- 一种护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,包括:导杆,一端设置有限位件;护瓶板,开设有缺口,所述限位件用于防止所述导杆的一端沿其轴向从所述缺口内脱出,所述缺口具有相互连通的导引位、嵌入位及收容位,所述导引位位于所述护瓶板的边缘,所述导杆能够从所述导引位卡入所述收容位内;及定位块,套设于所述导杆上,所述定位块具有嵌入部及抵靠部,所述嵌入部能够嵌设于所述嵌入位内,所述定位块能够通过快换工具抵靠所述抵靠部以快速脱出所述嵌入位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述限位件包括限位螺栓,所述导杆的一端沿其轴向开设有固定孔,所述限位螺栓穿设于所述固定孔内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述限位件还包括垫圈,所述垫圈套设于所述限位螺栓上,所述垫圈位于所述护瓶板的底部,所述垫圈的外径大于所述缺口的宽度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述嵌入位位于所述导引位与所述收容位之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述嵌入部为圆弧状,所述嵌入位为与所述嵌入部相对应的形状,圆弧状的所述嵌入部的半径方向沿靠近所述护瓶板方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,还包括缓冲圈,所述缓冲圈套设于所述导杆上且与所述导杆的外周缘直接接触,所述定位块内开设有收容槽,所述缓冲圈收容于所述收容槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,还包括快换工具,所述快换工具的一端开设有第一插口,所述第一插口的相对两侧形成抵持部,所述定位块的外周缘的相对两侧均形成有抵靠部,所述抵持部用于抵靠在所述抵靠部上,能够使所述嵌入部脱离所述嵌入位。
- 根据权利要求7所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述快换工具的另一端开设有第二插口,所述第二插口的相对两侧形成按压部,所述按压部用于按压所述定位块的顶面。
- 根据权利要求8所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述快换工具的一端与所述快换工具的另一端之间具有弯折部。
- 一种灌装机,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的护瓶板快换组件。
