背景技术
随着城市化进程的进一步加快,市政公用设施建设发展迅速。市政、电力、通信、园林等部门有大量市政物件、设备、资产等需要管理,如电缆、设备箱、井盖、路灯杆、垃圾桶、古木等。
其中,井盖是一种用于遮盖道路或家中深井上、防止人或者物体坠落的物体,由于对井盖缺乏有效的实时监控和管理手段,容易受外力冲击或者人为偷窃等行为,导致井盖容易移位、破坏甚至被偷窃等。导致井盖不能发挥正常的作用,如果不能及时发现井盖以及井内的异常情况,会有严重的后果。
发明内容
基于此,提供一种井盖报警系统。
包括井体以及封盖井体的井盖;其特征在于,包括警示杆,所述警示杆一端与井体的内壁轴连接,并向上竖起伸出于井口,井盖位于警示杆上方并压住警示杆,以使警示杆绕轴转动至横向状态,当井盖从井体移开时,警示杆以绕着连接井体内壁的一端旋转为竖直状态;
所述警示杆为中空杆状物体,在警示杆内安装有电路板;
所述电路板包括主控芯片、分别与主控芯片连接的通信模块、报警器、及触发开关;
在井盖上开设有安装槽,在安装槽内安装有GPRS定位器,所述通信模块与GPRS定位器无线连接。
进一步的,所述井体内壁上设有底座,所述底座临近井盖,所述底座上开设有弹性件,所述警示杆一端通过弹性件与底座铰接,当井盖移开时,弹性件的弹力驱动警示杆翻转,警示杆另一端向上翘起以使警示杆处于竖直状态。
进一步的,所述通信模块为GPRS通信模块。
进一步的,所述触发开关为转角传感器。
进一步的,所述主控芯片为单片机。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,在一较佳的实施例中的一种井盖报警系统包括井体1以及封盖井体的井盖2,在井体1内设置有警示杆4,警示杆4一端与井体1的内壁轴连接,并向上竖起伸出于井口。井盖2位于警示杆4上方并压住警示杆4,以使警示杆4绕轴转动至横向状态,当井盖2从井体1移开时,警示杆4以绕着连接井体1内壁的一端旋转为竖直状态。
具体的,井体1内壁上设有底座3,该底座3临近井盖2设置,底座3上开设有弹性件(图未示出)。警示杆4一端通过弹性件与底座3铰接,当井盖2移开时,弹性件的弹力驱动警示杆4翻转,警示杆4另一端向上翘起以使警示杆4处于竖直状态。此时,警示杆4伸出井体外以警示,从而提醒行人及过往车辆,避免发生事故危险。弹性件为扭簧,也可以为其他具有弹性的弹片,能驱动警示杆4向上翻转即可。
本实施例中,为提高警示作用,报警器可为LED灯,警示杆4向上翻转时,LED灯亮以进行警示,通过LED灯,使得在夜间时警示更加明显,确保夜间时行人和车辆的安全。同时,警示杆设置为伸缩杆,通过类似弹簧的弹性件从而延伸伸缩杆,进而加长伸缩杆的长度,在伸缩杆翻转为竖直状态时,其高度就会 增加,方便人们看到,LED灯也可设置在伸缩杆较高的位置上,从而提高警示作用。
本实施例中,在警示杆4为中空杆状物体,在警示杆4内安装有电路板5,电路板5包括主控芯片52、分别与主控芯片52连接的通信模块53、报警器54、及触发开关51。同时,在井盖1上开设有安装槽,在安装槽内安装有GPRS定位器21,通信模块与GPRS定位器21无线连接。通过GPRS定位器21可定位井盖2的位置,便于在井盖2被盗窃或者丢失时寻找。
触发开关51为转角传感器,可感测警示杆4的旋转角度,当警示杆4从横向状态变为竖直状态时,触发开关51检测到这种角度的变化,从而触发主控芯片,进而启动与主控芯片52连接的通信模块53、报警器54。在主控芯片52内设定有阈值,优选的,该阈值设定为70-90度,警示杆4的旋转角度在这个角度范围内时,即会触发主控芯片。此时,主控芯片52启动通信模块53和报警器54,通信模块53可通过GPRS网络进而报警,且报警器54可提醒过往的人和车辆,避免事故的发生。
请参阅图4,主控芯片52采用单片机。通信模块53采用常规的GPRS模块,例如,型号为SIM800和SIM900的GPRS模块。采用GPRS通信模块,具有信号稳定、实用性强、有良好的扩展性,使用范围广,无需建设网络,只需在GPRS覆盖的区域即可使用,因此建设成本低。
还设置有监控终端,监控终端可为固定终端、移动终端的一种或几种,通信模块可通过GPRS网络与监控终端连接。通信模块可通过GPRS网络发送报警信号,通过GPRS网络向监控终端发送该井盖的地理位置。同时,可对每个井盖进行编号,通信模块也向监控终端发送井盖的编号,便于寻找。
本实施例中,在警示杆4内和安装槽内均设置有电源,用于提供电能,维持电路板5和GPRS定位器的电能需求。电源可直接连接市电或者擦可用锂电池或者蓄电池使用。
上述井盖报警系统,通过设置警示杆,井盖在井体内时,井盖在警示杆上方并抵住警示杆,以使警示杆处于横向状态或倾斜状态;当井盖从井体移开时,底座上的弹性件驱动警示杆翻转,则警示杆翻转变成竖直状态,触发开关检测 到这种变化,从而触发主控芯片,并启动通信模块和报警器,从而实现报警,在井盖上设置有GPRS定位器,便于井盖的定位寻找,报警器可提醒人和车辆,防止事故的发生。上述井盖报警系统适用于市政建设方面的井盖防盗,减少又偷盗井盖带来的损失。

  1. 一种井盖报警系统,包括井体以及封盖井体的井盖;其特征在于,包括警示杆,所述警示杆一端与井体的内壁轴连接,并向上竖起伸出于井口,井盖位于警示杆上方并压住警示杆,以使警示杆绕轴转动至横向状态,当井盖从井体移开时,警示杆以绕着连接井体内壁的一端旋转为竖直状态;
    所述警示杆为中空杆状物体,在警示杆内安装有电路板;
    所述电路板包括主控芯片、分别与主控芯片连接的通信模块、报警器、及触发开关;
    在井盖上开设有安装槽,在安装槽内安装有GPRS定位器,所述通信模块与GPRS定位器无线连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的井盖报警系统,其特征在于,所述井体内壁上设有底座,所述底座临近井盖,所述底座上开设有弹性件,所述警示杆一端通过弹性件与底座铰接,当井盖移开时,弹性件的弹力驱动警示杆翻转,警示杆另一端向上翘起以使警示杆处于竖直状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的井盖报警系统,其特征在于,所述通信模块为GPRS通信模块。
