单个照片编辑模块，用于对所述本地照片读选模块中的单个照片或视频文件进行一次或多次添加注释信息操作，所述注释信息包括文字注释、音频注释和图内标签注释的至少一种，所述单个照片编辑模块每完成一次所述添加注释信息操作,所述照片或视频文件即被添加一个注释组合；所述单个照片编辑模块还用于将所述照片或视频文件和所述注释组合一起执行上传云端服务器，或者用于将所编辑的所述注释组合添加到所述本地照片读选模块中并与所述照片或视频文件关联，所述本地照片读选模块将所选的所述照片和/或视频文件及所述所关联的注释组合一起执行上传云端服务器；如果在云端服务器中已有与所述执行上传云端服务器的所述照片和/或视频文件相同的所述照片和/或视频文件备份，则不重复上传所述照片和/或视频文件，仅将为所述照片和/或视频文件新添加的所述注释组合执行上传云端服务器并与云端服务器中的所述相同的照片和/或视频文件关联；单个所述照片或视频文件及所述所关联的所属注释组合构成单个照片数据集合；
主题相册编辑模块，用于根据设定主题将所述本地照片读选模块中所选的多个所述照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合编辑成组和/或添加描述说明信息，并生成一个主题相册；所述主题相册编辑模块还用于通过所述单个照片编辑模块对所述照片和/或视频文件添加新的所述注释组合或修改已添加的所述注释组合；所述主题相册中的全部所述照片和/或视频文件及通过所述主题相册编辑模块添加的所述描述说明信息和通过所述单个照片编辑模块为所述照片和/或视频文件添加的所述注释组合一起构成主题相册数据集合；所述主题相册编辑模块还用于将所述主题相册数据集合执行上传云端服务器；
单个照片查阅模块，用于从云端服务器读取所述单个照片数据集合，并在所述用户端设备中显示所述单个照片数据集合所含的所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合；所述单个照片查阅模块还用于链接查看相关主题相册，所述相关主题相册为与所述照片或视频文件相关的主题相册和/或与所述所属注释组合相关的主题相册；所述单个照片查阅模块还用于打开所述单个照片编辑模块，修改所述单个照片查阅模块中所显示的所述照片或视频文件所属注释组合，或者为所述照片或视频文件添加新的注释组合；所述单个照片查阅模块还用于打开所述主题相册编辑模块以创建新的主题相册，并用于将所述单个照片查阅模块中所显示的所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合一起添加到新的所述主题相册中；所述单个照片查阅模块，还用于将所显示的所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合一起分享给他人；
主题相册查阅模块，用于从云端服务器读取所述主题相册数据集合，并在所述用户端设备中集成显示所述主题相册数据集合所含内容；所述主题相册查阅模块还用于打开所述单个照片查阅模块以查看所述主题相册中的各个所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合，并链接查看所述相关主题相册；所述主题相册查阅模块还用于打开所述主题相册编辑模块，修改所述主题相册 查阅模块中所显示的所述主题相册内容；所述主题相册查阅模块还用于将所显示的所述主题相册分享给他人；
云照片库管理模块，用于读取云端服务器中存储的全部所述单个照片数据集合，并在所述用户端设备中提供全部所述单个照片数据集合中的照片和/或视频文件的缩略图的排列显示和分类管理；所述云照片库管理模块还用于通过点击所述照片或视频文件的缩略图以打开所述单个照片查阅模块，查看所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合；所述云照片库管理模块还用于对所述排列显示的所述照片和/或视频文件的缩略图进行一项或多项选择后，打开所述主题相册编辑模块创建新的主题相册，并将选择的所述缩略图所对应的所述照片和/或视频文件及其所属注释组合添加到所述新的主题相册中；所述云照片库管理模块还用于将所述照片和/或视频文件的缩略图所对应的所述照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合一起分享给他人；
主题相册管理模块，用于读取云端服务器中存储的全部所述主题相册数据集合，并在所述用户端设备中提供全部所述主题相册的缩略图的排列显示和分类管理；所述主题相册管理模块还用于通过点击所述主题相册的缩略图以打开所述主题相册查阅模块查看所述主题相册；所述主题相册管理模块还用于将所述主题相册的缩略图所对应的所述主题相册分享给他人。

文件排列显示单元，用于在文件显示区域排列显示从用户端设备中读取的所述照片和/或视频文件的缩略图，还用于通过点击所述照片或视频文件的缩略图以打开所述单个照片编辑模块，对所选的所述照片或视频文件添加所述注释组合。
文件选择操作单元，用于从所述文件排列显示单元中选择一个或多个所述照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合，执行上传云端服务器，或者执行打开所述主题相册编辑模块，将所述从文件排列显示单元中选择的一个或多个 所述照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合添加到所述主题相册编辑模块中，以编辑创建新的主题相册。

注释组合显示单元，用于显示通过所述注释组合选项单元选择的所述注释组合查阅选项所对应的所述注释组合中的注释信息；其中，所述文字注释在文字注释区显示，所述音频注释可点击音频键进行播放，所述图内标签注释在照片或视频中显示。

优选地，所述主题相册管理模块包括：
主题分类选项单元，用于提供所述主题相册的分类选项，以分类查阅从云端服务器读取的所述主题相册文件；
所述主题相册的分类选项包括时间选项、类别选项和作者选项的至少一种，所述时间选项用于显示所述从云端服务器中读取的全部所述主题相册并按创建或发布时间次序排列，所述类别选项用于根据所述主题相册的类别标签进行分类，所述作者选项用于根据所述主题相册的作者进行分类；

优选地，所述基于云计算技术的相册管理系统还包括搜索模块，所述搜索模块用于输入查询信息关键词，发送至云端服务器查找所述照片和/或视频文件以及所述主题相册，并提供搜索结果的文件排列显示和分类管理；所述搜索模块还用于通过点击所述排列显示的文件以打开所述单个照片查阅模块，查看所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合，以及用于通过点击所述排列显示的文件以打开所述主题相册查阅模块，查看所述主题相册。
优选地，所述照片和/或视频文件是由数字设备拍摄、扫描或处理而成的数字照片和/或数字视频文件。

本发明的另一个方面为一种如上述的基于云计算技术的用户端相册管理系统的交互方法，其特点在于，所述交互方法包括以下步骤：
通过所述本地照片读选模块读取用户端设备的存储单元中存储的照片 和/或视频文件，并排列显示所述照片和/或视频文件的缩略图；选择一个或多个所述照片和/或视频文件及对被选择的所述照片和/或视频文件执行上传云端服务器；
通过所述单个照片编辑模块对所述本地照片读选模块中的单个照片或视频文件进行一次或多次添加注释信息操作，所述注释信息包括文字注释、音频注释和图内标签注释的至少一种，所述单个照片编辑模块每完成一次所述添加注释信息操作，所述照片或视频文件即被添加一个注释组合；单个所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合构成单个照片数据集合；

本发明通过注释组合和主题相册两个相互独立又相互关联的模块化数据结构与系统模式，可以对单个照片或视频文件分次添加多个注释组合，且每个注释组合可包括多种形式的注释信息；也可以将多个照片和/或视频文件编辑生成主题相册，且其中每个照片或视频文件都可单独添加注释组合， 并可通过单个照片或视频文件及其所属注释组合与主题相册的关联信息，实现单个照片或视频文件与相关主题相册的关联查阅；根据用户所添加的注释信息和主题信息，还可通过关键词搜索对存储在云端的照片或视频文件和主题相册文件进行快速、精准的检索与查找；采用本发明的系统和方法，有效解决了现有云相册工具中缺少系统化注释功能的缺陷和问题，实现了对照片和视频文件的模块化注释和系统化管理，以及对云端存储的大量照片和视频文件的快速、精准的检索与查找，充分满足用户对所拍摄照片和视频的注释与存储需要，使用户能够完整地记录生活、留存记忆，以及便捷地查阅和尽兴地与亲友分享。

本发明基于云计算技术的用户端相册管理系统，需要在用户端设备中安装应用软件，其中至少包含以下七个互相关联、不可或缺的功能模块；或者使用网页浏览器软件或应用软件中的网页浏览器，从云端服务器读取系统文件与数据并在用户端显示操作界面，其中同样至少包含以下七个互相关联、不可或缺的功能模块：
请参见图1～2，本发明一种基于云计算技术的用户端相册管理系统，其中包括：本地照片读选模块1、单个照片编辑模块2、主题相册编辑模块3、单个照片查阅模块4、主题相册查阅模块5、云照片库管理模块6和主题相册管理模块7。
所述本地照片读选模块1，用于读取用户端设备10的存储单元9中存储的照片和/或视频文件，并排列显示照片和/或视频文件缩略图；本地照片读选模块1，还用于选择一个或多个照片和/或视频文件及对被选择的照片和/或视频文件执行上传云端服务器8。本地照片读选模块1中包括文件排列显示单元和文件选择操作单元。如图5所示，文件排列显示单元用于在文件显示区域排列显示从用户端设备中读取的照片和/或视频文件的缩略图，还用于通过点击照片或视频文件的缩略图以打开单个照片编辑模块2，对所点选的照片或视频文件添加注释组合。如图6所示，文件选择操作单元用于从文件排列显示单元中选择一个或多个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合，执行上传云端服务器8，或者执行打开主题相册编辑模块3，将从文件排列显示单元中选择的一个或多个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合添加到主题相册编辑模块3中，以编辑创建新的主题相册。
所述单个照片编辑模块2，用于对本地照片读选模块1中的单个照片和/或视频文件进行一次或多次添加注释信息操作，注释信息包括文字注释、音频注释和图内标签注释的至少一种，单个照片编辑模块2每完成一次添加注释信息操作，单个照片和/或视频文件即被添加一个注释组合；所述单个照片编辑模块2还用于将照片或视频文件和注释组合一起执行上传云端服务器8，或者用于将所编辑的注释组合添加到所述本地照片读选模块1中并与照片或视频文件关联，本地照片读选模块1将所选的照片和/或视频文件及所关联的注释组合一起执行上传云端服务器8。通过单个照片编辑模块2上传，一次只能上传一个照片或视频文件及所属注释组合；通过本地照片读选模块1可以将所选多个照片和/或视频文件，及各个所属注释组合一起操作上传；如果在云端服务器8中已有与执行上传云端服务器8的照片和/或视频文件相同的照片和/或视频文件备份，则不重复上传所述照片和/或视频文件，仅将为所述照片和/或视频文件新添加的注释组合执行上传云端服务器8并与云端 服务器8中的相同的照片和/或视频文件关联；单个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合构成单个照片数据集合，所属注释组合为通过单个照片编辑模块对同一个照片或视频文件的一次或多次添加注释信息操作所添加的全部所述注释组合或部分注释组合(如图2所示)。
如图7所示，单个照片编辑模块2中包括注释编辑单元，注释编辑单元包括文字注释编辑单元、音频注释编辑单元和图内标签注释编辑单元。文字注释编辑单元用于输入文字注释，一次编辑可添加一段文字；音频注释编辑单元用于输入音频注释，一次编辑可添加多个音频；图内标签注释编辑单元用于在照片或视频的图像上添加图内标签注释，图内标签注释包括文字标签注释和图形标签注释的至少一种，一次编辑可添加多个文字标签和/或图形标签。通过打开单个照片编辑模块2，选择文字注释编辑单元、音频注释编辑单元和图内标签编辑单元的至少一种为照片或视频文件添加注释信息，生成注释组合，同时将所有注释组合数据一起上传保存到云端服务器8；如果所选照片或视频文件还在用户端设备10中且未保存到云端服务器8，则与注释组合数据一起上传；一次编辑操作只能添加一个注释组合，且一个注释组合可包含多个音频和多个图内注释标签；对一个照片或视频文件可分次添加多个注释组合。完成一次单个照片编辑操作并添加注释组合后，也可打开主题相册编辑模块3，将之前所选照片或视频文件及其注释组合添加其中，并进而编辑主题相册。
所述主题相册编辑模块3,用于根据设定主题将本地照片读选模块1中所选的多个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合编辑成组和/或添加描述说明信息，并生成一个主题相册；所述主题相册编辑模块3还通过单个照片编辑模块2对照片和/或视频文件添加新的注释组合或修改已添加的注释组合；所述主题相册中的全部所述照片和/或视频文件及通过所述主题相册编辑模块3添加的所述描述说明信息和通过所述单个照片编辑模块2为所述照片和/或 视频文件添加的所述注释组合一起构成主题相册数据集合；主题相册编辑模块还用于将所述主题相册数据集合执行上传云端服务器8。
主题相册编辑模块3还用于将照片和/或视频文件按系统设定次序自动进行次序排列，所述系统设定次序有三种情况：所选照片和/视频文件的拍摄时间次序；或通过本地照片读选模块1进行选择操作时，对照片和/或视频文件的点选次序；或通过云照片库管理模块6进行选择操作时，对照片和/或视频文件的点选次序；主题相册编辑模块3中还包括文件排序管理模块，所述文件排序管理模块用于由用户手动设置所述照片和/或视频文件的次序排列。
主题相册编辑模块3由封面编辑模块和内容编辑模块两个子模块构成。如图8～9所示，封面编辑模块至少包括以下功能单元：a.封面照片编辑单元，用于从所添加的多个照片中选择一个作为主题相册的封面照片(默认选择第一个照片，用户可手动更换其它照片)；b.标题编辑单元，用于为主题相册输入文字标题；c.类别标签编辑单元，用于为主题相册添加类别标签，其中，类别标签为文字形式，用来描述主题相册的类别特征，以便对主题相册进行分类管理和搜索查找；类别标签可从系统提供的类别标签选项列表中进行选择，也可由用户创建生成，并作为选项添加到类别标签选项列表中；在一个主题相册中可添加多个类别标签；d.主题描述编辑单元，用于添加对所述主题相册内容的描述信息，描述信息包括文字描述和音频描述的至少一种，由用户输入文字和/或录入音频。
内容编辑模块用于显示添加到主题相册编辑模块3中的多个照片和/或视频文件并实现各项编辑操作，包括三个功能单元：单个照片编辑单元、插入项编辑单元和照片排序管理单元。
内容编辑模块提供缩略编辑和展开编辑两种编辑模式。如图8所示，在缩略编辑模式中，只显示各个照片或视频文件的缩略图；点击缩略图可打开 单个照片编辑模块2以添加注释组合；完成编辑后，在该照片或视频文件缩略图中显示注释标志；在缩略编辑模式中，不可插入文字和/或音频说明项。如图9所示，在展开编辑模式中通过单个照片编辑单元执行对各个照片和/或视频文件的编辑操作，并在一个连续的整体版面中分列显示各个照片和/或视频的编辑单元。在展开编辑模式中，可以插入文字和/或音频说明项。打开主题相册编辑模块3时，默认显示缩略编辑模式；点击模式切换键可切换到展开编辑模式。
单个照片编辑单元是单个照片编辑模块2的嵌入版模式，用于嵌入主题相册编辑模块3中以实现多个照片和/或视频编辑单元的单版面连续排列和集成编辑操作。单个照片编辑单元由照片和/或视频文件的缩略图显示区和注释编辑区构成。点击注释编辑区内的空白区域或者点击注释编辑选项，可为单个照片和/或视频文件添加注释组合；点击缩略图可打开单个照片编辑模块2添加注释组合。完成编辑后，在注释编辑区显示所添加的注释内容。
插入项编辑单元至少包括以下三个插入选项：a.插入文字说明，在照片和视频序列中间插入单独的文字，一个主题相册中可插入多段文字说明；b.插入音频说明，在照片和视频序列中间插入单独的音频，一个主题相册中可插入多个音频说明；c.插入照片或视频，在照片和视频序列中间插入新的照片或视频文件；照片排序管理单元用于在缩略编辑和展开编辑两种模式中统一管理多个照片和/或视频文件以及插入的单独文字和音频文件的编辑单元的排列顺序。系统默认将各文件编辑单元按其添加次序自动排序，并可手动调换排序位置。
用户打开主题相册编辑模块3，可对所选照片和/或视频文件进行集成编辑，并根据需要添加描述说明与注释组合；如未完成编辑，可保存为草稿以备以后继续编辑。点击完成键即完成一次主题相册编辑模块3编辑操作；通过一次主题相册编辑模块3编辑操作所添加的全部照片和/或视频文件及描 述说明信息与注释组合信息，即为一个主题相册数据集合。(如图2所示)
完成一个主题相册编辑操作后，将主题相册数据集合上传保存到云端服务器8；如果所选照片和/或视频文件还在用户端设备10中且未保存到云端服务器，则与主题相册数据集合一起上传；同时，将主题相册文件信息同步添加到该主题相册中的各个照片或视频文件的单个照片数据集合以及其中与该主题相册相关的注释组合中，以用于在查阅单个照片或视频文件与注释组合信息时，显示并链接相关联的主题相册。
所述单个照片查阅模块4，用于从云端服务器8读取单个照片数据集合，并在用户端设备10中显示单个照片数据集合所含的所述照片或视频文件及所属注释组合；单个照片查阅模块4还用于链接查看相关主题相册，相关主题相册为与所述照片或视频文件相关的主题相册和/或与其所属注释组合相关的主题相册；单个照片查阅模块4还用于打开单个照片编辑模块2，修改单个照片查阅模块4中所显示的照片或视频文件所属注释组合，或者为照片或视频文件添加新的注释组合；单个照片查阅模块4还用于打开主题相册编辑模块3以创建新的主题相册，并用于将所显示的单个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合一起添加到新的主题相册中；单个照片查阅模块4，还用于将所显示的照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合一起分享给他人。
如图10所示，单个照片查阅模块4由照片与视频显示单元、注释组合选项单元和注释组合显示单元构成。照片与视频显示单元用于显示照片文件或播放视频文件。注释组合选项单元，用于为照片或视频文件及所属注释组合提供注释组合查阅选项(如注释1、注释2、注释3…)，每个注释组合查阅选项对应一个注释组合，且一次只能选择一个所述注释组合查阅选项进行查阅；注释组合选项单元还包括相关主题链接键，点击相关主题链接键以通过打开主题相册查阅模块5，查看相关主题相册(如图2所示)。在未点击注释组合选项时，如果有与该照片或视频文件相关联的主题相册，则显示相关主 题链接键，点击相关主题键可直接打开主题相册查阅模块5，或者显示多个与照片或视频文件有关的主题相册查阅选项。点击注释组合选项时，通过注释组合显示单元显示该注释组合的注释信息；同时，如果该注释组合与主题相册有关联，则显示相关主题链接键，点击相关主题链接键可直接打开主题相册查阅模块5，显示多个与该注释组合有关的主题相册查阅选项。注释组合显示单元用于显示通过注释组合选项单元点选的注释组合查阅选项所对应的注释组合中的注释信息，且一次只能查阅并显示一个注释组合。其中，文字注释在文字注释区显示，音频注释可点击音频键进行播放，图内标签注释在照片或视频中显示。
用户打开单个照片查阅模块4，可随意查阅该照片或视频所属各项注释组合，并可查阅相关主题相册。点击编辑注释键，可打开单个照片编辑模块2，修改所选注释组合或添加新的注释组合。点击创建主题键，可打开主题相册编辑模块3，将该照片或视频文件及所选注释组合添加其中，并进而编辑主题相册。点击分享键，可将该照片或视频文件及所选注释组合分享给他人。点击收藏键可收藏该照片或视频文件以便于查找。
所述单个照片查阅模块4还用于查看本地照片读选模块1中的照片或视频文件及所属注释组合，所述单个照片查阅模块4还用于打开单个照片编辑模块2为照片或视频文件添加新的注释组合或修改已添加的注释组合。
所述主题相册查阅模块5，用于从云端服务器8读取主题相册数据集合，并在用户端设备10中集成显示主题相册数据集合所含内容；主题相册查阅模块5，还用于打开单个照片查阅模块4以查看照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合，并链接查看其它相关主题相册；主题相册查阅模块5，还用于打开所述主题相册编辑模块3，修改主题相册查阅模块5中所显示的主题相册内容；主题相册查阅模块5，还用于将所显示的主题相册分享给他人。
主题相册查阅模块5还用于按序排列并显示主题相册数据集合中的照片 和/或视频文件及所属相关注释组合，所述按序排列是按主题相册通过主题相册编辑模块3被创建生成时所设定的照片和/或视频排列次序，相关注释组合是主题相册通过主题相册编辑模块3被创建生成时对照片和/视频文件添加的注释组合；主题相册查阅模块5还用于通过点击排列显示的照片或视频文件以打开单个照片查阅模块4，显示照片或视频文件及所属注释组合。
主题相册查阅模块5由封面显示模块和内容显示模块两个子模块构成；内容显示模块包括两个功能单元：单个照片查阅单元和主题说明项显示单元。主题相册查阅模块5提供缩略查阅和展开查阅两种查阅模式。如图11所示，在缩略查阅模式中，只显示标题和按编辑主题相册时设定的次序排列的照片和/或视频文件的缩略图。点击照片和/或视频文件的缩略图，可打开单个照片查阅模块4，并显示与本主题相册相关的注释组合；也可点击注释组合选项，查看该照片或视频所属的其它注释组合，并可链接查看与该照片或视频及其注释组合相关的其它主题相册。
如图12所示，在展开查阅模式中，通过封面显示模块显示所有各项封面内容，通过内容显示模块按编辑主题相册时设定的次序显示主题相册所包含的照片和/或视频以及插入其中的各个主题说明项。在内容显示模块中，通过单个照片查阅单元显示各个照片或视频文件及其注释组合，通过主题说明项显示单元显示插入的文字或音频说明项。展开查阅模式在一个连续的整体版面中分列显示上述各项内容。打开主题相册查阅模块5时，默认显示展开查阅模式，点击模式切换键，可切换为缩略查阅模式。
封面显示模块至少包括以下功能单元：a.标题显示单元，用于显示主题相册的标题；b.类别标签显示单元，用于显示一个或多个主题相册类别标签；c.主题描述显示单元，用于显示文字描述和/或音频描述，音频描述显示为音频图标，点击音频图标以播放音频。
单个照片查阅单元是单个照片查阅模块4的嵌入版模式，用于嵌入主题 相册查阅模块5中以在展开查阅模式中实现多个照片和/或视频编辑单元的单版面连续排列和集成显示；通过单个照片查阅单元以显示主题相册中的照片和/或视频文件以及相关注释组合信息；点击照片或视频文件，可打开单个照片查阅模块4，显示单个照片或视频及所属与本主题相册相关的注释组合；也可点击注释组合选项，查看该照片或视频所属的所有其它注释组合，并可链接查看与该照片或视频及其注释组合相关的其它主题相册(如图2所示)。
主题说明项显示单元用于显示插入照片和视频序列中间的单独文字说明项和音频说明项。文字说明项显示文字；音频说明项显示音频键，点击可播放音频。
用户打开主题相册查阅模块5，可通过展开版模式详细查阅各项内容，也可切换至缩略版模式进行快捷浏览。点击主题编辑键可打开主题相册编辑模块3对该主题相册内容进行编辑修改操作；点击分享键，可将该主题相册分享给他人。点击收藏键可收藏该主题相册以便于查找。
所述云照片库管理模块6，用于读取云端服务器8中存储的全部单个照片数据集合，并在用户端设备10中提供全部单个照片数据集合中的照片和/或视频文件的缩略图的排列显示和分类管理；云照片库管理模块6，还用于通过点击照片或视频文件的缩略图以打开单个照片查阅模块4，查看照片或视频文件及所属注释组合；云照片库管理模块6，还用于对排列显示的照片和/或视频文件的缩略图进行一项或多项选择后，打开主题相册编辑模块3创建新的主题相册，并将选择的缩略图所对应的照片和/或视频文件及其所属注释组合添加到新的主题相册中；云照片库管理模块6，还用于将照片和/或视频文件的缩略图所对应的照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合一起分享给他人。
如图13所示，云照片库管理模块6由文件分类选项单元、文件排列显示 单元和文件选择操作单元构成。
文件分类选项单元用于对来自云端服务器的照片和视频文件进行分类，以便用户查阅。照片分类管理单元包括以下两级分类选项操作栏：
一级为文件类型选项栏，按文件类型对照片和视频文件进行分类；分类选项包括：全部、照片、视频、自拍、全景照片、延时摄影、慢动作、连续拍照、动图、屏幕快照和下载文件的至少一种；系统默认显示全部，可切换其它选项。
二级为文件属性选项栏，用于按不同属性和特征信息对照片和/或视频文件进行分类，文件属性选项包括时间属性、地点属性、人物属性和景物属性的至少一种；时间属性用于根据照片和/或视频文件的创建时间按序排列，系统默认显示时间属性，可切换上述其它选项；地点属性用于根据照片和/或视频文件中的地理位置信息进行分类，并在地图上按地理位置显示所述照片和/或视频文件缩略图；人物属性用于根据照片和/或视频文件中的人物特征信息进行分类；景物属性用于根据照片和/或视频中的景物特征信息进行分类。属性选项还可包括收藏属性，在收藏选项中，显示用户点击收藏的所有照片和视频。
文件排列显示单元，用于在文件显示区域显示所选的分类选项中所含的照片和/或视频文件的缩略图，并按设定次序排列；文件排列显示单元还用于通过点击照片或视频文件的缩略图以打开单个照片查阅模块4，查看照片或视频文件及所属注释组合，并链接查看相关主题相册。文件选择操作单元，用于从文件排列显示单元中选择一个或多个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合，执行打开主题相册编辑模块3，将从文件排列显示单元中选择的一个或多个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合添加到主题相册编辑模块3中，以编辑创建新的主题相册，或者执行将从文件排列显示单元中选择的一个或多个照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合分享给他人。
所述主题相册管理模块7，用于读取云端服务器8中存储的全部主题相册数据集合，并在用户端设备10中提供全部主题相册缩略图或主题相册封面照片缩略图的排列显示和分类管理；主题相册管理模块7还用于通过点击主题相册的缩略图以打开主题相册查阅模块5查看主题相册；主题相册管理模块7还用于将主题相册缩略图所对应的主题相册分享给他人。
如图14所示，主题相册管理模块7由主题分类选项单元和文件排列显示单元构成。主题分类选项单元,用于提供所述主题相册的分类选项，以分类查阅从云端服务器8读取的所述主题相册文件；主题相册的分类选项包括时间选项、类别选项、作者现象和收藏的至少一种，系统默认显示时间选项，可切换上述其它选项；在时间选项显示所述从云端服务器8中读取的全部主题相册并按创建或发布时间次序排列，在类别选项中根据主题相册的类别标签进行分类，在作者选项中根据主题相册的作者进行分类，在收藏选项中显示用户点击收藏的所有主题相册。文件排列显示单元，用于在文件显示区域显示所选的分类选项中所含的主题相册的缩略图或封面照片缩略图和标题，并按设定次序排列；文件排列显示单元还用于通过点击封面照片缩略图以打开主题相册查阅模块5，查看主题相册的各项内容。
本发明基于云计算技术的用户端相册管理系统还包括搜索模块11，搜索模块11用于输入查询信息关键词，发送至云端服务器8查找照片和/或视频以及主题相册，并提供搜索结果的文件排列显示和分类管理；搜索模块还用于通过点击排列显示的文件以打开单个照片查阅模块4，查看照片或视频文件及所属注释组合，以及用于通过点击所述排列显示的文件以打开主题相册查阅模块5，查看主题相册所含内容。
搜索模块11由输入单元和信息显示单元构成。输入单元用于输入查询信息关键词，然后发送至云端服务器，根据照片或视频文件信息及其注释组合信息，以及主题相册的各项信息进行检索与查找；也可输入多个查询信息关 键词，一并发送至后台进行交叉比对检索。通过输入单元，还可输入图片或音频，将输入的信息发送至云端服务器进行特征比对查找。如图15所示，在输入单元输入查询信息关键词时，可在信息显示单元提供历史搜索信息和推荐搜索信息等。如图16所示，在完成输入并执行搜索操作后，在信息显示单元显示搜索结果的照片、视频文件缩略图和主题相册文件缩略图的排列显示。点击照片或视频文件缩略图，可打开单个照片查阅模块4进行查阅；点击主题相册文件缩略图，可打开主题相册查阅模块5进行查阅。
如图17所示，本发明基于云计算技术的用户端相册管理系统还包括群组共享相册模块，群组共享相册模块用于从云端服务器8读取由多个用户共同组建的用户群组中由群组成员所共享的照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合和/或主题相册文件，并在所述用户端设备10中提供全部共享文件缩略图的排列显示和分类管理；群组成员用户可通过主题相册查阅模块5或主题相册管理模块7将自己的主题相册分享到用户群组，也可通过单个照片查阅模块4或云照片库管理模块6将自己的照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合分享到用户群组，以供所有群组成员共享；群组成员用户可通过群组共享相册模块查阅共享文件，点击主题相册文件缩略图可打开主题相册查阅模块5查看主题相册所含内容，点击照片或视频文件缩略图可打开单个照片查阅模块4查看单个照片或视频文件及所属注释组合。
如图18所示，本发明基于云计算技术的用户端相册管理系统还包括共享照片库管理模块，共享照片库管理模块用于从云端服务器8读取用户所参与的所有用户群组中共享的照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合和/或共享的主题相册中所含的照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合，并用于在用户端设备10中提供照片和/或视频文件的缩略图的排列显示和分类管理；所述共享照片库管理模块还用于通过点击照片或视频文件的缩略图以打开单个照片查阅模块4，查看照片或视频文件及所属注释组合；所述共享照片库管理模 块还用于对排列显示的照片和/或视频文件的缩略图进行一项或多项选择后，打开主题相册编辑模块3创建新的主题相册，并将选择的缩略图所对应的照片和/或视频文件及其所属注释组合添加到新的主题相册中；所述共享照片库管理模块，还用于将照片和/或视频文件的缩略图所对应的所述照片和/或视频文件及所属注释组合一起分享给他人。本发明所述照片和视频文件是由数字设备拍摄、扫描或处理而成的数字照片和视频文件。
本发明所述用户端设备10包括个人电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、智能电视或穿戴式电子产品。

    注释组合显示单元，用于显示通过所述注释组合选项单元选择的所述注释组合查阅选项所对应的所述注释组合中的注释信息；其中，所述文字注释在文字注释区显示，所述音频注释可点击音频键进行播放，所述图内标签注释在照片或视频中显示。
