Description

灌装机及其护瓶板快换组件 技术领域
本发明涉及灌装技术领域,特别是涉及一种灌装机及其护瓶板快换组件。
背景技术
同一种饮料和水,厂家往往会提供不同瓶型、不同容量的瓶子。所以在生产不同容量的产品时,就需要更换不同的护瓶板来适应,而护瓶板的更换速度则直接影响到生产的效率。
传统在更换护瓶板时,需要使用扳手来拆卸安装护瓶板的螺栓。每一个灌装阀都有护瓶板,所以当灌装头数较多时,护瓶板的更换耗时长,而且更换不方便。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述技术问题,提供一种可以快速更换护瓶板的灌装机及其护瓶板快换组件。
一种护瓶板快换组件,包括:
导杆,一端设置有限位件;
护瓶板,开设有缺口,所述限位件用于防止所述导杆的一端沿其轴向从所述缺口内脱出,所述缺口具有相互连通的导引位、嵌入位及收容位,所述导引位位于所述护瓶板的边缘,所述导杆能够从所述导引位卡入所述收容位内;及
定位块,套设于所述导杆上,所述定位块具有嵌入部及抵靠部,所述嵌入部能够嵌设于所述嵌入位内,所述定位块能够通过快换工具抵靠所述抵靠部以快速脱出所述嵌入位。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位件包括限位螺栓,所述导杆的一端沿其轴向开设有固定孔,所述限位螺栓穿设于所述固定孔内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位件还包括垫圈,所述垫圈套设于所述限位 螺栓上,所述垫圈位于所述护瓶板的底部,所述垫圈的外径大于所述缺口的宽度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述嵌入位位于所述导引位与所述收容位之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述嵌入部为圆弧状,所述嵌入位为与所述嵌入部相对应的形状,圆弧状的所述嵌入部的半径方向沿靠近所述护瓶板方向延伸。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括缓冲圈,所述缓冲圈套设于所述导杆上且与所述导杆的外周缘直接接触,所述定位块内开设有收容槽,所述缓冲圈收容于所述收容槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括快换工具,所述快换工具的一端开设有第一插口,所述第一插口的相对两侧形成抵持部,所述定位块的外周缘的相对两侧均形成有抵靠部,所述抵持部用于抵靠在所述抵靠部上,能够使所述嵌入部脱离所述嵌入位。
在其中一个实施例中,所述快换工具的另一端开设有第二插口,所述第二插口的相对两侧形成按压部,所述按压部用于按压所述定位块的顶面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述快换工具的一端与所述快换工具的另一端之间具有弯折部。

上述灌装机及其护瓶板快换组件至少具有以下优点:
需要更换护瓶板时,将快换工具的一端与定位块的抵靠部相作用,使定位块沿导杆远离限位件的方向移动,使嵌入部脱离嵌入位,然后将导杆从收容位经过导引位,导杆脱离缺口,可快速将护瓶板与导杆相分离。安装更换后的另一护瓶板时,将导杆通过护瓶板的导引位进入缺口,当导杆进入到收容位时,通过快换工具将定位块向下运动,使嵌入部嵌入到嵌入位内,可快速更换护瓶板,定位块和限位件可防止导杆沿其轴向运动。因此,通过快换工具可快速更换不同的换瓶板,以适应不同容量、不同类型的瓶子。

一实施方式中的灌装机,主要用于给不同瓶型、不同容量的瓶子进行物料灌装。具体地,灌装机包括护瓶板快换组件,通过该护瓶板快换组件可快速更换不同的护瓶板,提高工作效率。
请参阅图1,具体地,护瓶板快换组件10包括导杆100、护瓶板200、定位块300及快换工具400(如图2)。具体地,护瓶板快换组件10还可以省去快换 工具400,而通过单独购置快换工具400与之配套。导杆100主要用于安装护瓶板200,导杆100的一端设置有限位件500。护瓶板200上开设有缺口210,限位件500用于防止导杆100的一端沿其轴向从缺口210内脱出。
具体地,限位件500包括限位螺栓510及垫圈520,导杆100的一端沿其轴向开设有固定孔110,限位螺栓510穿设于固定孔110内。垫圈520套设于限位螺栓510上,垫圈520位于护瓶板200的底部,垫圈520的外径大于缺口210的宽度。
当然,在其它的实施方式中,还可以省去垫圈520,而将限位螺栓510的端部的尺寸设置成大于缺口210的宽度,能够限制导杆100沿其轴向从缺口210内脱出即可。在另外的实施方式中,限位件500还可以与导杆100一体成型,通过在导杆100的一端径向向外突出限位件500,限位件500的尺寸大于缺口210的宽度即可。
请一并参阅图2至图6,缺口210开设于护瓶板200的其中一侧。缺口210具有相互连通的导引位211、嵌入位212及收容位213,导引位211位于护瓶板200的边缘,导杆100能够从导引位211卡入收容位213内。具体到本实施方式中,嵌入位212位于导引位211与收容位213之间。当然,在其它的实施方式中,还可以收容位213位于嵌入位212与导引位211之间。
定位块300套设于导杆100上,定位块300具有嵌入部310及抵靠部320,嵌入部310能够嵌设于嵌入位212内,以限制护瓶板200与导杆100相脱离。具体到本实施方式中,嵌入部310为圆弧状,嵌入位212为与嵌入部310相对应的形状。圆弧状的嵌入部310的半径方向沿靠近护瓶板200的方向延伸,因此相对于脱离缺口210的方向形成倒伞状,可以有效防止定位块300脱出缺口210。
抵靠部320位于定位块300的外周缘,且外周缘的相对两侧均形成有抵靠部320。通过在定位块300的外周缘沿其轴向开设凹槽,能够形成台梯状的抵靠部320。当然,在其它的实施方式中,抵靠部320还可以为突出于定位块300周缘的突起等等,只要能够为翘起定位块300提供一支撑即可。或者为形成于所 述定位块300底部的台阶,通过快换工具400抵靠开台阶面即可撬动定位块300。
具体到本实施方式中,还包括缓冲圈600,缓冲圈600套设于导杆100上且与导杆100的外周缘直接接触,定位块300内开设有收容槽120,缓冲圈600收容于收容槽120内。缓冲圈600与导杆100的外周缘直接接触,且位于收容槽120内,因此可以增加定位块300与导杆100之间的摩擦力。
快换工具400用于使定位块300沿导杆100远离限位件500的方向移动以使嵌入部310从嵌入位212脱出。具体地,快换工具400可单独生产、销售,也可以与护瓶板快换组件10配套产生、销售。具体到本实施方式中,快换工具400的一端开设有第一插口410,第一插口410的相对两侧形成抵持部420,抵持部420用于抵靠在抵靠部320上,能够使嵌入部310脱离嵌入位212。有利于平稳的翘起定位块300。
当然,在其它的实施方式中,还可以在定位块300的底面设置以台阶,使台阶面与护瓶板200之间具有一定的间隙,通过快换工具400抵靠在台阶面上,以翘起定位块300。
具体到本实施方式中,快换工具400的另一端开设有第二插口430,第二插口430的相对两侧形成按压部440,按压部440用于按压定位块300的顶面。具体地,第二插口430的深度小于第一插口410的深度。快换工具400的一端与快换工具400的另一端具有弯折部450,因此当使用快换工具400撬动定位块300时,能够形成杠杆结构,更有利于节省力量。
上述护瓶板快换组件10的具体工作原理如下:
请参阅图2至图5,当需要更换护瓶板200时,将快换工具400的抵持部420与定位块300上的抵靠部320相抵,然后通过杠杆原理,使定位块300沿导杆100远离限位件500的方向移动,直到嵌入部310从嵌入位212中脱出。然后使导杆100从收容位213经嵌入位212移动到导引位211,然后脱出缺口210,即可分离导杆100和护瓶板200。
请参阅图6及图7,安装更换后的另一护瓶板200时,将导杆100通过护瓶板200的导引位211引入缺口210,当导杆100进入到收容位213时,通过快换 工具400另一端的按压部440按压定位块300,使嵌入部310嵌入到嵌入位212内,即可完成快速更换不同的护瓶板200,定位块300和限位件500可防止导杆100沿其轴向运动。因此,通过快换工具400可快速更换不同的换瓶板,以适应不同容量、不同类型的瓶子。

    导杆,一端设置有限位件;
    护瓶板,开设有缺口,所述限位件用于防止所述导杆的一端沿其轴向从所述缺口内脱出,所述缺口具有相互连通的导引位、嵌入位及收容位,所述导引位位于所述护瓶板的边缘,所述导杆能够从所述导引位卡入所述收容位内;及
    定位块,套设于所述导杆上,所述定位块具有嵌入部及抵靠部,所述嵌入部能够嵌设于所述嵌入位内,所述定位块能够通过快换工具抵靠所述抵靠部以快速脱出所述嵌入位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述限位件包括限位螺栓,所述导杆的一端沿其轴向开设有固定孔,所述限位螺栓穿设于所述固定孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述限位件还包括垫圈,所述垫圈套设于所述限位螺栓上,所述垫圈位于所述护瓶板的底部,所述垫圈的外径大于所述缺口的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述嵌入位位于所述导引位与所述收容位之间。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,还包括缓冲圈,所述缓冲圈套设于所述导杆上且与所述导杆的外周缘直接接触,所述定位块内开设有收容槽,所述缓冲圈收容于所述收容槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,还包括快换工具,所述快换工具的一端开设有第一插口,所述第一插口的相对两侧形成抵持部,所述定位块的外周缘的相对两侧均形成有抵靠部,所述抵持部用于抵靠在所述抵靠部上,能够使所述嵌入部脱离所述嵌入位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述快换工具的另一端开设有第二插口,所述第二插口的相对两侧形成按压部,所述按压部用于按压所述定位块的顶面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的护瓶板快换组件,其特征在于,所述快换工具的一端与所述快换工具的另一端之间具有弯折部。
  10. 一种灌装机,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的护瓶板快换组件。
