上述方案中,该控制板总成外露第一机门的外侧表面与第一机门的外侧表面平滑过渡,控制板总成外露第一机门的内侧表面与第一机门的内侧表面平滑过渡,通过该结构设计,则无论关闭还是打开该第一机门,在视觉上,控制板总成与第一机门是一体的,外观精美,质感好。
优选的,前面板上设置有衣物投放口,衣物投放口外周表面内凹形成机门安装空间,衣物处理设备的机门嵌在机门安装空间中并与所述前面板连接,以打开/关闭衣物投放口;衣物处理设备的机门、控制面板以及所述前面板形成衣物处理设备的光滑的前表面。
在上述方案中,所述的前面板上对应第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒分别设置第一机门安装空间和第二机门安装空间,其中,控制板总成安装在第一机门上。
优选的,所述前面板从上至下的截面型线为由曲线逐渐过渡为直线段的平滑线,机门表面与其周侧的前面板平滑过渡,所述的控制板总成的控制面板与第一机门的表面平滑过渡。
在上述方中,所述的控制面板为触控显示屏包括包括触控显示屏本体和覆盖在触控显示 屏本体表面的触控膜,所述的触控膜与第一机门的表面平滑过渡。
优选的,至少第一机门局部被设置为向衣物处理设备背侧弯曲的曲面结构或向衣物处理设备背侧倾斜的平面结构;所述的控制板总成为第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒所共用,设置在所述的曲面结构或平面结构上;
优选的,所述第一机门上的曲面结构位于机门的上方,第一机门上位于曲面结构的下方为平面结构或曲面结构,所述控制板总成设置在第一机门上方的曲面结构上,其表面与其周侧的第一机门表面曲度相同或倾斜角度相同。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,包括机体和机门,所述机体上设有衣物取放口,所述机门安装在机体上以开启/关闭衣物取放口,所述机门上设置锁钩,所述衣物取放口外围的机体上设置门锁,关闭机门时锁钩插入门锁内被锁定,再次推所述机门时,门锁解除对锁钩的锁定,可开启机门。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的门锁包括卡接锁钩的卡接件和控制所述卡接件保持卡接/释放所述锁钩的传动组件;所述的传动组件在机门关闭时锁定卡接件位置,构成卡接件卡接锁定所述锁钩,再次推所述机门时,所述传动组件锁定结构失效,所述卡接件解除对锁钩的锁定,可开启机门。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的卡接件包括凸轮,所述的传动组件包括与所述凸轮抵接的滑块组件和锁定所述滑块组件位置的锁定机构;所述凸轮上设有开口槽,所述的锁钩伸入所述的门锁内时,抵在开口槽底壁,推动凸轮旋转构成凸轮的开口槽卡接锁定所述的锁钩,所述的滑块组件被所述锁定机构锁定位置,限制凸轮转动,锁钩与凸轮保持锁定装置;
    优选的,所述凸轮包括锁定门锁的锁定位置和解锁位置,机门关闭时,所述的锁钩伸入门锁,推动凸轮旋转至所述的锁定位置,所述滑块组件被所述锁定机构锁定位置,滑动组件限制凸轮在所述的锁定位置,凸轮与锁钩保持锁定状态,再次推所述机门时,所述传动组件的锁定结构失效,所述凸轮弹出锁钩,并恢复至解锁位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的卡接件还包括驱动凸轮转动至解锁位置释放锁钩的第一弹性件,所述的滑块组件包括滑块和推顶滑块与凸轮抵接的第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件的弹力大于所述第二弹性件的弹力,所述的第一弹性件在所述传动组件的锁定结构失效时,驱动凸轮向解锁位置转动,将机门弹出。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述门锁还包括有壳体,所述的传动组件和卡接件均设置在所述的壳体内,所述锁定机构包括设置在滑块上的限位导槽,所述壳体上还设置有导柱,所述导柱一端与壳体连接并与所述壳具有较小的活动空间,另一端插接在所述的限位导槽内,所述限位导槽内具有与导柱配合以在锁钩与凸轮卡接时,锁定滑块的第一位置和释放滑块的第二位置,关闭机门时,所述的锁钩插入门锁内,凸轮转动并推动滑块后退至导柱位于所述的第一位置,在解锁时,推所述机门时,锁钩推动所述凸轮继续转动,所述的滑块受力活动,导柱脱离所述的第一位置,传动组件的锁定结构失效,凸轮将机门弹出。。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,锁定机构包括可旋转设置在所述滑块上的摇块,所述的限位导槽设置在所述的摇块上,所述摇块上设置有摇块锁定机构,所述摇块锁定机构用于锁定摇块位置防止其转动,或释放所述摇块使其可自由转动以使得传动组件的锁定结构失效。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述摇块锁定机构包括设置在摇块上的伸缩限位件,所述的滑块上设置有限位台阶面,所述的伸缩限位件伸出摇块卡接在所述台阶面上,锁定摇块位置防止其转动,所述伸缩限位件回缩,伸缩限位件与台阶面分离,所述摇块可自由转动,传动组件的锁定结构失效。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滑块上设置有凹槽,所述的摇块设置在该凹槽内,所述摇块上设置有孔槽,所述伸缩限位件设在所述孔槽内,所述的凹槽的槽壁与摇块的侧端面留有摇块摆动所需的间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述门锁包括有自解锁装置,所述自解锁装置用于在洗衣机执行自动开锁时,作用于所述的摇块锁定机构,使得摇块锁定机构释放所述摇块以使得传动组件的锁定结构失效。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述自解锁装置包括操作杆和制动器,所述的操作杆用于将摇杆上的伸缩限位件压缩到摇块内部,所述的制动器用于驱动所述的操作杆压缩所述的伸缩限位件。
