本发明实施例提供了一种基于区块链的征信方法及装置。该方法适用于图1所示的应用场景,如图1所示,包括:一个或多个客户端101,例如,笔记本电脑,台式电脑或移动终端等等;一个或多个区块链节点102;一个或多个矿机103等等,例如,具有较强图形计算能力的计算机;其中,一个或多个客户端101和一个或多个矿机103,与一个或多个区块链节点102连接。

    根据所述企业综合信用确定个人信用,并记录在区块链中。
  6. 一种基于区块链的征信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一个人信用确定单元,用于根据员工个人信息确定个人信用,并记录在区块链中;
    第一担保确定单元,用于在所述员工同意为企业征信时,确定所述员工为所述企业提供有限担保责任;
    企业信用确定单元,用于根据所述个人信用,确定企业综合信用,并记录在区块链中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,企业信用确定单元还用于,
    确定所述员工的权重;
    根据所述员工的权重以及所述个人信用,确定所述企业信用。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,企业信用确定单元还用于,
    根据所述员工的工作年限、所述员工在所述企业的工作年限、所述员工的信用等级、所述员工的薪酬等级中的一项或多项确定所述权重。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二担保确定单元,用于在所述企业同意为所述员工征信时,确定所述企业为所述员工提供有限担保责任。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二个人信用确定单元用于,根据所述企业综合信用确定个人信用,并记录在区块链中。
