Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'expression pour la production de protéines recombinantes, en particulier un système d'expression de translocase à arginine double (Tat). La présente invention concerne une cellule qui est modifiée au moyen du système d'expression de Tat, des cultures comprenant la cellule, et un procédé de production de polypeptides recombinants à l'aide de la cellule. L'invention concerne également des peptides signal améliorés pour la sécrétion de protéines recombinantes par l'intermédiaire de la voie Tat.
