- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전송하는 단계는,상기 융합 메시지의 발신자 정보에 상기 제1 사업자 서버에 대응되는 식별정보를 포함시켜 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 융합 메시지는 기업 메시지 포맷의 데이터를 포함하며,상기 전송하는 단계는, 상기 융합 메시지를 기업 메시징 서비스 망을 통해 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 융합 메시지는 소셜 네트워크 메신저 포맷의 데이터를 포함하며,상기 전송하는 단계는, 상기 융합 메시지를 소셜 네트워크 기반 메신저 망을 통해 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 융합 메시지는 이메일, 단문 또는 장문 문자 메시지 포맷의 데이터를 포함하며,상기 전송하는 단계는, 상기 융합 메시지를 이동통신망 또는 전용 인터넷망을 통해 상기 이메일, 단문 또는 장문 문자 메시지 포맷의 데이터를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연관 처리를 수행하는 단계는,상기 제1 메시지 및 상기 제2 메시지를 분류 정보에 따라 분류 처리하는 단계; 및상기 분류 정보를 이용하여, 상기 제1 메시지 및 상기 제2 메시지간 연관 여부를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 융합 메시지에 대응하는 회신 메시지를 수신하는 단계;상기 회신 메시지와 상기 융합 메시지의 분리 매칭에 따라, 상기 회신 메시지에 대응되는 하나 이상의 사업자를 결정하는 단계; 및상기 결정된 사업자에 대응되는 사업자 서버로 상기 회신 메시지를 전달하는 단계를 더 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 방법.
- 제1 사업자 서버로부터 제1 메시지를 수신하고, 하나 이상의 제2 사업자 서버로부터 하나 이상의 제2 메시지를 수신하는 통신부; 및상기 제1 메시지 및 상기 제2 메시지간 연관 처리를 수행하고, 상기 제1 메시지 및 상기 제2 메시지가 동일 수신자에 대한 동일 사안의 연관 메시지인 경우, 메시지 융합 처리를 수행하여 융합 메시지를 생성하는 메시지 융합 처리부를 포함하고,상기 통신부는 상기 융합 메시지를 상기 수신자에 대응하는 사용자 단말로 전송하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 통신부는 발신자 정보에 상기 제1 사업자 서버에 대응되는 식별 정보가 포함된 상기 융합 메시지를 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 융합 메시지는 기업 메시지 포맷의 데이터를 포함하며,상기 통신부는 상기 융합 메시지를 기업 메시징 서비스 망을 통해 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 융합 메시지는 소셜 네트워크 메신저 포맷의 데이터를 포함하며,상기 통신부는 상기 융합 메시지를 소셜 네트워크 기반 메신저 망을 통해 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 융합 메시지는 이메일, 단문 또는 장문 문자 메시지 포맷의 데이터를 포함하며,상기 통신부는 상기 융합 메시지를 이동통신망 또는 전용 인터넷망을 통해 상기 이메일, 단문 또는 장문 문자 메시지 포맷의 데이터를 전송하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 메시지 융합 처리부는,상기 제1 메시지 및 상기 제2 메시지를 분류 정보에 따라 분류 처리하는 메시지 분류부; 및상기 분류 정보를 이용하여, 상기 제1 메시지 및 상기 제2 메시지간 연관 여부를 결정하는 연관 처리부를 더 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 융합 메시지에 대응하는 회신 메시지를 수신하면, 상기 회신 메시지와 상기 융합 메시지의 분리 매칭에 따라, 상기 회신 메시지에 대응되는 하나 이상의 사업자를 결정하고, 상기 결정된 사업자에 대응되는 사업자 서버로 상기 회신 메시지를 전달하는 회신 메시지 처리부를 더 포함하는 메시지 융합 서비스 제공 장치.
