Abstract
本申请公开一种用于消息提醒的方法及装置。该方法包括:将预约消息上传至预定服务器,所述预约消息中包含时间信息;通过静默推送的方式接收来自所述预定服务器的任务指令;通过所述任务指令生成通知消息;以及根据所述通知消息进行消息提醒。本申请公开的用于消息提醒的方法及装置,能够以更智能、少干扰的方式,及时有效的提醒用户已预约的活动信息,从而让用户进行相关准备和处理。 (图2)
Description
本发明涉及计算机信息处理领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于消息提醒的方法及装置。
当前,随着用户审美的日渐提高和需求的日益增多,很多App都提供了越来越丰富的功能及其相应的远程通知进行消息推送等服务,预约活动与其相应的提醒功能在App中扮演的角色越来越重要。可例如在电商类App中,众多个性化的活动可以满足用户不同层次的需求。如何在用户预约活动之后不过多干扰用户且能在活动即将开始之初能及时有效的提醒到用户,就显得尤为重要。
在现有技术中,App推送消息通常是通过声音提醒,且在通知栏中生成文本标签的形式提醒用户服务器推送了相关消息,用户点击通知栏里面的消息跳转到App内相关的内容详情页面。这种服务方式可以满足大部分用户的基本需求,但对用户的使用习惯和使用场景考虑并不充分,如用户可能会反感一些推送消息,有些推送消息用户会觉得不重要希望不要接收到,但唯一能屏蔽的方法就是在设置中关闭“允许通知”开关。而能决定是否禁止推送通知的“允许通知”一旦被用户关闭,将会导致该App所有的推送消息都无法送达。这些推送消息里有些信息对用户来说可能是需要的,甚至是十分重要的,但用户却并不能根据自己的喜好进行相应的取舍。另外,远程通知时往往伴有声音提醒且在通知栏中生成文本标签,对不需要该消息的用户来说,也是一种干扰。
在现有技术中,App推送消息通常还有一种方式是通过短信进行提醒。对于短信通知,需要用户是用手机注册登录等形式将手机号码提供给App,短信相比于远程通知,时效性更强,能满足时间上的紧迫性以及灵活性,但一条短信最多包含160个字,这限制了服务方向用户传达内容的信量。要是将传达内容生成网页链接嵌入短信中,这些链接会让用户感到非常麻烦。而通过短信通知消息的方式,不论是短信字数的限制、网页链接的嵌入,还是预约活动的时机、对用户的干扰程度,都不太适合App中作为预约活动类任务的消息提醒方案。
因此,需要一种新的用于消息提醒的方法及装置。
在所述背景技术部分公开的上述信息仅用于加强对本发明的背景的理解,因此它可以包括不构成对本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种用于消息提醒的方法及装置,能够以更智能、少干扰的方式,及时有效的提醒用户已预约的活动信息,从而让用户进行相关准备和处理。
本发明的其他特性和优点将通过下面的详细描述变得显然,或部分地通过本发明的实 践而习得。
根据本发明的一方面,提出一种用于消息提醒的方法,该方法包括:将预约消息上传至预定服务器,预约消息中包含时间信息;通过静默推送的方式接收来自预定服务器的任务指令;通过任务指令生成通知消息;以及根据通知消息进行消息提醒。
根据本发明的一方面,提出一种用于消息提醒的方法,该方法包括:获取预约消息,预约消息中包含时间信息;通过预约消息生成任务指令;以及在预定时间,通过静默推送的方式将任务指令发送至客户端。
根据本发明的一方面,提出一种用于消息提醒的装置,该装置包括:上传模块,用于将预约消息上传至预定服务器,预约消息中包含时间信息;接收模块,用于通过静默推送的方式接收来自预定服务器的任务指令;消息模块,用于通过任务指令生成通知消息;以及提醒模块,用于根据通知消息进行消息提醒。
根据本发明的一方面,提出一种用于消息提醒的装置,该装置包括:预约模块,用于获取预约消息,预约消息中包含时间信息;任务模块,用于过预约消息生成任务指令;以及推送模块,用于在预定时间,通过静默推送的方式将任务指令发送至客户端。

根据本发明的用于消息提醒的方法及装置,能够以更智能、少干扰的方式,及时有效的提醒用户已预约的活动信息,从而让用户进行相关准备和处理。

如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、103,网络104和服务器105。网络104用以在终端设备101、102、103和服务器105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
用户可以使用终端设备101、102、103通过网络104与服务器105交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102、103上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如购物类应用、网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
终端设备101、102、103可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括 但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
服务器105可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如对用户利用终端设备101、102、103所浏览的购物类App提供支持的后台管理服务器。后台管理服务器可以对接收到的产品信息查询请求等数据进行分析等处理,并将处理结果(可例如推送指令信息)反馈给终端设备。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的消息推送方法一般由服务器105执行和终端设备101、102、103执行,相应地,消息生成装置一般设置于服务器服务器105执行和终端设备101、102、103中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
下面结合附图对本公开示例实施方式进行详细说明。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于消息提醒的方法的流程图。
如图2所示,在S202中,将预约消息上传至预定服务器,预约消息中包含时间信息。用户可例如,通过点击按钮等方式预约了活动,该预约活动可例如为某一个App上的活动。通过预约生成预约消息,预约消息包括该活动的活动主题、活动内容、活动详情链接、活动开始时间等信息,将预约消息上传至服务器。用户还可例如,通过第三方服务提交预约活动,用户提出的预约活动还可例如为其他的系统活动内容,本发明不以此为限。
在S204中,通过静默推送的方式接收来自预定服务器的任务指令。在本实施例中,以iOS系统为例进行描述,静默推送功能是iOS系统在不打扰用户的情况下执行服务器下发任务的一种技术。当App进入后台时可以通过该功能发送通知,唤醒App在后台执行通知任务,以减少App转入前台时使用该通知所包含的服务内容的时间。例如,用户预定了某类杂志,当该杂志更新时,服务器便会通过iOS静默推送功能向App发出下载当前最新杂志的通知,此时只要App不是处于关闭或者进程被杀死的状态下,就算是App在后台挂起,系统也还会在后台唤醒App执行该下载任务,待用户查阅时便能看到最新的更新内容,节约了用户使用服务的时间。从技术上看,iOS静默推送功能通过在后台维持一个进程便可以完成相关的通知处理,因此,有很强的能耗优势。从使用效果上看,其通知内容不会形成声音或文字的形式而打扰用户,有很好的用户体验。
在S206中,通过任务指令生成通知消息。可例如,通过任务指令生成本地通知消息。还可例如,通过任务指令生成日历提醒消息。本地通知是一种重要的通知提醒技术,是由App触发且作用于本地的基于时间行为的一种消息提醒机制。本地通知的大部分的服务方式集中在声音提醒且在通知栏中生成文本标签的形式提醒用户服务器推送了相关消息,用户点击通知栏里面的消息跳转到App内相关的内容详情页面,从而进行事件处理。比如,App在后台下载完成一个文件时,系统通过本地通知以声音和弹出框的形式及时有效的告知用户该文件下载已下载完毕。
尽管本地通知有很强的及时性和有效性,但也抵不过用户设置成禁止通知。一旦用户 设置成禁止通知,本地通知将彻底失效。作为本地通知在禁止通知下的弥补方案,在本实施例中还可例如通过日历提醒的方式进行通知。日历提醒,指通过使用EventKit事件开发包创建一个日历事件,并且给该事件配置了闹钟提醒功能,就能在规定的时间里对用户进行提醒,即使App处于后台挂起或者进程被杀死,仍然能让iOS系统在指定时间通知到用户,从而实现将消息告知用户的这一功能。本地通知和日历提醒这两项技术都是基于操作系统的提醒方式,不会影响提醒的有效性和及时性,且都能在指定的时间提醒到用户。因此,日历提醒技术可以在一定程度上弥补本地通知的不足。在本发明中,还可例如包含其他的通知提醒方式,本发明不以此为限。
在S208中,根据通知消息进行消息提醒。在本地的App可以根据通知消息的内容以及时间等信息,进行消息提醒,如上文所述,该消息提醒可例如通过本地消息推送,还可例如,通过日历消息推送。
根据本发明的用于消息提醒的方法,通过静默推送的方式接收来自预定服务器的任务指令,进而生成提醒消息的方式,能够以更智能、少干扰的方式,及时有效的提醒用户已预约的活动信息,从而让用户进行相关准备和处理。
应清楚地理解,本发明描述了如何形成和使用特定示例,但本发明的原理不限于这些示例的任何细节。相反,基于本发明公开的内容的教导,这些原理能够应用于许多其它实施例。
在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,将预约消息上传至预定服务器,包括:通过网络请求的方式将预约消息上传至预定服务器。可例如,进行预约活动的App通过网络请求的方式上传数据,从而将预约消息上传至预定服务器。
在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,通过任务指令生成通知消息,包括:通过任务指令生成本地通知消息。还包括:通过任务指令生成日历提醒消息。还包括:获取日历操作的操作授权。在用户开启“允许通知”设置时,通过任务指令生成本地通知消息。在假设“允许通知””处于关闭状态,则需要授权App日历权限,用于后台生成日历提醒功能。在一般情况下,可例如通过任务指令分别生成本地通知消息和日历提醒消息。
根据本发明的用于消息提醒的方法,通过生成本地通知消息和日历通知消息,并通过上述两种方式对用户进行预约活动提醒的方式,弥补单一提醒的不足,能够及时有效的提醒用户已预约的活动信息,避免用户遗漏重要的预约活动内容,提高提醒成功的几率。
在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,还包括:响应用户对消息提醒的操作,唤醒对应的软件。还包括:以透明悬窗的方式,展示预约消息内容;以及通过列表页面展示预约消息内容。可例如,在App后台进入前台时,以透明悬窗的形式,将筛选出未开始且即将开始的预约活动以列表的形式展示给用户,用户选择任一活动进入内容详情页进行查看和操作。还可例如在App内提供一个入口及列表页用来展示用户已预约的活动事项,用户选择任一活动进入内容详情页进行查看和操作。还可例如,预约活动即将开始,系统将通过本地通知或日历提醒的方式通知用户,用户通过对该通知的消息的处理,会唤醒App进 入前台,并进入该消息里的活动内容详情页进行查看和处理。
根据本发明的用于消息提醒的方法,在App后台被唤醒至前台,以透明悬浮窗口展示预约活动的列表页,并且在App主页面内提供一个入口,便于用户对已预约的活动的查看和相关操作。
图3是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种用于消息提醒的方法的流程图。图3是对图2中方法的示例性描述。
如图3所示,在S302中,用户预约活动信息。
在S304中,判断是否“允许通知”状态。如果“允许通知”为开启状态则进入S306,否则进入S308。
在S306中,“允许通知”为开启状态时,生成本地通知消息。
在S308中,“允许通知”为关闭状态时,对日历进行授权。
在S310中,生成日历提醒消息。
在S312中,在预约的活动开始前提醒用户。
在S314中,用户收到提醒,参与活动或进行后续的处理。
图4是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种用于消息提醒的方法的流程图。

根据本发明的用于消息提醒的方法,通过静默推送的方式将任务指令发送至客户端的方式,能够少干扰的给客户端分配预定任务。
图5是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种用于消息提醒的方法的示意图。
可例如,客户端的App将预约活动信息(包括活动主题、活动开始时间、活动详情链接、活动备注等内容)上传至服务器,服务器接收到活动信息以及明确该活动的开始时间,为后续按时推送消息做准备。
还可例如,服务器在活动开始时间的前10分钟,将该预约活动信息以静默推送的方式推送给App,App接收到消息,并在后台进行添加提醒等后续处理。
本领域技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤被实现为由CPU执行的计算机程序。在该计算机程序被CPU执行时,执行本发明提供的上述方法所限定的上述功能。所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
此外,需要注意的是,上述附图仅是根据本发明示例性实施例的方法所包括的处理的示意性说明,而不是限制目的。易于理解,上述附图所示的处理并不表明或限制这些处理的时间顺序。另外,也易于理解,这些处理可以是例如在多个模块中同步或异步执行的。

其中,服务设定模块802,可例如负责推送功能的开启、日历权限的授予、活动的预约等。当App提供多种活动服务时,用户可以在此设定活动预约与否,若预约,则将会把预约的活动信息上传至服务器。
服务通信模块804,可例如负责服务器和App间的通信,包括两部分,即App将预约活动信息上传至服务器和服务器将该预约活动信息推送给App。前者采取网络请求的方式上传数据,后者通过静默推送的方式推送消息。
后台运行控制模块806,可例如负责App在后台的任务处理。包括接收到服务器推送的预约活动信息的数据解析、将该数据保存进本地数据库以便生成对应的列表页供用户查看自己已预约的活动事项、根据预约活动信息生成本地通知或日历提醒等。
服务展示模块808,可例如负责三种情况的展示:(1)在App后台进入前台时,以透明悬窗的形式,将筛选出未开始且即将开始的预约活动以列表的形式展示给用户,用户选择任一活动进入内容详情页进行查看和操作。(2)在App内提供一个入口及列表页用来展示用户已预约的活动事项,用户选择任一活动进入内容详情页进行查看和操作。(2)预约活动即将开始,系统将通过本地通知或日历提醒的方式通知用户,用户通过对该通知的 消息的处理,会唤醒App进入前台,并进入该消息里的活动内容详情页进行查看和处理。
图9是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种用于消息提醒的装置的示意图。
服务设定模块802,可例如设置在主App的个人页面,主要负责功能设定任务。首先,App通过一个用户可点击的可例如名为“提醒我”的按钮进行预约活动,用来触发这套方案的开始及后续提醒功能。其次,需要打开开启App推送功能的“允许通知”设置开关,用于App后台生成本地通知提醒功能。最后,假设“允许通知”处于关闭状态,则需要授权App日历权限,用于后台生成日历提醒功能。用户设置好上述服务项目后,就会将该预约的活动信息上传至服务器。
图10是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种用于消息提醒的装置的示意图。
后台运行控制模块806,可例如负责App在后台的任务处理,包括:(1)接收到服务器推送的预约活动信息的数据时,将该数据按照约定的格式解析。(2)将该解析好的数据存储在本地数据库,以便生成对应的列表页供用户查看已预约的活动事项。(3)根据预约活动信息生成本地通知或日历提醒等。
图11是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种电子设备的框图。
下面参照图11来描述根据本发明的这种实施方式的电子设备200。图11显示的电子设备200仅仅是一个示例,不应对本发明实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图11所示,电子设备200以通用计算设备的形式表现。电子设备200的组件可以包括但不限于:至少一个处理单元210、至少一个存储单元220、连接不同系统组件(包括存储单元220和处理单元210)的总线230、显示单元240等。
其中,所述存储单元存储有程序代码,所述程序代码可以被所述处理单元210执行,使得所述处理单元210执行本说明书上述电子处方流转处理方法部分中描述的根据本发明各种示例性实施方式的步骤。例如,所述处理单元210可以执行如图2中所示的步骤。
所述存储单元220可以包括易失性存储单元形式的可读介质,例如随机存取存储单元(RAM)2201和/或高速缓存存储单元2202,还可以进一步包括只读存储单元(ROM)2203。
所述存储单元220还可以包括具有一组(至少一个)程序模块2205的程序/实用工具2204,这样的程序模块2205包括但不限于:操作系统、一个或者多个应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或某种组合中可能包括网络环境的实现。

参考图12所示,描述了根据本发明的实施方式的用于实现上述方法的程序产品400,其可以采用便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)并包括程序代码,并可以在终端设备,例如个人电脑上运行。然而,本发明的程序产品不限于此,在本文件中,可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。
所述程序产品可以采用一个或多个可读介质的任意组合。可读介质可以是可读信号介质或者可读存储介质。可读存储介质例如可以为但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。可读存储介质的更具体的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了可读程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。可读存储介质还可以是可读存储介质以外的任何可读介质,该可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。可读存储介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于无线、有线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言的任意组合来编写用于执行本发明操作的程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、C++等,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算设备上执行、部分地在用户设备上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算设备上部分在远程计算设备上执行、或者完全在远程计算设备或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算设备的情形中,远程计算设备可以通过任意种类的网络,包括局域网(LAN)或 广域网(WAN),连接到用户计算设备,或者,可以连接到外部计算设备(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被一个该设备执行时,使得该实现如下功能:将预约消息上传至预定服务器,所述预约消息中包含时间信息;通过静默推送的方式接收来自所述预定服务器的任务指令;通过所述任务指令生成通知消息;以及根据所述通知消息进行消息提醒。或者实现如下功能:获取预约消息,预约消息中包含时间信息;通过预约消息生成任务指令;以及在预定时间,通过静默推送的方式将任务指令发送至客户端。
所属技术领域的技术人员能够理解,本发明的各个方面可以实现为系统、方法或程序产品。因此,本发明的各个方面可以具体实现为以下形式,即:完全的硬件实施方式、完全的软件实施方式(包括固件、微代码等),或硬件和软件方面结合的实施方式,这里可以统称为“电路”、“模块”或“系统”。
本领域技术人员可以理解上述各模块可以按照实施例的描述分布于装置中,也可以进行相应变化唯一不同于本实施例的一个或多个装置中。上述实施例的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
通过以上的实施例的描述,本领域的技术人员易于理解,这里描述的示例实施例可以通过软件实现,也可以通过软件结合必要的硬件的方式来实现。因此,根据本发明实施例的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可以是CD-ROM,U盘,移动硬盘等)中或网络上,包括若干指令以使得一台计算设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、移动终端、或者网络设备等)执行根据本发明实施例的方法。
通过以上的详细描述,本领域的技术人员易于理解,根据本发明实施例的用于消息提醒的方法及装置具有以下优点中的一个或多个。
根据一些实施例,本发明的用于消息提醒的方法,通过静默推送的方式接收来自预定服务器的任务指令,进而生成提醒消息的方式,能够以更智能、少干扰的方式,及时有效的提醒用户已预约的活动信息,从而让用户进行相关准备和处理。
根据另一些实施例,本发明的用于消息提醒的方法,通过生成本地通知消息和日历通知消息,并通过上述两种方式对用户进行预约活动提醒的方式,弥补单一提醒的不足,能够及时有效的提醒用户已预约的活动信息,避免用户遗漏重要的预约活动内容,提高提醒成功的几率。
以静默推送的方式推送消息,减少了对用户的干扰。当用户将App关闭或者杀死进程,则静默推送的消息会传到不到用户,则该预约活动的提醒失效,此时默认用户忽略该预约活动的提醒,从而对用户的干扰程度降到最低,达到完全意义上的静默。
若App没被关闭或杀死进程,即App处于后台或前台,则静默推送会在用户不知不 觉中将消息推送给App,然后App在后台进行任务相关处理,生成本地推送或日历提醒功能。如果“允许通知”开启,则生成本地通知;如果“允许通知”关闭,日历提醒则相当于是本地通知的替补方案,弥补推送通知被禁用的不足,提醒成功几率大为增加。

Claims (16)
- 一种用于消息提醒的方法,其中,包括:将预约消息上传至预定服务器,所述预约消息中包含时间信息;通过静默推送的方式接收来自所述预定服务器的任务指令;通过所述任务指令生成通知消息;以及根据所述通知消息进行消息提醒。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将预约消息上传至预定服务器,包括:通过网络请求的方式将所述预约消息上传至所述预定服务器。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通过所述任务指令生成通知消息,包括:通过所述任务指令生成本地通知消息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通过所述任务指令生成通知消息,包括:通过所述任务指令生成日历提醒消息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:获取日历操作的操作授权。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:响应用户对所述消息提醒的操作,唤醒对应的软件。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:以透明悬窗的方式,展示所述预约消息内容;以及通过列表页面展示所述预约消息内容。
- 一种用于消息提醒的方法,其中,包括:获取预约消息,所述预约消息中包含时间信息;通过所述预约消息生成任务指令;以及在预定时间,通过静默推送的方式将所述任务指令发送至客户端。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,还包括:根据所述时间信息生成所述预定时间。
- 一种用于消息提醒的装置,其中,包括:上传模块,用于将预约消息上传至预定服务器,所述预约消息中包含时间信息;接收模块,用于通过静默推送的方式接收来自所述预定服务器的任务指令;消息模块,用于通过所述任务指令生成通知消息;以及提醒模块,用于根据所述通知消息进行消息提醒。
- 如权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述提醒模块,包括:本地通知子模块,用于通过所述任务指令生成本地通知消息;以及日历提醒子模块,用于通过所述任务指令生成日历提醒消息。
- 一种用于消息提醒的装置,其中,包括:预约模块,用于获取预约消息,所述预约消息中包含时间信息;任务模块,用于过所述预约消息生成任务指令;以及推送模块,用于在预定时间,通过静默推送的方式将所述任务指令发送至客户端。
- 一种电子设备,其中,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序;当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的方法。
- 一种服务器,其中,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序;当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求8-9中任一所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求8-9中任一所述的方法。
