[权利要求 1] 连续供料半固化片上胶机用辊轴喷涂整机, 其特征在于: 包括有供料 移动架 (71) , 供料移动架 (71) 可沿 X轴以及 Y轴移动; 所述供料 移动架上并排设有安装盘机构; 还包括有一个喷涂机构; 每个所述安 装盘机构将辊轴送入喷涂机构进行喷涂; 喷涂机构包括有第一弧面半 壳 (11) 、 第二弧面半壳 (12) 、 第三弧面半壳 (13) 、 第四弧面半 壳 (14) ; 所述第一弧面半壳 (11) 、 第二弧面半壳 (12) 、 第三弧 面半壳 (13) 、 第四弧面半壳 (14) 的截面均为扇形, 它们四个同轴 、 依次围绕在一起形成喷涂腔体; 所述第一弧面半壳 (11) 与第二弧 面半壳 (12) 之间形成有第一间隙 (61) , 第一间隙 (61) 位于喷涂 腔体上部, 所述第二弧面半壳 (12) 和第三弧面半壳 (13) 之间形成 第二间隙; 第三弧面半壳 (13) 和第四弧面半壳 (14) 之间形成第三 间隙, 第三间隙位于喷涂腔体下部, 第四弧面半壳 (14) 和第一弧面 半壳 (11) 之间形成第四间隙; 所述第二弧面半壳 (12) 靠近第一弧 面半壳 (11) 的一端设有让位缺口; 还包括有位于让位缺口处的铁粉 传输带 (2) , 铁粉传输带 (2) —端位于第一间隙 (61) 上方; 所述 第四间隙内设有烘干风嘴 (31) , 烘干风嘴 (31) 连接有风机 (34) ; 所述第二间隙内设有并排设置的一列喷涂嘴 (33) , 喷涂嘴 (33) 连接有喷涂机 (35) , 还包括有 Y形底座 (41) , Y形底座 (41) 的 两个支臂分别与第三弧面半壳 (13) 和第四弧面半壳 (14) 固定; 所 述 Y形底座 (41) 内设有一个存液腔体 (42) , 存液腔体 (42) 与第 三缝隙联通, 并且还包括有涂料回收装置, 涂料回收装置通过管道吸 走存液腔内的液体并重新供给喷涂机 (35) 使用; 所述安装盘结构包 括有固定盘 (51) , 固定盘 (51) —面设有驱动电机 (55) , 固定盘 (51) 另一面设有旋转轴 (52) , 所述驱动电机 (55) 的动力输出端 与旋转轴 (52) —端固接; 所述旋转轴 (52) 的另一端同轴连接有一 个磁性棒 (53) 。

[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的连续供料半固化片上胶机用辊轴喷涂整机, 其 特征在于: 还包括有后盖 (62) , 所述后盖 (62) 与第一弧面半壳 ( 11) 、 第二弧面半壳 (12) 、 第三弧面半壳 (13) 、 第四弧面半壳 ( 14) 的后部固定连接, 并且将喷涂腔体的后面盖住; 所述后盖 (62) 靠近喷涂腔体的一面设有用于支撑磁棒的凹坑。
