一种机械式锁止器状态显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及锁止器状态显示装置技术领域,特别涉及一种机械式锁止器状态显示装置。
背景技术
锁止器状态显示装置是关联锁止器锁止状态的一种装置,该装置的作用是为了使用户可以直观和准确的观察到锁止器所处的状态。
目前,大部分锁止器状态显示装置都是电子式状态显示装置。通过接收锁止或开锁的电子信号,亮起锁止状态和开锁状态所对应的指示灯,以达到锁止器状态显示的功能。但是,通过电子式状态显示装置去关联锁止器的锁止状态,必需消耗电能,不适用于低功耗设备中。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种机械式联动的且无需消耗电能的锁止器状态显示装置。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种机械式锁止器状态显示装置,包括设有显示窗口的锁止器装饰板、设于锁止器装饰板背面且位于显示窗口下方的显示块以及可驱动锁止器进行锁止和开锁的驱动块,所述显示块包括两个相互衔接的且颜色不同的显示平面,所述显示块和驱动块之间连接有弹性转动部件,所述弹性转动部件的中部设有一通孔,所述弹性转动部件的一端插入至显示块上所设的第一限位孔,所述弹性转动部件的另一端插入至驱动块上所设的第二限位孔,所述锁止器装饰板上连接有穿过弹性转动部件所设通孔的限位轴,所述驱动块驱动锁止器运动的同时通过弹性转动部件带动显示块相对锁止器装饰板的显示窗口滑动。
进一步地,所述显示块的显示平面的左右两侧延伸有滑动部,位于所述显示窗口的左右两侧设有两个分别与显示块的滑动部贴合的固定块。
进一步地,所述固定块上设有安装孔和定位孔,所述锁止器装饰板的背面设有与安装孔和定位孔配合的安装柱的定位柱。
进一步地,所述弹性转动部件为扭簧。
进一步地,所述显示块的显示平面的颜色分别为红色和绿色。
进一步地,所述显示窗口嵌入有透明的PC塑料片。
进一步地,所述限位轴包括一端设有凸台的左限位轴和一端设有盲孔的右限位轴,所述左限位轴的凸台穿过扭簧主体并继续插入至右限位轴的盲孔内。
有益效果:驱动块驱动锁止器进行锁止或开锁的同时会带动弹性转动部件转动,进而弹性转动部件带动显示块相对于显示窗口上下滑动,显示块包含了两个不同颜色的显示平面,通过显示窗口下方显示的不同颜色来辨识锁止器的状态,直观且方便。并且该显示装置为机械式联动显示装置,无需消耗电能,适用于低功耗设备中。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,本发明实施例一种机械式锁止器状态显示装置,包括设有显示窗口11的锁止器装饰板10、设于锁止器装饰板10背面且位于显示窗口11下方的显示块20以及可驱动锁止器进行锁止和开锁的驱动块70。其中,驱动块70连接有凸轮81、电机82以及复位弹簧83,在凸轮81和复位弹簧83的作用下可实现驱动块70的往复运动,进而实现锁止器的锁止和开锁。
显示块20包括两个相互衔接的且颜色分别红色和绿色的显示平面23,其中绿色的显示平面23位于红色的显示平面23的上部,设计绿色对应了锁止器的锁止状态,红色对应了锁止器的开锁状态。显示块20和驱动块70之间通过弹性转动部件连接,作为优选,弹性转动部件为扭簧50。扭簧50的一端插入至显示块20背部所设的第一限位孔21,扭簧50的另一端插入至驱动块70上所设的第二限位孔71,锁止器装饰板10上连接有穿过扭簧50主体的且固定在锁止器装饰板10上的限位轴。驱动块70驱动锁止器向前运动并进行锁止,扭簧50正向转动进而带动显示块20相对显示窗口11向下滑动,显示块20的绿色显示平面23停留在显示窗口11的下方,表示此时的锁止器为锁止状态;驱动器驱动锁止器向后运动并进行开锁,扭簧50反向转动进而带动显示块20相对显示窗口11向上滑动,显示块20的显示平面23由绿色切换为红色,并停留在显示窗口11的下方,表示此时的锁止器为开锁状态。通过这种机械式联动显示的方式来显示锁止状态,无需消耗电能,适用于低功耗设备中。
作为优选,显示块20的显示平面23的左右两侧延伸有滑动部22,位于显示窗口11的左右两侧设有两个分别与显示块20的滑动部22贴合的固定块30。并且固定块30上设有安装孔31和定位孔32,锁止器装饰板10的背面设有与安装孔31和定位孔32配合的安装柱12的定位柱13。本实施例中,滑动部22为由显示平面23向左右两侧延伸的两个边翼,固定块30与显示平面23的两个边翼贴合并通过安装孔31固定在锁止器装饰板10上。在左右两个固定块30的作用下,显示平面23被限制与显示窗口11紧贴,便于使用者透过显示窗口11清晰的观察到显示平面23的颜色,进而得到此时锁止器的锁止状态。定位孔32和定位柱13的设计,方便了固定块30的装配。
作为优选,限位轴包括一端设有凸台的左限位轴61和一端设有盲孔的右限位轴62,左限位轴61的凸台穿过扭簧50主体并继续插入至右限位轴62的盲孔内。扭簧50主体的内径大于凸台的直径,使得凸台可轻松穿入至扭簧50主体,也不会妨碍到扭簧50的转动;同时,扭簧50主体的外径小于左限位轴61主体和右限位轴62主体部分的直径,便于将扭簧50进行限位,防止扭簧50受力跑偏。
作为优选,显示窗口11嵌入有透明的PC塑料片40。该透明的PC塑料片40与显示窗口11密封连接,既可防水防风,又不阻挡视线。

  1. 一种机械式锁止器状态显示装置,其特征在于:包括设有显示窗口的锁止器装饰板、设于锁止器装饰板背面且位于显示窗口下方的显示块以及可驱动锁止器进行锁止和开锁的驱动块,所述显示块包括两个相互衔接的且颜色不同的显示平面,所述显示块和驱动块之间连接有弹性转动部件,所述弹性转动部件的中部设有一通孔,所述弹性转动部件的一端插入至显示块上所设的第一限位孔,所述弹性转动部件的另一端插入至驱动块上所设的第二限位孔,所述锁止器装饰板上连接有穿过弹性转动部件所设通孔的限位轴,所述驱动块驱动锁止器运动的同时通过弹性转动部件带动显示块相对锁止器装饰板的显示窗口滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机械式锁止器状态显示装置,其特征在于:所述显示块的显示平面的左右两侧延伸有滑动部,位于所述显示窗口的左右两侧设有两个分别与显示块的滑动部贴合的固定块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机械式锁止器状态显示装置,其特征在于:所述固定块上设有安装孔和定位孔,所述锁止器装饰板的背面设有与安装孔和定位孔配合的安装柱的定位柱。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的机械式锁止器状态显示装置,其特征在于:所述弹性转动部件为扭簧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的机械式锁止器状态显示装置,其特征在于:所述显示块的显示平面的颜色分别为红色和绿色。
