Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément d'étanchéité de garniture d'étanchéité à gonflement comportant une cale sur l'une ou/et l'autre des extrémités, laquelle est entraînée axialement lorsque la garniture d'étanchéité se trouve à l'endroit souhaité du trou de forage. L'actionneur pour la cale force également en même temps une barrière d'extrusion. La garniture d'étanchéité permet de gérer la pression différentielle de conception à l'aide de la cale d'extrémité, même lorsque des parties de l'élément d'étanchéité de garniture d'étanchéité au-delà de l'extrémité sont toujours en train de gonfler en contact avec la paroi de trou de forage voisin, que ce soit en trou tubé ou en trou ouvert.
