一种夹持机构及手持稳定器 技术领域
本发明涉及拍摄器材技术领域,具体涉及一种夹持机构及手持稳定器。
背景技术
随着智能终端的飞速发展,如手机、平板电脑等终端设备在用户的生活、工作、娱乐等方面提供的帮助越来越多,尤其在摄影摄像方面,随着社交媒体的发达,应用也愈加广泛。为了增强在运动过程中拍摄画面的平稳性,防止画面因拍摄者的抖动出现倾斜,现有技术中出现了手持稳定器,手持稳定器具有用于夹持拍摄设备的夹持机构,能够控制夹持机构旋转的驱动部件,检测拍摄设备的空间角的检测部件,以及控制驱动部件动作的控制器,当拍摄设备倾斜,检测部件检测到拍摄设备的倾斜角度,经控制器的处理模块进行计算,发送信号至控制模块,控制模块控制驱动部件动作,驱动夹持机构旋转一定角度,直至拍摄设备为水平或者竖直状态,从而使拍摄画面始终保持在水平或者竖直方向上。
现有的手持稳定器的夹持机构通常包括一个夹座,以及设于夹座上的两个弹性夹爪,用户在使用时需手动将一个或两个夹爪掰开,并手扶夹爪使其保持在打开位置上,然后将拍摄设备放入两个夹爪之间,松开夹爪,夹爪通过弹性偏压件的回复力自动复位并夹紧拍摄设备准备拍摄。这种夹持机构虽然能够通过夹爪的自动复位实现拍摄设备的弹性夹紧,但使用时仍存在以下不便:当用户处于户外或者其它复杂环境中时,身上或者手中的物件较多,若想将拍摄设备固定在夹持机构上,必须空出至少一只手去扶持夹爪使之保持在打开位置,另一只手将拍摄设置放置在夹爪之间,用 户在扶持夹爪的同时,还需抓紧稳定器和拍摄设备,非常不便,一旦操作不慎,稳定器或者拍摄设备很容易掉落,影响拍摄;即便在手动掰开两个夹爪后,可以通过操作夹持机构上的其它部件使夹爪保持在打开位置上,也仍然需要用户手扶夹爪的同时进行操作,使用不便。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中夹持机构的夹爪需要依靠手扶或者操作夹持机构上的其它部件才能保持在打开位置,造成使用不便的缺陷,从而提供一种夹爪能够自动保持在打开位置,且能自动复位实现夹持的夹持机构。
进一步提供一种具有上述夹持机构的手持稳定器。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种夹持机构,包括:夹座,其上设有相对设置的两个夹爪,两个所述夹爪中的至少一个为活动夹爪,所述活动夹爪能够沿靠近或远离另一个所述夹爪的方向相对于所述夹座往复移动;第一弹性偏压件,设置于所述夹座与所述活动夹爪之间,所述第一弹性偏压件的弹性偏压力作用于所述活动夹爪,使所述活动夹爪具有复位趋势;还包括设于所述夹座上的锁定结构以及解锁组件,所述活动夹爪在外力作用下往远离另一夹爪的方向移动到触发位置时,触发所述锁定结构对所述活动夹爪进行锁定,阻挡所述活动夹爪在所述第一弹性偏压件的作用下,复位至初始位置,所述解锁组件用于对所述锁定结构解锁,解除所述锁定结构对所述活动夹爪的阻挡。
所述锁定结构包括:锁止结构,可在锁定位置与非锁定位置之间往返移动地设置在所述夹座上;第二弹性偏压件,设于所述夹座与所述锁止结 构之间,对所述锁止结构施加弹性偏压力,所述活动夹爪处于初始位置时,所述锁止结构被所述活动夹爪限定在所述非锁定位置,所述活动夹爪可从初始位置至不越过触发位置之间的区域往返移动;所述活动夹爪在外力作用下被拉至越过所述触发位置时,解除对所述锁止结构的阻挡,所述锁止结构在所述第二弹性偏压件的弹性偏压力作用下从所述非锁定位置移动至所述锁定位置,阻挡所述活动夹爪往初始位置方向移动;所述解锁组件设于所述夹座上,且在外力作用下,能够克服所述第二弹性偏压件的偏压力,驱动所述锁止结构复位至所述非锁定位置,所述第一弹性偏压件的偏压力使所述活动夹爪复位至初始位置,对所述锁止结构进行限制。
当所述活动夹爪与另一所述夹爪相对设置的端面移动至所述触发位置时,解除对所述锁止结构的阻挡。
两个所述夹爪均为所述活动夹爪。
所述活动夹爪具有夹持部,以及与所述夹座滑动连接的滑动部,所述锁止结构处于非锁定状态时,所述锁止结构或者所述锁止结构与所述夹座之间形成适于所述滑动部伸入的容纳空间,所述活动夹爪与所述容纳空间滑动配合,直至所述活动夹爪移动至所述触发位置时,所述滑动部脱出所述容纳空间,所述锁止结构在所述第二弹性偏压件的弹性偏压力作用下移动至所述容纳空间与所述滑动部错位相对的所述锁定位置,以使所述锁止结构与所述滑动部的端面相抵,所述解锁组件能够驱动所述锁止结构复位至所述非锁定位置,使所述容纳空间移动至与所述滑动部对齐,所述滑动部在所述第一弹性偏压件的回复力的作用下缩回所述容纳空间内,带动所述活动夹爪复位。
所述锁止结构包括一个锁止件,设于两个所述夹爪之间,当所述夹爪移动至两个所述夹爪之间的距离大于所述锁止件沿所述夹爪移动方向上的宽度时,到达所述触发位置。
所述锁止结构移动方向与所述活动夹爪移动方向垂直设置。
所述锁定结构还包括对所述锁止结构的移动进行导向的第二导向结构。
所述第二导向结构包括设置于所述夹座上的导向条,以及设置于所述锁止结构上的能够与所述导向条滑动配合的第二导向槽;或者所述第二导向结构包括设置于所述夹座上的第二导向槽,以及设置于所述锁止结构上的能够与所述第二导向槽滑动配合的导向条。
所述第二弹性偏压件为沿所述第二导向结构的导向方向设置的第二弹性压簧,所述第二弹性压簧的轴向一端与所述夹座抵靠设置,轴向另一端与所述锁止结构抵靠设置。
所述锁止结构具有适于容纳所述第二弹性压簧的盲孔,所述第二弹性压簧的轴向另一端伸入所述盲孔与所述锁止结构抵靠设置。
所述解锁组件为设置于所述锁止结构远离所述第二弹性偏压件一侧的复位按钮,以及设于所述夹座上、适于所述复位按钮穿出的按钮孔,所述复位按钮按下时,所述复位按钮驱动所述锁止结构往所述非锁定位置移动。
还包括设于所述夹座上的第一导向结构,所述夹爪借助于所述第一导向结构相对于所述夹座往复移动。
所述第一导向结构包括设置于所述夹座上的导向杆,设置在所述夹爪上、适合所述导向杆穿过的第一导向槽,以及防止所述夹爪脱出所述导向杆的限位结构;所述导向杆穿过所述容纳空间设置。
所述限位结构为设于所述导向杆朝向所述夹持部的一端上的限位块,所述第一导向槽设于所述夹爪的所述滑动部上,所述第一导向槽能够滑动经过所述限位块,所述第一导向槽远离所述夹持部的一端封闭设置,且成型有适于所述导向杆穿过的导向孔,所述第一导向槽的封闭端与所述限位块抵靠设置,阻止所述滑动部脱出所述导向杆。

1.本发明提供的夹持机构,包括夹座,以及设于夹座上的一对夹爪、第一弹性偏压件、锁定结构及解锁组件,一对夹爪中的至少一个夹爪能够 沿靠近或远离另一个夹爪的方向相对于夹座往复移动,形成活动夹爪,并且活动夹爪在第一弹性偏压件的作用下可复位;活动夹爪在外力作用下朝向远离另一夹爪的方向移动至触发位置时,能够触发锁定结构对活动夹爪进行锁定,阻止活动夹爪复位至初始位置;解锁组件则可以对锁定结构解锁,解除其对活动夹爪的阻挡,释放活动夹爪复位,实现夹持;这种设置使得夹持机构的活动夹爪能够在拉开至触发位置时自动锁定,无需依靠手扶或者拨动其它部件锁定活动夹爪,活动夹爪自动锁定后能够保持在打开状态,此时将拍摄设备放置于夹座上,再通过解锁组件,驱动锁定结构解除对活动夹爪的阻挡,活动夹爪被释放自动复位,完成对拍摄设备的夹紧,使用方便,用户体验好,产品竞争力得以提升。
2.本发明提供的夹持机构,锁定结构包括锁止结构以及第二弹性偏压件,活动夹爪处于初始位置时,活动夹爪限制锁止结构位于非锁定位置,活动夹爪能够在初始位置与触发位置之间的区域往复移动;当活动夹爪在外力作用下沿远离另一夹爪的方向移动至超过触发位置处时,锁止结构在第二弹性偏压件的弹性偏压力作用下从非锁定位置移动至锁定位置,抵住活动夹爪,阻止活动夹爪往初始位置复位。
3.本发明提供的夹持机构,活动夹爪与另一夹爪相对设置的端面移动至超过触发位置时,活动夹爪对锁止结构的限制解除,锁止结构移动至锁定位置,锁止结构与活动夹爪的内端面相抵,阻止其复位。
4.本发明提供的夹持机构,两个夹爪均为活动夹爪,两个夹爪在外力作用下做相互远离运动,当两个夹爪之间的距离大于两锁止结构在夹爪移动方向上的宽度时,锁止结构在第二弹性偏压件的弹性偏压力作用下从非 锁定位置移动至锁定位置,锁止结构与夹爪内端部相抵,阻止夹爪复位,两个夹爪均为活动夹爪可以减少每只手的拉动幅度,两只手一起拉动夹爪更加快速便捷。
5.本发明提供的夹持机构,夹爪具有与夹座滑动连接的滑动部,以及设置于滑动部上的夹持部,锁止结构与夹座之间形成适于滑动部伸入的容纳空间,或者锁止结构自身形成适于滑动部伸入的容纳空间,活动夹爪与容纳空间滑动配合,当锁止结构位于非锁定位置时,滑动部能够沿容纳空间自由滑动,当活动夹爪移动至其端面到达触发位置时,锁止结构在第二弹性偏压件的作用下移动至锁定位置,使容纳空间与滑动部错位设置,容纳空间的端面与活动夹爪的端面相抵,阻止活动夹爪复位;解锁组件驱动锁止结构复位至非锁定位置,使容纳空间与活动夹爪的滑动部重新对齐,滑动部在第一弹性偏压件的回复力的作用下缩回容纳空间,带动活动夹爪复位;锁止结构的结构设计简单巧妙,既不妨碍活动夹爪与夹座的相对移动,又实现了活动夹座的自动锁定。
6.本发明提供的夹持机构,锁止结构包括设于两个夹爪之间的一个锁止件,锁止件沿夹爪移动方向上的宽度与两个夹爪对应的两个触发位置之间的距离一致,仅设置一个锁止件,有利于结构简化,提供组装效率,零件配合更加顺畅灵活。
7.本发明提供的夹持机构,锁止结构移动方向与活动夹爪移动方向垂直设置,使得锁止结构的移动行程最短,有利于缩小夹座体积,增加结构紧凑性。
8.本发明提供的夹持机构,锁定结构还包括对锁止结构的移动进行导 向的第二导向结构,使锁止结构的移动更加稳定快速、无卡顿。
9.本发明提供的夹持机构,解锁组件为设置于锁止结构远离第二弹性偏压件一侧的复位按钮,复位按钮穿出夹座设置,用户只需按动该复位按钮,即可使处于打开状态下的夹爪自动复位,夹紧拍摄设备。

如图1-6所示,本实施例提供的夹持机构,包括夹座1,以及设于夹座1上的一对夹爪4、第一弹性偏压件3和锁定结构,一对夹爪4中的两个夹爪4均为活动夹爪,并且在第一弹性偏压件3的作用下可复位;活动夹爪在外力作用下朝向远离另一夹爪4的方向移动至触发位置时,能够触发锁定结构对活动夹爪进行锁定,阻止活动夹爪复位至初始位置;解锁组件则可以对锁定结构解锁,解除其对活动夹爪的阻挡,释放活动夹爪复位,实现夹持;这种设置使得夹持机构的活动夹爪能够在拉开至触发位置时自动锁定,无需依靠手扶或者拨动其它部件锁定活动夹爪,活动夹爪自动锁定后能够保持在打开状态,此时将拍摄设备放置于夹座1上,再通过解锁组件,驱动锁定结构解除对活动夹爪的阻挡,活动夹爪被释放自动复位,完成对拍摄设备的夹紧,使用方便,用户体验好,产品竞争力得以提升。
锁定结构包括锁止结构5以及第二弹性偏压件7,活动夹爪处于初始位 置时,活动夹爪限制锁止结构5位于非锁定位置,活动夹爪能够在初始位置与触发位置之间的区域往复移动;当活动夹爪在外力作用下沿远离另一夹爪4的方向移动至超过触发位置处时,锁止结构5在第二弹性偏压件7的弹性偏压力作用下从非锁定位置移动至锁定位置,抵住活动夹爪,阻止活动夹爪往初始位置复位。
夹座1呈端面为U型的矩形件,其上设置有第一导向结构2,一对夹座1沿夹座1的长度方向相对设置,每个夹爪4包括连接设置的滑动部41和夹持部42,夹持部42连接于滑动部41的轴向一端,滑动部41与第一导向结构2滑动配合相对于夹座1往复移动;第一导向结构2包括固定设置于夹座1上的两根平行的导向杆21,以及成型于滑动部41上的两个与导向杆21对应设置的第一导向槽22,第一导向槽22为开口朝向夹座1设置的U型槽,U型槽远离夹持部42的一端封闭设置,且封闭端上成型有适于导向杆21穿过的导向孔,保证滑动部41沿导向杆21稳定移动,导向杆21的外端还固定设置有限位块23,并且第一导向槽22能够滑动通过该限位块23,当滑动部41沿夹座1打开的方向顺着导向杆21移动至限位块23处时,具有导向孔的封闭端与限位块23相抵,阻止滑动部41脱出导向杆21;导向杆21上还套设有第一弹性偏压件3,第一弹性偏压件3为第一弹性压簧,第一弹性压簧的轴向一端与限位块23抵靠设置,另一端与滑动部41的U型槽的封闭端抵靠设置,弹性压簧的回复力作用于滑动块,使其带动夹持部42复位。
两个夹爪4相对设置的端面移动至各自对应的触发位置时,夹爪4对锁止结构5的限制解除,锁止结构5移动至锁定位置,与夹爪4的端面相 抵,阻止其复位;锁止结构5为设置于两个夹爪4之间的一个锁止件,锁止件呈端面为U型的矩形件,宽度小于夹座1的宽度,扣设于夹座1的U型结构内,与夹座1之间形成容纳空间51,两个导向杆21穿过该容纳空间51设置,当锁止件位于非锁定位置时,容纳空间51与两个夹爪4的滑动部41对齐,滑动部41恰好能够沿容纳空间51往复滑动;当两个夹爪4相互远离移动至两个夹爪4之间的距离大于锁止件沿夹爪4移动方向上的宽度时,到达触发位置,锁止件受第二弹性偏压件7作用沿垂直于夹爪4移动的方向移动至锁定位置,容纳空间51与滑动部41发生错位,使得锁止件的两端面分别与滑动部41的端面抵靠设置,阻止滑动部41复位,此时夹爪4锁定于打开状态;锁止件与夹座1之间还设有第二导向结构6,第二导向结构6包括设置于夹座1侧壁上,垂直于夹爪4移动方向间隔设置的两对导向条61,以及成型于锁止件的侧壁上的适于导向条61插入的两对第二导向槽62,每对导向条61之间还设置有一个第二弹性偏压件7,为第二弹性压簧,锁止件的侧壁上具有适于其伸入的盲孔63,第二弹性压簧的轴向一端与夹座1的侧壁抵靠设置,另一端伸入盲孔63与锁止件抵靠设置,盲孔63为第二弹性压簧提供了导向,使得锁止件能够稳定地在锁定位置与非锁定位置之间移动。
解锁组件包括设置于锁止件远离第二弹性偏压件7一侧的侧壁上的复位按钮52,以及成型于夹座1的侧壁上适于复位按钮52穿出的按钮孔11,按动复位按钮52,驱动锁止件挤压第二弹性偏压件7,朝向非锁定位置移动;相反地,夹爪4拉开时,锁止件受第二弹性偏压件7的回复力作用朝向锁定位置移动,复位按钮52沿按钮孔11伸出。
夹座1上还设置有夹座盖12,与夹座1对合形成安装空间,第一导向结构2、第二导向结构6、第一弹性偏压件3、第二弹性偏压件7、锁止件、夹爪4的滑动部41均置于安装空间内,夹座盖12的表面上还设置有软垫。
本实施例还提供一种手持稳定器,包括上述夹持机构,手持稳定器为单轴手持稳定器,具有手柄103,夹持机构设于手柄103上,手柄103内设有储电电池和充电接口,能够为拍摄设备等电子设备供电,也能对储电电池进行充电;手柄103上还具有显示储电电池电量的提示灯101,能够使用户及时了解储电电池的电量状况;手柄103上还设置有控制手持稳定器开关的电源键,以及显示手持稳定器的电机工作状态的工作指示灯;手柄103背向夹持机构一侧还设有镜子8和补光灯9,可用于自拍;手柄103上设置有用于控制拍摄设备的拍摄按键102,方便控制。
夹持机构可转动地连接于手柄103上。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,两个夹爪中的一个为活动夹爪,另一个为固定夹爪,固定夹爪的滑动部与夹座固定连接,且不伸入锁止结构的容纳空间内。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,第一导向结构包括成型于夹座侧壁内表面上的滑槽或滑条,以及成型于滑动部上与之对应且滑动配合的滑条或滑槽,锁止件为锁止块,设于两个夹爪之间,锁止件不设置容纳空间,为锁止件提供导向的第二导向结构为成型于夹座底面上的导向槽,锁止件可沿导向槽在锁定位置与非锁定位置之间往复移动,当夹爪相互远离至夹爪之间的距离超过锁止块沿夹爪移动方向上的宽度时,锁止块在第二弹性偏压件的作用下垂直于夹爪移动方向移动至锁定位置,锁止块的两端面与 夹爪相抵,阻止夹爪复位;按动设于锁止块上复位按钮,驱动锁止块复位至非锁定位置,夹爪复位。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,滑动部沿其滑动方向上一侧成型有凹槽,锁止件为与活动夹爪一一对应设置的锁止块,当活动夹爪移动至触发位置时,锁止块在第二弹性偏压件的作用下嵌入凹槽内,阻止活动夹爪复位;解锁组件为设置于锁止件远离滑动部一侧上的拉环,以及成型于夹座侧壁上的允许拉环伸出、但限制锁止件脱出的拉环孔,拉动拉环,驱动锁止件脱出滑动部上的凹槽,接触对活动夹爪的锁定,活动夹爪在第一弹性偏压件的作用下复位。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,锁止结构包括两个锁止件,分别与两个活动夹爪一一对应,两个夹爪的触发位置之间的距离大于两个锁止件相背设置的外端面之间的距离,当夹爪移动至其触发位置,与其对应的锁止件由非锁定位置移动至锁定位置,阻止夹爪复位。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,夹爪包括与夹座滑动连接的滑动部,以及连接于滑动部上的夹持部,一个夹爪的滑动部上设置有多个夹持部。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,夹持部与滑动部一体设置。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,第一弹性偏压件和/或第二弹性偏压件为弹性橡胶块。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,锁止结构为矩形件,内部成型有沿其长度方向贯穿的容纳空间,容纳空间适于与夹爪的滑动部滑动配合。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,锁止结构与活动夹爪的移动方向呈角度倾斜设置,夹爪的滑动部的端面对应设置为斜面。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,夹座盖的表面不设置软垫,而是设置波纹。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,手持稳定器为多轴手持稳定器。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,手持稳定器为普通自拍杆。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种夹持机构,包括:
    夹座(1),其上设有相对设置的两个夹爪(4),两个所述夹爪(4)中的至少一个为活动夹爪,所述活动夹爪能够沿靠近或远离另一个所述夹爪(4)的方向相对于所述夹座(1)往复移动;
    第一弹性偏压件(3),设置于所述夹座(1)与所述活动夹爪之间,所述第一弹性偏压件(3)的弹性偏压力作用于所述活动夹爪,使所述活动夹爪具有复位趋势;
    其特征在于,还包括设于所述夹座(1)上的锁定结构以及解锁组件,所述活动夹爪在外力作用下往远离另一夹爪(4)的方向移动到触发位置时,触发所述锁定结构对所述活动夹爪进行锁定,阻挡所述活动夹爪在所述第一弹性偏压件(3)的作用下,复位至初始位置,所述解锁组件用于对所述锁定结构解锁,解除所述锁定结构对所述活动夹爪的阻挡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述锁定结构包括:
    锁止结构(5),可在锁定位置与非锁定位置之间往返移动地设置在所述夹座(1)上;
    第二弹性偏压件(7),设于所述夹座(1)与所述锁止结构(5)之间,对所述锁止结构(5)施加弹性偏压力,所述活动夹爪处于初始位置时,所述锁止结构(5)被所述活动夹爪限定在所述非锁定位置,所述活动夹爪可从初始位置至不越过触发位置之间的区域往返移动;所述活动夹爪在外力 作用下被拉至越过所述触发位置时,解除对所述锁止结构(5)的阻挡,所述锁止结构(5)在所述第二弹性偏压件(7)的弹性偏压力作用下从所述非锁定位置移动至所述锁定位置,阻挡所述活动夹爪往初始位置方向移动;
    所述解锁组件设于所述夹座(1)上,且在外力作用下,能够克服所述第二弹性偏压件(7)的偏压力,驱动所述锁止结构(5)复位至所述非锁定位置,所述第一弹性偏压件(3)的偏压力使所述活动夹爪复位至初始位置,对所述锁止结构(5)进行限制。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,当所述活动夹爪与另一所述夹爪(4)相对设置的端面移动至所述触发位置时,解除对所述锁止结构(5)的阻挡。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,两个所述夹爪(4)均为所述活动夹爪。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述活动夹爪具有夹持部(42),以及与所述夹座(1)滑动连接的滑动部(41),所述锁止结构(5)处于非锁定状态时,所述锁止结构(5)或者所述锁止结构(5)与所述夹座(1)之间形成适于所述滑动部(41)伸入的容纳空间(51),所述活动夹爪与所述容纳空间(51)滑动配合,直至所述活动夹爪移动至所述触发位置时,所述滑动部(41)脱出所述容纳空间(51),所述锁止结构(5)在所述第二弹性偏压件(7)的弹性偏压力作用下移动至所述容纳空间(51)与所述滑动部(41)错位相对的所述锁定位置,以使所述锁止结构(5)与所述滑动部(41)的端面相抵,所述解锁组件能够驱动 所述锁止结构(5)复位至所述非锁定位置,使所述容纳空间(51)移动至与所述滑动部(41)对齐,所述滑动部(41)在所述第一弹性偏压件(3)的回复力的作用下缩回所述容纳空间(51)内,带动所述活动夹爪复位。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述锁止结构(5)包括一个锁止件,设于两个所述夹爪(4)之间,当所述夹爪(4)移动至两个所述夹爪(4)之间的距离大于所述锁止件沿所述夹爪(4)移动方向上的宽度时,到达所述触发位置。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述锁止结构(5)移动方向与所述活动夹爪移动方向垂直设置。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述锁定结构还包括对所述锁止结构(5)的移动进行导向的第二导向结构(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第二导向结构(6)包括设置于所述夹座(1)上的导向条(61),以及设置于所述锁止结构(5)上的能够与所述导向条(61)滑动配合的第二导向槽(62);或者所述第二导向结构(6)包括设置于所述夹座(1)上的第二导向槽(62),以及设置于所述锁止结构(5)上的能够与所述第二导向槽(62)滑动配合的导向条(61)。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第二弹性偏压件(7)为沿所述第二导向结构(6)的导向方向设置的第二弹性压簧,所述第二弹性压簧的轴向一端与所述夹座(1)抵靠设置,轴向另一端与所述锁止结构(5)抵靠设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述锁止结构(5)具有适于容纳所述第二弹性压簧的盲孔(63),所述第二弹性压簧的轴向另一端伸入所述盲孔(63)与所述锁止结构(5)抵靠设置。
  12. 根据权利要求2-11中任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述解锁组件为设置于所述锁止结构(5)远离所述第二弹性偏压件(7)一侧的复位按钮(52),以及设于所述夹座(1)上、适于所述复位按钮(52)穿出的按钮孔(11),所述复位按钮(52)按下时,所述复位按钮(52)驱动所述锁止结构(5)往所述非锁定位置移动。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,还包括设于所述夹座(1)上的第一导向结构(2),所述夹爪(4)借助于所述第一导向结构(2)相对于所述夹座(1)往复移动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第一导向结构(2)包括设置于所述夹座(1)上的导向杆(21),设置在所述夹爪(4)上、适合所述导向杆(21)穿过的第一导向槽(22),以及防止所述夹爪(4)脱出所述导向杆(21)的限位结构;所述导向杆(21)穿过所述容纳空间(51)设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述限位结构为设于所述导向杆(21)朝向所述夹持部(42)的一端上的限位块(23),所述第一导向槽(22)设于所述夹爪(4)的所述滑动部(41)上,所述第一导向槽(22)能够滑动经过所述限位块(23),所述第一导向槽(22)远离所述夹持部(42)的一端封闭设置,且成型有适于所述导向杆(21)穿过的 导向孔,所述第一导向槽(22)的封闭端与所述限位块(23)抵靠设置,阻止所述滑动部(41)脱出所述导向杆(21)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第一弹性偏压件(3)为套设于所述导向杆(21)上的第一弹性压簧,所述第一弹性压簧的轴向一端与所述第一导向槽(22)的封闭端抵靠设置,轴向另一端与所述限位块(23)抵靠设置。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,还包括夹座盖(12),与所述夹座(1)扣合形成安装空间,所述夹爪(4)的所述滑动部(41)、所述第一弹性偏压件(3)以及所述锁定结构均设于所述安装空间内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述夹座盖(12)的表面设置有软垫。
  19. 一种手持稳定器,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-18中任一项所述的夹持机构。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的手持稳定器,其特征在于,所述手持稳定器的手柄(103)内设有储电电池,所述手柄(103)上具有能够为所述储电电池和/或电子设备供电的充电接口。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的手持稳定器,其特征在于,所述手柄(103)上还具有显示所述储电电池电量的提示灯(101)。
  22. 根据权利要求19-21中任一项所述的手持稳定器,其特征在于,所 述手柄(103)背向所述夹持机构的一侧还设有镜子(8)。
  23. 根据权利要求19-22中任一项所述的手持稳定器,其特征在于,所述手柄(103)背向所述夹持机构的一侧还设有补光灯(9),所述手柄(103)上设有控制所述补光灯(9)开关的补光灯按键(91)。
  24. 根据权利要求19-23中任一项所述的手持稳定器,其特征在于,所述手柄(103)上设置有用于控制拍摄设备拍摄的拍摄按键(102)。
