Description

一种用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置 技术领域
本发明涉及烟草领域,具体涉及一种用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,对烟草的加热方式只局限于整体加热,而整个烟草的加热过程中,整体加热方式不能实现分段式加热,即只能有同一种加热温度,对于烟草的整段加热方式都是一个温度,使用不灵活。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,可以对插入其中的烟草进行分段加热,以实现加热不燃烧方式吸食烟草。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,包括一烟管,烟管内部具有插入烟草用的加热腔,所述加热腔内设置有一组以上的发热组,每组发热组具有其独立的电输入导线,均可以独立加电发热,每组发热组采用聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片,聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片包裹于烟管上。
作为优选的技术方案,所述烟管采用金属或者陶瓷材料制成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述烟管采用不锈钢材料制成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述烟管采用氧化铝材料制成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述加热腔的一端为插入口,另一端为出烟口,出 烟口的内径小于加热腔的内径。
作为优选的技术方案,烟草从插入口插入于加热腔内,出烟口端进气。
作为优选的技术方案,所述一组以上的发热组由一段以上的U型段组成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明每组发热丝均有独立的电输入导线,均可以独立加电发热。可以对插入其中的烟草进行分段加热,以实现加热不燃烧方式吸食烟草。

如图1所示,包括一烟管1,烟管1内部具有插入烟草用的加热腔,加热腔内设置有一组以上的发热组5,每组发热组5具有其独立的电输入导线2,均可以独立加电发热,每组发热组采用聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片6,聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片6包裹于烟管1上。每组发热组均通过独立的电输入导线进行加热,使用时,烟 草插入加热管中,本实施例中设置四组发热组,每组发热组中的聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片依次加热,每段聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片加电加热时,均使所加热段烟草实现加热不燃烧,吸食。
本实施例中,烟管1采用金属或者陶瓷材料制成,具体的,烟管1采用不锈钢材料制成,或者烟管1采用氧化铝材料制成。具体其材料不作具体限定。
加热腔的一端为插入口3,另一端为出烟口4,出烟口4的内径小于加热腔的内径。烟草从插入口插入于加热腔内,出烟口4端进气。本实施例中,一组以上的发热组由一段以上的U型段组成。或者也可以为其它的形状,比如S型等等。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明每组发热丝均有独立的电输入导线,均可以独立加电发热。可以对插入其中的烟草进行分段加热,以实现加热不燃烧方式吸食烟草。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,其特征在于:包括一烟管,烟管内部具有插入烟草用的加热腔,所述加热腔内设置有一组以上的发热组,每组发热组具有其独立的电输入导线,均可以独立加电发热,每组发热组采用聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片,聚酰亚胺薄膜发热片包裹于烟管上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,其特征在于:所述烟管采用金属或者陶瓷材料制成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,其特征在于:所述烟管采用不锈钢材料制成。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,其特征在于:所述烟管采用氧化铝材料制成。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,其特征在于:所述加热腔的一端为插入口,另一端为出烟口,出烟口的内径小于加热腔的内径。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,其特征在于:烟草从插入口插入于加热腔内,出烟口端进气。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的用于加热不燃烧烟草的分段加热薄膜发热装置,其特征在于:所述一组以上的发热组由一段以上的U型段组成。
