Abstract

Selon l'invention, un appareil de capteur pour un piège à graisse (2) comprend un corps de capteur (20) agencé pour être immergé dans un effluent à l'intérieur d'un piège à graisse, ledit corps de capteur comportant une pluralité de premiers capteurs (30) conçus pour faire la distinction entre l'air, l'eau et les matières grasses/l'huile/les graisses, à des positions verticales prédéterminées à l'intérieur du piège à graisse, lors de l'utilisation, et un émetteur pour transmettre sans fil des données à partir de ladite pluralité de premiers capteurs (30), l'appareil comprenant en outre un récepteur (40) pour recevoir des données de ladite pluralité de premiers capteurs et un moyen de traitement (50) pour surveiller le fonctionnement du piège à graisse en réponse auxdites données reçues de ladite pluralité de capteurs.
