- 一种蹲坐两用便器,由壳体和功能执行机构两个模块组合而成,壳体为两侧各延展有脚踏台的蹲坑,功能执行机构安装于壳体内部,功能执行机构主要由掀放坐垫系统、冲放水系统、开合密封盖系统三部分组成,其结构特征是:在蹲坐两用便器的一侧脚踏台内安装有掀放坐垫系统,该系统由掀放坐垫踏板、掀放坐垫连杆、掀放坐垫转杆、‘L’形自锁钩、自锁槽板、坐垫配重块、方轴组成,掀放坐垫连杆的一端通过铰链与掀放坐垫踏板一端铰接,掀放坐垫连杆的另一端通过铰链与掀放坐垫转杆的一端铰接,掀放坐垫转杆的另一端固定于方轴上,‘L’形自锁钩本体上的钩针插入自锁槽板的导槽内,‘L’形自锁钩另一端通过铰链与掀放坐垫连杆相连,坐垫配重块固定于方轴上,掀放坐垫踏板、‘L’形自锁钩及自锁槽板皆通过转轴固定于支撑立板上;在蹲坐两用便器的另一侧脚踏台内安装有冲放水系统,该系统由小水踏板、放水斜拉杆、放水转板、坐便放水摆臂、坐便放水转杆、放水竖拉杆、放水横拉杆、蹲便大水按钮、蹲便小水按钮组成,放水斜拉杆的一端通过铰链与小水踏板相连,放水斜拉杆的另一端通过铰链与放水转板一端铰接,放水转板的另一端通过铰链与放水竖拉杆的下端铰接,放水竖拉杆的上端与放水横拉杆铰接,坐便放水摆臂固定于用于固定放水转板的转轴上,固定于方轴上的坐便放水转杆置于坐便放水摆臂的上方,蹲便大水按钮和蹲便小水按钮并排置于小水踏板中部的上方位置,并且蹲便大水按钮本体上的压板置于放水斜拉杆本体上的横臂上,小水踏板、放水转板皆通过转轴固定于支撑立板上;在蹲坐两用便器的后下方内安装有开合密封盖系统,该系统由密封盖、密封配重杆、开盖横拉杆、开盖竖拉杆、密封盖转轴组成,密封盖位于蹲坑排污口的下方,密封盖固定于密封盖转轴中部,密封配重杆固定于密封盖转轴的一端,开盖横拉杆的一端置于密封配重杆本体上的横梁上方或者下方,开盖横拉杆在中部位置与开盖竖拉杆的下端铰接,开盖横拉杆的另一端通过转轴固定于支撑立板上,开盖竖拉杆的上端固定于用于铰接放水转板和放水竖拉杆的铰链上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:自锁槽板上的导槽形状为带把的‘梨’形。
- 一种蹲坐两用便器,该蹲坐两用便器包括壳体和功能执行机构,该功能执行机构安装于所述壳体内部,其特征是:所述功能执行机构包括掀放坐垫系统,该掀放坐垫系统安装在壳体内部的一侧,该掀放坐垫系统包括掀放坐垫踏板、掀放坐垫连杆、掀放坐垫转杆、‘L’形自锁钩、自锁槽板、坐垫配重块和主轴;所述掀放坐垫连杆的一端通过铰链与所述掀放坐垫踏板的一端铰接,所述掀放坐垫连杆的另一端通过铰链与所述掀放坐垫转杆的一端铰接,所述掀放坐垫转杆的另一端固定于所述主轴上;所述‘L’形自锁钩本体上的钩针与所述自锁槽板的导槽接触,所述‘L’形自锁钩的另一端通过铰链与所述掀放坐垫连杆相连;所述坐垫配重块固定于所述主轴上;所述掀放坐垫踏板、所述‘L’形自锁钩及所述自锁槽板皆通过转轴固定于支撑立板上;坐垫固定在所述主轴上,所述主轴固定于支撑立板上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:所述自锁槽板上的导槽形状为带把的‘梨’形。
- 根据权利要求3所述的蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:所述主轴为方轴。
- 根据权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:所述功能执行机构还包括冲放水系统,该冲放水系统安装在壳体内部的另一侧,并包括:小水踏板、放水斜拉杆、放水转板、坐便放水摆臂、坐便放水转杆、放水竖拉杆和放水横拉杆;所述放水斜拉杆的一端通过铰链与所述小水踏板相连,所述放水斜拉杆的另一端通过铰链与所述放水转板的一端铰接;所述放水转板的另一端通过铰链与所述放水竖拉杆的下端铰接;所述放水竖拉杆的上端与所述放水横拉杆铰接;所述坐便放水摆臂固定于用于固定所述放水转板的转轴上;固定于第二轴上的坐便放水转杆设置于坐便放水摆臂的上方,使得坐便放水转杆在转动时能够推动坐便放水摆臂转动;小水踏板、放水转 板皆通过转轴固定于支撑立板上;所述第二轴固定在支撑立板上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:所述第二轴为主轴。
- 根据权利要求6所述的蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:所述冲放水系统还包括蹲便大水按钮和蹲便小水按钮;所述蹲便大水按钮和所述蹲便小水按钮并排置于所述小水踏板中后部的基本垂直上方。
- 根据权利要求6所述的蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:所述蹲便大水按钮包括本体和与本体垂直的压板,该压板置于所述放水斜拉杆本体上的横臂上。
- 根据权利要求6-9任意一项所述的蹲坐两用便器,其特征是:所述功能执行机构还包括开合密封盖系统,该开合密封盖系统安装在所述掀放坐垫系统和所述冲放水系统之间,包括密封盖、密封配重杆、开盖横拉杆、开盖竖拉杆、密封盖转轴;所述密封盖位于蹲坑排污口的下方,所述密封盖固定于所述密封盖转轴的中部;所述密封配重杆固定于所述密封盖转轴的一端;根据所述密封盖和所述密封配重杆的重量关系,所述开盖横拉杆的一端置于所述密封配重杆本体上的与所述开盖横拉杆接触的部件的上方或者下方;所述开盖横拉杆在中部位置与所述开盖竖拉杆的下端铰接,所述开盖横拉杆的另一端通过转轴固定于支撑立板上;所述开盖竖拉杆的上端固定于用于铰接所述放水转板和所述放水竖拉杆的铰链上。
