本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及数据处理方法、系统、用户设备及服务器。
背景技术
随着通信技术的飞速发展,不同国家的人之间的距离被拉近了,不同国家的人之间进行交流已成为普遍现象。但世界语言种类繁多,而且大部分的人只会一种语言,语言不通成为不同国家的人之间进行交流的主要障碍。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种数据处理方法、系统、用户设备及服务器,可以有效提高译员的分配效率,实现人工翻译服务。

本发明实施例公开了一种数据处理方法、系统、用户设备及服务器,用于提高译员的分配效率,实现人工翻译服务。
其中,本发明实施例中的用户设备可以是互译机、翻译机、智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机、Windows Phone手机等)、平板电脑、移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)等配置翻译应用以及具备即时通讯功能的 终端。本发明实施例中的服务器可以是翻译平台。本发明实施例中的译员设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、移动互联网设备等具备即时通讯功能的终端。
请参阅图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种数据处理方法的流程示意图。本发明实施例中所描述的数据处理方法,包括:
S101、用户设备向服务器发送翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息,所述服务器接收所述翻译请求。
本发明实施例中,用户设备的翻译应用的界面中可以包括语种选项,具体可以包括源语种选项以及目标语种选项,源语种即是用户设备的用户输入的语音数据所属的语言种类(例如中文),目标语种即是需要将该语音数据翻译成的语言所属的语言种类(例如英文)。用户设备首先接收用户设备的用户输入的源语种和目标语种,然后在接收到用户设备的用户输入的语种选项确认指令之后,用户设备与服务器建立通信连接,并向服务器发送翻译请求。其中,该翻译请求携带有翻译语种信息,该翻译语种信息包括源语种和目标语种。服务器接收用户设备发送的翻译请求。
在一些可行的实施方式中,该翻译语种信息也可以由用户设备的用户通过语音、手写、键盘等方式输入,本发明实施例不作限定。用户设备接收用户设备的用户通过语音、手写、键盘等方式输入的翻译语种信息。
在一些可行的实施方式中,该翻译请求还可以携带用户设备标识,用户设备标识包括用户设备的介质访问控制(Media Access Control,MAC)地址、用户身份模块(Subscriber Identification Module,SIM)卡号等。用户设备标识也可以是用户设备的生产厂商为用户设备设置的唯一身份标识(Identification,ID)号码,如序列号(Serial Number,SN)等,其中,不同的用户设备具备不同的ID号码。服务器在接收到用户设备发送的翻译请求之后,可以利用该翻译请求携带的设备标识对用户设备进行接入认证。
在一些可行的实施方式中,用户设备在开机时,首先在服务器上进行注册。具体地,用户设备向服务器发送开机通知消息,其中,开机通知消息用于告知服务器,用户设备处于开机可用状态;开机通知消息携带用户设备的标识(例如SIM卡号)。服务器在接收到用户设备发送的开机通知消息之后,将与用户 设备的标识对应的用户设备的状态调整为开机状态。进一步地,用户设备可以每隔预设时间间隔给服务器发送在线通知消息,从而可以定时通知服务器,用户设备处于开机可用状态。
S102、所述服务器根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员。
本发明实施例中,服务器在接收到用户设备发送的翻译请求之后,根据该翻译语种信息携带的源语种和目标语种确定第一目标译员。具体地,服务器根据预先存储的多个译员的特征信息确定出既会源语种又会目标语种的第一目标译员。其中,该第一目标译员可以是一个译员,也可以是至少两个译员,本发明实施例不作限定。采用本发明实施例,可以自动为用户设备分配译员,从而有效提高译员的分配效率。
在一些可行的实施方式中,服务器还存储有多个译员的历史评价记录,历史评价记录具体可以包括评分、评语等信息。服务器根据该翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员,包括:服务器首先根据预先存储的多个译员的特征信息确定出既会源语种又会目标语种的至少两个译员;然后根据该至少两个译员各自的历史评价记录,确定出该至少两个译员各自的翻译服务质量分数;最后,按照该至少两个译员各自的翻译服务质量分数从高到低的顺序,将该至少两个译员中顺序排在前N位的译员确定为第一目标译员,其中,N为大于或者等于1的正整数。采用上述方式,可以将翻译服务质量分数排在前面的译员分配给用户设备的用户,一方面可以保证给用户设备的用户提供高质量的翻译服务,另一方面可以促使译员提高自身的翻译服务质量。
需要说明的是,若服务器检测到该至少两个译员中顺序排在前N位的译员中有M个正在给用户设备的用户提供翻译服务的译员,则服务器按照该至少两个译员各自的翻译服务质量分数从高到低的顺序,将该至少两个译员中顺序排在前N+M位的译员中空闲的译员确定为第一目标译员,其中,M为大于或者等于1的正整数。
在一些可行的实施方式中,译员的历史评价记录可以包括在各个译员的特征信息中,译员的历史评价记录可以即是译员的历史翻译服务质量分数。译员的历史翻译服务质量分数可以是在译员每次翻译服务完成之后,用户设备自动评出的分数,也可以是用户设备的用户人工输入的分数。进一步地,服务器可 以根据译员的历史翻译服务质量分数计算出译员的平均翻译服务质量分数,并将译员的平均翻译服务质量分数记录在各个译员的特征信息中。其中,服务器每一次获取到译员的翻译服务质量分数之后,重新计算并存储译员的新的平均翻译服务质量分数,从而可以实时更新译员的平均翻译服务质量分数。
在一些可行的实施方式中,该翻译请求还携带有用户设备的用户的特征信息,例如用户的性别、年龄、国家、籍贯、个性特点、翻译服务价格要求等信息。服务器根据该翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员,包括:服务器首先根据预先存储的多个译员的特征信息确定出既会源语种又会目标语种的至少两个译员;然后根据该至少两个译员各自的信息以及用户设备的用户的特征信息确定第一目标译员,例如,假设用户设备的用户所属的国家为中国,该至少两个译员中有所属国家为中国的译员,则将所属国家为中国的译员确定为第一目标译员。进一步地,服务器可以根据该翻译语种信息、该用户的特征信息以及译员的历史评价记录来确定第一目标译员。采用上述方式,可以结合用户的特征信息给用户设备的用户分配译员,提高用户体验,更好地保证翻译质量。
在一些可行的实施方式中,若服务器检测到所有的在线译员都正在给用户设备的用户提供翻译服务,或者,若服务器检测到所有的译员都处于离线状态,则服务器向用户设备发送无译员可分配通知消息;若服务器检测到服务器处于系统异常状态,则向用户设备发送系统异常通知消息。
S103、所述服务器向所述用户设备发送通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,所述用户设备接收所述通话连接指示。
本发明实施例中,译员设备的设备标识包括译员设备的硬件地址、SIM卡卡号等可以用于与译员设备建立通话连接的标识。
S104、所述用户设备响应所述通话连接指示,根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接,以便于所述第一目标译员对所述用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译。
本发明实施例中,若第一目标译员为一个译员,则用户设备在接收到服务器发送的通话连接指示后,响应该通话连接指示,根据该第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识(例如SIM卡卡号),与该第一目标译员对应的译员设备 建立通话连接,以便于用户设备的用户与第一目标译员进行通话,进而第一目标译员对用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译,也即是对用户设备的用户的通话进行翻译,从而实现人工翻译服务。
本发明实施例中,若第一目标译员包括至少两个译员,则服务器发送给用户设备的通话连接指示还包括该至少两个译员的特征信息,例如该至少两个译员各自的性别,年龄,国家、籍贯、平均翻译服务质量分数、历史评价记录、翻译服务价格等信息。其中,用户设备响应该通话连接指示,根据该设备标识与译员设备建立通话连接,以便于第一目标译员对用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译,包括:
首先,用户设备响应服务器发送的通话连接指示,根据该至少两个译员各自的特征信息(例如平均翻译服务质量分数)从该至少两个译员中确定出第二目标译员;然后,用户设备根据第二目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,与第二目标译员对应的译员设备建立通话连接,以便于第二目标译员对用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译。
在一些可行的实施方式中,用户设备与译员设备断开通话连接之后,也即是第一目标译员或者第二目标译员完成此次翻译服务之后,用户设备确定第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次的翻译服务质量分数。具体地,用户设备根据获取到的用户输入的部分语音数据,以及获取到的第一目标译员或者第二目标译员针对该部分语音数据的翻译语音数据,对第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次的翻译服务质量进行评分,得到第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次的翻译服务质量分数。或者,用户设备首先打开翻译服务质量评价页面,然后接收用户设备的用户针对评价页面的各个评价选项输入的评价选项值,最后根据用户设备的用户输入的评价选项值,生成第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次的翻译服务质量分数。或者,用户设备接收用户设备的用户针对第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次翻译服务输入的翻译服务质量分数。
进一步地,用户设备将第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次的翻译服务质量分数发送给服务器,服务器接收并存储用户设备发送的第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次的翻译服务质量分数,进而,服务器根据第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次以及之前的翻译服务质量分数,重新计算并存储第一目标译员 或者第二目标译员的新的平均翻译服务质量分数。
在一些可行的实施方式中,在用户设备与译员设备建立通话连接期间,服务器记录用户设备与译员设备的通话时长。在用户设备与译员设备断开通话连接之后,服务器根据用户设备与译员设备的通话时长以及第一目标译员或者第二目标译员的翻译服务价格,确定第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次翻译服务产生的费用信息。服务器将第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次翻译服务产生的费用信息发送给用户设备,以便于用户设备的用户支付第一目标译员或者第二目标译员此次翻译服务产生的费用。进一步地,服务器可以记录用户设备此次翻译请求的订单信息,包括给用户设备的用户提供翻译服务的译员的信息,服务时长,也即是通话时长,费用信息等。
在一些可行的实施方式中,该翻译请求携带的翻译语种信息可以只包括目标语种,该翻译请求还携带有用户设备的用户的一段样本语音数据。服务器可以根据该样本语音数据确定出源语种。

本发明实施例还提供一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述方法实施例所述的数据处理方法,所述计算机程序可以为上述提到的存储器303存储的程序中的一部分。
请参阅图4,为本发明实施例提供的一种服务器的结构示意图。本发明实施例中所描述的服务器,包括:
接收模块401,用于接收用户设备发送的翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息;
处理模块402,用于根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员;
发送模块403,用于向所述用户设备发送通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,所述通话连接指示用于指示所述用户设备根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接。
在一些可行的实施方式中,所述翻译请求还携带所述用户设备的用户的特征信息,所述服务器存储有译员的历史评价记录,所述处理模块402,根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员的具体方式为:
根据所述翻译语种信息、所述用户的特征信息以及所述译员的历史评价记录确定第一目标译员。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例的服务器的各功能模块的功能可根据上述方法实施例中的方法具体实现,其具体实现过程可以参照上述方法实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例通过接收模块401接收用户设备发送的翻译请求,翻译请求携带翻译语种信息,处理模块402根据翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员,发送模块403向用户设备发送通话连接指示,通话连接指示包括第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,通话连接指示用于指示用户设备根据设备标识与译员设备建立通话连接,可以自动为用户设备分配译员,从而有效提高译员的分配效率。
请参阅图5,为本发明实施例提供的一种服务器的结构示意图,本发明实施例中所描述的服务器包括:处理器501、通信接口502、存储器503。其中,处理器501、通信接口502、存储器503可通过总线或其他方式连接,本发明实施例以通过总线连接为例。
处理器501可以是中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU),网络处理器(network processor,NP),图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),或者CPU、GPU和NP的组合。处理器501也可以是多核CPU、多核GPU或多核NP中用于实现通信标识绑定的核。
上述处理器501可以是硬件芯片。上述硬件芯片可以是专用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),可编程逻辑器件(programmable logic device,PLD)或其组合。上述PLD可以是复杂可编程逻辑器件(complex  programmable logic device,CPLD),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA),通用阵列逻辑(generic array logic,GAL)或其任意组合。
上述通信接口502可用于收发信息或信令的交互,以及信号的接收和传递,通信接口502可以是收发器。上述存储器503可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的存储程序(比如文字存储功能、位置存储功能等);存储数据区可存储根据服务器的使用所创建的数据(比如图像数据、文字数据)等,并可以包括应用存储程序等。此外,存储器503可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
上述存储器503还用于存储程序指令。上述处理器501可以调用上述存储器503存储的程序指令,实现如本发明实施例所示的数据处理方法。
具体地,上述处理器501调用存储在上述存储器503中的程序指令执行或者调用上述通信接口502执行以下步骤:
收用户设备发送的翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息;
根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员;
向所述用户设备发送通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,所述通话连接指示用于指示所述用户设备根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接。
本发明实施例中处理器执行的方法均从处理器的角度来描述,可以理解的是,本发明实施例中处理器要执行上述方法需要其他硬件结构的配合。本发明实施例对具体的实现过程不作详细描述和限制。
在一些可行的实施方式中,所述翻译请求还携带所述用户设备的用户的特征信息,所述存储器503存储有译员的历史评价记录,所述处理器501根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员的具体方式为:
根据所述翻译语种信息、所述用户的特征信息以及所述译员的历史评价记录确定第一目标译员。
需要说明的是,所述处理器501、所述通信接口502和所述存储器503可以执行图1对应的方法实施例中服务器执行的操作,具体可参考图1对应的方法实施例中的相关描述,在此不予赘述。
本发明实施例通过通信接口502接收用户设备发送的翻译请求,翻译请求携带翻译语种信息,处理器501根据翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员,通信接口502向用户设备发送通话连接指示,通话连接指示包括第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,通话连接指示用于指示用户设备根据设备标识与译员设备建立通话连接,可以自动为用户设备分配译员,从而有效提高译员的分配效率。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述方法实施例所述的数据处理方法,所述计算机可以为上述提到的服务器的一部分。
本发明实施例还提供一种包含指令的计算机程序产品,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述方法实施例所述的数据处理方法,所述计算机程序可以为上述提到的存储器503存储的程序中的一部分。
请参阅图6,为本发明实施例提供的一种数据处理系统的架构示意图。本发明实施例中所描述的数据处理系统,包括:
用户设备601,用于向服务器602发送翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息。
所述服务器602,用于接收所述用户设备601发送的所述翻译请求。
所述服务器602,还用于根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员。
所述服务器602,还用于向所述用户设备601发送通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备603的设备标识。
所述用户设备601,还用于接收所述通话连接指示。
所述用户设备601,还用于响应所述通话连接指示,根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备603建立通话连接。
所述用户设备601,还用于向所述译员设备603发送语音数据。
所述译员设备603,用于接收所述用户设备601发送的所述语音数据,以便于所述第一目标译员对所述用户设备601发送的所述语音数据进行翻译。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例的用户设备601、服务器602、译员设备603的功能可根据上述方法实施例中的方法具体实现,其具体实现过程可以参照上 述方法实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例通过用户设备向服务器发送翻译请求,翻译请求携带翻译语种信息,服务器根据翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员,用户设备接收服务器发送的通话连接指示,通话连接指示包括第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,用户设备响应通话连接指示,根据设备标识与译员设备建立通话连接,以便于第一目标译员对用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译,可以自动为用户设备分配译员,从而有效提高译员的分配效率,实现人工翻译服务。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各个方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某一些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。
本发明实施例装置中的模块可以根据实际需要进行合并、划分和删减。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:闪存盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    用户设备向服务器发送翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息,所述翻译请求用于指示所述服务器根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员;
    所述用户设备接收所述服务器发送的通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识;
    所述用户设备响应所述通话连接指示,根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接,以便于所述第一目标译员对所述用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一目标译员包括至少两个译员,所述通话连接指示还包括所述至少两个译员的特征信息,所述用户设备响应所述通话连接指示,根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接,以便于所述第一目标译员对所述用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译,包括:
    所述用户设备响应所述通话连接指示,根据所述至少两个译员的特征信息从所述至少两个译员中确定出第二目标译员;
    所述用户设备根据所述第二目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,与所述第二目标译员对应的译员设备建立通话连接,以便于所述第二目标译员对所述用户设备发送的语音数据进行翻译。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译语种信息包括源语种和目标语种。
  4. 一种数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收用户设备发送的翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息;
    所述服务器根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员;
    所述服务器向所述用户设备发送通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,所述通话连接指示用于指示所述用户设备根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述翻译请求还携带所述用户设备的用户的特征信息,所述服务器存储有译员的历史评价记录,所述服务器根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员,包括:
    所述服务器根据所述翻译语种信息、所述用户的特征信息以及所述译员的历史评价记录确定第一目标译员。
  6. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备包括:
    发送模块,用于向服务器发送翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息,所述翻译请求用于指示所述服务器根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识;
    处理模块,用于响应所述通话连接指示,根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接,以便于所述第一目标译员对所述发送模块发送的语音数据进行翻译。
  7. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户设备发送的翻译请求,所述翻译请求携带翻译语种信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述翻译语种信息确定第一目标译员;
    发送模块,用于向所述用户设备发送通话连接指示,所述通话连接指示包括所述第一目标译员对应的译员设备的设备标识,所述通话连接指示用于指示所述用户设备根据所述设备标识与所述译员设备建立通话连接。
  8. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、通信接口和存储器,所述处理器、所述通信接口和所述存储器相互连接,其中,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述处理器被配置用于调用所述程序指令,执行如权利要求1至3任一项所述的数据处理方法。
  9. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括处理器、通信接口和存储器,所述处理器、所述通信接口和所述存储器相互连接,其中,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述处理器被配置用于调用所述程序指令,执行如权利要求4或5所述的数据处理方法。
  10. 一种数据处理系统,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求6所述的用户设备、如权利要求7所述的服务器和如权利要求6或7所述的译员设备。
