Description
本发明涉及利用固定的不加热的加湿元件、涉及借助水在空气中蒸发的制冷系统或装置,尤指一种水蒸发制冷的软垫。
利用蒸发降温原理制造出的降温产品,例如空调机、湿帘冷风机、风扇等。在使用过程中有的效果好但体积大、重量沉、使用成本高、能耗高;有的使用成本低能耗低,但降温效果不佳;这些产品都具有具有一定的局限性。
中国专利201510410496.4公开了一种水蒸发制冷结构和制冷装置,包括面板、底板、连接件和附着于面板或底板上的多孔材料,面板与底板间有与环境相通的空隙,该专利技术在应用过程中确实有很好的制冷效果,但在用于坐、卧具上时存在两个主要问题,一是缺乏柔软性,使用舒适性差;二是适应性不广,只能在高温季节使用,而不能四季通用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种水蒸发制冷的软垫。旨在解决舒适性和适应性的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种水蒸发制冷的软垫,包括面板、底板、连接件和附着于面板或底板上的多孔材料,面板与底板间有与环境相通的空隙,其特征在于:所述面板由软质材料制成,在面板和底板之间有若干弹性支撑柱连接。
进一步地:
所述底板的周边上有凸缘,使底板形成盘状积液盘,以防止加水过多无序流 淌造成污染。
在所述面板与底板间装有风机,用以强化蒸发效果。
所述的多孔材料是布。
所述的软质材料是硅胶或乳胶。
在本发明的第一实施例中,所述的弹性支撑柱是硅胶或乳胶制成。
在本发明的第二实施例中,所述的弹性支撑柱是弹簧。
所述的底板上设有加水口,以提供蒸发制冷所需的冷媒。
所述的连接件,采用刚性或弹性材料制成。
所述的底板可以采用软质材料制成,以满足舒适性的要求。
本发明的有益效果是:有效地解决了原专利技术在座、卧具应用上存在的舒适性差,不能四季通用的不足。可以广泛地使用在车辆、船舶、办公及其他需要降温的领域。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。

参见附图,本发明一种水蒸发制冷的软垫,包括面板11、底板12、连接件3和附着于面板或底板上的多孔材料2,面板11与底板12间有与环境相通的空隙7,其特征在于:所述面板11由软质材料制成,在面板11和底板12之间有若干弹性支撑柱4。
在本发明的实施例中:
所述底板12的周边上有凸缘5,使底板形成盘状积液盘,以防止加水过多无序流淌造成污染。
在所述面板与底板间装有风机,用以强化蒸发效果。
所述的多孔材料是布。
所述的软质材料是硅胶或乳胶。
在本发明的第一实施例中,所述的弹性支撑柱4是硅胶或乳胶制成。
在本发明的第二实施例中,所述的弹性支撑柱4是弹簧。
在所述的底板上设有加水口8,以提供蒸发制冷所需的冷媒。
所述的连接件3,采用刚性或弹性材料制成。
所述的底板12采用软质材料制成,以满足舒适性的要求。

- 一种水蒸发制冷的软垫,包括面板、底板、连接件和附着于面板或底板上的多孔材料,面板与底板间有与环境相通的空隙,其特征在于:所述面板由软质材料制成,在面板和底板之间有若干弹性支撑柱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:所述底板的周边上有凸缘,使底板形成盘状积液盘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:在所述面板与底板间装有风机。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:所述的多孔材料是布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:所述的软质材料是硅胶或乳胶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:所述的弹性支撑柱是硅胶或乳胶制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:所述的弹性支撑柱是弹簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:在所述的底板上设有加水口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水蒸发制冷的软垫,其特征在于:所述的连接件,采用刚性或弹性材料制成。
