Description

Social network system and program for social network system
The present invention relates to a social network system and a program for the social network system, and more particularly to a social network system and a program for the social network system realized by a mobile phone, a smart phone, a tablet terminal and the like and predetermined application programs installed therein. .
Conventionally, a smartphone or the like is equipped with a telephone directory function for registering contacts and the like. For this reason, when a caller is called from a caller whose contact is registered in the smartphone, the contact is referred to based on the telephone number of the caller included in the call, The name and the like of the corresponding caller are displayed on the smartphone together with the incoming call.
On the other hand, when a caller is called from a caller whose contact is not registered in the smartphone, even if the contact is referred to based on the telephone number of the caller included in the call, Since the corresponding calling party is not registered, the telephone number of the calling party is displayed on the smartphone together with the incoming call.
Here, Patent Document 1 discloses the following communication method. That is, the transmitting step of transmitting personal information from the first communication device to the second communication device, and the second communication device receiving the personal information, the personal information having the same content as the personal information being the own device And a notification step of notifying the first communication device of the result of the search in the search step from the second communication device. A communication method is disclosed.
However, according to the communication method disclosed in Patent Document 1, in the case of a search result in which personal information is received and personal information having the same content does not exist in the own device, "I do not know the same person" It will send a notification of purpose. In this case, when the incoming call is displayed on the called smartphone, a strange telephone number will be displayed, but the user of the smartphone may be a call from a suspicious person. There is a feeling that the feeling that you may be working and you can not answer the call.
In this case, for example, inconvenience occurs in the sales scene. That is, for example, a questionnaire survey including responses such as address, telephone number, name, etc. is conducted to visitors such as a house display hall and a car dealership, and later, the salesperson calls the sales phone to the visitor. There will be times when you call.
Under the present circumstances, even if the sales representative reveals the identity even if the business card is handed over at the time of arrival, in many cases, the visitor does not register the sales representative's information on the smartphone, so the visitor Even if you are interested in housing etc., you may not be on the phone, and you may be disadvantaged as a salesperson or a visitor.
On the other hand, as a visitor, if it is a sales phone from a sales representative such as a so-called vicious trader, there are cases where it is better for the telephone service to end up being wasted as a result, or it is better not to handle the telephone service in the first place Therefore, it may be considered that there is a demand for dealing with sales calls, taking into account the reputation of sales representatives.
Therefore, the present invention can be generalized as providing a social network system that can also consider the interests of visitors while avoiding the inconvenience of sales activities caused by the telephone directory function of smartphones and the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a social network system that benefits both the calling party and the called party.

It is possible, and it is also possible to recommend that society not accept incoming calls.
Further, the caller information and / or the reputation information may be associated with a plurality of caller codes. For example, in the case of a corporation, it may have a plurality of calling party codes such as a telephone number, or even an individual may have a plurality of telephone numbers, a unique ID, etc. Since there are also, it is for linking them with calling party information.
Furthermore, the first device may further comprise transmitting means for transmitting the calling party code and the calling party information incidental to the own device to the storage medium.

Embodiment of the Invention
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present embodiment, for the sake of easy understanding, it will be described mainly on the premise that a sales representative's smartphone makes a call and a visitor's smartphone receives a call according to the example described above.
Note that calling and receiving in this specification not only relate to voice exchange for calling between a calling party and a called party, but also other text messages exchanged between them. Also includes data related to various data such as photos, images, illustrations, and videos.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a visitor terminal 100, a person-in-charge terminal 200, a database (hereinafter referred to as “DB”) 300, a processing terminal 400, and a network 500, which will be described below.
The visitor terminal (third device) 100 is a general term for an information providing device including a smartphone having a telephone function and a communication function, and is used by a visitor. However, the visitor terminal 100 is not limited to a smartphone as long as it has a telephone function and a communication function, and may be various information providing devices such as a wrist terminal, a personal computer, and a tablet. The visitor terminal 100 is provided with a display and a speaker for notifying that caller information described later added by the processing terminal 400 and an incoming call have been made. Also, the visitor terminal 100 may be integrated into the person-in-charge terminal 200 and / or the processing terminal 400.
The person-in-charge terminal (first device) 200 is a general term for an information providing device including a smartphone having a telephone function and a communication function, and is used by a sales person in a house exhibition hall or the like. However, the person-in-charge terminal 200 is not limited to a smartphone as long as it has a telephone function and a communication function, and may be various information providing apparatuses such as a wrist terminal, a personal computer, and a tablet. When a person-in-charge terminal 200 makes a call in the social network system of this embodiment, a unique ID which is a calling party code is used as an indication of a calling source.
In both of the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200, an application program for realizing the operation of the social network system of the present invention is installed. Further, various processes including transmission and reception of voice data or text data can be performed by cooperation between the application program and the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200.
The DB 300 is a company name, a department, a name, a person-in-charge terminal 200 in which the person in charge works, or a telephone number assigned to the SIM card attached thereto, an e-mail address, and a unique ID attached to the application program. , Etc. are storage media associated with each other and stored. In the social network system of the present embodiment, typically, among the above pieces of information, the unique ID is the caller code, and the other information is the caller information.
The names called "caller code" and "caller information" are viewed from the calling party's point of view, and they are called "caller code and called party information" if the position changes to the called party. It becomes. In the present specification, for the sake of easy understanding, when these are not confused, they are generically referred to as calling party code and calling party information.
In addition, for example, since a sales representative may create a plurality of unique IDs or a plurality of affiliations may be matched, in order to be able to cope with such a situation, N number of occurrences may be made. The caller code and the M pieces of caller information may be stored in association (N and M are integers).
Therefore, in this case, even if the system representative calls using a unique first ID or calls using a different unique second ID, even a short mail Even when a call is made to a telephone number or an e-mail address like this, the caller information of the person in charge is displayed on the display of the visitor terminal 100, and the caller information is notified from the visitor terminal 100. It will be done.
In addition, in order to store information in the DB 300, the person-in-charge terminal 200 calls the caller code and the call from the person-in-charge terminal 200 to the installation timing of the application program described above and setting a unique ID. The recipient information may be sent. Since these transmission timings can store N caller codes and M caller information, they can be transmitted not only at the time of setting a unique ID but also at any time.
The processing terminal (second device) 400 receives a call from the person-in-charge terminal 200, refers to the DB 300 based on the calling party code and the called party code added thereto, and transmits the corresponding call The calling party information and the called party information are read out, and the calling party information is transmitted to the visitor terminal 100 based on the called party information.
Further, the processing terminal 400 processes reputation information indicating a reputation of a person in charge using the person-in-charge terminal 200, which is transmitted when the call is disconnected from the visitor terminal 100, or is transmitted from the visitor terminal 100. It is also possible to process an incoming call rejection setting request so as not to receive an incoming call from the person-in-charge terminal 200 or to determine whether or not the system can be used.
Determining whether the processing system 400 can use the system means determining whether the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200 may use the system. For this determination, for example, at the time of initial setting, one or more proofs of a copy of public institution issued documents such as a water rate bill, a health insurance card, a license, a my number, a registered copy, etc. It is conceivable to send a letter, and when this type of certificate is not sent, it may be considered as a judgment result that it can not be used. Further, when a plurality of certificates are sent, the processing terminal 400 compares the certificates with each other to check whether there is a flaw in the name of the sender or the like, and when there is a flaw, it can not be used. It can be mentioned that the judgment result is
In addition, the processing terminal 400 may stop using the service terminal if the reputation for a call or a message, the number of connection refusal settings, etc. falls below a certain threshold even after the start of use of the present system. . Alternatively, a plurality of processing terminals 400 may be prepared, and each may be set as a different determination criterion to determine the availability of the present system based on an objective evaluation. Instead of or together with the above determination, the third party organization makes similar determination, and based on the determination result of the third party organization or the determination result of the processing terminal 400, whether or not to stop using it You may decide. Then, if it is determined that the processing terminal 400 can be used according to a plurality of criteria, for example, if it is determined that the criterion is exceeded several times in a row, the reputation of the person in charge using the person in charge terminal 200 is made positive. You may process it.
In addition, since it can be said that the information indicating the reputation of the person in charge using the person-in-charge terminal 200 is highly reliable by careful evaluation by the processing terminal 400 etc., a certificate indicating the reputation information is issued, etc. Reputation information can also be used secondarily. This certificate can be transmitted to the person-in-charge terminal 200 through the network 500, for example, or can be sent by mail such as a card medium to the person in charge. This may be used as an identification card.
The network 500 is a generic term for various networks such as a telephone network and the Internet network. The visitor terminal 100, the person-in-charge terminal 200, the DB 300, and the processing terminal 400 described above are connected to the network 500, respectively.
FIG. 2 is a view showing an example of a screen displayed when a call is received on the display of the visitor terminal 100 shown in FIG. FIG. 2 shows a name display area 112, an input information display area 114, a call button display area 116, and a rejection button display area 118 which will be described below.
In the name display area 112, caller information including a company name, a department, a name, etc. in which a sales representative corresponding to the caller code of the person-in-charge terminal 200 works is displayed. In addition to the display of the caller information, the caller code of the person-in-charge terminal 200 may also be displayed on the display of the visitor terminal 100.
Further, in the name display area 112, a star mark which is reputation information is displayed. Here, it can be understood at a glance that the person in charge using the person-in-charge terminal 200 has a good reputation as the number of displayed stars increases. However, reputation information may be represented by other methods such as displaying numerical values, changing colors, etc. instead of, for example, stars. Further, the method of informing the reputation information may not be by visual information, but by auditory information by voice, or by tactile information such as vibration strength / pattern of the vibration function.
Therefore, for such a visitor, particularly when the number of displayed stars, which is reputation information, is too small, especially when the response of the person in charge is extremely unsatisfactory, etc. Regarding call origination, setting of call rejection can also be requested thereafter.
The input information display area 114 is an area in which various types of information input by the person-in-charge terminal 200 are displayed. The information that can be displayed here may be a PR statement of the person in charge or the company in which the person in charge works, a message desired to be sent from the person in charge to the visitor, various business matters, and the like.
The call button display area 116 is an area where a visitor using the visitor terminal 100 taps when responding to a call from the person-in-charge terminal 200.
The refusal button display area 118 is an area where the visitor using the visitor terminal 100 taps when he / she does not want to or can not respond to the call from the person-in-charge terminal 200.
When message communication is performed between the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200, it is not necessary to display the call button display area 116 and the rejection button display area 118, so this is omitted and input is performed. Making the information display area 114 larger is also a method.
FIG. 3 is a view showing an example of a screen displayed to disconnect the calling after answering the calling by tapping the call button display area 116 from the screen shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, when the user is satisfied with the communication with the sales person using the person in charge terminal 200, the O button display area 122 to be tapped and the communication with the sales person using the person in charge terminal 200 are not satisfied. A tapped x button display area 124 is shown.
The number of displayed asterisks displayed in the name display area 112 increases as the number of tapping the button display area 122 increases, and as the number of tapping the x button display area 124 increases, the name display area 112 is displayed. The number of displayed stars will be reduced. This process is performed by the processing terminal 400 as described above.
In order to prevent an incoming call from the calling source from being received on the screen shown in FIG. 3, an area may be provided to display an incoming call rejection button. Further, in the example shown in FIG. 3, an area for switching to transmission / reception of moving pictures, an area for switching to audio output from a speaker, and switching to mute are made adjacent to the ボ タ ン button display area 122 and the x button display area 124. Areas for each are shown.
Furthermore, in addition to the ボ タ ン button display area 122 and the x button display area 124, a ボ タ ン button display area is provided to include an evaluation that there is neither good nor bad for communication with a sales representative using the person-in-charge terminal 200 Three-step evaluation may be made possible. When the Δ button display area is tapped, the processing terminal 400 may not increase or decrease the number of displayed stars displayed in the name display area 112, for example. Also, instead of the three-level evaluation, it may be possible to realize five-level evaluation, ten-level evaluation, and the like.
Also, even when a message is received, as shown in FIG. 3, the circle button display area 122 and the circle button display area 124 are displayed. In this way, it is possible to transmit to the processing terminal 400 satisfaction / dissatisfaction with the communication with the sales representative using the person-in-charge terminal 200.
Next, with regard to typical operations of the social network system of the present embodiment, first, initial setting operations will be continued, and then operations during use will be described.
On the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200, the application program for the social network system of the present embodiment downloaded from a server (not shown) through the network 500 is installed. However, this application program may be installed on each of the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200 from the time of sale.
Next, the visitor and the sales representative operate the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200, respectively, and the name of the user, the name of the company in which the user works, and the telephone number assigned to the terminal, etc. While inputting the number, the unique ID used in the present social network system is selected and registered in the DB 300 through the application program. In this example, the telephone number is the caller code, and the name, company name, department name, etc. are caller information.
In the present embodiment, not only the above-mentioned name and telephone number but also any one of the address, the birthday, the blood type, the mail address, etc., as the registration target, may be registered as necessary. Instead of the name of the user, a unique ID, a user name such as a nickname, etc. can also be registered. Further, at this time, it is possible to select information which may be displayed on the call destination terminal. For example, the location of a company may be displayed, but the address of a home may not be displayed.
In the DB 300, various types of information transmitted from the visitor terminal 100 and the person-in-charge terminal 200 are stored in association with each other. In other words, the calling party information and the calling party code are stored in the DB 300 in a state of being associated with each other.
As a typical example, one sales representative may own a plurality of smartphones, for example, a smartphone for work and a smartphone for work, and in such a case, the sales representative Since it is possible to create a plurality of unique IDs, the caller information and the caller code are stored in the DB 300 for each unique ID in order to cope with this.
The above description is the description of the initial setting operation of the social network system of the present embodiment. Subsequently, the operation at the time of use will be described.
FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of an operation at the time of use of the social network system of the present embodiment. After the above-described initial setting is completed, the sales representative operates the person-in-charge terminal 200 to start the application program, and a callee code (for example, a telephone number) assigned to the visitor terminal 100 through this. Is selected and a call is made to the visitor terminal 100 for a call (step S1).
In this case, the calling party code assigned to the handling person terminal 200 from the handling person terminal 200 to the processing terminal 400 and the called party code assigned to the visitor terminal 100 are transmitted via the network 500. And sent to the processing terminal 400 (step S2).
When processing terminal 400 receives the calling party code and called party code transmitted from person-in-charge terminal 200, processing terminal 400 refers to DB 300 via network 500 based on these to make a call corresponding to the calling party code. While reading out the company name, department name, name and reputation information which is the person information, the unique ID which is the called party information corresponding to the called party code is read out (step S3).
Then, based on the unique ID of the person-in-charge terminal 200 read out from the DB 300, the processing terminal 400 similarly reads the company name, department name, name and reputation information concerning the person-in-charge terminal 200 read out from the DB 300 To the visitor terminal 100 (step S4).
Thus, the visitor terminal 100 can receive a call from the person-in-charge terminal 200, that is, can receive a call via the network 500 (step S5).
At this time, on the display of the visitor terminal 100, as shown in FIG. 2, the caller information and the reputation information transmitted from the processing terminal 400 as the company name, department name and name of the person-in-charge terminal 200 , And is displayed in the name display area 112 (step S6).
Therefore, the visitor operating the visitor terminal 100 selects whether to answer or reject the incoming call based on the caller information and the reputation information displayed on the display of the visitor terminal 100. Is possible. When a text message is transmitted from the person-in-charge terminal 200, voice reading may be performed, for example, on condition that the salesperson using the person-in-charge terminal 200 is highly evaluated.
Actually, it is assumed that the visitor taps the call button display area 116 to answer the incoming call, and a call is made between the visitor and the sales representative. Then, when the two parties' calls are ended, the visitor usually brings the visitor terminal 100 near the ear in front of his / her eyes in order to disconnect the call from the visitor terminal 100. Therefore, when a change in angular velocity exceeding a predetermined threshold is detected by a gyro sensor or the like built in the visitor terminal 100, the screen as shown in FIG. 3 is displayed on the display (step S7).
As a result, when the visitor is satisfied with the contents of the call with the sales representative, the タ ッ プ button display area 122 can be tapped, and otherwise, the ボ タ ン button display area 124 can be tapped. If any of these areas is tapped, the call is disconnected (step S8).
Thereafter, caller information and evaluation information corresponding to the tapped area are transmitted from the visitor terminal 100 to the processing terminal 400 via the network 500 (step S9).
When receiving the calling party information and the evaluation information transmitted from the visitor terminal 100, the processing terminal 400 accesses the DB 300 to update the evaluation information corresponding to the calling party information (step S10).
Although not shown in FIG. 4, if the above-mentioned visitor does not want to receive a call from the sales representative thereafter, the call rejection is made from the visitor terminal 100 to the processing terminal 400. You can request the setting of.
In this case, the processing terminal 400 may access the DB 300 to include the unique ID of the sales representative in the call rejection information of the visitor. In this case, when executing the process of step S3, the processing terminal 400 refers to the incoming call rejection information, and in the case where the unique ID of the calling source is included in the incoming call rejection information, the step It is recommended that the processing after S4 is not performed.
In the above, the operation when calling from the person in charge terminal 200 for a call has been described, but also when calling for sending a message, basically the same operation as calling for a call Is done.
The main difference between the two is
Prior to step S 1, the person in charge operates the person-in-charge terminal 200 to create a message to be sent to the visitor terminal 100;
No call connection is made between step S6 and step S7;
In step S7, although different from the screen of FIG. 3, displaying a screen for transmitting evaluation information;
-The step S8 is unnecessary because the call is not connected, and
The other than these may be almost the same as a call for a call.
As described above, according to the social network system of the present embodiment, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience in the sales activities by the phonebook function possessed by the smartphone etc., and to consider the benefit of the visitors as well. It becomes possible to provide a system.
That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a social network system that benefits both the calling party and the called party.
