本发明涉及蓝牙开关技术领域,尤其涉及一种蓝牙面板开关。
背景技术
目前市场上面板开关绝大多数都没有遥控功能,而且面板开关的安装方式也存在适用范围小的问题,一般情况下,现有的面板开关固定在墙上,拆卸之后便无法工作。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对上所述现有技术中面板开关绝大多数都没有遥控功能,而且面板开关的安装方式也存在适用范围小的问题,一般情况下,现有的面板开关固定在墙上,拆卸之后便无法工作的问题,提供一种蓝牙面板开关。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种蓝牙面板开关,包括:
盒体,盒体表面开设有一开口;
固定板,所述固定板固定于所述盒体内部并处于所述开口中,所述固定板上设置有吸附装置;
操作面板,所述操作面板包括壳体、多个按键及蓝牙模块,多个所述按键设置于所述壳体表面,所述蓝牙模块设置于所述壳体内部并电性连接于多个所述按键,所述壳体通过后侧吸附于所述吸附装置以使所述操作面板固定于所述固定板上。
在本发明所述的蓝牙面板开关中,所述盒体包括上盖及底盖,所述上盖通过卡合件卡定于所述底盖以形成一容纳腔,所述上盖开设有所述开口。
在本发明所述的蓝牙面板开关中,所述上盖的开口两侧设置有凹槽,通过所述 凹槽可取出所述操作面板。
在本发明所述的蓝牙面板开关中,所述固定板通过螺丝固定于所述盒体内部。
在本发明所述的蓝牙面板开关中,所述吸附装置为磁铁,所述壳体的后侧可吸附于所述磁铁上。
在本发明所述的蓝牙面板开关中,所述蓝牙模块包括蓝牙芯片、蓝牙天线、电性连接于所述蓝牙芯片及所述蓝牙天线之间的滤波电路。
在本发明所述的蓝牙面板开关中,所述蓝牙芯片包括多个按键端口,多个所述按键端口分别电性连接于多个所述按键。
在本发明所述的蓝牙面板开关中,所述蓝牙芯片的型号为TLSR8266或TLSR8267。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描所述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种蓝牙面板开关100,其目的在于,该蓝牙面板开关100具备蓝牙遥控功能,该面板开关的安装方式适用范围广泛,也可以通过传统的86盒固 定在墙上,也可以从86盒上拆卸下来独立工作。
参见图1,图1为本发明一实施例提供的一种蓝牙面板开关100的结构爆炸图,该蓝牙面板开关100包括盒体1、固定板2及操作面板3。
盒体1表面开设有一开口10;所述盒体1包括上盖11及底盖12,所述上盖11通过卡合件13卡定于所述底盖12以形成一容纳腔,所述上盖11开设有所述开口10。所述上盖11的开口10两侧设置有凹槽110,通过所述凹槽110可取出所述操作面板3。
所述固定板2固定于所述盒体1内部并处于所述开口10中,所述固定板2上设置有吸附装置21。优选的,所述固定板2通过螺丝20固定于所述盒体1内部。
所述操作面板3包括壳体31、多个按键32及蓝牙模块33,多个所述按键32设置于所述壳体31表面,所述蓝牙模块33设置于所述壳体31内部并电性连接于多个所述按键32,所述壳体31通过后侧吸附于所述吸附装置21以使所述操作面板3固定于所述固定板2上。例如:所述吸附装置21为磁铁,所述壳体31的后侧可吸附于所述磁铁上。参见图2,图2为本发明一实施例提供的一种蓝牙面板开关100的正面示意图。图中虽注明了各个按键32的功能,但实际应用中,按键32位置可随意设定。
参见图3,图3为本发明一实施例提供的一种蓝牙面板开关100的电路图。所述蓝牙模块33包括蓝牙芯片331、蓝牙天线332、电性连接于所述蓝牙芯片331及所述蓝牙天线332之间的滤波电路333,滤波电路包括多个电容及电感。所述蓝牙芯片331包括多个按键32端口(CK/I2CSCL/F[1]、DO/UCTS/F[0]、DI/I2CSDA/F[7]、CN/URTS/E[6]及PIN/C[2]、P2/C[4]),多个所述按键32端口分别电性连接于多个所述按键32(RGB、ON/OFF、DIM-、DIM+及CCT,即RGB炫彩、开关、亮度-、亮度+及色温调节)。图中,蓝牙模块33采用3V电池334供电,优选的,所述蓝牙芯片331的型号为TLSR8266或TLSR8267。如此,通过蓝牙天线332向外发射蓝牙控制信号,例如使蓝牙天线332与外部的智能灯进行蓝牙配对,通过按下对应的按键32,使智能灯执行对应的功能,如智能灯内置音箱,该音箱的音量通过按键32控制,智能灯内部的RGB灯的发光色彩及色温也可通过按键32控制,如此,即可实现蓝牙遥控灯光音乐炫彩的效果。

  1. 一种蓝牙面板开关,其特征在于,包括:
    盒体,盒体表面开设有一开口;
    固定板,所述固定板固定于所述盒体内部并处于所述开口中,所述固定板上设置有吸附装置;
    操作面板,所述操作面板包括壳体、多个按键及蓝牙模块,多个所述按键设置于所述壳体表面,所述蓝牙模块设置于所述壳体内部并电性连接于多个所述按键,所述壳体通过后侧吸附于所述吸附装置以使所述操作面板固定于所述固定板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙面板开关,其特征在于,所述盒体包括上盖及底盖,所述上盖通过卡合件卡定于所述底盖以形成一容纳腔,所述上盖开设有所述开口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的蓝牙面板开关,其特征在于,所述上盖的开口两侧设置有凹槽,通过所述凹槽可取出所述操作面板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙面板开关,其特征在于,所述固定板通过螺丝固定于所述盒体内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙面板开关,其特征在于,所述吸附装置为磁铁,所述壳体的后侧可吸附于所述磁铁上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙面板开关,其特征在于,所述蓝牙模块包括蓝牙芯片、蓝牙天线、电性连接于所述蓝牙芯片及所述蓝牙天线之间的滤波电路。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的蓝牙面板开关,其特征在于,所述蓝牙芯片包括多个按键端口,多个所述按键端口分别电性连接于多个所述按键。
