背景技术
目前电视一般采用一体化方案,即电视机内部集成电视主板电路和音响单元等,因为电视面板足够大,因此可以在电视面板背面进行天线布放。
目前电视终端的发展趋势是大屏化、轻薄化,一种解决思路是将电视机的音响单元及主板电路独立出来,独立成特殊的主机单元(soundbar单元),其他部分保留在显示单元,从而形成分体式电视,这样做可以让显示单元做得很薄,分体式电视主要包括:带电视主板的主机单元(soundbar单元)和电视显示屏。
然而智能电视内部的主板电路上可能存在多个天线,常规一体化电视背板尺寸比较大时,有足够的空间实现多个天线排放;而对于分体式电视,集成电视主板的soundbar单元尺寸较小,多个天线距离太近,容易相互干扰,导致无法正常工作。
可见一体化电视机存在其固有缺点,即电视受限于内部音响单元和主板电路等,厚度无法做得很薄;而分体式电视机因为主机单元内部同时存在多个天线,是个技术难点。如果天线设计不合理的话,天线之间容易相互干扰,从而导致系统功能无法正常实现。
发明内容
为了解决当前分体式电视内部天线之间容易相互干扰的技术问题,本申请提供了一种分体式电视及其主机单元。

可选地,天线的根数N为偶数时,每两根天线垂直在主板区域排布形成一个天线组,在有多个天线组时,天线组之间在主板区域分开排布。本实施例中,对于有偶数根天线的情况,尽可能地利用天线组的优点,减少天线排布占用的空间,并尽可能远地拉开天线组之间的距离,从而可以将多根天线之间的干扰降到最低。
可选地,天线的根数N为奇数时,N-1根天线中,每两根天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组,在有多个天线组时,天线组之间在主板区域分开排布,另外,天线组与剩余的未在天线组中的1根天线分开布置,本实施例中,对于有奇数根天线的情况,尽可能地利用天线组的优点,减少天线排布占用的空间,并尽可能远地拉开天线组之间的距离,从而可以将多根天线之间的干扰降到最低。
可选地,主板区域103包括主电路板103a、按键板103b和电源板103c,其中主电路板103a和电源板103c分别连接在按键板103b的两端。
在有多个天线组时,其中至少一个天线组排布在主电路板103a上,且其余天线组排布在电源板103c上。
主电路板分布有电视主要电路;按键板103b是用户和设备的接口,和传统电视按键板实现的功能类似,用户通过按键输入,实现电视频道、音量等的更改,同时按键板集成红外接收电路,实现对遥控器信号的接收,按键板功能比较成熟,可以参考传统电视按键板的制作方式;电源板103a上具有用于为主机单元供电的电源模块。
本实施例中,将天线组分开布置在按键板103b两侧的主电路板103a和电源板103c,按键板103b对于天线类似一个分割面,从而提高左右侧天线之间的隔离度。
具体布置时,对于仅有一个天线组和1根天线的情况,可以将一个天线组排布在主电路板,将其余的1根天线排布在电源板上,当然,也可以将一个天 线组排布在电源板上,将其余的1根天线排布在主电路板上。
电视天线一般包括WIFI天线(支持多输入输出MIMO功能则需要两根WIFI天线)、蓝牙天线和遥控器天线。这4根天线在电视背板尽量远离,以实现彼此之间互不干扰并行工作。
考虑到产品外观简洁,电视天线全部采用内置方式。
可选地,本实施例中主板区域103上布置4根天线,分别为第一WIFI天线、第二WIFI天线、蓝牙天线和遥控器天线。
第一WIFI天线的天线频率为2.4GHZ,第二WIF天线的天线频率为5GHZ,或者,第一WIFI天线的天线频率为5GHZ,第二WIF天线的天线频率为2.4GHZ,蓝牙天线的天线频率为2.4GHZ,智能遥控器天线的天线频率为2.4GHZ,当然还可以是其他频率的天线。
下面以主板区域上排布这四根天线为例,给出本发明分体式电视的优选实施例。
如图1所示,分体式电视包括通过线缆连接的主机单元(soundbar单元)10和显示单元20。
其中,显示单元20为电视机的屏幕,和电脑液晶显示屏类似,因为内部功能单一,可以实现电视屏幕较薄。
主机单元10,是集成电视主板模块的soundbar,包括主板区域和音响区域,如图2所示,和传统的soundbar类似,Soundbar单元的两侧为喇叭,即音响区域包括布置第一喇叭的第一音响子区域101和布置第二喇叭的第二音响子区域102,所述第一音响子区域101和第二音响子区域102布置在主板区域103的两侧。
如图3所示,主板区域103包括主电路板103a、按键板103b和电源板103c,其中主电路板103a和电源板103c分别连接在按键板103b的两端。
电源板103c上布置有电源模块,该电源模块实现市电(90V~240V)转换,为主机单元提供直流供电。
主电路板103a上布置有电视主芯片、连接第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线的WIFI模块、连接蓝牙天线的蓝牙模块、实现音频处理的音频电路。
电视主芯片主要包括中央处理单元CPU+内存DDR+EMMC(Embedded Multi Media Card)。本实施例中主电路板和现有一体化电视内部主电路板功能相同,只是根据soundbar结构需要,将主电路板形状制作成长方形。
按键板103c是用户和设备的接口,和传统电视按键板实现的功能类似。用户通过按键输入,实现电视频道、音量等的更改,同时按键板集成红外接收电路,实现对遥控器信号的接收。按键板功能比较成熟,可以参考传统电视按键板的制作方式。
对于主板区域的4根天线,由于主机单元本身比较小,两边又被喇叭占用,为了避免喇叭外部金属网对天线的屏蔽,4天线只能布放在主板区域。同时在狭小的主板区域布放4根可能工作在同频(2.4G)的天线,是分体式电视设计的一大挑战。
为了实现分体式电视的性能,需要考虑到以下因素:
1)WIFI性能对分体式电视十分重要,因此要优先满足WIFI性能要求;
2)WIFI天线之间需要满足一定的隔离度要求(大于15dB),这样才能保证不被互相干扰;
3)WIFI天线和蓝牙天线/遥控器天线之间要满足较大的隔离度要求(大于30dB),这样才能保证WIFI天线和蓝牙天线/遥控器天线之间不会互相干扰;
4)蓝牙天线和遥控器天线需要满足一定的隔离度要求(大于20dB),这样才会保证蓝牙天线和遥控器天线之间不会互相干扰。
可见不同的天线之间对隔离度的要求是不同的,为了满足各天线之间不被互相干扰而能够正常工作,本实施例中,如图3所示,第一WIFI天线A1横向排布,第二WIFI天线A2竖向排布,第一WIFI天线A1和第二WIFI天线A2的排布是垂直排布,以通过空间正交来实现两者的隔离度要求。如图3所示,遥控器天线B1是横向排布的,蓝牙天线B2是竖向排布的,遥控器天线B1和蓝牙B2也通过彼此垂直排布,同样通过空间正交实现两者的隔离度。
当然,第一WIFI天线A1和第二WIFI天线A2之间的位置可以对调,即第一WIFI天线A1竖向排布,第二WIFI天线A2横向排布,不会影响性能;蓝牙天线和遥控器天线也可以交换位置,即遥控器天线B1是竖向排布的,蓝牙天线 B2是横向排布的,不影响性能。
本实施例中第一WIFI天线和第二WIF天线排布形成的天线组,与蓝牙天线和遥控器天线排布形成的天线组通过距离来提高隔离度,两个天线组分别布置在主电路板103a远离按键板103b的一端和电源板103c远离按键板103b的一端,中间通过按键板103b分隔开两者,按键板103b对于天线类似一个分割面,从而提高左右侧天线组之间的隔离度。
本实施例中,主板区域和音响区域置于同一外壳中,外壳采用塑料或金属,是主机单元的容器,类似传统的soundbar外壳方案。
当4根天线采用上述布置时对天线的隔离度进行测试,如图4为测试的第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线之间的隔离度示意图,图5为本发明实施例测试的蓝牙天线和遥控器天线之间的隔离度示意图,图6为本发明实施例测试的两个天线组之间的隔离度示意图,图4、图5和图6中横坐标表示工作频率,纵坐标表示测得的隔离度,可见,各天线之间可以满足隔离度要求,可以满足分体式电视的性能要求。
本发明实施例通过电视分体式设计,可以大大降低电视显示屏的厚度,使得产品更满足用户对时尚和美学的追求;同时内部多天线之间合理的排布设计,很好地实现了多根天线在电视主机内共存工作的技术难点。
依照本发明另一实施例,提供一种分体式电视的主机单元,包括主板区域和音响区域,所述主板区域上排布有N根天线,N为大于1的整数,其中,
至少有两根天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组,在有多个天线组时,天线组之间在主板区域分开排布。
可选地,天线的根数N为偶数时,每两根天线垂直在主板区域排布形成一个天线组,天线的根数N为奇数时,N-1根天线中,每两根天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组。
可选地,所述主板区域包括主电路板、按键板和电源板,其中按键板位于主电路板和电源板之间;
在有多个天线组时,其中至少一个天线组排布在主电路板上,且其中至少一个天线组排布在电源板上。
可选地,所述主板区域上布置4根天线,分别为第一WIFI天线、第二WIFI天线、蓝牙天线和遥控器天线。
可选地,所述第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组,所述蓝牙天线和遥控器天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组。
可选地,所述第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线垂直排布形成的天线组位于主电路板的远离按键板的一端,所述蓝牙天线和遥控器天线垂直排布形成的天线组位于在电源板的远离按键板的一端。
可选地,所述音响区域包括布置第一喇叭的第一音响子区域和布置第二喇叭的第二音响子区域,所述第一音响子区域和第二音响子区域布置在所述主板区域的两侧。
可选地,所述主电路板上布置有电视主芯片、连接第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线的WIFI模块、连接蓝牙天线的蓝牙模块、实现音频处理的音频电路。
可选地,所述主板区域和音响区域置于同一外壳中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分体式电视,包括通过线缆连接的主机单元和显示单元,所述主机单元包括主板区域和音响区域,所述主板区域上排布有N根天线,N为大于1的整数,其特征在于,
    至少有两根天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组,在有多个天线组时,天线组之间在主板区域分开排布。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,天线的根数N为偶数时,每两根天线垂直在主板区域排布形成一个天线组,天线的根数N为奇数时,N-1根天线中,每两根天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,所述主板区域包括主电路板、按键板和电源板,其中所述主电路板和电源板分别连接在所述按键板的两端;
    在有多个天线组时,其中至少一个天线组排布在主电路板上,且其余天线组排布在电源板上。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,所述主板区域上布置4根天线,分别为第一WIFI天线、第二WIFI天线、蓝牙天线和遥控器天线。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,所述第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组,所述蓝牙天线和遥控器天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,所述第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线垂直排布形成的天线组位于主电路板的远离按键板的一端,所述蓝牙天线和遥控器天线垂直排布形成的天线组位于在电源板的远离按键板的一端。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,所述音响区域包括布置第一喇叭的第一音响子区域和布置第二喇叭的第二音响子区域,所述第一音响子区域和第二音响子区域布置在所述主板区域的两侧。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,所述主电路板上布置有电视主芯片、连接第一WIFI天线和第二WIFI天线的WIFI模块、连接蓝牙天线的蓝牙模块、实现音频处理的音频电路。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的分体式电视,其特征在于,所述主板区域和音响区域置于同一外壳中。
  10. 一种分体式电视的主机单元,包括主板区域和音响区域,所述主板区域上排布有N根天线,N为大于1的整数,其特征在于,
    至少有两根天线在主板区域垂直排布形成一个天线组,在有多个天线组时,天线组之间在主板区域分开排布。
